[00:01] online and everything feels too complicated, overcrowded, or like the same advice that just keeps getting recycled, you are not crazy. That's exactly why most people are missing what actually works. While everyone's out [00:15] here chasing loud trendy ideas, there's a stupid simple website quietly making a stupid simple website quietly making over $40,000 a month doing one of the most basic things I've ever seen on the internet and nobody's paying attention [00:28] to it. But after today, that won't be you. Because if you know me at all, you know that I built my own version of this exact $40,000 system in under 10 minutes. And in today's video, I'm about to show you exactly how I did it, the [00:42] traffic, the math, and the build. So you can decide for yourself if this actually makes sense for you. So, when I say a basic website, this is what I mean. It is a simple tool where people come to test their typing speed. It has a white [00:56] box with some words in it and a timer and that's it. But let me tell you why something like this matters. It's because it's not a content site. This is a utility site. People aren't just randomly browsing the internet and just [01:08] so happen to stumble upon this. They are intentionally going to Google and searching for this. So when a site gives people a fast answer to something loves that for them and they love you for that. So they'll definitely keep [01:22] sending you traffic and that's the part most people miss. But one thing you cannot miss is this proof right here. According to SimilarWeb, this site gets 3.8 million views every single month. And this isn't just a one-and-done type [01:35] of page. On average, people are viewing about seven pages per visit. That's 26 about seven pages per visit. That's 26 million page views every single month. probably like, "Okay Monique, that's just a bunch of numbers and some words. [01:49] What does that really mean?" But this site makes money through something called Google AdSense, which is free to sign up for by the way. But these display ads that you see all over this page, that's their business and Google's [02:02] paying them for placing these ads on the page. Now, let's figure out what those numbers may possibly look like and I'm not going to inflate this just so that it can sound good for you and inspire you. I want to give you the real. So, [02:14] let's say they just have one display ad per page and a dollar CPM, which means per page and a dollar CPM, which means that they are getting paid $1 per 1,000 views of this page. That alone puts this site at $26,000 [02:29] a month. Now, if we bump that just slightly to $1.50, they are nearly making $40,000 a month with a simple tool. And again, I'm being very conservative with these numbers because I don't want to oversell something. But, [02:41] we know that this website had at least two ads, sometimes four ads on one page. And if they are getting seven page views and let's say the traffic is mainly US-based, which the CPM can be higher up to $5 or more, then you are looking at [02:58] six figures a month. Again, from a website that looks like this. And I am taking my time to break this down because I want you to truly understand how powerful simple can really be. And let me tell you something, I am getting [03:11] know the next thing you are thinking. Now, Monique, let's be for real. How in the world am I supposed to build something like this? And the real answer is, you don't. Why? Because we are going to let AI do it for us. So, let me [03:25] quickly introduce you to our new friend for the day that is going to be hosting your horizons. And this is an all-in-one AI tool that lets you build real working websites just by describing your idea. So, you tell it what you want and it [03:38] builds it. So, if you go ahead and click the link in my description, it will take need to start. And I know we have a we need to go ahead and select the plan. Now, me personally, I am on the starter [03:51] plan because it gives me room to really build. And with this one, you can create up to 25 websites. You can monetize them, which is important. You can sell digital and physical products, and you get a free domain for a year. And on top [04:04] now where if you go with the 12-month option, you'll get a big discount plus a few months for free. And you will see a spot for a coupon code, and that will give you an additional 10% off. And friend to friend, just so you know, they [04:18] which means if you do not like any of this, you can just go get your money back. Now, once we make our way inside, we are going to select continue building your site, and this is where we get to create whatever we want to by just [04:32] describing it. Now, before I let you loose out here in these AI streets, here's a quick tip. When you are working with AI, it's extremely important for with AI, it's extremely important for you to tell it exactly what you want. We [04:44] interpretation. So, the way I make sure I get the absolute best prompts, which is AI's love language, is by heading over to ChatGPT. Now, me and ChatGPT are really best friends out here, okay? So, I am going to ask it, "Hey friend, I [04:57] want to create a typing test website. I want the site to include a section where people can practice typing, another section for them to take typing tests, and there should be different options for the tests including 30 seconds and 1 [05:10] to be a section in a site that has typing lessons. Can you give me a prompt to use in Hosting A Horizons?" And once I hit enter, just like that, ChatGPT is breaking it down in a way that leaves no confusion. It's detailed, it's clear, [05:24] and it includes everything we need. So, the only thing we have to do is copy it and drop it straight over here into Horizons. And once we hit enter on this side of the AI world, Horizons will review exactly what we gave it, and then [05:37] it's going to talk back to you. It's really like an AI partner because it want to make sure it gets it clear. So, it's asking me for clarification like how I want the difficulty levels of the test to be set up. And so, I'm telling [05:49] it easy should be common everyday words and short sentences, medium should be longer sentences, and hard is complex text with advanced words. And another thing it is asking is how I want the typing lesson structured. And I'm [06:03] telling it that I want them to be sequential for beginners, but still let people jump around if they want to. And now, we can literally sit back and watch behind the scenes, and we don't have to worry about what any of this means. I [06:18] couldn't tell you if I tried anyway, but what we really care about is the final product, and this is what we end up with. A fully working typing test website where you can test the speed and accuracy. We are able to switch between [06:32] easy, medium, and hard. You can reset and try again if you mess up. There's practice without the timer, and it did give us those structured typing lessons [06:44] to learn proper finger man and build real muscle memory. Now, as nice as this is and it's actually ready to go, I do want to let you know Monique don't like to do things as basic. Yes, I am talking in third person today. So, I am going to [06:59] elevate this just a little bit, and I noticed on the original site that we are inspired by it uses engagement cards to guide users on what to do next. So, I am asking Horizons to add a section right below the typing test called take the [07:15] next step. It should include two large clickable cards, one for typing lessons, and the other for typing practice. We want to make it clean and modern. Now, I'm not out here just not thinking of things on my own at all. What I do with [07:28] AI is basically get it to help me phrase what I want in a way that these AI systems will actually understand. So, I am guiding it, and it is translating it into something that works. And now, this is what our new homepage is going to [07:43] look like. It looks very similar to something else we've seen, but that's not the only thing I'm going to improve. I also want to work on these typing lessons. This is more of a read-only lesson, which in my opinion will cause [07:56] people to lose interest quicker. So, I want something that's more interactive, so I'm asking Horizons to turn each lesson into something users actually explanations followed by a typing exercise you must pass before moving on. [08:11] And now, again, after a little behind-the-scenes work, this is what our typing lessons look like. It allows them to work on mastering that home row, and if you don't get at least 90% mastery, you cannot move on to the next lesson. [08:25] So, you cannot tell me that this website is not next-level. Comment down below and let me know what you think thus far. And you know, I personally prefer to let AI take the reins where it can, but I do want to let you know that you can [08:38] manually edit anything using this edit content tab. And if you just so happen to mess up anything in this website and delete an entire section like I just did, it is not permanent. You can just come over here and select undo changes, [08:52] and just like that, it's back, and we thank God. But another good thing Horizons will do is automatically make this mobile-friendly, which allows this site to be able to adapt to different screen sizes. So, not only can people [09:06] use this site from their laptops, but they can also take some typing tests from their phone. Now, when it comes to monetization, we already talked about how we'll be getting paid, which Google AdSense will be the one cutting checks, [09:19] and Horizon already supports it. So, you can ask it to add AdSense to the site, and what it does is it will allow ads to be seamlessly integrated. It's going to add AdSense placements for sidebar ads, there's also section ads, and it does [09:35] this all without interrupting the user experience. Now, as much of the work that AI has been doing for us, there is one thing we need to do on our own, which is to create that free Google AdSense account. And once you do that, [09:48] then you can come back into Horizons, and you can add your credentials so that the ads can be placed throughout the site. But, if you want me to walk you step-by-step through how you even set that up, comment down below and I'll [10:00] create a separate video. But, once all of this is done, the only thing that is left to do is hit publish, and your site will officially be live in one click. And this is what it looks like, and we can take a step back and admire what we [10:15] just created. It is a simple site that solves a real problem, and it actually works. I am taking a test, and I made a few mistakes myself. I might need to do But, there are the typing test, the practice test, and there's typing [10:30] lessons, and it's all done under 10 minutes. Now, since we are really good y'all my cousin, because I'm from New Orleans and everybody a cousin out here. But, I do want you to know that every single site that you build is not going [10:43] to just automatically make you money. One thing I definitely do not recommend you doing is just throwing up your website and quitting your job next week. What I am really showing you is the type of sites that are finding favor in the [10:55] eyes of Google. These are the sites that advertisers are paying for, and most importantly, what people are overlooking. To make money online, you do not need a complicated idea. You just need to be able to solve someone's [11:08] problem, big or small. So, if this makes sense to you, then make sure you try it. But, I thank you so much for watching and supporting. Your success is my success, and other than that, we are out. Peace.
