Full autoblogging mode has arrived inside RightBlogger. You can now connect your site, schedule your content, and let AI do all of the heavy lifting. Using RightBlogger's brand new content planner, you can now schedule how often you want content
to be automatically published on your connected website. Having a content calendar is more important than ever before, and now RightBlogger runs that process for you. Now, I want to take you on a quick tour of how to use RightBlogger's autoblogging content planner
and set up automations that work for your business. First, you'll want to make sure that you have a connected integration for your CMS. This is a foundation of autoblogging so that our content planner can schedule content to be sent directly to your site
as either a draft ready for your review or for a brand new published piece. And you can control those settings right here inside of your project and integration settings. If you're running multiple sites using WriteBlogger, you can just use the project drop-down menu here
to select different projects and edit the types of integrations you've got going on at the project level. To access your content planner, you'll always be able to find it right here in the sidebar of WriteBlogger.
Once you're ready to set up your first automation, go ahead and hit this automation button, and you'll be able to connect your site using the URL of your homepage, and then you'll be able to set the frequency of how often you want to send automated content to your website.
Right now, you can choose between daily, weekly, or monthly options. And then finally, you'll want to just quickly select the right publishing integration to connect your automation to. And then hit the Create Automation button.
This automation uses RightBotter's advanced AI and SEO research capabilities to suggest fresh topic ideas for your site that will automatically turn them into scheduled content. This guarantees that you're publishing content that has real search demand for the topics,
and you're not just creating content about stuff that no one is searching for. If you create video content, you'll wanna hit this YouTube tab here and go ahead and set up an automation using RightBlogger connecting it to your YouTube channel so that every single time you publish a new video on your channel you be able to get that content automatically generated into a blog post that gets published to your site
embedding that video right inside your content. And right here you can see in the settings the two integrations I already have set up. One for my blog, selecting a keyword-based approach, and one over here that's my YouTube channel
so that every time I publish a new video, I'm guaranteed to get a post on my blog that goes along with it. These content automations are super helpful because as a content creator, a blogger, a marketer, you're probably wearing multiple hats inside your business,
and this ensures that no content falls through the gaps. It also keeps your blog consistently stocked up with brand new content, which, as we know, helps with both SEO traffic from Google and for AI traffic from platforms like ChatGPT and all of the LLMs out there.
We built autoblogging because we know that the foundation of getting traffic from both Google and AI platforms like ChatGPT is consistent, high-quality content. Autoblogging helps make sure that you keep that content flowing consistently.
Once you've created an automation, you'll see brand new content get added to your planner here based on the publishing frequency you've selected. There's a couple of new ways that you can add new posts to your content schedule. One is by clicking the new post button right up here in the top right. You can
choose from existing content that you've already created inside your WriteBlogger library by just going through here scrolling and selecting what you want to add to your calendar. You can select the integration if you
have a couple of different sites here you want to just make sure you've chosen the correct integration here and then you get the option to choose whether you want this content to be added to the next available slot on your calendar or or if you want to set a custom date and time for this to be published.
Alternatively, if you want to just generate brand new content using the help of AI here, you can just select the generate button and come over here, type in the article topic or the keyword that you want the content to be created on For example a topic I haven published on my blog is how blogging helps get chat GPT traffic This is a topic that I get a lot of questions about and I have a lot of informed opinions on this based on the research I done
So I'll go ahead and select this topic here. I'll connect it to my WordPress integration. I'll hit use the next available slot on my calendar, and then I'll click schedule. From here, RightBlogger is off to the races, adding this piece of content right here to
my content schedule, and after a couple of minutes, once it generates the article, you'll be able to select this edit post on any of your scheduled pieces of content, so you can just go ahead, pop in, and actually verify that this article looks ready to go.
Here inside the post details area, you can click this edit content in article writer button. This will take you over to where the article actually exists inside RightBlogger, so that You can make any sorts of edits, reviews, tune-ups, or even optimizations as you see fit.
For example, something I really like to do with all of my scheduled content before it goes live is make sure I've optimized it using an SEO report. So I'll hit this SEO report button. I'll make sure I've got a report created for this topic.
I'll go ahead and scan through all of the keywords that are missing from this article, and then I'm going to hit this auto-optimize button. And then within a minute or two, I'll have an entirely optimized piece of content that's designed to get more traffic from Google and ChatGPT alike.
And boom, here we go. Using auto-optimize, I've got this content tuned up to a 91% score. We can see a lot of the keyword coverage that was missing before is now filled in and dialed in so that I'm designed to drive traffic to this article
as soon as it's published on my site. The cool thing about taking a moment to pop in and optimize your content before it goes live on your blog is that it gives you the opportunity to make sure that this is actually reflecting who you are, what your views are, your take on the subject matter
before AI just go ahead and publishes something without you even reviewing it. As we teach here at WriteBlogger it important to embed you your experiences your examples into the content you creating And so take me a few moments in the editing process with everything you schedule on your blog is always a best practice
This is going to help ensure that your personality is injected into all of the content you publish. Autoblogging is designed to help save you time, not completely replace you in your content creation process.
Another feature I really like about the content planner is that we pull in relevant keyword data for each individual blog post that's added to your planner so that you can see right here the difficulty of the ranking for this keyword phrase,
what the primary target keyword is, and then also how much monthly search volume there is for each of these topics. This will help you make sure that you're prioritizing publishing on the right topics for your business and in your niche.
Another way you can add content to your schedule here in the content planner is by hovering on the day that you'd like to add a piece of content to and then clicking the plus button in the top right-hand corner. That'll bring you to the modal where you can then, again, select from a brand new topic here,
or you can choose from your existing content library to schedule something on that particular day. Up here in the right-hand corner of your scheduled content pieces, you'll see a little icon that reflects which automation the content is associated with.
This one, for example, has the YouTube button because this one is connected from my YouTube channel's automation. It detected a recent video I uploaded, and it connected it, pulled it in, and added it to my schedule accordingly.
Last but not least, over here we've got a notification setting that will be turned on by default. This allows you to get an email notification every time a new scheduled post goes live on your site.
This helps you make sure that you're actually aware of the content that's being published by autoblogging inside of RightBlogger. Auto-blogging is now live inside your account and it's available for our pro and business subscribers.
If you run the content for many sites and you run multiple projects using RightBlogger, you can just go ahead and create content schedules for each of your different projects so that you're managing your content creation process on autopilot.
