[00:29] your supplier might think it's basically the same, it's not. Then your customer it not the same?" You're then going to have to message your supplier and say, rod?" They will then tell you, "We sold out. We tried to sell something as close
[00:42] them, "That's not good enough. I want a refund." And they're going to tell you, "No." So this is where accountability is key. They should tell you before sending an alternative, "We ran out of stock. This is what we can do." And another
[00:54] thing about accountability is if that product arrives damaged or faulty, You have these issues where tens and tens of customers get faulty products and they get you to pay for it because they're not accountable. This will eat
[01:07] all of your profit. The second thing is communication. Now the reason why communication is important is because a lot of these drop shipping suppliers, warehouses, their factories that they're not informing you about that can cause
[01:20] processing delays and shipping delays. Now usually they'll just try and hide it and wait for you to reach out to them when it becomes a problem. Now that's supplier that will message you if they've got any delays, any holidays, or
[01:34] any issues. That way you can then tell your customers there could be a delay. Now the third thing is shipping lines. How many different shipping line options do they have to send your product around the world to your customers? Now usually
[01:47] limited range of shipping lines. You want to work with a supplier that has the maximum range of shipping lines for all different countries so that you can shipping that's even faster. For
[02:00] example, the free shipping is 7 to 15 days, the paid shipping is 5 to 8 days But, at least you can offer one to your customer at their choice. Now, if you supplier in 2026 right now that I'm currently using, then it's going to be
[02:15] mentioned in terms of what makes a good drop shipping supplier, they have every single one of them. I've been working with them since 2022. lines, good communication, good accountability, and they have the drop
