## Summary

This video addresses pornography and masturbation addiction, framing it as a behavioral addiction that can be understood and overcome through scientific principles. The host conducts an experiment with a dog to demonstrate conditioned association and its removal, paralleling human addictive behavior, and offers practical steps for quitting.

### Key Points

- **Introduction to the Episode** [00:02] — The host promises this is the last video needed to stop pornography and masturbation addiction, emphasizing the issue is not obvious and affects many people.
- **Prevalence of Addiction** [01:27] — The host shares that addiction affects people from ages 7-8 to 45-50, including married men, and notes Egypt ranks first in the Arab world and 18th globally in pornography consumption.
- **Real Story: Mark Edwin** [02:24] — A successful businessman was arrested for taking inappropriate photos; he confessed that his pornography addiction drove him to this behavior, illustrating the consequences of addiction.
- **Episode Structure** [05:16] — The episode is divided into three parts: understanding addiction, how it develops, and the ultimate solution, demonstrated through a dog experiment.
- **Defining Addiction** [05:44] — Addiction is described as doing something harmful that you cannot stop, often used to escape negative emotions, and is commonly associated with drugs but also applies to behaviors.
- **Global Statistics** [06:56] — A major porn site gets over 42 billion visits a year, 1 in 4 Google searches are porn-related, and 8 out of 10 young men and 4 out of 10 young women watch pornography.
- **Behavioral Addiction** [07:41] — Behavioral addiction is considered the most dangerous type because it has no medication cure and occurs in the brain, making it hard to treat.
- **Dog Experiment Setup** [09:20] — The host and Captain Ziad train a dog to associate a bell sound with food, creating a conditioned association similar to addictive behavior in humans.
- **Dopamine and Brain Development** [10:13] — Watching pornography repeatedly tricks the brain into high dopamine levels, and until age 28, the brain is developing, leading to maladaptive behavior where natural joys become boring.
- **Conditioned Association** [11:26] — Boredom, tension, or specific places like the bathroom become triggers that involuntarily lead to urges to watch porn or masturbate, similar to the dog's response to the bell.
- **Addiction Development** [13:16] — Addiction escalates: what used to please no longer does, leading to seeking more deviant content, and the conditioned association strengthens, making the person irritable and unhappy.
- **Root Causes** [15:13] — The host interviews Abdo Mansour, who attributes addiction to curiosity and the forbidden nature of the topic, and notes that 90% of Egyptian parents lack sexual education for children.
- **Breaking the Addiction** [16:06] — Behavioral addiction can be broken by removing the conditioned association, as demonstrated by ringing the bell without food until the dog stops expecting it.
- **The Buffer Concept** [18:30] — Addiction acts as a buffer to escape negative emotions; the solution is not just blocking websites but identifying the root cause and addressing it.
- **Writing Down Triggers** [19:31] — When the urge hits, write down why you feel the need (e.g., loneliness, stress) to bring it to conscious awareness, then find a logical solution like going for a walk.
- **Time and Place Triggers** [22:20] — The brain remembers the time and place of high dopamine, so if you usually do it at 3 AM in the bathroom, you'll feel urges then; replace the behavior with something else.
- **Psychological Aspect** [23:48] — Have a clear goal for quitting and remember it when tempted; a few minutes of pleasure shouldn't derail your life improvements.
- **Encouragement and 30-Day Challenge** [24:32] — If you slip, it's not a failure; get up and continue. Commit to 30 days of following the advice to break the addiction for good.

### Conclusion

The video concludes that behavioral addiction can be overcome by understanding its mechanisms, replacing triggers with healthier alternatives, and maintaining a strong goal, with a 30-day challenge as a practical starting point.

masturbation and can't seem to stop, I promise you this is the last video you'll ever need to watch to stop these things for good. The issue isn't obvious; it's different from agriculture altogether. We're all susceptible to it. I'm afraid this episode is for viewers over 18, and not everyone will be able to
watch it. But if you're struggling with this, believe me, this episode will literally change your life. May God protect us from this experiment, because this type of addiction has found a loophole that we can exploit to eliminate it, and that's what we'll see today. That's why we brought in Captain Ziad
Rahal, a professional dog trainer who trains the fiercest dog breeds in Egypt. In this episode, we'll conduct an experiment on his most dangerous dog. In short, we'll give his dog In short, we'll give his dog something to make it addicted, and then we'll test the
loophole I mentioned and see. Will we be able to get this dog to quit his addiction, or will he live with it forever? The surprise is that if I manage to get this dog to quit his addiction, you'll know exactly how to quit your own addiction to pornography and masturbation.
And by the way, this isn't the only surprise we have in store for you in this episode. At the end, you'll hear real stories of people who suffered from pornography and masturbation addiction until they did something that literally changed their lives. So make sure you watch this episode until the very last moment because this is
the moment that will change your life. In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Good evening, friends. Of course, there are obvious changes in me. What do you think is the story behind the bell in this episode? Well, honestly, this is one of the bold episodes that I was very hesitant to do on
my channel, but keep reading the messages, comments, and messages that come to me every day about the topic of addiction. Pornography and masturbation are truly staggering, affecting young people my age, from those as young as seven or eight to men in their 45s and 50s who are married with children and addicted to
pornography and masturbation. Can you imagine? People whom God has blessed with the ability to marry, remain chaste, and even have children, yet they still suffer from this addiction. This addiction is what makes us unsurprised when we learn that Egypt ranks first in the Arab world and 18th globally in pornography consumption.
I'm not trying to be sarcastic, but honestly, this is a serious issue. We are among the top countries in terms of pornography consumption. However, this is a warning: if you are under 18 and don't understand the
topic of this episode, please close it or watch it with an adult. But if you are struggling with pornography and masturbation addiction, then this episode, God willing, will help you. This is very relevant to you, so let's put our trust in God and begin. On
June 18th of last year, about three months ago, news spread across all news sites and social media in America that an unknown person was committing a terrifying act in a city called Holland in the state of Michigan. What was this act? People woke up one
day to find very strange pictures being published online. These pictures, I apologize for the frankness of what I'm about to say, were of a person photographing sensitive parts of women's bodies, taking pictures of them under their clothes in public transportation and public places. And what I'm telling you about didn't
happen just once or twice and then stop. The person who was doing this was doing it daily, photographing 10 to 20 girls every day. Some of them were as young as
most of these pictures were taken inside churches, which, in this society, are supposed to be religious places, meaning such things shouldn't happen there. Anyway, when the world The situation escalated, and people started sharing what was happening on social media. The government picked up on the news and began tracking the images,
trying to identify the person or group behind the act. Each time they tried, they failed; they couldn't find anything. Then one day, the person filming the girls made a mistake that completely changed the course of the story. He was
taking and posting his usual pictures, but in this particular image, he was photographing a distinctive landmark of the place where he was sitting. The police immediately rushed to the location and began reviewing the security camera footage to identify the person or
group responsible. When they looked at the footage, the officers couldn't believe their eyes. They had expected either a group of criminals or a single individual to be responsible, but what they saw was the complete opposite: the man they found sitting at the table,
filming the girls. These disgusting pictures are of a man named Mark Edwin. The man I just mentioned is one of the biggest businessmen in America. He was a former president of the Tulip Festival, a very well-known festival in America. He also
owns a huge chain of restaurants and cafes. He seems very dignified and respectable; you wouldn't guess he's capable of something like this. Anyway, the government arrested him and started investigating him. They wanted to know his motive for doing something like this. Honestly, this answer
made my brain squirm. He told them that his addiction to pornography was the reason behind his taking pictures of the girls in such a disgusting way. taking pictures of the girls in such a disgusting way. This sentence was said verbatim in his confession on all the news websites. And, by God, when I
heard this sentence, the only thing that came to my mind was the words of God Almighty: "And whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors." And, by God, what happened was a punishment from God for this man's transgression against one of God's limits. Because surely someone like this has been protected by God more than once, but he insisted on his wrongdoing.
The truth is, when I read this story, it made me want to know what addiction is and how I can determine if I'm addicted or not. Because 65% of solving any problem is understanding how the problem started. So, this episode will be divided into three parts. In the first part, we'll learn what
addiction is and how it begins. In the second part, we'll learn how addiction can develop and what it can lead to. And in the last part, we'll learn the ultimate solution that, God willing, will eliminate your need for anything else to overcome this addiction. The surprise is that all of this will happen right
before your eyes in a real experiment with a dog. We'll convert this dog to Islam, and then we'll try to get it to stop its addiction and see if we succeed. So, what is addiction? If I asked you to define addiction in one sentence... What's your definition of something you can't stop doing, something you
go back to whenever you feel stressed? Something I can't stop doing, something harmful I can't quit. Something that gives you momentary happiness, making you feel you need it constantly. It's when a person gets used to something undesirable,
to the point that it becomes normal for them. Addiction is doing something you know is harmful, and when you try to stop, you ca n't. On the contrary, you find the problem getting worse. If I said the word addiction, what's the first thing that comes to
whole drug cocktail. Drugs, drugs, drugs. The most common thing is drugs. Many people associate the word addiction with drugs, and I wasn't surprised by that. But what surprised me was when I asked, "What is Egypt number one in the
If I asked you right now, what do you think Egypt is number one in addiction in the Arab world and number 18 globally? The first thing that came to mind is pornography.
I expected any other answer, but this means the problem is obvious and clear to everyone. You'd be upset to find your country is number 18 globally in watching pornographic films, and also first in the Arab world, followed by Algeria and Saudi Arabia. I don't mean any insult to my country or
any other country, of course, but we have a big problem. Here are some statistics about watching pornographic films worldwide. One of the biggest pornographic websites released statistics last year, and I think everyone knows this site. It says it gets more than 42 billion visits
a year, averaging more than 100 million visits a day. One in four Google searches is related to pornography. On pornographic websites, with an average of 28,000 searches every second, eight out of ten young men you see in the street are watching pornographic films, and four out of
ten young women you see are watching pornography. In my opinion, behavioral addiction is one of the most dangerous types of addiction. Any other type of addiction, like drugs or anything else, you can take medication to help you stop it, but behavioral addiction has no cure. The problem is that it happens right
here, inside your brain. And to see how dangerous it is, we conducted an experiment. The experiment was that we went to one of the most dangerous dog farms in Egypt, and we found one of the most dangerous dogs from this farm. The dogs they have... Good
Batoul Farm? This is one of the farms that have somewhat dangerous dogs, classified as such, as you saw when you first arrived. I saw different types of dogs you have. From the moment I arrived, I saw kennels. I want to know what you're actually doing. What
sets this farm apart is that I train dogs to be extremely dangerous. I want the dog you love to be calm yet fierce in all your requests. I specialize in the most dangerous I have them. This dog is incredibly strong, and
God protect us. Let's go! We'll be joined by
Good evening. I'm Captain Ziad Rahal and owner of Rahal Academy. I create content on social all my platforms. Captain Ziad is very well-known on social media for his unique approach to handling dogs. He helps them stop or acquire specific behaviors,
and because of his unique style, he was able to open an academy. This is related to this topic, and he's now being requested by name at huge events all over the Arab world, including an upcoming event in the UAE. But what Captain Ziad is going to do with us today is something he's never
done before. In this episode, we're going to turn this dangerous dog into an addict through something we'll feed him and a sound we'll play for him repeatedly. The biggest challenge is to get this dog back to normal, because if we can't, he'll live his whole life with this addiction.
Now, what we're going to do is play the sound of the bell for him. He doesn't understand anything; he has no ability to distinguish between things. We'll link the sound of the bell to food. This is exactly what happens in addictive behavior. So, when he hears the bell, we'll give him food. When
he hears the bell, we'll give him food until one day we'll play the bell but won't give liver. Now we're supposed to be making a conditioned association. We'll now associate the sound of the bell that Captain Ziad is holding with the food he's supposed to eat. What's happening
now is the dog's conditioned association.
Bravo! If you focus on what I'm about to say, your craving for pornography and masturbation will decrease by 50%. Usually, your craving for pornography happens when you start watching it repeatedly. Your brain
gets used to a high dose of dopamine and other hormones, and all of this increases while you're watching. Therefore, when you try to stop watching pornography and masturbating, it's very difficult for you because, in short, your brain has been tricked into the high level of dopamine. That's great, that's what
you've probably heard everywhere. What you don't know, or what's new to you, is that from the time you're born until the age of 28, you are Your brain undergoes something called brain development or mental development. At this time, your brain is developing and adapting to the world, learning
new things, and developing its cognitive skills. When you start watching pornography at this age, which is from zero to 28 years old, something called maladaptive behavior or behavioral maladaptive behavior begins to happen to your brain. I don't understand what this means, guys? This means you start to see
things that used to give you dopamine naturally as very boring, like hanging out with your friends, going to the gym, or eating something you love. You'll feel like these things no longer make you happy like they used to, and you need something super-normal, something that gives you a
huge, instantaneous dopamine rush to feel happy. This behavioral maladjustment has created a kind of conditioned association between your feelings or the things you see, like pornography or masturbation. Boredom, tension, and suffocation become signals that I start
involuntarily feeling aroused and wanting to watch pornography or masturbate, even if I don't have arousal. Think about this: it gets ingrained in your brain to reduce feelings of tension, pressure, anxiety, or boredom, so you feel the need to watch pornography or masturbate. Masturbation, and keep in mind that
conditioned association isn't necessarily linked to feelings; it can also be linked to physical things like places. For example, a certain place where you're alone can trigger an involuntary urge to watch pornography or masturbate. For instance, the bathroom. So, you've developed a
conditioned association with the trigger or cue: "I'll feel this, so I'll do that," or "I'll be in that place, so I'll feel like watching porn or masturbating." This is exactly what we're going to do with the dog. We're going to implant addictive behavior in the dog. Why are we doing this? To create addictive behavior in the dog,
similar to the addictive behavior of a human addicted to pornography and masturbation, but in a way that isn't harmful to the dog. Will this behavior develop with the dog, and will we be able to make him stop? That's what we'll see now. Right now, the dog's brain has become accustomed to it. So,
every time he hears the bell, he'll run, knowing there's food. Look how I'm hiding! He came towards the bell because he knows he'll eat now. The scene you see here... start letting the dog roam. Now I want to check if what
I did worked or not. With practice, there's something called conditioned association that happens to the dog. The dog knows there's a sound and when I move, he follows me. I want to make sure if he's following me because he knows he'll get a treat every time he follows, or if he's coming
letting the dog get distracted and repeat the bell sound to make sure the information gets through. Now I'll leave a piece of liver on the ground for the dog to find, and then I'll ring the Nice!
Captain Ziad ran here! Look, he ran towards the bell! He ran towards the bell! So, we can say that the association... The dog
conditioned association and becomes attached to something, this addiction, miraculously, doesn't stop there; on the contrary, it develops. The movies that used to please you now no longer do. You crave things that are more deviant than normal to be new, to give you a
high dopamine rush and make you feel happy. Your conditioned association with the feeling or place that makes you watch pornography or engage in masturbation increases. For example, when you were bored, you might do it once. The development is that whenever you feel
bored, stressed, or suffocated, you have no other option but to do it. You won't think of anything else. And that's exactly what happened with the dog. Another strange thing I noticed was that when the dog developed a conditioned association and we created the addictive behavior within it, it was more intense in the The way we dealt
with him... I'm already afraid of dogs, but his behavior was a bit violent. When we instilled the right behavior in him, the amazing thing is, when I started reading, I found that the same thing happens with humans. A person who is addicted to pornography or masturbation always has a
very volatile mood. He's impulsive, always arguing with his family and fighting with his mother all the time. He's always irritable and on edge at home. He always feels unhappy, even if the means of enjoyment that make a normal person happy are available. He's still not happy.
What's your name? Abdo Mansour. So tell me, why do you think young people are I'll tell you, the issue starts with something like that. I mean, the idea that in school back then, we were alone and the girls were alone, so this makes you... you have a desire to know why, why they kept us apart.
forbidden is desirable. Something that is forbidden to you, so you have it. This is also the curiosity I mentioned. You want to know why they are preventing me from doing this. For example, a small child, for example, might touch his hand. He does n't yet know what it is. He is three or two years old. This comes to his
sensitive areas. He doesn't understand what this is. He is still exploring his body. For example, his mother doesn't have enough knowledge to teach him about his body well. For him, this thing is forbidden, so it is desirable. This also makes him have curiosity. There are many things that
? Parents and the community, which includes schools, are involved. If we talk about parents, do you think they had a market for raising children in this area? Yes, absolutely. 90% of the Egyptian population has a market for sexual education for children.
addicted to pornography and masturbation is that the addiction develops. Their brain becomes slower in processing things; they're always daydreaming and unfocused. They can't sit still for an hour or
two and concentrate on something. They don't know what's wrong with them. I also noticed this with the dog; the dog's processing was very slow. Of course, if you're addicted to these things, you'll hate having them inside you. You want to be a normal person, and you certainly don't want
this to continue. The advantage of behavioral addiction is that you can break the addiction. If you can break the cycle of addiction... Behaviorally, you can return to being a normal human being like before, with nothing wrong with it. All the symptoms that started to appear as the
addiction developed will begin to disappear if you can break this addiction cycle. This is the solution to pornography addiction. Captain Z will hold his hand down because now he will ring the bell without giving him food to make sure that the conditioned association has been established exactly as we want. After that,
we will begin the journey of removing the conditioned association from his mind. When he hears the bell, he will no longer be waiting for any reaction, not waiting for food. So, we have instilled this pseudo-addictive behavior in him, and then we will remove this pseudo-addictive behavior from him. We will
see if we can remove it or if he will continue with this behavior for the rest of his life. expecting food; you can notice this in his saliva. The dog's saliva is
dripping because he expects food, but there's no food. This is because a conditioned association has formed in the dog's brain: whenever he hears the bell, he expects food. Dopamine is released in his brain in a very high way because he anticipates food, but he doesn't find anything. Here, we
confirm that the conditioned association has worked exactly as we intended. When I create a conditioned association for the dog with a specific sound or movement so that the dog will come to it, I start by training the dog to receive a toy or food every time he comes. This creates a follow-through treat, so I start by giving
him liver. This is a type of reward. Now, I want to convey to the dog that the bell will no longer come because of something. I will start by repeating the initial process a few times until the dog starts to come to me and doesn't find food. After that, I will start training
the dog further. If he sits still and doesn't move, I'll give him a sharp, used to. Let's focus on the idea that we humans repeat actions. When we become addicted to anything, whether it's watching pornography or masturbating, our
brains become associated with those things. What we should be doing is removing these habits from our minds by associating them with something else. That's exactly what we're going to do with the guy now. If that works, then we can easily remove
this from our minds too. So, how do you think someone addicted to pornography and to watching it a lot can be treated, or how can he get rid of this habit from within himself? How can he completely stop it?
Of course, it's not difficult if we just change the mindset a little. For example, if someone wants to quit, I'll find it very difficult. So, what should I say? Or the whole idea is in the mind, you need to adjust your mentality, work on it a little. For example, don't cut out completely the first time.
You mean it should be taken gradually. No one should suddenly say, "I'm going to quit all at once." No, it's taken gradually. Instead of doing something, for example, he completely quit. Regarding the solution to pornography addiction, you must know, as I
told you, that pornography addiction or masturbation falls under the category of addiction. In medicine, there's a term called "puffer." A buffer is when you escape from negative emotions to something harmful, like cigarettes or drugs or things like that. If you ask most people
who use... Cigarettes? What time of day do they smoke the most? They'll tell you, when they're angry, why? Because they're escaping feelings of anger, those negative emotions, by doing something harmful. Similarly, for someone addicted to pornography, the solution isn't to block a certain website on your phone or put a code to block
pornographic content. Yes, that might help you quit, but it's very superficial. It's like cutting off the top of a flower and leaving the root underneath untouched. So, if the urge is still there, you'll find yourself involuntarily unblocking
those sites or removing the code and going back to watching again. The solution isn't there. The solution is to identify the root cause that makes me want to watch pornography. This brings the issue from subconscious to conscious thought, and I start writing it down. There's nothing wrong with that. Don't be
ashamed. When you feel like watching pornography... Now, if you're going to masturbate, write down why you're doing it. Is it because you feel alone or lonely, so you want to do it? Or are you stressed about something, or
feel suffocated, so you want to relieve the pressure or suffocation by doing it? Write this down to bring the issue from the subconscious to the conscious level so you can deal with it. Honestly, writing down why you want to watch pornography can be a step towards
stopping it completely. Write down if you're upset, sad, unhappy, or stressed. Write down what you're feeling, and based on what you've written, start writing a logical solution. For example, if you want to watch pornography or masturbate right now because you're alone and no one is
home, then go for a walk. Please don't stay alone at home. Go see one of your friends and sit with them. Go play. Play PlayStation, go do anything, just don't stay home alone. I'm bored, so I'll find something to entertain me. I'll go play football, hang out with my friends, do anything to
get me out of this boredom mood, instead of just sitting alone like this. Even if what you're going to do will only make you happy in a small way, believe me, you'll be able to get the bug out of your head. We're trying, little by little, to replace it, to replace the bug with something that's somewhat
useful to us, and that's exactly what we did with the dog. When we started ringing the bell for him several times, and every time he came and didn't find the food, the dog naturally began to break the conditioned association in his brain. He started to understand that when the bell rings, he won't find
food. So, when we kept repeating this more than once, the dog understood that every time he came and didn't find food, he didn't care about it.
times, that he comes to Captain Ziad's hand and goes when the bell rings for him, and he doesn't find the food, so the dog started to understand that there is no reward that he is Now, if we ring the bell, he is standing there.
If the conditioned association has been broken in his brain regarding the subject of food, then he is no longer interested in it. Because he went to it more than once, and every time the bell rang, he wouldn't find any conditioned association was broken in his mind. In the experiment, everything we did represented
addictive human behavior. For example, the liver the dog was eating is the trigger, or rather, the dog was eating is the trigger, or rather, the bell, which, in our human aspect, represents the feeling of boredom, frustration, or suffocation that
leads us to watch pornography or make lentil soup. The dog himself, with his feelings, represents us. Of course, I'm not comparing us to the dog, God forbid, but this is like a simulation of what happens to us in our addictive behavior of pornography and masturbation. We did a similar experiment on the
dog so as not to harm the dog and at the same time to learn a lesson from the experience. There's something important I forgot. I'd say your brain, by God's grace, has a truly amazing thing about it: it doesn't forget the time and place where you gave it a high dose of dopamine. For example, if
you're watching porn or masturbating in the bathroom at 3:00 AM ( sorry for the strong explanation, but it's just an example to help us understand the concept realistically), what happens is that your brain reminds you that at that time and place, you feel an overwhelming
urge, even if you don't actually feel the urge. Your brain doesn't forget the place and time when you received that high dopamine. So much so that if people are used to doing this at 5:00 AM, even if they go to sleep, they might wake up at 5:00 AM to do it and then go back to sleep. So, the
solution is, when that time of day arrives and you find the bathroom empty—which is the time you usually do it—take out a pen and paper and write, "I feel like I want to masturbate." Why are you doing this? Start like I told you, based on what you wrote, and come up with a logical solution to
this problem. Replace what you were going to do with something that won't harm you, at least. I'm not going to tell you to go to the gym or anything like that. Look for something that makes you happy and do it. Or if going to the gym makes you happy, go to the gym, but the whole point is in the substitution. If you say, "Tomorrow morning I'll stop watching
porn and I won't masturbate," and you don't replace them with something you enjoy, you won't be able to stop. You have to replace them. And believe me, if you can do the few steps I told you about, you will stop watching porn and masturbating. I guarantee you that's the scientific or biological aspect
of the matter. Now there's the psychological aspect, and this is very important. You have to have a goal. You have to know why you want to stop watching porn or masturbating, and keep that goal in mind. Whenever your mind tempts you to do it, do it. So, remember your goal. Remember that a
three- or four-minute pleasure shouldn't make you lose sight of your goal. It shouldn't make you feel sorry for yourself, like you're a slave to lust. Remember before you do it that if you don't, your whole life will improve: your work, your studies, your relationships with your family and friends. It's enough that you feel you're in control of
this matter, not the other way around. You're not a slave to the world, only to God Almighty. I swear to God, I'm not exaggerating, but you're much stronger than a habit like exaggerating, but you're much stronger than a habit like this. You're a human being, the most amazing thing God created.
God gave you willpower, you just need to push a little harder. I know you want to quit and that you have the intention to quit, and every time you say you'll quit, you fall against your will. But believe me, if you fall once, it does n't mean you're starting all over again. It's like a house; if you fall once, it's like
breaking a windowpane. Does that mean the whole house is ruined? Don't do what I told you. Take concrete steps and have the willpower to quit. Seek God's help in this matter. You're trying to quit, which is good. You did n't start from the beginning; you just stumbled. Get up and
continue. It's 30 days, a month. I swear, if you can control yourself during that time and do exactly everything I said in this video, you can forget about watching porn or masturbating ever again. Consider this moment as the beginning. Today is your first day of the 30
days, and God willing, I'm sure I'll find people writing in the comments that they've completed the 30 days, God willing, a month after this episode is released. Remember that nothing in the world can enslave you. You are stronger than anything in the world. I hope this video has an
impact and motivates many people to stop this. May God protect all Muslim youth from this. All I can say in the end is that As usual, don't forget to share.
