ever told yourself that this is a year
you're finally going to get into shape
but somehow you keep falling off trust
me I get it because I've been there
before I made Fitness a lifestyle I
struggled with feeling lost overwhelmed
and feeling like I had no real Direction
but the truth is starting your fitness
journey is so much more than just going
to the gym or eating healthy it's about
building habits that actually fit into
your life so in today's video I'm
breaking down five gamechanging steps
that will make your fitness journey
stick this time this isn't about quick
fixes or unrealistic plans this is about
setting yourself up for long-term
success let's get into
it step one is to figure out exactly
what you want you need to be clear and
specific about your goal are you trying
to build muscle get leaner improve
endurance maybe it's just a feeling of
feeling more confident in your body for
me actually writing down my goals helped
so much every morning I take a few
minutes to journal reminding myself
exactly why I'm doing this because let's
be real motivation will fade there there
will be days where you don't feel like
showing up but but when you have a goal
that's clear it's easier to stay
consistent and your goal doesn't have to
be extreme it could literally be you
committing to the gym three times a week
or drinking more water or even walking
10,000 steps a day and one mindset shift
that completely changed for me was
focusing on the process and not the
outcome if your goal is Fat Loss don't
obsess over the scale instead track how
strong you feel how your energy improves
how your clothes fit differently the
more you focus on the small winds the
more motivated you'll

stay okay now that you have a goal let's
talk about your workout routine because
this is where a lot of people can go
wrong they either do too much too fast
or they pick a plan that doesn't align
with what they want for example if
you're trying to build muscle but all
you're doing is cardio that's probably
not going to cut it and if you're trying
to lose fat but skipping on strength
training you're missing out on so many
benefits the key to choosing a plan is
one that supports your goal two is
actually sustainable for your schedule
and three is something that you enjoy
for me I keep my workout structured and
effective by sticking to this format do
compound movements these could be your
heavy multi-joint lifts like squats dead
lifts or presses I then move on into a
unilateral exercise this can help
correct muscle imbalances and improve
stability think of things like single
leg rdls split squats single arm rows I
then finish off my workout with one to
two isolation movements these focus on
specific muscles like bicep curls tricep
extensions or lateral raises this keeps
my workout efficient balanced and goal
driven listen if you're new to the gym
and feeling overwhelmed just stick to
the basics focus on mastering your form
and compound lifts first before adding
extra weight and lastly track your lift
so you can focus on Progressive Overload
at the end of the day consistency
matters more than anything the perfect
plan means nothing if you can't stick to
it so pick something realistic and start
showing up
consistently so now that you've set your
goal and picked out your workout routine
now you need to fit it into your life
because if you don't it's only a matter
of time before you fall off and let's be
real for a second most people don't
struggle with motivation they struggle
with structure how many times have you
told yourself I'll go to the gym later
and then later comes and suddenly you're
too tired something comes up or you just
don't feel like it anymore that's why I
always say treat your workouts like an
important meeting you wouldn't just
randomly fit in a work meeting or a
doctor's appointment so schedule it and
start showing up your workouts deserve
the same level of priority and I know
some of you might be thinking I don't
have time I'm too busy I'll go when I
have more energy but here's the truth
you don't find time you make time like I
said before schedule it like an
appointment literally block off time in
your calendar and treat it as a
non-negotiable also find your best
workout time if you're not a morning
person don't force yourself to train at
5:00 a.m. if your evenings are packed
hit the gym earlier in the day set a
realistic Commitment if you can only go
3 days a week that is totally fine just
be consistent with those three and also
have a plan before you get into the gym
nothing wastes time more than walking in
and not knowing what you're doing also
for me having a pre-workout routine
changed everything it eliminates
decision-making and gets me in gym mode
my routine usually looks like this I
finish off work I don't scroll I don't
have any distractions I close my laptop
and shift Focus I change into my gym fit
and something about putting on a cute
outfit just makes me feel so much better
about going into the gym the goal here
is to make your workouts a
non-negotiable but also sustainable
because at the end of the day it's not
about having the perfect plan it's about
having a plan that you can actually
stick to and once it becomes part of
your routine you won't even have to
think about it it'll just be something
that you

do okay now let's talk about nutrition
because no matter how hard you train
what you put into your body matters just
as much as your workouts and listen I
know nutrition can feel overwhelming
there's so much information out there
calories macros meal timing what to eat
what not to eat eat it's really easy to
over complicate it but here's what I've
learned the simpler you can make it the
easier it is to stay consistent because
eating healthy isn't just about knowing
what to do it's about setting yourself
up for success I first recommend
starting with a Sunday reset for me
Sunday is my reset day it's when I set
myself up for the week so I'm not
scrambling every day trying to figure
out what to eat I go grocery shopping I
stock up on everything that I need for
the week I also meal plan I don't prep
every single meal but I make sure that I
have staples ready and lastly I clean
and organize because the clean kitchen
makes it so much more easier to at home
when I go grocery shopping I keep it
simple I focus on Whole nutrient-dense
Foods that fuel my body here's my go-to
list for protein sources I go for beef
chicken eggs Greek yogurt carbs I go for
Rice oats fruit potatoes the fats could
be anywhere from avocados raw cheese
nuts and one of the best things that you
can do is go to the store with a plan
make a list before you go so you're not
just throwing random stuff in your cart
and then wondering what to eat later I
don't over complicate meals I keep
things super simple high in protein and
something that I actually enjoy at the
end of the day you you don't need a
perfect diet you just need a system that
works for

don't want to wear a sports Bron you
just want to wear a matching top I feel
like this is such a cute outfit okay
just picked out outfit number two these
are the unified wrap shorts in forest
green I believe I love these shorts
specifically on leg day just because it
look super flattering they are different
than the effortless they don't have a
butt scrunch they just really accentuate
your glutes still because of the Contour
so I love these and I'm pairing it with
this white long sleeve top that just
released last week I don't know if it's
still in stock so don't come for me but
this top with the open
back literally obsessed I haven't even
worn it to the gym yet but I was
planning on wearing it with those shorts
so I want to show you guys what it looks
like I am literally obsessed I think I
met like this more than outfit number
one but I feel like the shorts just look
super flattering on I really love how
it's wrapped and it just you know shows
your curves and on top of it this long
sleeve is so comfortable you don't have
to wear it with any sortz brought it has
padding inside and my favorite part
about it is obviously the open
back and yeah I just feel like this is
the cutest leg day fit okay last outfit
to give you some inso but this is soft

yet this is one of my favorite

going to push through and you're going
to feel so much better about yourself
you're going to build discipline you're
going to feel good because the person
that you want to be is on the opposite
side of everything that you're putting
off in those moments that you really
push yourself and don't skip the gym you
actually build more character and you
build discipline so I really want you to
remind yourself of your why and push
through on the days that maybe you're
