# My 4Runner Cars and Bids Auction

> Source: [My 4Runner Cars and Bids Auction](https://youtube.com/watch?v=Ts6KXJtNgk0)

## Summary

The video is a live stream of the final moments of a Cars and Bids auction for a Toyota 4Runner that served as the camera car for the Regular Car Reviews YouTube channel. The host, Mr. Regular, interacts with viewers across multiple platforms, shares personal stories about his car history, and provides real-time commentary as the auction concludes.

- **Explanation of the Bird Persona** [11:06] — The host explains that his bird persona, Remote, is a tribute to friends who are also bird characters, and that he sees it as a role, not an emotional attachment.

- **History of the 4Runner** [20:55] — The host discusses the 4Runner's history: bought in 2021 at the height of the pandemic with 75,000 miles, used as a camera car with a rolling rear window for filming.
- **Why the 4Runner Was Replaced as Camera Car** [36:04] — The host explains that the DJI Osmo 3 Pocket made the 4Runner obsolete as a camera car because it can be mounted outside the car, allowing the operator to stay inside.
- **Auction Results and Financial Outcome** [41:17] — The auction ends with a winning bid of $13,600 from user 'Mild Chart'. The host reveals he paid $16,000, taking a $3,000 loss, but considers it worth it for the content produced.
- **Future Plans and Use of Funds** [38:43] — The host plans to use the auction proceeds to pay down his mortgage and mentions upcoming videos: a cafe racer review and a Ford KA imported from the UK.

test two. Test two audio. Test two.
Anything. Test two. Test two audio. Test
two. Test two audio. Test two. Test to
audio. Yes, sound. Yes, sound.
Interesting. So, you have
sound, but you don't see me, do
you? Do you see me? Am I in the picture?
Am I in the
picture? No. Well, that's
that's So, you see the bird, but you
don't see me. So, what it's seeing is
the previous stream. This is this is
really
bizarre.
Okay. Why don't you see the video? That
is
interesting. Camera or audio. Make a
choice. This is interesting. All
right. All
right. Changing it to my camera.
Changing it to my camera. Do you see my
camera? Do you see my camera? Do you see
the camera? Do you see the
camera? Do you see? We see you and hear
you. Okay, now we're going to switch to
the studio camera. Switching to studio
camera now.
You see me here? Do you see my hand? Do
you see my hand? Do you see my hand? Do
you see my hand?
Hand. Hand. Hand. Hand. Do you see hand?
Do you see hand? Do you see hand? Five
fingers. Good. That's the answer. Okay.
Good. All right.
Testing the mic. Do you hear my voice in
the mic? Do you hear my voice in the
mic? Do you hear my voice in the mic? Do
you hear my voice in the mic? Do you
hear my voice in the mic? Beepus beepus
beepus beepus beepus. Hyper beepus
inflating hyper gigantic balls. Gigantic
balls. You hear me by 5 by five. Yes,
you hear the voice too damn internally.
I hear your voice in my Dan Arnets.
Good.
Okay. Thank you so much for joining me
for the final moments of regular car
reviews. Um the final moments of my
Toyota 4Erunner
auction. Uh the auction
is scheduled to end in 34 minutes.
So if I'm smart, I
will I
will tell people that it's ending and I
will also share this live
stream
to social media accounts because that's
the name of the game. Thank you to
everybody who's joining us today on this
Friday.
And
now I need to go to what's the mileage?
The mileage is
93,800 miles. And uh there should be a
link to this auction uh in the
description of this video. And if not,
you can go to cars and bids on your own.
Oh, quick silver main, thank you so much
for the donation. Says $2 for the brown
gods. I appreciate that.
Yeah. And I am trying to go to my
channel. There it
is. And I need to share this. There it
is. Copying the
link. Going to all the social media.
It's this castanza. Hello.
Uh,
join
me live for the end of
my
4Runner
auction and paste. There it
is. And then if I'm
smart, select it all. Copy it. Post. And
we'll do that again
for Twitter and Instagram. Although
probably with Instagram maybe we'll just
use a live video with that or excuse me,
Tik Tok. Best of luck, Mr. Regular. Do
you ever plan on doing another
motorcycle review? Yes. In fact, I'm
finishing it today. Uh the video that's
going to come out on Monday is a
motorcycle. We're returning to
motorcycles. The motorcycle in question
is a
1991 Honda
CB750 that has been turned into a cafe
racer. I have wanted a cafe racer since
I started riding motorcycles. And I talk
about a little bit about this in the
video. Um, I started riding motorcycles
in 19
No, well, okay. My very first bike was a
little scooter that I bought against my
parents wishes with no title. It was a
Yamaha Champ, I think it was also called
the
Chappie. And it that was back in the
year
2000. And then in 2007, I bought my very
first motorcycle, also against my
parents wishes, but I wasn't living at
home at the time. So that was a Honda
CM250C. And around that time is when
Cafe Racers started coming out. and uh
were sort of the silver age of cafe
racers especially in the United States
and Canada and I really wanted one back
then but then they were so cool and I
think now we're in the bronze age in
2025 of cafe racers where they're no
longer hip and they're returning to a
style of like dirty street racers which
I love because that was the original
intent of a cafe racer. It was a
standard or a cruiser that was turned
into a race bike and they were nasty
machines. So, the cafe racers that we
have now are more in tune to what they
originally were, a cheap way to go fast.
And that's what I have uh down on my
back porch right now. It's red and white
with the checkerboard pattern on it with
dropped bars and the race seat. Oh, it's
fantastic. I'm in I'm in riding it
almost every day when the weather's
good. Uh Val Cat says, "Any plans for
another meetup and car show?" Probably
at Fidelia. Yeah.
We've gotten too big for um too many
games, so there won't be a car meet
there, but uh there will be uh something
at
Philadelphia. Um
uh buy my Jeep. When's the VFR review?
Oh, I'd love to get my hands on a VFR.
Um
uh the Lion King says, "Bring it out."
Not sure what that means. It's all about
the adventure bikes. Yeah, I I see a lot
of people with money still doing the BMW
thing. Triumph also has one as well. Is
that the Triumph Tiger? Uh Eric Bernard
says, "Where is PA? Are you? I'm located
in Sailorsburg." I'm in the Philly
suburbs now. So that's where I am. Oh,
and I need to go
[Music]
to
[Music]
Twitter X. Uh Matt, thank you for the
donation. Says, "Are you the big lot?"
No, I'm not the big lot. I'm not. I did
talk to him on the phone one time. Great
guy. If not, then they're heavily
influenced by you. Yeah. Had to lay down
from the clipins. I love that
guy. Posting on
X. Um, you're in the portaotti at the
north end of campus. Yep. Andy says,
"Did you ever get to choose? Did you get
to choose your persona and how long how
did it end up being a bird?" So, remote
here
is a tribute to the people who got me uh
back into the fandom after a long ways
who uh whose characters are also birds.
It's uh my friend uh who's an artist
named Pulsar who also designed the RCR
logo you see here.
And uh another content creator, Adler
the Eagle. You may know him.
And who was the
third? Who was the third person who also
had
[Music]
a Maybe it was just those two. There had
to be a
third. Can't remember.
Anyway, so I made a bird uh costume
that's sort of a
uh a tribute to them. I have no
emotional attachment to Remote as a
character. I see him simply as a as some
people are very attached to to their uh
personas that they make, but to me it's
just a role that I play. Um uh remote is
finance bird or uh
um since since it's a blank character uh
you can dress him up any way you like
and sort of change his look. Um dang,
I'm friends with Pulsar. You know his
stuff. Yeah, he's a great guy. Also big
into
motorcycles. His bikes have been on RCR
before.
Um, uh, drove through Pennsylvania for
the first time recently. Was suddenly
very obvious and amazing how it would
be, uh, uh, it would be like to drive a
Miata. Yeah, a Miata in rural
Pennsylvania is fantastic. How do we
submit for a regular review? I have a
you have a Lucid Air. Holy [ __ ] You
live in Delaware, uh, but from Bucks
County? Yeah. Uh, send me a DM just on
on Instagram is honestly the best way.
Send me a DM on Instagram. Regular car
reviews on Instagram. And if you don't
have Instagram, uh, just
regularcars@gmail.com. Send me an email
that way because we never I I see Lucid
Airs. They're super weird. They're big.
They're big. I like them from a
distance, but I'd love to get my hands
on
one. Chris, if you're able, like, please
do that now. We'll we'll talk after this
auction or hopefully we'll talk at the
end. So, we have 20 minutes 27 minutes
left on the on this auction. Most
everything happens in the last 10. Um,
but I'm eager to see what this thing's
going to go for. Right now it's at uh
$13,000. Uh, Christopher says, "You're
doing it now." Thank
you. I should go to
Instagram and do a live on
Instagram. I also need power for this
phone, which should be part of the
Instagram
thing.
Live. And there it
is. Yeah, I'm literally filming. I'm
literally filming the monitor here. Has
RCR ever done a Euro van? Uh, how was
hanging out with Gus Johnson? Gus
Johnson? I hung out with Gus
Johnson.
Um, so hello to everybody on Instagram.
I'm literally filming the screen. We are
filming the final uh moments of Cars and
Bids auction right here. So, you can
join us on our main channel on YouTube.
Everybody in the chat, say hello. Say
hello to Instagram. I'm filming you
guys. I'm filming the chat right now for
Instagram. Everybody get in here. Uh if
you're looking for something to keep you
busy for the
next 25 minutes,
uh we're filming the end of the auction
for RCR's camera car or former camera
car. Uh it is ending with no reserves.
Someone in the next half hour is going
to win my car. Going to win the auction
for the car. What's up with the guy who
sold you the What's up? Is this the guy
that sold you to Honda today? Uh I don't
know. No. Oh, what's up? This is the guy
who sold you the Honda today. Hi, crazy
kid Ed. I remember I still have that
car. Oh, wait. So, you're watching this
guy that sold you the Honda today.
You're literally in this. So, okay. I
have to go get my charger anyway. You
want to see where your old car is?
I apologize to those
YouTube happy.
Now back into the podcast studio living
room slash set
really. Okay, we're back.
So, everybody on Instagram, you're going
to want to go to the YouTube channel,
Regular Car Reviews on YouTube or
Regular Cars on YouTube, and uh join the
chat here because we're live streaming
the end of my
auction
for my former camera car. Matt says,
"Have you ever worked with Zack, Job, or
Jeremiah Burton?" I apologize. I don't
know who those people are, so I don't
think so.
All right, my phone's on the battery,
which is nice. Champagne of beers, yep,
is left over from my party.
So, a nice uh cheerful beverage for this
afternoon. Cheers to you guys. All
right. Um, everybody on Instagram,
you're going to want to head to my
YouTube channel and join the chat there
because I'm closing it. Uh, you remember
the Red Falcon auction? Yeah, my old
Falcon. That Frankenstein car.
Okay, I am closing this. See you in the
main channel, guys. Everybody from
Instagram, go to my YouTube channel.
That's where this is going on.
Bye. I got
a my YouTube
channel to see the end of
the
[Music]
auction. Share. Okay. Uh, didn't RCR
review a
lot? Did we do a lot? We did a Yugo and
we did What did we do in Seattle? We did
something.
Am I like overexposed? I feel like I'm
overexposed.
there. Think the light I I need like
it's weird like I have lighting there. I
think I need like another studio light
like right
here. Uh when is RCR coming to Namibia?
I don't know, man.
Um, will RCR re review my sourdough?
Like sourdough
bread? Uh, Angry Shoe Box says,
"Forrunner looks great. No peeling, no
clear coat, no brake dust. Wheels
usually see." Yeah. Well, thank you.
That makes me feel happy. Current bid is
still
$13,000. That eagle is the most unique
persona I've ever seen. I think you need
an AMC.
Oh, like that'd be funny. Just to get
like an AMC tank top and wear it over
it. You could do
that. Um, if people would get that, you
know, some people would probably see the
AMC logo and they're like, "What? AMC
theaters." Mike Maverick says, "I'm a
bird and I want you to drive a reliable
car, not a Dodge Nitro." Yeah. GH. Um,
Matt says, "You have a following in
Bangladesh." Funny enough. Really?
Bangladesh? I'm flattered to hear that.
Anyway, Darn says, "Third gen, best
gen." Of course, it is. 19 minutes to
go. People are hanging back on this
auction. Uh, no one in the last uh
moments are actually bidding on it, but
you know, it all comes all comes down to
the last 10
minutes. How much would you hope to get
out of the 4ERunner? I'd hope to get my
money back, but again, I bought this
car. I'll tell you how much I bought it
for after the auction close.
But I bought that a I bought the car in
2021, which is at the height of the
pandemic, at the height of the over um
the overpriceness of uh of used
cars. But when I needed a new camera car
and I knew I wanted a 4erunner and I
knew I wanted a third gen because it
would fit in my garage. And then I saw
this one. When I bought it, it had
75,000 miles on it, man. So, it was
nice. It was a really nice
car. Uh, Proigan Porman says, "Where
near Philly did you move?" I'm in
southern Montgomery
County. I'm not going to tell you my
town but
um, who and yeah, he hide the pandemic
and Overlanding. Yeah, it it was it was
a lot. We'll see how close it gets to
that. And if and if it surpasses it,
hey, fantastic. And if not, well, the
truck the truck or SUV, whatever you
want to call it, it made its
money and uh I just don't drive it
anymore. So, regulars should come to
Northern Europe and drive some of the
90s runabouts that we have lying around
here. Old Audi's, Astros, Vectors, old
pat, old Ford Galaxies. Yeah, the Ford
Galaxy minivan. I remember seeing like
one or two of them in the
UK. Which countries don't have a car
culture? It's a good question. I mean,
people like cars
everywhere. Oh [ __ ] Amler cars and
coffee has to be damn near home for you.
Amler, little Amler has cars and coffee.
I recognize Amler from uh the
landline. When I say landline, I don't
mean internet. That is the Lansdale
Doorstown line that I take into the
city. And by city, I mean
Philly. What? Uh something something.
For a couple grand more, you could
almost get a new Hilux Champ with a a
street food kitchen.
Nice. Amler cars show was in May. Ah,
okay.
Uh oh, Mat with a uh super chat. Thank
you so much. You should go to Katie's
Cars and Coffee near DC. I've been to
Katie's Cars and Coffee uh in before
times. Uh I liked it. lot of lot of
pricey stuff there and uh a lot of
people. The thing I remember most about
Katie's Cars and Coffee was there was
this one guy making content. He was
filming. He was using his
phone. No, wait. I'm thinking of
something else, but it's still Katie's
Cars and Coffee. Um, at K's Cars and
Coffee, someone wrote rode up there with
a Ferrari F40
EO and there was like a line of people
waiting to pose and do this in front of
it.
Gosh, I remember someone posting a
picture at the New York Auto Show next
to a
Rolls-Royce, but they were just there
with their phone and poof, this bottle
is a champagne flute. They got a
champagne flute and just posted a
picture of the champagne flute in front
of the the flying lady on the
Rolls-Royce. And I'm like, I'll bet you
have I'll bet you're so not funny. I'll
bet you're a boring guy at every party
if you're gonna do
that.
Um, 80s and Morris says, "Hello from
Athens Greece."
Hello. Uh, can agree on overpaying for
pretty much uh historic
cars.
Um, I bought two, one in 2021, one in
22. 10,000 for each dealership. At least
there was a Crown Vic and a Sienna. Both
around 70,000 miles. Cool.
Uh, Ivan Ivan 2 says, "I grew up in
rougher areas of the United States, but
whenever I see fancy vehicles, it just
seems like an invitation to get
carjacked. When you drive nice vehicles,
do you worry about the attention they
attract?" I've never had nice nice cars,
like really aspirational
vehicles. Maybe my crazy
taxi. I mean, the most expensive vehicle
I own is my Kia, but that's just because
I bought it new. So, and that's just a
Kia.
So, and the flashiest thing I ever
had, the flashiest thing I have is
probably Crazy Taxi, but that's not
something I mean, it attracts a lot of
attention, but it's never really
attracted negative attention or or or
jealousy.
Um, I suppose the most Let me answer
this. Super chat says, "Dave, the Primis
Plangler freaking rules." You mean the
Primly Plymouth Prowler? The Plymouth
Prangler. I' How funny would that be if
there was a real car called the Prim
Plymouth
Prangler? Um, what are you currently
driving most as of
late? Um, my Honda today. I don't drive
it every day, but it's such a good car
for Philadelphia. It It's I did an
airport run in it. Now, I don't drive
the Today every day, you know, it's a
tongue twister. Prefer that car. Let's
just call it the JA4. I don't drive the
JA4 every single day, but um I mean, I
still drive my Kia all the time. I mean,
that's just the daily, you know, you
plug in the car and it goes. Um, another
super chat. Michael Rosenberg. I was
supposed to answer some other question.
Uh, Eric Buell is gonna be the host of
Honor at Radner Hunt Club in September.
Do you ever go to an event like that? I
don't really go to car show events
because I'm spoiled and I like to drive
cars. Standing around them and talking
about
them. I'm not a big firearm guy, but
it's sort of
like imagine going to a range and
watching other people practice
marksmanship, but you just get to sit on
the bench and watch with earplugs
in. That's what a car show feels like to
me.
Um, Eric, if a Prangler came up on Cars
and Biz, I would buy buy it immediately.
Nice. Um, Prowler meets Jeep Wrangler.
The all newer. I like
that. Um, Honda every other day. Hey
there, Birdhead. Yes, Remote is here
being a
co-host. We are at 12 minutes 47
seconds.
So far, we did someone uh the new high
bidder. It is now at
$13,100 with uh 12 minutes 36 seconds
left. The firing range cucks share
event. Exactly. Yeah.
There's always the one little kid at the
uh at the at the range trying to hold
the uh ear protection that are too big
for his ears to the side of his head. He
doesn't know why he's here. He can't do
anything. He just has to sit there and
be
good. Uh pro wagon performances. Lots of
Pennsylvania is depressing. Not wrong,
but there's plenty of good and great car
culture. Oh yeah, for sure.
Yeah. I mean, the joke is outside
outside of the major cities. It's all
just
uh you know a car show was just a
million
Corvettes. Andrew Oven says Allentown is
my hometown. I would love to move back.
Would you
know? I'm thinking this a is that my
audio levels okay? I feel like it could
be a little louder. What do you think? I
don't want to have too much audio hiss
coming through the ATM, but what do you
think? Based on the old cars and bids, I
think 13,000 is pretty close to the
price these days. Fingers crossed for
15.
Yeah.
Um, is he going to say how much he paid
for it after how little he paid for it
after it sells? Uh, I don't think I'm
going to do that.
Um, audio is lovely. Okay, I'm a little
quiet. Okay, let me up this a little
bit.
There might be a little uh analog
hiss. That was three taps on the
ATM. Some hiss, but it's fine. Just eat
the
mic.
H. This probably peaks it. This is
probably way too much
audio. Way too much gain. It's in the
red. Yes. Very minimal hiss. That's
better. Am I blowing out the mic by
doing this? Peak content. Okay.
Yeah. Yeah. Too loud. Okay. Down it
goes. So there we go. This is pro. Well,
this is almost pretty much what we had
before.
If I peak the Oh, I see. I see what's
going on. The ATM is doing its own
modulation.
Interesting.
Okay. Too much
again.
Yeah. Interesting. Interesting.
Interesting. Volume is better.
Okay. Em uh Ransom says, "Are you going
to regret selling
it?" Yep.
I'm going to miss the
4Runner. I miss a lot of the cars I've
had. I don't
miss the
Falcon. It
was a big headache at the end because it
had so many weird parts and when
something went wrong, uh, you had to
remember what type of part you put in
there. I don't really I don't miss it.
No, cuz I realized that that car was
just too much modification for it to be
a fun
car. I
miss Yeah, I miss my Honda
Fit, but that started getting
uncomfortable for long
trips. I miss
my Subaru Forester. That thing was
everything. It did everything great
except for gas miles, but that thing
just sort of rusted
away. Uh, I missed my MR2 a lot, but
also I didn't drive it because it was
too nice. I was afraid of uh getting it
banged up and also intimidated
by Is the audio synced on
this? Are we synced?
Or is this not
synced? Let me know if this is
this I'm watching
my levels and I'm not sure if this is
it's close enough.
Okay. All
right. Not very sing. Anyway, now great.
Your hair off. Great.
Wonderful. Um, off by about a quarter of
a second. That's That's a ton. I'm so
sorry. Video is slightly ahead, which
means audio is lagging
behind. So, we have two different
sources. We
have so the video coming out of the
camera. Well, we're going to use
different cameras eventually. Maybe
that'll fix the sinking problem. I don't
know. Uh, what are you going to replace
the 4ERunner with?
Nothing. No, I'm thinning the herd. I
want to get down to two cars. Right now,
I have four. I have the 4ERunner.
4Erunner right there. I have my daily,
which is the Kia. I have the other
daily, which is the which is the Honda
today. And then I have the fun car, the
crazy taxi, even though the the the
Honda today is also the fun car.
So, this we use the Kia now as the
camera car. So the old camera car that
just
sits and it's not financially wise to
hang on to it.
So says do not sell the taxi. No, it's
going to be a long time before I sell
crazy taxi. That thing's a
delight.
Um and then the next thing to sell would
be the uh Honda today.
Um, I like it.
It's if I feel like driving somewhere
where I know I'm not going to get public
charging, then I just drive the Honda
today and it's fine. Um,
and but eventually I'm not I'm not
married to the Honda today because it
was just sort of a yeah, I guess
purchase. It's it's a lot of fun because
I don't really care about the car that
much. I just sort of shift it and drive
it and I don't dole attention onto it.
It's fun.
Um, did you solely buy the 4Runner to be
a camera car originally? Yes. And the
reason it was because it has that
rolling rear window that goes back down.
And that was the original way we filmed
stuff. We ratchet strapped a tripod. In
fact, the camera that's filming us right
now, the the Canon XA60 was our uh the
camera that filmed the show.
So,
uh, we filmed out the back window down
with the back window down. We got some
nice depth of field. The one limitation
was you couldn't really pull the car up
next to the 4Runner. You were sort of
limited to where it could because you
had to keep the camera's field of view
within the back
window. And also Nick who operated the
camera for the ro roll rolling shots. He
had to just live with whatever weather
was outside the car and also the wind
that would come in. Nick and I couldn't
talk to each other even though we were
only a few feet away because all the
noise that would come
in. Once DJI came out with the Osmo 3
Pocket, that thing you just vacuum cup
to the outside of the car with a mount
and that thing films backwards to the
side. It tracks. Nick can be inside the
car in the cold and he can be inside
enjoying air conditioning in the hot.
So, a $800 camera did the job of a
$13,000
SUV. So, why am I holding on to the
car? Someone else deserves
it. Um, yeah. Andy says, "We're down to
the last four minutes. Let's see if
there will be a bidding war in the last
three." In fact, I should
uh get on Tik Tok and tell people we're
doing this
here. Jake says, "Do you think that the
mention that a car was reviewed and
owned by RCR has a noticeable effect on
cars and brid's auction price?"
If it's I think so because if it's
enough that the people at Cars and Bids
will mention
that it has it's it's a nonzero
percentage and I think
uh I think that's fair to say. I think
it's making a difference in a positive
way, but we don't know uh how much
Okay, we're uh telling Tik Tok to get in
here. Will you review some Jaguar XJS
like the 1994 1998 X3? I think we did
like a million years ago.
Ian says, "Once the car is sold, will
you tell much how much you originally
bought it for?" Yes, I
will. So, we're I'm filming Tik Tok now.
So, Tik Tok, you um I'm just filming the
chat. So, so the chat itself is live on
Tik Tok. Um when this is over, find the
best uh car for that amount on cars and
bids. Well, I'm being responsible with
the money that this auction uh will
bring. It's all going to get thrown at
the principle of my mortgage because
that's a responsible thing to
do. Hello Tik Tok. Yes, hello Tik Tok. A
bunch of people are joining on Tik Tok.
Um, take a brown says Castanza. What you
mean? Literally film myself going to the
bathroom. Um, I have been driving a
third gen for 20 years and it's going
strong. Thank you, Thomas. Yeah. Oh, we
got a new bid. It is now
$13,200. Hello to everybody uh joining
on Tik Tok. Uh you are watching the end
of the Cars and Bids auction uh for
RCR's former camera car. If you want to
join uh the chat uh that is on our
YouTube channel uh um Oh [ __ ] we're
down. We're getting down to the last
moment. Does it hit 14,000? It is. We
are down to the last minute.
$13,200.
$13,200. Come on. Someone else wants it.
You know you're gonna
$13,300. What's another $100 for a car
that's going to appreciate this? You
know you want this car, man. You know,
whoever is it? Come on. 13,200. Are you
going to let this go? Are you going to
really let this thing go for under
14,000? Something you know you can flip
for 15? It's going. It's going. It's
gone. It's gone. It's 10 15 14 13 12.
It's going to be gone. It's going to be
gone forever. 10 9 8 Oh,
$13,400. Someone knows a good
deal. Okay. But that's still a bargain.
You know that's still a bargain. You
know that's still a
bargain. All right, guys. on Tik Tok.
You're going to have to join this last
minute. I can't hold this camera
forever.
$13,400. I know you're thinking about
it. You know, you can go to 135. I need
to see 135 because you are going to kick
yourself knowing that you just missed
out on a 4erunner for
$13,400. Really? All right, Tik Tok. I
got to get rid of you guys. This is it.
We're getting down to the last 10
seconds. This is it. 14 13 It's going.
It's going. This thing's going to go. 10
9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 There it is.
13,000.
13,500. We know we're serious now.
$13,600. Come on. You get to think about
this. I know you're thinking about this
for the last
minute. I'm trying to get cars and bids
on this phone. Cars and
bids. Yeah, cars and bids. I gota I
gotta I gotta call out the people who
are actually
bidding. Come on. There it
is. All right, bids. Who are you? Who's
the high bidder? High bidder. I have to
see
it. All right, there's 25 bids on
this. 25 bids on this. Who's my high
bidder?
Who is the high bidder? It's Mild Chart.
Gle01. Come on, Gleen01. Are you gonna
get a Are you going to get outdone by a
guy with a name like Chart? Come on.
You're going to lose Glemo to a guy
named Chart. You're not going to let
that happen, are you? You know you're
better than him. You want this? Glemo.
Gimmo. Gleno. Gleno. Shart's going to
win it. Is the guy who's going to win
this literally called
Chart? There it is. It's checking
checking for last bids. A guy
named A guy named Mild Chart just won my
4Erunner. Mild Chart. Well, that's
appropriate, isn't it? Mild
Chart.
Okay. Well, it looks like I get to call
a guy named Mild Chart. Shart for the
win. Yep. Yeah. I hope it's not a joke
account. Well, what happens is if
someone welches on the
auction, their credit card still gets
pinged for the uh uh winning fee. So,
it's they're not going to get pinged for
like
13,0006. Uh they're going to get pinged
for whatever percentage
uh uh Cars and Bids takes. So, let's go
mild chart. You have to call with him in
the Mr. a regular voice. Yes, that's the
next thing. Uh I will be getting an
email
uh with the information from Mild Chart
and
uh that's funny. Uh I will get an email
from a guy named uh I will get to have a
phone call with him. Whether I live
stream that
uh I don't know. So, I'm going to check
my email right now and see if
uh and see
if we will send you the next steps to
completing your sale shortly via email.
Please let us know if you have Okay, so
I don't have his uh his info right about
now. Andy says, "Are you going to
disclose the price now or after?" I
will. I paid $16,000 for that. So, I am
taking a loss of
$3,000. So, I took a loss on it, but
again, I bought this car at the height
of the pandemic in 2021.
So, I wasn't really expecting to make my
money back, but you know, that's that
car has produced more than $3,000 worth
of content for me, so it's
fair.
Yep. Yeah. Ask him if he found this
because of my YouTube channel.
Yeah, 3,000 after five years of
ownership. Not too
bad. Brent R. State says, "I paid 16,000
for mine as well."
Yep. The reason I paid 16,000 is because
that was the asking price at the little
car dealership where I originally found
this thing and I didn't feel like
negotiating with him because I knew what
it was and I knew I wanted it. And yeah,
Steuart show says a $5,000 pre-
pandemic. Don't you know that? Yep. How
many miles did I put on it? Uh, what?
75
75 8 75
8593. So, I put
on like 1,00 like I put on like 13,000
miles in four
years. It's the Castanza says, "Yeah,
you're OG. You remember the Red Falcon
on this channel?" Yep. the Vagabond
Falcon. Money goes, but memories stay. I
said it was worth it. Yep. All right.
All right. That's our live stream. Thank
you for watching. I'm going to go back
to work and uh finish editing
the Cafe Racer video because that needs
to get done. and then possibly tomorrow
uh record my narrative
uh for the next the video after next
which is we we got our hands on a Ford K
or Ford CA the Ford KA someone imported
one of those from the UK into the United
States and we got to drive one because
we missed it when we were in the UK we
didn't get to get one like we did like
and people were like yelling us when we
did the UK trip like how could you come
to the UK and not do a Ford car
everybody remembers those things
Everybody's driven on them like no one
offered one. So, or maybe someone did or
we couldn't fit it into our schedule,
but now we got one and it's even fun
funner to drive one in the United
States. All right, guys. Have a great
day. Thank you for watching. Thanks for
liking RCR. Bye.
