[00:03] >> Wrong one, dude. Just Never mind. Just keep DPSing. >> I am. >> And now you waste time for the next fixate. >> [ __ ] Okay. Uh [00:15] >> Mother >> So, you suck at Mythic Plus. Well, in >> What? >> It's I suck, not you suck. >> That's what I said. >> No, dumbass. I suck as in you, not the [00:29] >> No, dumbass. I suck as in you, not the viewer. You suck. You You [ __ ] SUCK. DUNGEON PARTY. GET SOME GODDAMN ADD-ONS BEFORE YOU APPLY TO A GROUP. [00:44] make the game better for new people and not have them rely on add-ons to play in competitive end game while gaining an advantage from them. advantage from them. Well, hmm. [00:58] these guys a competitive advantage in the race to world first. too. You don't need add-ons, but if you want to make your life easier in Mythic [01:12] Plus, you should get add-ons. And we have experimented with a bunch in our little push group and came up with a list that will help you out. [01:32] >> Hey dude, I think I have just the right thing for you. [01:50] were and ever will be. I I can see into the future. >> Oh, yeah. You're about to die in 2 seconds. [02:02] Of course, we have to start an add-on video with our Plater and PlaterNator profiles because they [ __ ] rock. The profiles are available for everyone at any point in time with links to both in the description of this video and on our [02:15] Discord. Both Plater and PlaterNator accomplish similar things with slight differences due to add-on restrictions, but their graphical identity will cater to different needs, so feel free to choose the one that best suits your [02:28] preferences. Part of what these add-ons with their respective profiles will do for you is really show the different types of mobs based off of what you need to be aware of and prioritize. The light blue colored plates will show regular [02:43] guys, mostly melee enemies with nothing special or anything to consider outside some bleeds that they can apply and charges that they can do. The pink ones are your main focus since those are casters and some have wipe-level spells [02:57] that you need to interrupt. Keeping tabs on them, having your party be aware, and rotate interrupts will be key. Dark purple plates will be mini bosses, lieutenants, and usually the more dangerous mobs that will need to die [03:10] first. They range from blood talents in Skyreach to abominations in Way Runner's Spire that either melt your tank like a hot knife through left on the counter too long butter or have party-wide AoE damage that will make your healers [03:25] damage that will make your healers develop real-life PTSD. Lastly, blue is basically for bosses. You can also see when the spell or purge has happened as they show up as icons that glow yellow, enrages that glow red, [03:38] and so on. Marcelian works so hard on these, he hasn't seen daylight in two expansions. >> Have you been working on that Plater >> Yeah, yeah. That's why your voice is [ __ ] man. You got to go out and see [03:51] >> There's no time. I got to make this [ __ ] work. >> a vitamin D in this guy. At this rate, he'll soon learn how to At this rate, he'll soon learn how to code SpaceX for Elon. [04:08] profiles you want. We can only recommend ours, of course, and both these add-ons, as with all in this video, can be found on the CurseForge app. [04:24] >> Like I can't. >> You're dying. POP A GODDAMN DEFENSIVE. >> I SAID I CAN'T, YOU leaf-blowing oversized toothpick. Can't you see I'm out? No, you baboon. Blizzard made that illegal. [04:37] W- Well, don't tell anyone, but I have something for you. First try is free. Take it and uh come back tomorrow for more. Blizzy Interrupt Tracker is here to save the day. This is basically the [04:51] old Omni CD add-on that we have used in the past, but now it works with a way to bypass the add-on restrictions. The most important one is the interrupt tracker part of it, which works just fine, but the cooldown tracker seems to still have [05:04] some bugs. The add-on developer is updating this as we speak pretty often, and we spotted some bugs on mages and paladins when they use their defensive party members. I'm sure this will get [05:17] organize interrupts and defensives in a dungeon still, even with just these features for now. Better Cooldown mentioned in our Midnight Add-on video, so won't go too deep into this one. You [05:30] can watch that if you want, but think of it as a reskin of the actual Cooldown Manager, but you are not restricted on having certain buffs show up only in one certain place. The freedom to customize is way higher, and it basically visually [05:44] serves the same function that the old class weak used to do. But, tied to cooldown manager still, both in graphically showing stuff, but also in functionally picking up the info from the game. So, to use this, you will [05:58] still need to set up your cooldown manager as well. A neat little reminder, if you are a class with a raid buff, is missing class buff. This will show whenever your Arcane Intellect and any other class buffs that you can cast is [06:10] missing. It has deeper functionality as well, with it showing missing consumable mobiles, buffs, missing pets, and usually things that you need to put on other people. Still in the tracking category, you can [06:23] get Big Wigs and Little Wigs. They come as a package deal, since Little Wigs is the one active in dungeons, but you do need both to work. These are the boss have enough of, so you don't need them, but you kind of still do. Um but also [06:38] mob cast and other mechanics throughout the dungeon that you need to be aware of. Lastly, Angry Keystones is a personal favorite. This is a light pedestal automatically and adds a few uninvasive customizations to your Mythic [06:53] Plus frame, where you can see pips on the timer bar, breaking down how much time you have to plus two a key or plus three the respective timer, as well as with more details for the deaths. A special showcase of something we just [07:06] recently started to look into is with the add-ons X Boss and X Wind. These are the old weak auras dungeon packs that pop all your mechanics and can easily replace your Big Wigs and Little Wigs. There are two reasons why we don't super [07:19] recommend these yet. First of all, their development still seems early. It's a bit hard to get this in English, as it is made by a Chinese author, and you can find the X Wind Tools English pack that converts the text into English, but the [07:32] voiceover that shouts the mechanics, making it easy to go through a key, is still in Chinese, and we can't figure out how to change it or turn it off for out how to change it or turn it off for the moment. [07:49] we will pin it in the comments. But, basically, this add-on alerts you when mobs do tank busters, AoE damage waves, important casts in a big and visible way, but also with audio cues. You can run these add-ons out of the box since [08:01] they work with each other, but there are also profiles out there that you can import if you find any. We will keep tabs on this and see how it evolves and >> Hey, man. You got any more of that tracking [08:14] away. >> Come on, man. Just one more for my tank. >> Come on, man. Just one more for my tank. Come on. I'll suck your dick. [08:31] comfy living af- after Dodge dodge dodge. I need a heal. I got a bleed. I need a heal. Oh my god. Cannot DPS. Someone kick the [08:47] spell. No more defensives. No more defensives. No more defensives. Ah, you could be enjoying some quality life as well. Let me show you. [09:00] Deja character stats has been an add-on that we have been asked about for quite some time. The functionality is simple. Your character screen just gets populated with useful information related to your items, item levels, [09:14] durability, something that saves you from having to mouse over things. It adds more info in the stats page as well. Cannot miss with this add-on, so Speaking of item levels, item level checker is a neat little addition to [09:28] figure out who in your raid is pulling everyone down and oh, it's me. Talent Loadout X is perfect for those who have multiple builds and cannot get their stuff done with just the limited interaction of the regular talent [09:42] loadout. Not to mention, you can name and customize your builds easier for a bit more personality and flair. Teleport menu is a must-have if you do a lot of content, especially Mythic Plus. It has every single teleport your account has [09:56] unlocked, and you can also edit your Hearthstone animation to match the perfect Hearthstone toy. Pressing escape and having them neatly and simply packed away makes the lack of invasiveness really pleasant. [10:16] wow when it comes to add-ons. The devs wanted to make the job easier for people, and somehow we have more add-ons than ever before that just do the exact same things the previous ones used to do. To be fair, none of these add-ons [10:30] are required, and we say this almost every add-on video, but it is important to know that a lot of the mechanics in Mythic Plus are also very punishable, have a small reaction time, and don't let prep classes do their preparation [10:42] work in due time, especially for healers. The war on add-ons was definitely rushed, and we might be there one day eventually where we can log into the game and just play it out of the box in high-end content. That day is not [10:56] today, unfortunately, and if the game will add more complexity again, which it likely will, these add-ons will be even more required. Until then, this new reset came with a lot of tuning to meta classes and underperforming underdogs. [11:11] We covered all of this in the video that goes into detail about your favorite the near future. the near future. So, check it out.
