En ese vídeo explico en el que si alguien está interesado en invertir en un inmueble pero no quiere comprar todo uno entero, existe un modelo de negocio que es el crowdfunding, en el que tú vas a comprar solo una parte de un piso, de un inmueble, de una casa,
y así consigues esos beneficios pero con mucho menos dinero. De hecho también hay gente que en vez de comprar toda una casa sí que tiene ese dinero, pero prefiere repartirlo en 10 viviendas diferentes por un tema simplemente de diversificación.
Bueno, perdonad que lo tengo todo un poco desordenado, que no sé si habéis visto en las otras historias que estoy aprendiendo a hacer kaiju, y entonces lo estaba aquí pasándole un agua dulce.
