## Summary

In this interview, Mar speaks with Pilar, a 52-year-old from Segovia, Spain, who went from knowing nothing about e-commerce to earning €28,000 in just over two months with an information product. Pilar shares her journey from zero experience, through physical product dropshipping, to discovering the power of digital products and the mindset shifts that made it possible.

### Key Points

- **Pilar's Background** [00:28] — Pilar is 52, lives in Segovia, Spain, and had no prior knowledge of e-commerce or dropshipping. She couldn't work a conventional 8-hour job due to caring for a dependent person.
- **Starting from Zero** [01:39] — Pilar knew nothing about e-commerce, thinking it meant selling physical store inventory online. She had no debts but also no savings to invest.
- **Discovery of Training** [04:33] — She found Mar's YouTube content and was drawn to his transparency and clear explanations. She decided to join his training, which she found incredibly affordable.
- **First Product Attempt** [06:10] — Before joining the training, she tested a Medusa lamp on her own for three weeks. She joined the training on April 27th and made her first sale on May 5th.
- **Physical Product Earnings** [09:50] — With physical products, she earned less than €6,000, mostly from a dinosaur product during Q4 that brought in about €5,000.
- **Transition to Info Products** [13:47] — Inspired by the training's advice to try everything, she decided to test an information product. She launched her first video on February 24th and started posting three videos a day in early March.
- **Info Product Success** [15:25] — Within about two months, she earned €28,000 from the info product, with 98% profit since there are no product costs.
- **Use of AI and Mentorship** [17:15] — She uses AI to create specific hooks for TikTok because she was running out of content. Her mentor, Juan Manuel, is an expert in AI and helped her improve conversion rates from 2.75% to 8%.
- **Key to Success: Perseverance** [22:47] — Pilar emphasizes not giving up, forgiving yourself on bad days, and continuing the next day. She credits the Thursday mindset calls as crucial for staying consistent and motivated.
- **Advice for Stagnant Sellers** [36:55] — She advises those who have seen some success but are stuck to keep going, slow down if needed but never turn off the engine. Keep attending calls, especially Thursday ones, and don't give up.

### Conclusion

Pilar's story demonstrates that age and lack of experience are not barriers to success in e-commerce. Her journey from zero to €28,000 in 60 days highlights the importance of consistency, a growth mindset, and leveraging the right mentorship and tools like AI.

## Transcript

today is special because it's a bit different and I'd like to bring more the situations don't work out. But anyway, every Tuesday I bring interviews money and that if there are people making money, you can too. And today I'm bringing you a real pro
who's been working hard for a while , but before we get into it, introduce yourself a little so people can get to know you: who you are, where you're from, how old you are, and so on. Well, that's all, thank you very much, Mar.
First of all, I'm very grateful that you invited me to your success story interviews . Uh, well, it's what you said, my name is, I don't know if you said it. Well, uh, my name is Pilar. Uh, I live in Spain, uh, in Segovia
specifically, and I'll tell you my age if necessary. no. Okay, just kidding, just kidding. I am 52 years old. Okay. So with all due respect, and I don't mean to sound sexist or anything like that,
age. No one asks his age. Well, that was a age, but whatever. I don't mind saying it. No no. the number. Okay, we were talking, you and I, we did
a mini preview and I'm going to ask you a question now because there are many things to talk about, but I don't like interviews to be focused on good, it's a consequence of having done things well, but I want them to be more
like that transformation, right? Like that process of that person. billing, and we'll talk about how much you've made and all that, what did you know about the world of e-commerce? What did you know about the world of dropshipping? Are you
into creating stores or marketing? Did you have any debts before you started dropshipping? How were things going? Well, I knew absolutely nothing. I mean, I didn't even know exactly what e-commerce was. to give you an
e-commerce was. to give you an idea. Uh, I think at that time I believed that online sales meant you have a physical store and you also sell online, I mean, you have a shoe store and you create a
website and sell the shoes you have in your store. For me, that was e-commerce. I had no idea what e- commerce was, how it worked, or anything like that. I come from zero. No, I have no
idea, like I said. And when do you decide, or when do you find it, or when does that moment arrive when you know what it is? In other words, when do you decide you begin? Well, look, uh, because of my
personal circumstances I can't work outside the home in a conventional 8- hour-a-day job because, well, I do n't mind are like, " No, it's okay, no, it's okay." Well,
because I have a dependent person in my care , so I'm not going to go into details, but I can't work outside the home. on an 8-hour daily schedule. So, what I
was sure of was that I had to work, I had to do it for money, for mental health, for a little bit of everything, you know? Uh, but of course, it's complicated. I come from the sector; I have worked a bit on the commercial side
because I was a salesperson in the real estate sector a few years ago. Well, as I family circumstances I had to quit. Well, the thing was, I needed to work, I needed that income, and so, I started thinking about
see what business models, but I am convinced, well, it's not that it is, that it is am convinced, well, it's not that it is, that it is so, that the online thing so, that the online thing is the future. And I said, well,
let's see, business models, what's out there ? I had no idea about cryptocurrency, did I? Trading, what is that? I mean, I have no idea. I started watching YouTube automation. Uh, I mean, "What the hell? Sorry.
No, no, go on, go on. What is this?" I mean, I had no idea, no idea about anything. mean, I had no idea, no idea about anything. And I said, "Well, I'm going to see what business models there are, that are easy, that don't require investing
too much money because I didn't have any, and that allow you to start from scratch because, well, with my background, I had nothing, you know?" And then I started looking and I saw some content on YouTube. I came across
Adrián Sae's famous video where you guys made a really long video about e-commerce and stuff, and I saw your part and I loved it. I mean, I loved your part, not just because it
fit what I needed, but because you're totally transparent, you explain everything so well, it was so easy, it seemed so easy, and I said, "I'm
easy, it seemed so easy, and I said, "I'm going to follow this guy." I looked you up and started following you, watching your videos and all the content you uploaded, and I thought, "Well, I'll give this a try, what do I have to lose?" I don't
try, what do I have to lose?" I don't know, there are no costs, and so I started Thanks for the trust. That's the first thing. That's like gold to me. And around you remember?
Well, yes, look, first of all, I have to say that, trust is important to me. It's very trust is important to me. It's very difficult for me to trust people when buying courses, they offer you 20,000 things, but I'm very distrustful, I always
think they're going to deceive me and all that, and from the very beginning, I don't know what you're projecting. Well, you do know, because otherwise you wouldn't be there, but you project what you saying, well, this guy doesn't lie, this guy is this. And then, like I said, I have
life and this is the first one I've bought, besides, it's incredibly cheap, honestly. So, thank you, thank you for saying that. Thank you. No, it's true, this tier was and is, but well, I started
training, three weeks before. I entered the training on April 27th, which I had been looking into with Alex as my mentor, a very nice, very kind guy, whom I bombarded a lot on WhatsApp, but he was
always incredibly helpful. And I started, I entered on April 27th, and I had been testing a product on my own for three weeks, which I can tell you about if you want. Last year. I mean, a year ago,
on April 27th of last year. Yes, yes, okay. And yes, if you want to share the product, perfect. Yes. Oh, well, the Medusa lamp. I started with that. I bought a Medusa lamp and I said, I'm going to try it out on my own and
But, well, after three weeks I said to because you know you're going to get into the training." The only thing is, well, yes, I'm going to get in, but first I'm going to try it out. I'm going to get in. Yes. And well, I'll
see how it goes, but I was sure I was going to end up getting in, but well, I wanted to try it out on my own. Look, of course, there were interviews where they said, "No, I I said, "I'm going to try it." And of course, thank goodness I got in because
you should see my first video. You happen to have it, huh? Yes, yes, yes, I have the account. Of course, we can Put it on right now . No, no, no, no, no, I mean, I mean, in
can show it, right? Oh, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Okay, fine, yes, yes, perfectly. I can show you the first video I mentioned, I mean, right now I'm not exactly a phenomenal recordist, but well, I've improved quite a bit, but
the first video I said, "Oh my God, now I understand people when they say, ' You should see my first video.'" Totally agree. They'll editing we'll put it on top of it. And well, this is the normal process. If you saw my
first video you'd cry too, you know? Like, you'd cry. But well, then you know me, huh, I generate that trust that I always appreciate and own, you say, "Look, screw it, I'm going in and whatever happens, happens."
Then you go in and So, what's up? Because I know it's been a tough process, it's been I know it's been a tough process, it's been a year. Um, well, how would it be if you had to give a summary? Say what you have to say and take as much time as you
need, but what would you say? How was that whole year's process? You say, more or less, or about things you more or less, or about things you
'd say, like, wow, look, the beginning was really hard for me. Let's go back to the first few months. Yes, let's go back to the first two months. What happened? Well, look, one thing I want to emphasize is that people should... I think is that people should... I think the key is not to lose focus because we came in with so much enthusiasm, so much excitement, so
try, try. At least for me, all the products worked for me, they were all good. We came in with that
enthusiasm, and I started selling almost every product I've tried. One unit, I don't mean anything out of the unit, I don't mean anything out of the ordinary, but one unit, two, a dozen.
So I joined on April 27th and I remember writing to Alex and saying, "Alex, this is my first sale on May 5th, so, Wow, wow. So, one sale, I mean, what,
one sale, I mean, what, now the product you're making money with is digital, I mean, it's an info product , right? So, all the previous sales were with
Yes. So, how much had you billed in total, more or less, or how many sales, or how much money, uh, with all those physical products, more or less? Well, it wouldn't reach 7,000. Well, 7,000,
Well, it wouldn't reach 7,000. Well, 7,000, no, less than 6,000 €, 5,000 with someone I worked with in Q4, who I asked you about because I had already worked with him. Uh, I started with the dinosaurs, someone who
store and stuff, remember? Does it matter if we show it? No, no problem. Well, you can send it to me on now with the editing, so... Okay, then yes, sorry I interrupted you.
Perfect. Never mind, never mind, you interrupt me, I talk a lot. Uh, talk a lot. Uh, uh, I first tried the dinosaurs around June. Uh, it gave me a few sales, but not much. And then I
asked you, I remember it was Q4 and I asked you on the phone, uh, because you had seen my account, you had reviewed it and all that. And I stopped, I started trying other products and Q4 came and I asked you, "Hey, Mar,
what do you think about—I remember perfectly on the phone—what do you think about bringing back a product that gave you some sales?" And you said something like, "Well, I think it's a smart idea, or I think it's a good idea, or try it and all that." And I tried it
and that's what gave me about €5,000, I didn't sell any more. Because of the price, the product was very expensive. I was going to Latan, which I didn't even know existed until I joined this training. Right. Uh, we also teach vocabulary sometimes.
Yes, yes, yes. Well, I told Juan Manuel, who's now my mentor, a real pro, that I don't know, but I've n't I? I see you because you're a very active person
on the calls, you don't miss a single one, you 're always there commenting, always, I mean, I'm blown away by that. So, for all those calls, in the training classes, who are there every day, well, of
course, I end up forming a kind of relationship because, damn, we see each other almost every day, so, of course, I already knew you, you know? I thought, "Okay, here she is giving it her all." And I remembered your product.
So, like that, right? And then you'd say that from Somehow you haven't gone through that process of having 15 unsold products, which is pretty tough, but you have had a process of
not selling a single one, except for that one that made you around 5,000, right? Yes , no, actually I've tried a lot of products, I started products, I started trying many, but when I made the
video and uploaded it to social media and saw that it wasn't selling, I thought, "Look, this isn't working," and I tried many others, and it's been a tough process because going from being a somewhat inconsistent person in my daily life, let's say, to being consistent and
uploading three videos a day for a year . I mean, I've gained a lot of things, including discipline, and it's been a long and hard process because even though , well, as you say, I haven't sold a single one, there have been
Of course, I've tried and tried and tried, but I didn't sell anything until Q4 with that one product, Q4 with that one product, the rest barely made any money. Almost nothing. Of course,
I want to talk about something that's about me. Yesterday—because it was literally yesterday—I suggested doing the interview. You said yes, and now ask you another question. You told me that you were lazy about going on the
lazy, that's a word I don't know if you used, but you understand. Um, before we get to that, which I think is the most important part of the interview, okay, you used to invoice with physical products, but now you're working with
an information product. So, why did you decide to try an information product? I mean , because I teach it in the training , but at what point did you say, 'I'm going to , but at what point did you say, 'I'm going to try it'? I mean, how was that transition?
No, in the training, among many other things, what you say is, 'You have to try everything. You have to try everything.' I mean, 'Let's see, you have to try TikTok Shop, you have to try, uh, information products, you have to try this.' So, I had the
I have to try the digital one at some point, but which digital one? How do I do it? Because it's not so easy to find a digital product, it's not so but a digital product is more intangible, more complicated. And
I said, "I have to try it." And a few months after starting, I saw something online that caught my attention, and that gave me the idea, and I said, "Okay, I'm going to try it." But I still didn't have enough confidence in myself or the product.
So I put it aside. I said, "Okay, I'm going to keep trying the digital one." I keep thinking about the physical product, and then another one comes along trying the digital one." I keep thinking about the physical product, and then another one comes along point when I said, look, you just have to try it now.
Titos didn't appeal to me that much because I find it a bit difficult to put myself out there, and so on , but I had to try the digital one, and I said, like you said, I just have to do it. And I started trying it at the beginning of the year.
Uh, and you started trying... Did you start different product? No, I was still finishing up Q4, and at the end of February, beginning of March, that's when I
this product. Okay. And now, getting to the million-dollar question, how much have you made with the info product? I can't stop with the info product? I can't stop smiling. 28,000
euros. Of course, 98% is profit because, well, you pay for Shopify apps and if you do something with AI and such, but the sale is pure. What do you mean? Nothing, it's pure. Exactly. Yes, yes, yes.
That's the good thing about it, and also, look, I've had a great experience because I've worked with a private agent. With physical products, working with a private agent is wonderful because they take care of everything, you avoid a lot of
hassle, but of course, with a digital product, you only have customer service, which I think I do, and And I think that's the only thing you have to do in that
regard. And you said end of February, beginning of March, you said, maybe. Yes, I uploaded the first video, like the last one, in the last week of February, on
February 28th, I think, no, around February 24th I uploaded the first video of this thing where you have to upload a video a day for 4 days. Yes, yes, yes. Well, but it wasn't until the first week of March that I started uploading three videos a
day. So , it's not quite 3 months, right? Two months is two months. If you count from the beginning of March, then exactly two months and a week or something like that .
Crazy. Yes, sir. Crazy. And I know, I know a lot of people are going to ask this. No, don't lose sight of your product. Don't mess it up. It's advice I'm giving you, okay? But since it's an information product, how do you make the videos? Do
you record them? Do you use artificial intelligence? Okay, the I'm recording. Uh, the only good thing is, uh, I renewed the mentorship because it had to be done, I mean, uh, going from
having, I don't know if I'm getting ahead of myself telling you things, but well, uh, going from having a conversion rate of 275% to having 8% today. Juan Manuel is a genius, I
mean, uh, and that, you know? And what I was going to say, because I'm rambling, is that AI is something I absolutely have to . He says, "No, no, this has to be tested because I need hooks." Um, my
product needs some very specific hooks and I have to create them with AI because I'm running out of content on TikTok. That's normal, isn't it? What you said about Juan Manuel, uh, all mentors are
Because otherwise I wouldn't have them, but you just happened to find the mentor who makes the most money, or rather, who is making the most money with AI. Yes. No, I didn't know and I said, if life smiles on me because life,
life. Yes, yes, yes. No, because when I told him, yes, sorry, sorry, Didi, that no, that when I told him, I think he was calls I told him that I wanted such and such, he
"Look, so, I don't know what." And I told him it was a digital product. "Go ahead, I 'm making them." I say, "Ah, well, I say, uh, well, write, write to Mar Guainoa uh, well, write, write to Mar Guainoa and tell them that if you want, uh, I'll
Come on. Yes, if not, and the truth is that very well with the renewal and the one-on-one calls. It's just crazy. Come on, it no, I learn almost everything I do
great. It's great. He is a but a tremendous one. I mean, I've seen things and I've said, " Yes, yes, we all, we all have to learn. All. Well, the first thing I have to
we're on a call, I'm saying it from the heart. Congratulations. Congratulations because I'm going to heart. Congratulations. Congratulations because I'm going to say something, and I ask you, you know me , you know how I am, you know I have no malice in my body, and I'm going to
tell you something, and I don't want to insult anyone, but there are many people who, when they reach a certain age, and I don't mean that they are so to speak, at least that's what I see in life, right?
Young kids are all motivated, but then you're in your forties , fifties, sixties and life starts to fade away, it crushes you from all sides and you just kind of fade away, and at least that's what I see, it
see. No, no, no, you're absolutely right, and besides, it's one of the things I wrote to you when I told you about this. And I'll say it again, I told you this
privately and I'm saying it publicly, I mean, we talked a lot in the training calls, what changes is people's lives, there are people to whom you give life. I mean, it's true that you change your life a lot, but in my
situation, for example, uh, as you say, I'm already of an age and it's not that I needed to move around because there was a time when I said, well, since I can't do
certain things right now, what do I do? I mean, I am a person who has responsibilities, but I am also a person. I need to
I am also a person. I need to move forward, to move forward for myself. And I saw that I couldn't , I was stuck. And it 's not so easy to find because maybe I could have bought another type of course, studied how to
do trading or how to do, I don't know, automation and that's it. But the life that has given me, the energy, the activity, your training with the
the activity, your training with the calls, the WhatsApp groups, the colleagues, because you have created, excuse me for saying so, but I think you have created a family, that is, you haven't created a training as such, we
are not rivals, we are colleagues, because in the end we should be rivals in that sense, but seeing how people are happy for the successes of others, as I have done, or seeing that someone has a problem and, ah,
write to me privately and I'll fix it for you, I'll help you. That's how life often gives you, and in a person like me, who, as you say, is already of an age and well, I should perhaps be thinking about other kinds of things, but
well, if you have needs and also, you see that I may still of
I had those needs on a personal level, economic and such, but also as a person. And you've helped me move forward, well, what I'm saying is, on a personal level, you've
move forward, well, what I'm saying is, on a personal level, you've consistent person, more disciplined, to be self-critical. It is extremely important to be self-critical without being self-flagellating
Yes, yes, that's correct. That was also something I wanted to talk about, and I think the key to all of this, Mark, is not giving up. And if you have a bad day, which I've had a lot of, or a week and I've said,
"Oh my God, what am I doing?" Okay, fine , I forgive myself, I've scolded myself , I'll forgive myself again and I'll continue tomorrow . And I think that's the key. 100%. In other words, I can't really put a stop to your words
put a stop to your words because, ultimately, it's the good one, it 's each person's process, right? In other words, there are people who, well, how do I put this, right? There are people who have a seed in their head, they have a
seed planted, okay? And there is no situation in life that makes that seed ignite, grow, and come to the surface. Let me explain. The seed is wanting something more, but life takes us down a certain path and we go along as if on
autopilot. So that seed explodes for some people at 20, for some explodes because they get fired, for some people it explodes because they hit rock bottom, for some people it explodes, I don't know, for 1000 reasons, right? So,
for me, age is nothing. There are 20-year-olds who are devastated, there are 60-year-olds who are doing great, I mean, it's nothing, but it's true what you say, isn't it? There comes a time when, of course, I mean, it's 50 years or
40 years or 60 years of a completely different lifestyle. Um, from what you salesperson in a real estate agency, which maybe wasn't the same, right? course, you've had to enter a world where it's just you with your demons, with your...
If you're not consistent you don't get anything, if you do n't correct yourself you don't get anything, and bringing out was maybe a little hidden there, well, it's given you life because you've seen that there's more life behind everything you'd seen, that there are also
you can help people because you surely can and you've done it many times. So it's nice, and yes, speaking of family, I've never wanted to take a course. I don't want to take a course, that's why we provide
well, it's not to spam. I've always I get so angry, as you well know, when people come to bother me or my family, I mean, they're peeing in my house, you know?" And I don't
want them peeing in my house. So yes, I always have, and you've probably noticed, but for the people listening, I want them to look at the 81 or 82 interviews I've done, as I say, there isn't a single
show-off, I mean, there aren't any, you know? These arrogant people, there aren't any, because I don't give those people a platform. I don't want people like that around me. I want hard-working people, decent people, normal people like me, like you, like
fight, who are committed to doing good in the world, to improving families. And ultimately, that's what I've been striving for . I think I've working, but I think I've Achieved. And for me, listening in this
case, right? To your words, to how you've given me life, it's helped me a lot, for me it's like winning because I launched all this for this, you know? So, for me it's incredible and I'm eternally grateful. And going to the topic of the
calls, which you said would leave me, you told me that because on products, you know, well, kind of whatever I feel like . And Thursdays are all about life, I start motivating people, and so on. And you told me that
coming in on Thursdays made you kind of lazy. It was like, man, what a drag, you know? So, what was going on and what changed? Well, the thing is, I
, we look for products, let's get down to business, okay?" And on Thursday, mindset, yes, well , okay, but anyway, it's very good, but what I want is that, well, of course
, you start listening and listening to yourself and it's not that if you're not in your moment you're not going to achieve anything. If you don't do this, eh, and I started
anything. If you don't do this, eh, and I started to realize that we are each in a different process, but that we all want to get to the same place and we all have, as you say, to
fight against our demons, but we cannot demons, but we cannot give up. Anyway, and you started there to give clues, to tell what you think happens to us and that it's
really like that because you've been through it all . So who better than you to tell us, "Hey, look, I've been in your situation, I've eaten more [ __ ] than you, well, I've been through it." And then you
see yourself identified, you begin to realize the truth, the realize the truth, the reason you have, and you begin to value the Wednesday one, because the
Wednesday one, well, yes, we're going to look for products. Well, okay, but in the end it's about looking at the training, if you don't need to , I mean, I already have an eye, I think you get it over time, you get it
at the same time as me right now , eh, I already have an eye for info products, because I don't know why, it's like something opens up in your mind, I don't know, and suddenly you find it, well, the same thing happened with the
a moment when I said, "Thursday's is much more important, much more important, because everyone was there and also I think that's when you have the most people." I'm not entirely sure, but
yes, right? But I think it's the most important one because you've been through that process, and at first I was saying the call was on Thursday, and by the third one, I think, I was n't missing it anymore, and I try not to miss
any of them either, but well, I can't miss them all because you have mentors, Luis Amir, Javi, well, Juan Manuel, who I'm going to say is my mentor, you're there Wednesday and Thursday, so it's
Wednesday and Thursday, so it's incredible, really, is n't it? And thank you for everything you 're saying, and the truth is, yes, the mentors are [ __ ] awesome,
but I think all the students who start enjoying the Thursday calls are the ones who achieve success. And I don't the people who come in on Thursday say, "Damn, how boring, let's do the
same thing again, let's start looking for products, etc." Those are the people who still need realize I'm right enjoy it, like you're saying, or start to understand it and start to see
the positive side, they all end up succeeding. All of them. Well, you see it yourself Who's had success with it?" "Me, me, me, me." And everyone there, you know? yes, yes. I explain everything to you—the store, the products,
right mindset, you'll never achieve anything. So, for me, talking about it because it's something I like and I consider it very important, and it works for a lot of people, and it seems to work for you too. So, it's worked for me
. I mean, like I said, your Thursday calls have helped me become a different person, to be more consistent. I mean, I've been uploading three videos a day for a year now, even more, because in
Q4 I was trying three products a day—I mean, three different products— mean, it was crazy. I wasn't doing anything else anymore not doing anything else in my life. I mean, if I 'm not watching your call or I'm
doing something else in front of it, I'm not going to watch it. From the computer, maybe I'm cooking with my headphones on, listening to yesterday's call where Luis or Juanma said something I didn't want to forget, and I'm going over it again . I mean, it's
, right? And doing what you're strange if things weren't going well for you, honestly. I mean, it would be to do it. Obviously, there are always things to correct, but keep going down this
path because this is just the beginning, and it's a long way to go, I mean, 100%. Look, another thing I've learned is to value myself and I think I deserve it. I think I've come to deserve it, and it's something you also tell us, you
say, "Hey, you've earned it." Well, that's it, I've worked really hard, you know? I've worked really hard, and I haven't always been this beginning, listen, if it's not consistent, if one day goes badly, don't give up. Because
in the end, success lies in perseverance, I believe. success lies in perseverance, I believe. questions, because I think that, on a more personal level, what I wanted to talk about—because, well, you
you wanted to talk, to say something else, to be honest, but anyway. spoken, sorry, I know you wanted to talk about many things because people have anything." Is there anything you'd say, "I absolutely have to talk about this, or I'll burst," so
I could ask you that? Hmm. I think that, in general, I've Hmm. I think that, in general, I've said everything. Hmm. Just to reiterate what I'm saying, that people should n't give up, that they shouldn't despair, that they shouldn't quit
, that they should persevere, I mean, that they shouldn't Let's be clear, you might have bad days, but you have to keep going . I think that's
the most important thing, it's good advice because, going to the last two questions I always ask, it's to all those people who are maybe like that pillar in those first three weeks of "I'm going to
have no freaking idea what's going to happen," but those people who are there, yes and no, yes and no, what would you recommend to them? Well, look,
enthusiasm is there, because we all have enthusiasm. We say, "We're going to eat this and this, come on, I'm going to smash it and I'm going to sell." So, when that enthusiasm runs out, when that enthusiasm runs out, do
n't keep going without motivation, like you say, "I don't feel like it, well, tough luck, I do like you say, "I don't feel like it, well, tough luck, I do n't want to record, well, tough luck." And many times I have internal conversations where I'm
listening to you, tough luck, period. You have You do something, you do it, and in the end, and that doesn't mean it's been very, I mean, very consistent. I mean, there have been three videos, I've only uploaded two because I haven't been able to.
But don't give up, I think that's the key, don't give up on that person who's trying, so that when the low point comes, the bad days don't come, let them pass low point comes, the bad days don't come, let them pass , let them flow, and well,
better ones will come, and hang in there. I tell you something I never usually do, but we're going to do it. For me, we've already talked about everything, so now, well, it was time to kind of say
goodbye, right? To put it that way. But, would you be open way. But, would you be open to doing this in person in a few months? Yes. Okay, well, you've said it, you've
said it. Now there's no going back. Now you just have to deal with it. Look, you even take me out of my comfort zone for this interview. I immediately said yes because, look, there's a phrase that I have It's written here, you
said, "Think of yourself as the main character in your life. Idealize your life because otherwise you'll see it pass you by." You said that, I have it by." You said that, I have it written here. So, uh, I know I'm
no, relax, it's just that you're taking me out of my comfort zone, and I didn't want to, I mean, I wanted to do this interview and I imagined myself doing it and I knew I was going to do it, and now that I'm doing it, I can hardly believe it,
and I'm doing it, and it was going to be hard to do this interview, but I've been hard to do this interview, but I've been super relaxed, so in person whenever you want. Okay, so that's settled. We'll say goodbye
trust and your words. And the next person I'm going to see there is next month, so to speak. Okay, sorry, it cut out. Um, let's saying. Well, I said next month , but it's not going to be
next month, so don't worry, don't worry. Right, Yes, yes. But after the summer would be good. I think I'll continue with this info product because Juan Manuel and I are opening new markets, it's going really
are opening new markets, it's going really well, and I think we'll keep at it because we have to really make the most of it. I mean, when you want to do a second part, I'll have had to go to Andorra or something.
Please, please. And we'll do it here. We'll do it here. No, that would be incredible. No, I have no doubt that you're going to bill considerably more because of the momentum you have , because of how you're working, and because, coincidentally,
your mentor is a whiz with AI. So, that combination is incredibly powerful, you know? Yes, yes, absolutely. It's incredible. So, we've already given advice to those people who are just
starting out, but there are many people like that pillar who have made 5K, have made 3K, have had 10 sales, 12, have made €1000, €2000, have They used to invoice, and now they're not, and they're kind of there, like they've seen that it's possible, but
they're kind of switched off, like they're saying, "Damn, what the hell do I do?" Should I continue or not wrong? Am I doing okay? Am I doing badly?" What would you tell them? What advice would you give them? Or what the hell would you tell them? Well, I'd tell them to
consistent, in the sense that if they have to slow down, they should slow down, but they should go at a rolling start if necessary, but they shouldn't turn off the engine, they should keep going, you know? I don't know if they're perfect. Yes, yes. And that's what I think
is the most important thing, that they keep going with the training, that they don't miss the calls, if possible, and if they ca n't miss them, I mean, if they can't watch them live, they should watch the recordings later, and especially the one on
Thursday, I think that's the most important one, that they should keep going , that they shouldn't give up . That's the main thing for me, because like I said, I've been there and there have been
many ups and downs, ups and downs, but you get there There's a moment when I say, well, I'm going to keep going, I mean, I don't know where this is going to lead, but I'm not going to But those ups and downs happen to me too , you know? I mean, even today I have
ups and downs, I mean, there are days when I wake up and say, " So, what do I do? And other days I'm like, "Wow, let's go all in, I'll do 20 ." I mean, at the end of the day, we're entrepreneurs, business owners,
call it what you will, we make our own decisions, we don't have anything written down to tell us if it's right or wrong, you know? No, we can't know if this is right or wrong. We have to try it. Sometimes things
. And you think they're wrong because they're not producing results, but they are. And you start asking yourself questions. There's no one who understands you 100% because maybe the aren't doing the same thing as you and they don't understand you. You might have a friend
from school or the entrepreneurial world, but they're still external person who isn't inside your head and doesn't know you 100%. So you can't really relax you and say, "No, no, hey Pilar, you're doing great, look what you do
every day, there's nobody there, it's just you, you know?" So, you learn to deal with them. I'm still the same as at the beginning, so you've been doing this for a year, but when you've been doing it for five years you'll have
mastered it. So it's a life process, it's also beautiful when the months go by, you laugh about how four months ago you had a huge problem with think about it and say, "Damn, it was [ __ ], man." Know?
[ __ ], man." Know? And I was saying, "Oh my God, how do I do this?" And even opening a shop. I mean, I was saying, "Oh my God, to open a shop." And now it's not that it's easy because I'm still learning,
but well, I don't know, you learn a lot in the process and as you say, it's a very solitary process because you don't tell anyone, or at least I haven't. People have been finding out about it, and of course, at the beginning,
People have been finding out about it, and of course, at the beginning, well, thanks to the fact that, I mean, the few who knew haven't judged me, at least not to my face, but they haven't said anything either. Well, let's see where she's gone. Let's see what he's
It's normal, it's normal. But now they're asking me, "Hey, how's this you do? Let's see. Yes, yes, yes. Someone has already skipped it. Uh, it's normal. In other words, after all, we shouldn't
No, no, no. That makes sense. It stands to reason. It's normal. Exact. It's normal. I understand that they don't know what I'm doing and I don't judge them, that's all. But thanks to my partner who has been taking care of other things that I haven't been able to,
because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to. But even so, the road is very lonely. It's a very lonely road. You feel very alone and you say, "Well, let's see, let's see what I do about this." 100%. But hey, things are working out
with hard work and a lot of guts , I mean, there's no other way. You have to give it your all, keep pushing forward, and nothing bad will happen . So, now I really don't want to take up any more of your time, you'll have things to do. I'm noting down that second part
for after summer, obviously calmly and without rushing, but I'd like to because I think you have a lot to say and I think you'll be more entertaining in person. I don't know why I get that feeling, forgive my
lot. I get the feeling, and no, damn it, I really like getting to know my students. I like getting to know the people who are always there supporting me because, well, yes, I'm a mentor, the training is mine, and maybe a
lot of people see me as, "Oh, Mark, but I'm just a regular guy, and, I mean, I'm just an ordinary guy who knows how to do something well and teaches it," but I love seeing success stories, I love seeing people achieve things,
people fight for what they want, I love hearing their stories, and so, if you'll allow me, I'll come see you record something so people can get to know you too, at the same time that I'll get to know you in person. And like I said, Pilar, the first thing I have to do is
thank you for your trust, I mean, infinitely, because seeing someone on YouTube and trusting them is difficult these days, and for you to have done that with me, well, I'm incredibly grateful. Secondly, congratulate yourself again
, for everything you're doing and for the guts you're showing. Throwing, to be honest. And thirdly, I'm going to give you some advice that I know isn't necessary, but now that things are going well, don't relax, it happens to a lot of people.
Uh, yes, I've noticed it, I've noticed not relaxation, but a bit of fear of success, as you've called it before No, but no, no, no, no. Now we have to keep going. And if, and if one
Tell him, Juan Manuel, give me a slap, I need it. And because, yes, yes. No, because I gave him a slap in a phone call one day, a long time ago, which he explained in his interview.
Um, he started selling and he relaxed and his sales dropped a lot, and in one call I gave him a piece of my mind , but obviously with respect and being superb and all, but I said to him, "But, how are you doing this [ __ ]?" "So, so, so
things. Two days later, bam, sales exploded again. So, if you see yourself help you. You see? It's things like that that make the difference compared to other training programs. Other programs
sell you a course and tell you to figure it out on your own, and all that. You guys, I mean, don't relax, you need to be told off, you need to be given a wake-up call , right? That's what makes the difference with you guys.
And well, if I don't get the call on Thursdays, he gives me a hard time directly. 100%. Look, I'm going to say something and it sounds like a typical sales pitch , but hey, for whoever wants to believe it, I'm going to throw it out there, okay?
launched it with the intention of helping people, that's always been there, but money, I mean, I'm not I'm not stupid. I didn't say, "Damn, if I can make money, then I'm going to make money because we all win." I
still stand by that decision today. I promise you, it's more for the feeling that I'm helping and changing the lives of people who I know are open to change, than I invest in talking to students, making calls, updating the materials,
finding information to include, solving problems, and so on, if I store, it would give me the same amount of money I earn from the training. But of course, I wouldn't be helping anyone, you know? And I already have stores. So, for
example, this call we had together, what you told me, , is a victory for me , you know? It's like, "Okay, I've got it great, you know?" Like, good. On the other hand, a
store, well yes, money, but you know. So, I love it, and that's why I've made arguments, and that's why I get angry, and that's why I dedicate myself to it, and that's why I don't charge more and I charge cheap and I update, because I'm just crazy about it. It's a feeling that
gives me life, just like you said, "Damn, there are people whose lives you change having this training, I promise you it gives me life, but people don't know gives me life, but people don't know how much heartfelt it is, and coming across
people like you proves to me that's how it is , you know? So, said, I'll leave you alone, you'll have things to do, and we'll see each other in person in a few months, 100%. You won't get away. I'm not going to let you get away, I mean,
not going to have a problem because I'm going to make a lot of money and you have to 100% don't doubt it. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you very much, and see you next time . Thank you so much, Mar, for all your
Thank you so much, Mar, for all your support, for everything you offer. As you say, you could make things easier, but you're there lending a hand because you want to change other people's lives, and that says a
lot about you too. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. No, no, thank you from the bottom of my heart. So that's how it ended. See you next time .
