[00:01] giving you the views that you think you deserve on YouTube is because you stopped taking advantage of the YouTube Shorts wave on YouTube. And there's a wrong way to do this. The wrong way to do this is to think that you should only [00:14] be posting YouTube Shorts. That is not the strategy that you should be taking. need to make sure that you're creating long-form content, either long-form YouTube videos or going live if that suits you better, and then turning that [00:27] stuff into Shorts. Now, in the past, this was basically impossible to do. You to work 100 hours a week to be able to do it for yourself. But now, that's not the case because now we can actually use AI in order to significantly speed this [00:41] long-form content for you and tell you exactly what parts go viral, cut it up, and edit it for you. Check this out. order to actually get this done is going to be Nexus Clips right here. Because [00:55] see that we can do two things. We can do video to clips right here, or we can click on create clip, this is literally as simple as us just coming over here, able to create a clip with. And as we can see, you can link this to your [01:09] YouTube channel, your Twitch, or you can just upload long-form content if you it to cut out. We can come over here. If we click on create clips right here, we And then this is going to go through, and this is actually going to process [01:22] video in order to actually drag and drop it, it walks you through how to do that. AI what to look for, or we can actually type something in. I'm going to go with insightful explanations about AI capabilities. We're going to click on [01:35] to, we could actually add in our phone number, but I'm going to skip this step, through, and in just a few minutes, we're going to have our clips ready to go. Now, in addition to that, let's say that we come over here into home, we can [01:48] also edit clips from here. For example, if I click into this, this is a project they have a very easy to use editor right here. You can very easily actually add in a hook on your content directly. In addition to that, you can control [02:01] the size. If we come into advanced, you could possibly think of. The thickness, the shift, the direction, the opacity, the blur, all of this, literally everything with the hook. Now, if we [02:13] is where you could add in these stickers. In fact, I'm sure that you've seen so many people do this to actually signify, "Hey, this is from my Twitch." or "This is from my YouTube." or "This is from my TikTok." or whatever the case [02:25] into subtitles, you could choose the style, you could choose the text right with advanced style and you could customize this however you want, but ones that are helping people go viral across YouTube shorts, TikTok, Facebook, [02:41] Instagram, and so much more. And the AI handles it. You don't have to go through that they have, and honestly, this is probably the most important of all these different editing tools. If we come over into framing right here, we can actually [02:53] say that we want to add myself in here, we can make this really small and boom, could see that's how we get my face to actually show up right here, which is get rid of this hook so that it's not blocking me. We come back over into [03:08] framing and this is where I could change this to include this or whatever I are going through and creating that reaction content out of long form. of having to film something a different way, you could simply just come through, [03:23] you could do this and this changes exactly what this is going to look like make sure that you're doing because this type of content, one, goes viral like crazy on YouTube, but then also secondly, it literally takes no extra [03:37] directly from here. We could come over here and click on share. We could publish it straight to TikTok. Or we could download it and be able to post here's what this officially looks like. So, we could see right here that this [03:50] these different things that it's gone through and clipped. It actually shows score as to what the odds are that it will go viral and we can see exactly actually do is get this to generate new clips or if we actually click into this [04:05] right here, we can then click on create clip and now this actually goes off and going to bring us to the same exact editor that we saw before. If we wanted over here and change how long this is going to be, but I personally don't want [04:20] this. This is going to go through. It's going to create the clip. Then, again, it brings us that same exact editor where we can add in the hook, we can add in the sticker, we can add in the subtitles and we can change how all of [04:33] wanted to, which is absolutely incredible. And what this now allows us to do is literally minutes go from having that long-form piece of content to five pieces of short-form content that we can now post on YouTube Shorts, [04:47] we can post on TikTok, we can post on Facebook, we can post on Instagram or to drive traffic back to our YouTube channel and just to get us more videos and more content on YouTube that will help us get more views, get more [04:59] viral, make more money if you're monetized or get closer to getting monetized if you're not, all with the help of AI, with not us having to do Clips is you can go to the pin comment below and get started with it today. I [05:13] subscribers on YouTube if it wasn't for this tool, which is why I strongly this is going to stop you from needing to hire other people, spend a ton of be able to take advantage of the number one way to grow right now on YouTube. [05:29] because you're not adding custom haven't gone through and done this for all of your past YouTube Shorts. Let me explain. So, in order to actually add a thumbnail now on your YouTube Shorts, [05:42] You're going to want to come over into your Shorts right here. From here, we're here. And then, this is going to actually allow us now, if we scroll down, click on these three dots, and we could see that we could upload a file or [05:55] we could reselect. So, if we click on reselect, this will actually give us could change and we could actually make into the thumbnail right here. Or, if we click on upload file, what this is going to allow us to do is actually add in a [06:09] make sure that you're doing now is you need to make sure that you are actually going through creating custom thumbnails to be able to add on to YouTube. Because if we come over here and actually do a search for something, for example, let's [06:22] say that we do a search for how to get bigger biceps. And then, we come under the shorts here, what you are going to notice is the shorts that actually have custom thumbnails like this one are the ones going viral. 22 million views. This [06:36] one right here, 2.5 million views. And if we scroll down, we're going to see the same thing. Literally, every single one of these has a custom thumbnail because the creators that adding custom thumbnails are going viral more often, [06:48] literally doesn't require that you change anything about your content. All it requires that you actually change is just taking that extra step and adding do this since you've already put so much effort into creating your content. [07:02] Reason number three is your metadata might be messed up and you might not be sure that you're doing is actually going through your channel and making sure that you're leaving the right signals to YouTube to actually get your stuff [07:14] account settings, there are really three main things that you need to make sure going to find under settings right here. If we come over into channel, you want to make sure that all the keywords that show here are going to be related to [07:27] whatever you are posting about. If these are not related to what you're posting your content to the wrong people, and as a result, you are not getting the views to that, when you come under feature eligibility, you want to make sure that [07:41] these three right here show as green. If these don't show as green, again, that the wrong features enabled on your YouTube channel. In addition to that, if corner, which you might not be able to see, but if you click on your little [07:54] that when you come over here and click on your channel, that from here, we're customize. So, if we click on customize right here, this is going to let us actually go through on our channel and be able to customize advanced settings. [08:09] For example, banner image, we want to make sure that we're customizing that. banner image says, it has to do with our niche. For example, mine says subscribe to be smarter with AI. This channel right here is all about AI. So, what [08:23] does that do? Tells YouTube in one more additional way, "Hey, this is what this to that, your name, you want to make sure you have your niche and your name. That's why I call this channel Rob the AI Guy. If we scroll down, you want to [08:36] handle right here. You want to make sure that you are adding a description right here that has what you're going to be posting about, like ChatGPT, AI, AI because these are all the things that I post about. You want to make sure that [08:50] it matches for your channel, too. Reason number four, and I keep seeing this over that they're not getting views anymore, you're stealing other people's content. "Rob, what do you mean stealing other people's content?" Let me show you. [09:03] to be a channel that is stealing content, I want to show you exactly what that actually looks like. So, if we come over here, let's actually click on this video right here cuz this video is about Lonzo Ball. Now, if we pause this, what [09:17] we're going to notice is that this comes from The Ball in the Family Pod. So, they are not stealing content. This is actually their podcast. This is their channel, and they are posting this. But, if we come over here and we just grab [09:30] Lonzo Ball's name, and we actually type this in over here, sorry, Lonzo Ball, not Lonzo Balls, what we're going to notice is there's a bunch of other content here. Like this one with 64,000 subscribers. If we actually click on [09:43] this right here, we could see that this page has nothing to do with Lonzo Ball. It's called Hoops Cat. So, guess what they're doing. If they aren't reacting to this content, if they're not changing the narration of this content, if [09:56] this, look, they're literally stealing their content. This is what I'm talking about. If you were taking content that is somebody else's and you are not drastically changing it, you're not reacting to it, you're not following [10:08] fair use copyright rules, what eventually is going to happen is that views. Why? Because you're stealing other people's content. You want to make original. It doesn't mean that you can't take somebody's thing and actually react [10:23] I'm doing right now. You want to make sure that you are adding to it and that what you are doing is completely different than just stealing their post. important thing that you might be messing up is you could be actually [10:37] because there are multiple things you need to make sure you're adding into your content that you might not have right now. Now, when it comes to editing are going to be three things that you want to make sure that you're doing. [10:50] I could actually prove this to you cuz this video got 22 million views. So, the first thing that we are going to notice here is one that they added in music in music is because YouTube is going to look at that in order to actually say, [11:05] "Hey, should we push this video out? Does this video have music that shows up in a bunch of other viral videos?" And yes, YouTube does look for that. The is that they have text on the screen right here. You want to make sure that [11:18] you also have text in the screen in your video. And then that third thing is you variations, and things to capture people's attention. So, we could see discoloration, captures people's attention. What do we have then? A clip [11:32] change. What do we notice again? A clip change. What do we notice again? A clip change. What do we notice again? A clip change. What does this do? It resets what would happen is we would sit here and we would just scroll all of these [11:46] right here. But we don't have to scroll if they're doing clip changes and then as a result our attention span gets reset. That's why people film in so many most of my short-form content, I film in about 3-second clips and you're going to [12:01] single viral video, it's what they are doing. So you want to make sure that you were doing that same exact thing inside of your content because if you're not, you're not going to be peaking people's attention or interest for long enough. [12:13] you probably will notice is the most viral YouTube shorts typically don't two people. I know what you're thinking right now, Rob, I'm only one person, how do I get somebody else in my videos? You do that by reacting to somebody else [12:27] like I was sharing with you before. Now, if you want to learn more about exactly now in 2026, I would strongly suggest you check out this video right here that walks through exactly how it works and how we could take advantage of it. I'll [12:39] how we could take advantage of it. I'll see you over there.
