## Summary

The video explains B2B affiliate marketing, a strategy where instead of promoting products directly, you help companies set up affiliate programs and recruit affiliates, earning a commission on their sales. The creator demonstrates this with a real case study, generating ₹35,248 in 30 days without investment, and provides a step-by-step guide from finding clients to setting up the program and recruiting influencers.

### Key Points

- **B2B Affiliate Marketing Defined** [00:18] — B2B affiliate marketing involves helping a company find and recruit affiliates who can increase sales. You earn a commission when those affiliates generate sales, acting as a middleman between the company and its affiliates.
- **Real-Life Example** [01:25] — Using a sleep gummies company as an example, the creator explains two methods: becoming an affiliate yourself or setting up an affiliate program for the company and recruiting other creators. The latter is B2B affiliate marketing.
- **Payment Structure** [02:21] — In a typical scenario, if 10 affiliates each generate $100 in sales, the company pays 20% commission to affiliates ($200) and an additional 10% to you ($100). Total revenue is $1000, with $300 going to commissions, making it a win-win for all parties.
- **Business Model Viability** [03:46] — This model is not flashy but can build a consistent income source if you lack ad budget and can send cold emails. There are many e-commerce businesses needing affiliate programs, making it a viable side hustle or full-time business.
- **Finding E-commerce Stores** [06:10] — Methods include using Apollo.io (costs $49), myip.ms (free), or finding small stores via Instagram and messaging founders. The creator used Instagram to find a brand with potential, checking traffic (10-30k visitors/month), professional design, and low follower count.
- **Cold Outreach to Founders** [07:47] — Sent 73 DMs to founders over 3-4 days using a specific script. Also used Hunter.io to find founder emails. Got a response from a fashion brand after a couple of days.
- **Negotiating Commissions** [08:44] — Pushed for 20-25% commission for affiliates, settling on 20% for affiliates and 20% for the creator. Advises to prioritize affiliate commission to keep them motivated, even if it means taking a smaller cut.
- **Contract Signing** [09:43] — Sent a contract using Bonsai or DocuSign, with a template linked in the description. The client signed the same night, completing the outreach phase in 10 days.
- **Setting Up Affiliate Program** [10:23] — Used Impact Radius to set up the program in 5-10 minutes. Steps included creating an account as an advertiser, sending an admin invite to the client, integrating with Shopify, and setting up commissions. The sign-up page link was shared for affiliates to apply.
- **Recruiting Influencers** [13:00] — Used Glimo.ai to find fashion influencers in the UK with under 50k followers. Compiled a list of 296 influencers, sent cold emails via Outlook and DMs. Got 4 responses, 3 requested samples, 2 joined and promoted, 1 ghosted.
- **Results and Earnings** [17:49] — In 60 days, affiliates generated $1,955.30 in revenue. The creator received $391.06 via PayPal. The campaign was paused due to Black Friday bandwidth, but the model is scalable.
- **Mindset and Takeaway** [19:12] — Success requires strong communication, willingness to learn, and persistence. The quote: 'You become rich by solving problems and bringing value.'

### Conclusion

B2B affiliate marketing is a viable, low-investment business model that involves setting up affiliate programs for e-commerce companies and recruiting affiliates. With persistence and strategic outreach, it can generate consistent income, as demonstrated by the creator's ₹35,248 earnings in 30 days.

## Transcript

Get affiliate links, promote them and earn commission. But no one talks about B2B affiliate marketing. And the interesting thing is that the And the interesting thing is that the
creators talk? Oh, maybe you don't know. creators talk? Oh, maybe you don't know. Well, in the last 30 days, I generated a revenue of ₹35248 by doing B2B affiliate marketing
without any investment, just by hard work. How, let's talk about how. and will also show you the proof and don't worry, I am not going to sell you any course. The video is a bit boring because it is a new concept but it is very
powerful, let's start it. Now first of all, ? You promote other companies as an affiliate. Isn't it? But
in B2B affiliate marketing, you help a company find other affiliates who can increase the sales of that company. And whenever that affiliate generates sales for that particular company, you also get a small commission because
you have onboarded or recruited that particular affiliate. So instead of joining affiliate programs you help companies to start their own affiliate programs and recruit affiliates for them. If it seems a bit confusing
then let us understand it with a real life example. Let's say my friend has a sleep gummies company. For example WhatsApp Wellness. I become their affiliate partner and work on commission basis. And another way
could be that I start an affiliate program for this particular company and then recruit other content creators, influencers and bloggers as affiliates and whenever they make a sale, I earn a small commission. So B2B affiliate
marketing is the second method. I set up an affiliate program for a company using simple platforms like Refer Impact or Uppromote and then recruit affiliates. And let's say my recruited uplets bring in $2000 in
sales every month. Now out of that $2000 the company can either offer me a 10% revenue share or can also give me a fixed fee. Whatever you discuss while deciding commissions etc. Got the point? Great. Now
your concept must have become clear. But the payment terms may still not be clear. Isn't it ? How much does the company pay you, how much does it pay the affiliate? And so on. So now let me explain the payment structure in simple language. So for
example, you started an affiliate program for a company and you also recruited 10 affiliates for that company. Now suppose each affiliate generated revenue of $100 then the total revenue becomes 10 * $100 which is $0.000. Now
what happens in normal affiliate marketing? The company says okay we will pay 20% commission to the affiliates. So the affiliates made $200. Now, B2B affiliate marketing adds an extra layer. Now the company tells you that if you
recruit affiliates for us, set up our affiliate program and build the entire sales ecosystem, then we will give you 10% separately which is $100 in this case. So affiliates get 20% and you get an additional 10%. So the total revenue was
additional 10%. So the total revenue was $1000, $200 went to the affiliates and $100 went to you. So $300 in total expense for the company. So in this business model the affiliate is happy, you are happy and the company is also happy. Affiliates get the opportunity to earn commission. The
company gets sales without any investment and you generate commission without running affiliate campaigns, ads or creating content. Now this is not some very shiny or lucrative business model in which you will make unrealistic money.
But if you don't have the money to run ads and can send cold emails from one place, this business model can build a consistent income source for you. There are model can build a consistent income source for you. There are
hundreds of e-commerce businesses are started in India as well as abroad. Ecom stores of Fashion & Clothing, Ecom stores of different brands or supplements, Ecom stores of Shoes, Kitchen items and so on. All you have to do is setup their affiliate program.
They have to recruit influencers who are willing to work on commission basis. And you can treat this as a very strong side hustle or even a full time business. Did you understand? Great. Now let's talk about
how I did this exactly for a small e-commerce store. Well, before we move on to the video, I want to thank the sponsor of today's video, Sam Rush. Well, Sam Rush is a tool that changed my entire online marketing trajectory.

years. Well, you will find the link to their seven-day free trial in the description below. So make sure you check it out and let's get back to the video. Well, the first thing I had to do was find the right e-commerce
store for which I could set up an affiliate program. Now I had a lot of options to do that. First of all, with the help of apollo.iio, but if I had done that, it would have cost help of apollo.iio, but if I had done that, it would have cost $49. The second method
was to use myip.ms which was free. And the third way was to find small e-commerce stores with the help of Instagram and message their founders. By the way, if you want to know how to find clients from apollo.iio then you
can watch this video of mine. And if you want to know how to find e-commerce stores from my ip.ms then you can watch the first 13 minutes of this video. Everything will become clear to you. Anyways coming back to the topic. So the method I used was to
So the method I used was to open Instagram and spend some time and engage with product based reels or ads, Instagram starts serving you many more ads like this.
So I did the same and then I saw a small brand that had potential. Now how did I find out whether there was potential or not? Well, there is a simple checklist. Well first of all the brand's traffic is not very high. It should be around 10 to
30,000 visitors per month. You can verify this from SCM Rush or SimilarWeb. Secondly, the design and optimization of the store should be very professional. And thirdly, the brand should not have a lot of followers on Instagram. It should be less than Rs 10,000 or
around Rs 10 to 15,000. clear? So I opened the brand that I found interesting on Instagram. I searched the name of its founder on Google and then while following the Instagram account of that brand, I spotted the founder and
wrote a cold DM to him. Now you cannot rely on just one cold DM, so I went to the brand's Instagram page and clicked on this button and Instagram also suggested me profiles of many similar brands like this.
Similarly, we searched for founders and used the DM method and sent a total of 73 DMs within three-four days and this was our exact DM script. You can pause and see. However, if you want, you can also email the founders. Simply
you Hunter. You have to come to a tool and then paste the URL of that website there and you will almost get the emails of the founder. So after sending so many DMs, we did not get any response for a day or two. But then I got a reply from a store
that was in the fashion niche. I spoke to the founder of As You Guys Can See and he was very right? There is no investment from the side of e-commerce stores nor do they have to do any work. So zero risk and
unlimited upside. Anyway, I had a lot of conversations with the founder. It took us at least a week to arrange the call. But we were able to get on a call and on the call we discussed the commission. Initially the founder said that he would give 10% commission
to the affiliates. But I pushed for 20 to 25% commission for the affiliates. Because no affiliate is interested in 10%. commission for the affiliates. Because no affiliate is interested in 10%. discussed my payment. So 20% was agreed for the affiliate and 20% was agreed commission for me also.
So the total commission was 40%. Now sometimes ecom store owners are very stingy. So they can offer you a total of 25%, that you give 15% to the affiliates and keep 10% for yourself. In that case, you have to push as much commission as possible for the affiliate.
For example, 18% to affiliates and 7% for yourself. Why? Because your overall business model is based on affiliates. So you will have to make them happy. Anyway, we finalized everything. And after finalizing everything, the next day
I sent a simple contract to the client. You can use a Bonzai to send the contract can also use DocuSign. And you can always get the contract written by GPT. I've also linked my contract template in the description below.
So you can check that out as well. Back to the topic, the good news was that the client signed the contract the same night it was sent. Which was good. So we completed the outreach in the first 10 days. The call was arranged. The
details were discussed on the call. And finally our contract was also signed. Now the next thing we had to do was set up an affiliate program. set up an affiliate program.
And finally, when sales start coming in, collect your payment. So to set up the affiliate program, we used Impact Radius. On this website, you can set up an affiliate program for a client in just 5 to 10 minutes. There
Such as referral go f pro and up promote. I am sure 99% of the people watching this video will not know how to setup affiliate programs on these platforms. Right? Well, it's not a big deal. To learn that you
can watch all these videos. How do I set up an affiliate program on Well Impact Radius ? For that you can watch this video. How to setup Referrer Pay Affiliate Program ? For that you can watch this video. Referral is
easier than impact. And finally you can watch both these videos. This is easier than both the references. I have linked all the videos in the description below. I know guys, it is a bit technical
part but you will have to learn this much. Coming back to the video, so we Well, if I explain to you a little bit about this is that process. Well, first of all I created an account on Impact Radius
as an advertiser. Not as a publisher but as an advertiser. Then I added all the details. Then I sent an admin invite to the client. The client accepted the invite and then integrated Impact with Shoppi through
Impact's Shoppi app in 2 minutes. And then the client added their payment method. We set up commissions. And that's it. The program is live. If you watch the videos then everything will become clear to you.
came to Impact's dashboard here. And then after coming here, click on these three dots after coming here, click on these three dots below. Then we clicked on Settings and then we scrolled down in Settings and clicked on Sign Up Page in the Branding section. By
clicking here, we scrolled down a bit and then copied this link, the promo page link, and pasted it into a Google Doc file. Something like this. Basically, this is the page where your affiliates can apply for the brand's affiliate
program and then you can approve them by going to Applications here. Whenever any affiliate or influencer applies, you simply have to go to applications and then approve or reject it. Simple
is that. So in less than 24 hours after signing our contract, we had set up our affiliate program and also got the link to the sign up page. Now the next thing we had to do was reach out to fashion influencers for our fashion brand.
Now my client was selling in the UK and as I mentioned he was a fashion e-com store owner. So quite obviously I had to find fashion-related influencers who would be willing to work on a commission basis. We had to
outreach them through cold emails and then if anyone showed interest, we had to onboard them by sending them a link to our affiliate program on Impact Pay so that they could start promoting our products using the affiliate link. Now
how did we do all that? Well, it wasn't that complicated. Well, first of all we signed up on a tool called glimo.ai. By the way glimo.i has not sponsored this video and after creating an account on glimo we came here to the dashboard. In this tool,
you can use filters to find many influencers in any location, in any niche. So after coming to the dashboard here, I selected United Kingdom in location. Anything can happen in your case. India, US,
Canada, wherever your client is selling products. Then I is selling products. Then I typed in the keywords fashion and followers here and in the right dropdown menu we selected 50 so that we can target only
fashion influencers with 50,000 or less followers. Big influencers are not ready to work on commission basis. So after doing all this, I clicked on the Find Influencer button. And as you can see guys, we have a
list of hundreds of fashion influencers here just like this. As You Can See So Many Influencers. Well, from here we checked out these influencers one by one and then we made a separate list of all those influencers who had mentioned their email in their bio
and also later. So we made a list of total 296 influencers for cold outreach.
We did cold email outreach to all those whose emails were available and DMs to those whose emails were not available. Well, influencers don't respond to DMs very often, but what's the harm in trying? So
you know how DMs do it. But what did we do to send the email? Did we use Outlook? Did we buy a domain? After that I took any mail box ? Did we use Gmail? Or something else?
We used Simply Outlook to send well cold emails to influencers. For those who don't know, Outlook is a platform similar to Gmail that is provided by Microsoft. You can set up mailboxes here simply like you do on Gmail. So
if you setup an email on Gmail, it will be sh@gmail.com for example and on Outlook it will be sh@outlook.com. We chose Outlook because it looks a little more professional than @gmail, which
But if using money was allowed in this challenge then I would have gone with the domain mailbox. For example sh@ fashionex. Just an example anyways so after setting up the mailboxes we
started writing cold emails to influencers. The emails we sent were something like this: As You Can See: Here's the title and here's the email script. And we also sent DMs and here is our DMs script as you can clearly see. And we did this entire process
manually. Didn't use any cold email tools whatsoever. Although you can do it if you want. If you want to understand in detail how to systematically send cold emails, then you can again watch this video of mine. I have everything broken down.
Anyway, we sent all the emails and DMs in five days. Now the next thing we had to do was wait for the response from the influencers. Well luckily on the fifth day we got four influencers showing interest. And out of those
influencers to join our affiliate program. thing. It's a number scheme. The more cold emails or DMs you send, the more chances you have. All three influencers also asked for samples, so I
looped the client into the conversation and samples were also made available to the influencers. After receiving the samples, two influencers joined the affiliate program and started promotion, and one ghosted. Which is
totally fine. Some influencers do this all the time. Well, I could have reached out to more influencers if I wanted to. But it was around Black Friday and I didn't have enough bandwidth to reach out to more influencers. You
can and should continue cold emailing if you want. So when the ball was in the influencers' court, I just had to wait for the results to come and see what kind of results they would get. And when the results started coming, I had updated you guys once
in the community post also. Right? Right right. Anyway, after waiting a lot, I finally opened the impact radius. And now if I come to the dashboard and show you the statistics, then the date range here
I select is 60 days. Right 60 days would be good. And now you can see that in the last 60 days we generated revenue of 1955.30 cents for this particular client, I mean our affiliates. Out
of which which is the client had paid in other words and
we had received a payment of $391 and 6 cents separately through PayPal. I refresh the entire data once again and as you can see the data is still intact, if I change the currency, instead of USD we change the currency to IAR
Indian Rupees and now if I click on this particular search icon you can see the revenue is still intact, instead of right clicking, if I select revenue, you can see all the instead of right clicking, if I select revenue, you can see all the
proof of PayPal payment. Once again I had not continued this campaign because it was around Black Friday and I had to manage many other campaigns but no one is stopping you. If your communication skills are very good.
You can learn new things. You can work hard. You don't get sad after sending 20 emails that no In other words, if your mindset is strong. And last but not least, you want to earn money by generating value in the online world.
Then B to B Affiliate Marketing is a great source of income that you can build. I read a very good quote a long time ago which is you don't become rich because you want to become rich. You Become Rich by Solving Problems and
Bringing Value. So this should be your takeaway from this video. Once again, you'll from this video. Once again, you'll can check them out if you are serious about learning this. If you are a beginner
then I would recommend that you learn Now Promote first which is a very easy to set up affiliate programs. Anyways guys, I hope you enjoyed this grounded and practical video. Please do let me know if you have any questions. The comment box
is always open and with that being said, I will see you at the talk.
