[00:00] The Chevy Avalanche is one of those vehicles that most Americans said they wanted, but when it came time for them to write checks or open up their wallets or take on a loan, they didn't do it. It's essentially a crew cab with a very short bed with the option to expand the bed into the truck.
[00:17] But most of the people who own these things were either the wealthy who wanted a truck but didn't, And then weirdos who actually, you know, who own these in the early days of me doing video and stuff, a lot of the people who worked in film production, like small production houses, liked the avalanche because most of the stuff we use is just Pelican cases.
[00:43] And that was perfectly fine for a bed with a tonneau cover. And then we would usually have a crew with us, at least three or four people. So avalanches were comfortable. they took all of our gear with us and we could get everybody in them.
[00:59] So the sacrifice of bed space was perfectly fine because that was the industry we were in. But that couldn't keep the Avalanche alive. The only thing that I think would have made the Avalanche work is if they sold a two-door version that then had a full-size bed. But at
