# NPC TikTok Creators Are Making $7,000 a Day

> Source: [NPC TikTok Creators Are Making $7,000 a Day](https://youtube.com/watch?v=OHg3-OOn_Nw)

## Summary

The video discusses the financial instability of long-term employment, using a viral TikTok trend of NPC (non-playable character) streamers who earn up to $7,000 a day as a case study. The host, Tech G, contrasts this with a story of a worker who lost his pension after 30 years, urging viewers to develop side income streams and marketable skills, particularly in IT.

### Key Points

- **Introduction to the Topic** [00:18] — Tech G introduces the video's focus on money and the importance of having multiple income streams, referencing a Twitter video of a worker who discovered his company wouldn't pay his pension after 30 years.
- **Advice for Young Workers** [01:01] — Tech G advises young people to prioritize their own careers and not rely on a single employer for long-term retirement, as pensions and job security are no longer guaranteed.
- **Need for Side Income** [01:29] — He emphasizes the need to acquire technical skills (like IT certifications) or find other side hustles to generate income, making oneself marketable in the 21st century.
- **Example of Pension Disappointment** [02:11] — Tech G shows a video of a man who worked for Yellow Trucking for 30 years and lost his pension, highlighting the emotional and financial impact of such a loss.
- **NPC TikTok Trend Explained** [05:38] — He explains that the people in the earlier videos are NPC streamers who act like robots and make money through TikTok gifts, with one creator, Pinky Doll, claiming to earn $7,000 per day.
- **Article on NPC Streamers** [06:07] — Tech G reads an article describing the NPC trend, where creators respond to gifts with catchphrases like 'ice cream so good' and 'gang gang', and notes that Pinky Doll spends 6+ hours daily on streams.
- **Earnings Comparison** [08:26] — Pinky Doll's earnings increased from $250 per day to $7,000 per day, illustrating the potential of side hustles even with seemingly ridiculous content.
- **Core Message for IT Aspirants** [09:07] — Tech G stresses that even those entering IT should not rely solely on employer loyalty; they must develop side income streams, as companies can let go of employees at any time.
- **Final Advice** [10:41] — He encourages viewers to create income-generating activities outside their main job, whether through YouTube, TikTok, or other means, to ensure financial independence.

### Conclusion

The video underscores the importance of financial self-reliance in an era of job insecurity, using the NPC TikTok trend as a surprising example of how unconventional side hustles can yield substantial income. Tech G urges viewers to invest in skills and side ventures to protect themselves from employer disloyalty.

like a cowboy um oh disco oh dance um let me see my bed oh I'm the king you're not the king I'm the king you made six thousand dollars [Music]
what up everybody this is your boy Tech G back with another video and in this video we're going to be talking about money now I'm not going to lay out a blueprint as to how you can go out there and make money as there are an abundant
of ways you can do that legally or illegally but preferably the legal way and the reason why I want to talk about this is because I came across this video on the twitters of a guy who's been working for this company for about 30
years and then I guess he discovers that the company isn't going to pay out any video because oftentimes when I have younger people coming up to me asking about employment meant as to whether or
not they should stay in a company or Bounce from company to company I tell young people you have to do what's best for you and your career because the days of you thinking you're going to go work for a company for 20 30 years and then
you're gonna ride off into the sunset with a retirement plan or a pension or military are working in some other type of government job those days are kind of long gone for a lot of people and you always have to keep your options open
and you always have to have something going on the side that you can generate money from whether it's you acquiring some technical skills like the type of stuff that I teach here on the tech G Channel where I teach people a plus net
plus Security Plus and some other stuff so you can have those skill sets so you can hopefully be marketable and competitive in the 21st century as far as it is concerned or you need to find something else to do that can generate a
lot of money so let me go ahead and show you guys this video of this guy who like company I think he said he was there for like 30 years only to discover that the company isn't paying out a pension and he kind of flips his wig a little bit so
let's go ahead and check this out real quick down it ain't used quick down it ain't used right here
heard that so as you can see in this video right here you got this brother in the orange shirt right here who just completely lost it because I think he Yellow trucking company or something like that if you go look them up in the
news they got some type of issue going on where if yellow doesn't pay a certain bill as it relates to the pension fund then the company could potentially go out of business or something like that I don't know but the whole point is your
years I don't know if he was driving trucks or working in some other capacity within the company and then I guess he just discovered that the company isn't pension and when you think about it that could be kind of heartbreaking right
there I know that you put that much time into a company thinking that you're gonna get this reward at the end of the rainbow only to discover that they're just gonna you know let you're loose and tell you to go on about your little
enough to make some people kind of go postal I guess you can say but we're not y'all are probably wondering what does this have to do with the video that you played at the very beginning of his video well let me go ahead and pull this
stuff back up for you real quick now oh that's hot hot hot hot
to me um that go for me
thank you for the roses happy birthday cowboy Cowboy thank you for the Roses man
thank you for the Roses man I love you too thank you for the Roses I love you humongous humongous thank you for the cowboy
chicken chicken foreign
oh dinosaur so in case you're lost and confused as to what's going on with these people in these videos based on my understanding none of these people have any type of mental issues going on what's really
going on these people are acting out what are called NPC or non-playable characters and they're making a lot of money off of these Tick Tock videos by making these goofy sound effects so let me go ahead and show you guys a story
about what's really going on with this real quick our article says the bizarre real quick our article says the bizarre Tick Tock NPC live stream where creators act like robots explained says a strange Tick Tock Trend where users live stream
Tick Tock Trend where users live stream themselves acting like an NPC or an automated non-player character with pre-written dialogue complete with nonsensical phrases like ice cream so good use their responses to gifts given
by Their audience is going viral and confusing the internet but it's making some streamers big money since during these live streams viewers send monetary tips to the Creator which appear on the screen as cartoon gifts like an ice
cream cone or a rose to which the Creator reacts in real time the creators typically respond with a catchphrase depending on what gift appears on the screen it says one of the most viral NPC streamers somebody named pinky doll says
ice cream so good we're giving an ice cream gift or gang gang when giving a GG icon and you got me feeling like a cowgirl with giving a cowboy hat goes on to say the streams have been noted for how rapidly creators react to each gift
without breaking character but when they do it it can go viral it says a tick tock video of Pinky doll known for her hours-long live streams counting down and telling a child to go to bed while alive that has more than 230 000 likes
this whole article right here it says the influx of tips for these creators can lead to a big payday pinky doll who has is nearly 500 000 followers she told
Vice that she spends at least six hours per day on Tick Tock making NPC content per day on Tick Tock making NPC content and she can make seven thousand dollars a day doing this or she could make more through her live streams and she says
that this is up significantly from when she would make only about two hundred and fifty dollars per day doing her live streams so I just want to reread this part for you guys one more time those people that you saw making those goofy
noises in those Tick Tock videos at least one of them is making or at least is what she claims to make but she claims to be making upwards of seven claims to be making upwards of seven thousand dollars per day doing this now
she said she was making at least 250 even 250 dollars a day is pretty good money for the average person but she says she's doing seven thousand dollars a day talking about ice cream so good and making all these other goofy sound
effects and everything that is going on like that so you're probably wondering what in the world does this have to do with what you talk about on the tech G Channel well here's the thing Tick Tock is an app and it is technology and as
you can see people are using it to make money anywhere between 200 a day to as doing some of the most ridiculous stuff but that's not really the aspect that I'm really concerned about here what I'm really concerned about here is people
who are trying to get certified to enter I.T and they want to go out here and get hired at these big box tech companies or even some of these small startup companies hoping that they will be there for the next 20 years so they can
collect a pension and go off and retire into the sunset I really want to stress who haven't entered the workforce yet and you're watching my videos those of y'all who are in college or those y'all still living at your mama's house
whatever the case may be here's the thing you all need to figure out and this is applicable to adults as well but you all need to figure out how to generate income that is outside of your current place of employment or wherever
you see yourself wanting to work in the near future because these companies will they'll promise you the world and then take away and strip all the benefits from you at the drop of a dime and as an employee there's really nothing that you
can do what you guys need to do you need to learn a skill set which is what I teach on this channel I.T of course go learn your a plus net plus Security Plus feel like you need but even when you do get those certifications and you do go
out there and land those jobs with those high paying salaries do not run around there thinking that it's all peaches and cream and that you got these search these companies are going to be loyal to you no you need to be loyal to yourself
front of your mind and they can let you go at the drop of a dime and nobody's going to feel sorry they'll just kick you out and put somebody else into your place so you need to create some type of income generating activities on the side
whether you're doing YouTube content like me whether you're doing this here like my man's on the screen right here making these goofy noises but as racking up probably a few hundred dollars possibly into the thousands of
dollars per day so this is why I wanted to share this with you all it wasn't really just necessarily to highlight how ridiculous these people look it was to highlight how you need to find something to do on the side so that you can always
have some type of income coming in outside of your main nine to five day job paycheck because these companies can let you go at any given time you need to do something to create extra money so hopefully some of you guys got some type
guys out there making these goofy Tick video talking about you but hopefully if you do do it hopefully you're making won't have too much negative stuff to say about you in terms of clowning you
but at the end of the day find something that you can do to generate money so that you're not dependent upon a company and hoping and praying and they will do the right thing by you for as long as you are employed at that company because
chances are in this economy they're not you have to look out for yourself by any means possible preferably a legal and respectable way at least that's what I'm going to say but for those of y'all who are interested in learning I.T and
kicking off your I.T career hit the Subscribe button the like button the share button also go sign up for a channel membership so that you can start learning these in-demand I.T certifications so you can go out there
and get you a job make the big bucks and then you can take that money and start making Tick Tock videos making goofy pig noises and all that stuff all right until next video y'all be safe out in these streets and peace
