## Summary

The video is the first episode of a series where the creator documents building a retirement fund by investing $300 per month. It explains the rationale behind personal retirement planning, demonstrates how to use a compound interest calculator, and provides a step-by-step guide to investing in Bitcoin, UST staking, and the S&P 500 through specific platforms.

### Key Points

- **Why Personal Retirement Planning is Necessary** [00:01] — The creator explains that due to longer lifespans and fewer children, pay-as-you-go pension systems are unsustainable, making personal retirement savings essential.
- **The 4% Rule** [00:27] — The 4% rule states that withdrawing only 4% of your retirement savings annually ensures you never run out of money, despite market volatility.
- **Compound Interest Calculator Results** [02:31] — Using a compound interest calculator, the creator shows that investing $300/month for 20 years yields $227,000, for 30 years $678,000, and for 40 years $1.9 million, with corresponding monthly withdrawals under the 4% rule.
- **Investment Strategy Overview** [04:06] — The plan allocates $300 monthly: $100 to Bitcoin, $50 to UST staking, and $150 to the S&P 500, with flexibility to rotate based on market conditions.
- **UST Staking on BinX** [05:14] — UST staking on BinX offers around 8% annual returns in dollars, similar to a fixed-term deposit, with a step-by-step process to subscribe.
- **Recurring Bitcoin Purchases** [07:19] — The creator uses BinX's recurring purchase bot to buy Bitcoin daily, automating dollar-cost averaging, with settings for frequency and amount.
- **Buying S&P 500 via Bullm** [08:24] — The creator buys S&P 500 through Bullm, a CNV-regulated broker, converting pesos to dollars and purchasing shares, with a detailed walkthrough.
- **Tracking Investments in Excel** [10:09] — The creator maintains an Excel spreadsheet to track purchases, entry prices, and current values, ensuring transparency and follow-along capability.

### Conclusion

The video emphasizes the importance of starting to invest early, even with small amounts, and provides a practical, repeatable framework for building retirement savings through diversified investments.

have a pension; I explain this in many of my videos. To put it we're living longer and people are having fewer children, and we live in a pay-as-you-go system where current workers pay the pensions of
as we have fewer children and live longer, there will be many working age working and paying taxes. That's why we won't have retirement, or this isn't just something that happens in Argentina. This happens all over the world.
retirement age precisely because of this problem. Now we can "Hey, the state should change the capitalization system, the so that more people enter the formal market and can properly
sustain pensions." Yes, all of that is on a macro level, but it take responsibility and create our own retirement. And while I do is dedicated to sharing my investments and what I'm
portfolio where I'll invest 200/300 per month, building my own retirement savings. You can follow along if you similar. It doesn't have to be $00 per month, it can be $50 per month, $100
per month, [music] 200, 500, 1000, whatever savings capacity you have. So in this video, we'll be investing 300 each month, and this is the first episode, the first month in which we'll obviously create an
Excel spreadsheet showing how much we're buying month by month, whether it's Bitcoin, CDAs, SP500, or directly from CT staking or specific stocks. So if you're interested in this video, like it, [music] subscribe and stay tuned
is what happens if we invest $50, $100, $200, $00 per month for 20, 30, or 40 years. Especially when it comes to our retirement, how much money we end up retiring with, and it's very important that we keep the
4% rule in mind. While the market as a whole yields 10% annually, for example, United States, we cannot withdraw 10% annually from our money because we know that the market is volatile. You have years where it yields much
more than 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, but you also have years where it yields negative returns, -10%, -20%, -30%. So, if every year you withdraw 10% of your money, where, for example, you have 1 million, every
point you will run out of money. For that we use the 4% rule which consists of only withdrawing 4% of the money annually and we would never run out of we have $1,000, we could withdraw $40,000 a year to have money
we created this compound interest calculator where we will enter how much money we can invest per month: 50, 100, 200, 300, 500, 1000,000 per month. And exactly how much, how many years we want to invest. In 10 years, in 20, in
30, in 40. Obviously, if I am 22 years old, I can retire without any problem at 52 or directly at 62 years old. It's precisely for our data in so you can see it. In
going to use each month. And I'm going to say that in 20 years we retire with to say that in 20 years we retire with $227,000 using a 3% rule we can withdraw $570 per month. A 4% rule is about 759. If I do it for 30
years, that is, until I am 52 years old, I retire with $678,000, being able to withdraw retire with $678,000, being able to withdraw $2,260 a month with the 4% network. And if then during the 40 years until I am 62 I end up retiring with 1.9 million,
being able to withdraw with the 4% rule 624 per month. That's outrageous. Obviously you can do it with less money, $100 per month for 20 years, in 30 years and in $2100 per month, not bad at all. With $200 per month, you retire with a stash of
260,000, which is $4,200 per month. Well, it does n't matter if you put in $500 or $1,000 per month, but the most important thing is to start investing as soon as possible, even if it's a small amount of with our plan, we will be able to reset ourselves without any problems in
30 or 40 years. And we're going to say, "Hey, Lubru, but that's a lot of retirement plan with little money. Our goal, at least my goal, is to as much money as possible as income and be able to invest much more. I
$300 per month, which allows you to accumulate an impressive amount of capital, but this is a series to build my retirement savings. So, what are we going to invest these $300 mentioned the S&P 500, everyone knows it , clients always focus on the
United States, but will it be just the S&P 500 or will it be a bit more diversified in Obviously, it will change, depending on the state of the market. If Bitcoin stop buying Bitcoin and maybe even consider selling Bitcoin and rotating to
another asset. If we see that we buy Coca-Cola, and Coca-Cola goes up a Coca-Cola and probably start selling it. The same applies to any asset. too high, we will probably rotate individual stocks or go straight to
dollars. Obviously, on my YouTube channel, it will depend a lot on fact, a month ago I created a video that was the perfect investment portfolio for an Argentinian, where there were three portfolios, a conservative one, a moderate one
obviously have greater volatility, but you will also have greater a little more in Bitcoin, a little more in CDs like the SP500 or the NASDA. CDs like the SP500 or the NASDA. For this we are going to invest 50 in
UST staking, which will be practically like a fixed-term deposit in dollars, but one that generates good returns, around 8% annually in dollars. UST, we're going to use Bin X. I'll
get a discount on fees and be entered into a raffle for an iPhone—it's , I'll leave the link in the description where we'll probably also be raffling off Ferrari merch, Chelsea stuff, things like that. So I'll
If you don't know how to defuel, search on YouTube for how to defuel in my X Lubru and explaining it step by step. Now, to buy it's very simple, we go to the spot section and in the convert section we directly enter how many UST
we want, so that the UST are digital dollars . We enter 100 UST and it go to the spot sector, a little better, but it's very simple. We're here with Bitcoin. We choose the
select the market, and enter the amount of dollars you want to buy, for example, use this little bar here. In this case, I'm going to buy about $100 worth of we click on OC and in this way we are buying $100 of Bitcoin at 64,740.
So here in Excel we come to put in Bitcoin. We bought at 64,740, that's Bitcoin at, and then we can set the current price whenever we want to see future. Then if we want to stake UST, which is like a
fixed-term deposit, we go to the capital earn all sector, where we will leave our UST generating interest at around 8% annually. As you can see, I've already earned $200 with staking. How do we do it? We're coming to UST, UST Flexible, it pays you
8% in oil. We click on subscribe, but it only pays you up to about $300. In this case it when we already have $300 here in staking, we have to go to USS, which is little less, it pays us 5% annually. And in this case we can put up to about $500,
I think it was, yes, up to about $500. So we come here, click on subscribe, and we're going to put in about $50. We clicked on subscribe, confirmation and subscribed. In this way we have already put these $50 to generate interest, we have dollars
we can withdraw them whenever we want and also if we see an opportunity with we can also buy. On the other hand, if you don't want to log in once a month to buy $100, what I do is go to the spot and spot bots section, specifically the
recurring purchase section, where you configure a bot to buy a certain whatever you want. As you can see, I have it set up to buy $15 every day for 251 days. When we started, we only bought $ and now we've
increased it to 15, where we've bought $20.58, but we're 6% buying when Bitcoin was at $90,000, today it's at $64,000. This want to receive. That's exactly what I want to do: buy Bitcoin, and
then here you put the amount you want to buy, for example, $. And then how purchases of $ to be repeated? You can set it every hour, every 6 hours, every 12 hours, once can also set it once a week, once every 15 days, or
directly once a month. You also configure it and it go about buying the SP500 that I mentioned at the beginning of the video, of all? For this we need to have an account with a broker, a
stock exchange company, and obviously one that is regulated by the CNB, the National Securities Commission. I use Bullm, which is obviously not only regulated, but has been new company that's just starting out, but rather that it has a 25-year
the description or you can just search for it on Google. In this case, I already in MercadoLibre, Meta, Microsoft, some Nasdaq and some SP500. But in this case, we're going to buy those $150 in the SP500. I just got hold of it and deposited
exactly those 300,000 pesos. If we look at the dollar, it's around 1515. So we do 1515 times 150. So we're going to buy around 227,000 pesos of the SP500. And how do we buy it?
simple. Click on money entry, the amount in pesos will appear, both accounts in your name, both the Wull Market account and once the money has been deposited, once the money has arrived, which in my
case I already have 307,000 pesos, we are going to go to the quotations sector and in this case . We're going to buy it with Argentine pesos, but it's tied to the CDR in pesos rises and we have the same amount of dollars because it is a
search by symbol and type spy. In this case, each one is worth clicked here. And as we said, how much were we going to buy? About 227,000
pesos. For approximately 227,000 pesos we could buy 11. If we want to buy 12 it 's 245. If we want to buy 11 it's about 224,000 pesos. Perfect. We're going to end up buying 224,000 pesos. We clicked continue. We click confirm order and
in this way the purchase order is sent and we have already bought it. Obviously, I doing it on a Tuesday at 4:25 in the afternoon. In fact, a little earlier, but oh well , I bought it and we have it now. In
fact, we came here and you can see that I now have 283,000 in SP500. But while this is all mixed up, we're going to go to the drive that we just created specifically going to list what we bought, which is that we bought approximately $150 worth of DSP500
at an entry price of $13.5 each . So we would have around . So we would have around $150 invested. These $300 are for the retirement. So I'm going to put together this video every month to keep
happening, and probably in the coming months we won't just be buying SP500, but we'll be buying specific companies like Microsoft, of. I hope you enjoyed this video. Like,
subscribe, and we'll see you in the next video.
