## Summary

This video is the second episode of a free YouTube course in Urdu/Hindi, where the creator addresses common misconceptions about YouTube success. He emphasizes that YouTube is a long-term game of value exchange, not a quick money-making scheme, and outlines the mindset and habits needed to join the top 10% of successful creators.

### Key Points

- **Misconceptions and Reality** [00:09] — Millions start YouTube channels, but many quit after 2-3 months due to lack of views, subscribers, or monetization. Success is not luck or algorithm, but a result of mindset and strategy.
- **Earnings Depend on Value** [01:14] — Earnings vary widely based on niche, audience location, and effort. The right question is not 'how much can I earn?' but 'how much value can I provide?' Real money comes from brand deals, sponsorships, and affiliate marketing, not just views.
- **Success Timeline** [02:06] — There is no fixed timeline for success; it can take 30 days to a year or more. Consistency and content value are key. Many quit just before success, so treat YouTube as a marathon, not a sprint.
- **Formula for Success** [02:47] — The formula is: learn the skill, take action, maintain consistency, be patient, and repeat. Breaking this cycle puts you back in the 90% who fail.
- **Motivation vs. System** [03:13] — Motivation is unreliable; successful people rely on systems and discipline. Stick to your promises (e.g., one video per week) regardless of mood.
- **Avoid Burnout** [04:06] — Over-enthusiasm leads to burnout. Start with a sustainable schedule (e.g., 2-3 videos per week) and take rest seriously. Burnout can ruin your career.
- **Common Mistakes to Avoid** [04:32] — Don't obsess over views, don't change your niche frequently, don't copy others, and never buy fake subscribers. Subscribers are real people—earn them.
- **Patience and Persistence** [05:26] — Success takes time; even the creator got only 100-250 views for 2 months before the algorithm rewarded consistency. Patience is crucial.
- **Practical Advice** [06:06] — Decide on a realistic upload schedule, batch-produce videos to reduce stress, and don't treat rest as a sin. Remember your 'why' during tough times.
- **Actionable Task** [06:45] — Write down your reason for starting a YouTube journey and revisit it when feeling demotivated. Share it to inspire others.

### Conclusion

Success on YouTube is not about luck but about consistent value creation, discipline, and patience. By adopting the right mindset and avoiding common pitfalls, you can join the top 10% of creators who succeed.

practical. But instead of practicals, in this session I would like to answer many of your questions and clear some of the misconceptions that are going on in the minds of many of you. You have heard this phrase
many times that YouTube can change your life. But if I say that YouTube can also ruin your life, then you might not believe it. Look, millions of people create YouTube channels every year. Many of them leave the channel after two-three months.
n't get views, some don't get subscribers, some don't get monetization and some people lose even after working hard for a whole year. Now the question here is why does this happen? Is it luck or a game of algorithms? So in this episode
I'm going to tell you the truth that will take you out of the 90% and put you in the 10% of people who succeed on YouTube. mindset. So this is the second episode of our series. If you are joining this video
then do not forget to watch this first episode of this series. I am journey completely and properly. So many people ask how much Faisal Bhai can earn from YouTube? And this same question must be in the minds of countless of you.
So the answer is that there is no limit to it. There is no guarantee of this. It depends on you yourself. Some people are making a few dollars. Some thousands, some lakhs and some even crores. Secondly, it depends on what your niche is? Where is your audience coming from?
what your niche is? Where is your audience coming from? hard work you are putting in. While one channel is earning less money on the same number of views, another channel is earning a lot more on the same number of views and this difference is
due to their niche. So, this question is totally wrong as to how much can one earn. The right question is how much value can I provide. Because YouTube is not just about earning money but it is actually about exchanging value. The more value you
provide, the better the content you create, the bigger the audience and the more profit you will make. And one more thing to note here is that the real money does not come from your views but from brand deals, sponsorships and affiliate marketing. After this
how much time will it take me to become successful on YouTube ? So the simple answer to this is that there is no limit to this either. Some people become successful in 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and some people become successful in 6 months or a year. And this depends on their consistency, their
way of working and the value of their content. And let me tell you an interesting thing here that often people leave their work when they are very close to success. So don't think of YouTube as a 100-meter race. This is a long race where only the one who does
not stop wins. So understand that when you want to start your YouTube journey, you have to continue working till then. You have to keep working until you achieve success. what is the formula for success on YouTube? So people often answer that talent is the
formula for success. But in my view, its formula is something else and that is learn the skill, take action, maintain consistency, be patient and repeat it again and again. As long as you stay in this cycle, you will be among the 10% of people who are very
close to success. If you break this cycle , if you give up anything, you will be back among the 90% of people who are going home disappointed. Another big misconception among countless of us is that unless we get motivation, we will
not work. And believe me, this is the most dangerous and biggest misconception. Always remember that motivation does not come for any work but keeps coming and going. It is today, not tomorrow, otherwise successful people do not follow this motivation. Successful people work on system, systematic and
discipline. So just promise yourself not to work based on your mood. If you want to work, you have to work. Suppose you decide to upload a video every day. Then one day your heart doesn't feel like it. One day I feel tired. One day some
problem arises and in this way your work gets delayed further and further. So if you work like this then you can never be successful on YouTube. The promise you make to yourself to start this journey, whether you promise yourself one video every day,
two videos a week, or one video a week, all of this is ongoing work. There is no issue in these. But stick to the promise you make to yourself. Burnout is a very dangerous thing. Many people, in their enthusiasm,
start uploading three, four, five videos every day and then disappear after 30 days and become rich. YouTube's system is that this is not a 100 meter race, it is a long journey which you have to cover slowly
with consistency and remember that burnout not only stops your growth but sometimes ruins your entire career. Now let's come to those mistakes that countless new YouTubers among you make when you first start. So you people should never repeat these mistakes.
So you people should never repeat these mistakes. how many views it gets. Open it again and again and see. If you have uploaded two or four 810 videos but quickly. You felt that you made two or four videos on that topic but did not enjoy it.
You then change the topic. Then we will come to another topic next week. They destroy the niche of their channel. So you do not have to change your category and niche again and again. Never run after views and most importantly, never copy anyone. It's
good to have ideas. Take any video idea, no problem. But the content, words, everything should be your own. Many new YouTubers buy fake subscribers, followers and views to become successful quickly. What I say is nothing
but sweet poison. And I have said this many times that a subscriber is not a number but a living human being. Don't buy it, win it. So the interesting and fascinating story of our second episode is that
and above all you have to be patient. Often people overestimate the success But they forget and underestimate themselves as to where they would have reached if they had worked hard for one more year. Of all the big successful YouTubers you see today, none of
them became rich overnight. When I created my channel, my videos kept getting only 100, 200, 250 views for 2 months. Whereas I used to upload videos every day. But when the audience saw it, YouTube's algorithm got a positive
signal that this guy was doing valuable work. If you are maintaining consistency then suddenly views start coming like this. Well, I talked about burnout a little while ago. First, decide that if you
never promise seven. If possible, shoot two-three videos in a single day and do the scripting so that the pressure and stress is reduced. And after starting your journey, do not consider rest a sin. It is essential to take out some time for yourself,
for your family and for worship. With this, a person becomes fresh and there is prosperity and speed in work and when you get tired or bored, then remember that first moment of yours, what were you thinking while starting this journey, if you
note down all these things then this is the mindset of becoming such a YouTuber who will be among those 10% who are going to be successful, Insha Allah. So now do one thing for your own benefit, take a pen and paper or write somewhere on your mobile that why do you want to start your YouTube journey,
that why do you want to start your YouTube journey, for your identity and whenever you face difficult times, you start feeling tired, bored, dejected, then times, you start feeling tired, bored, dejected, then
because it is possible that after reading that sentence of yours, someone else may also get motivation, courage and a new hope may arise in him too and a new hope may arise in him too and
with those people who want to be the support of their family members, who are jobless, who are not getting work, who are disappointed with life. So that's all for today's episode, see you So that's all for today's episode, see you
care of yourself. Remember me in your prayers and try as hard as you can to be successful in this world. try as hard as you can to be successful in this world. Put in a little effort and hard work to succeed there and be regular in your prayers. Greetings.
