[00:01] tutorial, I'm going to be breaking down why it is absolutely critical to use multiple sports books if you want to maximize your gambling profits. I use a verified bet tracker called Pickicket. You can literally see all my bets there [00:16] if you follow me on there. And I'm up over $800,000 betting on sports tracked verified profit. That doesn't even include all the books I use because Pickicket doesn't sync with some of them. But regardless, I somewhat know [00:29] what I'm doing when it comes to making money sports betting. And the number one money sports betting. And the number one thing that I see people do wrong is they fall in love with one sports book and it's like it's their wife or something [00:41] there. I only use prize picks. That's the only book I'm going to use. You need to expand your horizon. I'm going to give you five reasons why it is critical to use multiple sports books. So, the first main reason is all books set their [00:55] own odds. We never know which book is going to have the best value on a given day. You can see my profit by sports book here. I mean, my results would not be possible if I used only one book. Sometimes there's really good value on [01:11] FanDuel. Other days there's really good value on Hard Rock or Prize Picks. So, the first reason you got to be using multiple books is the betting market is extremely inefficient. And this is a little bit counterintuitive. If you're a [01:24] trader or an investor, you don't need an Erade account, a Robin Hood account, a Fidelity account. But in sports betting, because the market is so fragmented, all books, they want to be unique. They want [01:37] to set their own unique odds. Actually, you really do need to be using multiple platforms. It seems degenerate, but it's true. So, I'll give you an example of an extremely sharp play that I locked in on a book that I use called Hard Rock. I [01:52] played Eddie Pinero over one and a half field goals at minus 140. You can see all the other sports books had Pineros's over as a much bigger favorite around minus 180. You know, I don't want to bet this at minus 175 on flip. That's if I [02:09] can get it at minus 140, that's what I want to play. That is the plus EV bet. Everything in sports betting boils down to finding value in the market and getting an edge. This is sports betting 101. And you can think about it like [02:24] through a trading or an investing lens. If you can buy a stock at $140 versus $175, obviously you'd rather buy the stock at $140. And it's the same thing in sports betting. If I can get his over at minus [02:40] what I want to take. If I bet this on flip, it is not a good bet. It is a different price. So, I found this play on the OddsJam Sharp Money tool. This was a cross market, so basically Profitex, an extremely sharp book. It is [02:55] peer-to-peer, but a lot of people think peer-to-peer means you're betting against like random people. But typically, the people offering liquidity, setting lines on these peer-to-peer sites, I mean, they're [03:08] trading firms, they're hedge funds. Because these sites have no max betting limits, these essentially trading firms like to set lines on them. And long story short, Profitex is an extremely smart book. So, Profitex had Pineros [03:22] under essentially offered at plus 145. If somebody is offering the under at plus 145, that means they want to bet the over at minus 145. And we're able to get minus 140 on Hard Rock. So, this was a super good bet. And again, it was only [03:38] available on Hard Rock. Granted, Hard Rock may not be a book legal in your state, but my point is every book legal in your state you should sign up for platforms is going to have the best value on a given day. So, the second [03:52] reason you want to be using multiple sports books is promos. All of these same thing. There's hundreds of sports books and fantasy platforms in the US. Prize picks, FanDuel, DraftKings, they all do basically the same thing. They [04:06] take bets. So, all of these books run promos as a way to appeal to people. FanDuel wants you on FanDuel. They don't want you going to DraftKings or prize picks. So, all these books are on promos. And FanDuel had a couple 30% [04:20] profit boosts for tonight, the day I'm recording this video. 30%'s a lot. You have to remember the average vig or the average juice that books kind of bake into their market, at least for mainline markets like moneyline spreads and [04:34] totals, is about 5%. So basically, whatever you put the 30% profit boost on, it's going to be a plus EV bet, it is going to be a profitable bet once you increase the odds by 30%. So you can see what I ran for the NFL and MLB. [04:49] Typically what I try to do is just find a play that has good value. So I found Blue Jays minus 2 and a half. You can see FanDuel was offering the best odds. They were offering good value. I want to maximize the edge, the profit margin of [05:02] this promo. So I played this again. You always want to maximize the value of these promos. You shouldn't just blindly bet them. I just check the odds jam profitable, the biggest line discrepancy, the best value on FanDuel [05:17] and I run that play and I add in the profit boost. But seriously, sportsbook promos, they can make you a lot of money. Like I have made YouTube tutorials, you can see the thumbnail right here for the video about how you [05:30] can make regardless of the state you're in, $50 to $100. like very lowrisk profit every single day just playing these no-brainer promos when I started sports betting. I basically just bet the promos. I didn't have much of a risk [05:46] tolerance. So, I just took advantage of the lowhanging fruit, right? The easiest money you will ever make gambling is going to be from these promos, these no-brainer promos especially. The third reason you want to use multiple books is [06:01] limits. Okay? So, like I've used tons of sports books. Sports books don't like winners, so they cut down your max bet size. So, you can see on Hard Rock, I found this amazing play on Gibbs over three and a half receptions at plus 125. [06:14] Super solid value. And Hard Rock tells me, "No, you can only play $10 on this. Obviously, that sucks. More books means you have more outs." So, I still use Hard Rock to give out plays. I try to create educational content, give out my [06:29] bets. Obviously, not everyone else is limited. So, I sometimes like to give out Hard Rock plays, but basically on every single play, they only let me bet every single play, they only let me bet $10. I'm still up over 1.4K this month [06:41] because Hard Rock is the most beatable book literally in the world. But limits suck. They're part of the game. So, if you get limited on the first sports book and then you're just like, uh, well, I was winning, but they cut me off. I'm [06:53] You can obviously do that. I don't care what you do. But that's not the way to like maximize profits. Me, I've been limited by like 75 sports books at this point. Some books have limited me to $10 per bet, others $50 per bet, others $5 [07:09] per bet. It sucks, but it's part of the game. So, you constantly have to be innovating, signing up for new books, and learning how to exploit them. The fourth reason you want to use multiple books and this focuses on DFS platforms [07:22] like prize picks underdog dabble is all of these platforms they not only set their own lines. So sometimes prize picks has really good value and it's not available on underdog but they also have different payouts. So better picks for [07:35] example gives you a 5x payout for three pick entries. Underdog prize picks and dabble give you a 6x payout. So, if you want to run a three pick entry, you better, where you're betting 100 to win 500. You should be betting it on prize [07:49] picks or underdog where you're betting 100 to win 600. The final reason you want to use multiple books is location as well as sign up bonuses. I've lived in different states over the past, you know, 6 years since I really started [08:01] seriously sports betting. Pennsylvania, Virginia, Arizona, I've lived different places. Sports betting regulation is super weird. Every state has different sports books that are allowed to be in it. It's a super strange industry, but [08:15] there are books I've used in Arizona that are not in Virginia. There's books I use in Virginia that are not available in Texas when I go to Texas. You state, you're going to need multiple books. But another reason is sports book [08:29] signup bonuses. So, you can see a video, the thumbnail here. I've made a video about how I made when I started gambling, I made $18,000 risk-free just traveling to different states and taking advantage of the signup bonuses. All [08:43] these books, the best promo they typically run is when you first sign up. They'll give you a deposit match or something like that or an insured bet. If you lose your first bet, you get a full refund. You get your money back. [08:55] That's incredible, right? Usually, if I place an $1,000 bet and I lose, I lose get your money back. So, what you can actually do is hedge these promos to guarantee a risk-free profit. So, I went on a little, you know, USA tour. I went [09:11] to every single state, and this was a few years ago. I signed up for every book. I took advantage of the signup bonus in a mathematically optimal way. And, you know, I obviously made $18,000, which isn't particularly bad. The final [09:24] reason, I'll throw in a six reason, a bonus reason. You want to be using multiple sports books, is some betting strategies like middle betting and arbitrage betting require multiple books. So, arbitrage is when two books, [09:38] you can see an example right here from Vinnie, who's like amazing at arbitrage. interested in it. Arbitrage is when two sports books get so out of sync, you can day trade them. Bet equal and opposite outcomes. The over on one book, the [09:51] under on a different book. when they're super out of sync to guarantee a profit. So, arbitrage is an amazing strategy. You can see a YouTube video I did on it here. It's how I started sports betting. My first $40,000 of profit gambling was [10:04] risk-free through arbitrage. It's a great strategy to start with. And again, when you're arbitrage betting, you're literally betting two bets equal and profit. So, you obviously need to have multiple sports books. More books means [10:19] more potential arbitrage opportunities means more money in your pocket. If you only play arbitrage plays between FanDuel and DraftKings. If you use 20 sports books, you can play a lot more arbitrage bets. So, I hope you enjoyed [10:32] this video.
