### Key Points

- **Why Developer Mode Matters** [00:02] — Developer mode is required to copy message IDs, which are needed for commands like reaction roles on Discord.
- **Platform Note** [00:18] — The tutorial uses an Android device; the process on Apple devices should be similar since it's the same app.
- **Navigating to Settings** [00:33] — Open Discord, swipe left to bring up the bottom bar, tap your user icon (U), then tap the cog wheel in the top right.
- **Toggling Developer Mode** [01:10] — In Settings, scroll down to App Settings, select Advanced, and toggle Developer Mode on.
- **Copying a Message ID** [01:34] — After enabling developer mode, go to a message, press and hold it, and select 'Copy Message ID' to retrieve the ID.

### Conclusion

Enabling developer mode on Discord mobile is a quick two-step process that unlocks the ability to copy message IDs for advanced server management.
