[00:03] none of you know him today. But once upon a time, this man was the king of the world of stocks. Because in his time he had done what no one else could do. in his time he had done what no one else could do. It made $30 million in just 25 days. [00:15] That is ₹6,900 crores in today's time. Now, the notes he made before taking any trade, everyone wanted to buy them. And jokingly, this guy had [00:27] wanted to buy them. And jokingly, this guy had priced his notes at $5000 and if anyone wants to buy my notes then come here at this time and take your copy. Remember, this was the time of 1930 when a complete 5 BHK bungalow in America cost this much [00:42] money. And if I estimate its value as per today's rates, it would be around ₹1 crore. ₹1 crore for a book which had neither a degree nor a certificate. There were just notes and some numbers, angles and some diagrams. Now [00:56] comes the day of the book sale and on the day the book was sold he himself was shocked. People had lined up to buy his notes, carrying money in big bags. But why? What was there in his notes? Or I must say that guy on the war sheet called this guy Nastydamus [01:12] of the West. It is said that it predicted the end of the First World War. The crash of 1920 was predicted. And in one novel, he mentioned the Pearl Harbor incident with Japan, and that too 14 years before it happened. The name of this man was [01:26] William Dalbert Cain, the biggest trader of his time and the most mysterious one. So what was written in that book? Or why this man what was written in that book? Or why this man [01:40] predict the future? And that too so precisely. We will see the answers to all these questions in this video. So make sure you like this video for the algorithm and play it at 1.25x for a better experience. Let's start with the [01:53] documentary. Look, we humans have a basic human nature and this is yours, mine, and all of ours. For thousands of years, we have been trying to predict when it will rain. What will the harvest be like? Who will win the war? What will [02:06] consult astrologers. Farmers observed the stars and seasons. Today we do weather forecasts, look at election polls, see business projections and AI predictions. [02:18] but our basic question, the fundamental question of what will happen tomorrow, remains exactly the same. Many of you also watch my videos because what will happen in our future? What would be the best thing for us? In Similar Ways Everybody Wants to Know [02:33] the Future. Now Gyan used to think a little differently from you and me here. Gyan believed that the future is not completely random. According to him, most events in the world move in cycles. And if you identify this cycle at the right time, then [02:46] some part of the future which is not useful to you can be eliminated in advance. what is useful to you. And to understand how they identified this cycle and cracked this code. Will have to go back to the place that he was [03:01] born in 1878 Texas. Look, he was born in a farming region. And know that everything is completely weather dependent, that if tomorrow's weather is good then we will get the right price for it. But he realized a small thing here. [03:17] Now look, his family used to grow cotton. So he used to study cotton prices very closely. He knew very well that if the cotton is sold at a good price then tomorrow there will be roti and rice in my house. If it is not sold then brother, we will [03:30] he came to know about the basic rules of demand and supply. As demand increases and supply decreases, prices increase. If demand is low and supply is high, prices go down. Now from here his thoughts took him to [03:44] human nature. Human nature like our basic emotions like fear, greed, anger, resentment. It is possible that even all these cycles may move that price or money cycle somewhere. And this is where his obsession began. Now [03:58] predict some future outcome of anything, what would be the first thing you would think? You are right my friend, past data and in today's date we can easily get the data of past 20, 30, 50 years time of Gyan there were no computers, neither Excel nor any online charts were available, all the [04:13] old prices had to be plot them by drawing them yourself on a graph paper and if you calculated even a single number wrongly then your entire pattern could go waste. [04:28] Now just imagine the level of madness that person would have in predicting the future. manually recording temperature changes, weather changes and storms of the last 30 years. Just to predict the next storm. His desk was filled with old newspapers, handwritten [04:43] numbers, calendars, geometry books, compasses, and astronomy charts. And what were they doing? He was just searching for one repetition among thousands of numbers. And also answers to some basic questions like [04:55] how much did the price increase, how many days did the movement last? When did the same pattern repeat itself and what happened after that? And after studying those papers for almost the next 5 years, I [05:07] But before that, understand that they came to know a basic fundamental thing that whenever the market price goes up or down, the first thing that comes in the market is hope. Then I gain confidence that I can invest more. Then [05:21] comes the grid. We think that if we put in more money, maybe more money will come out. And then comes the panic when the market starts falling and after the panic, an opportunity comes again and this cycle keeps repeating itself. [05:34] Even if the company changes, the technology changes, but this basic human nature has remained exactly the same and will remain the same. But he could not accept this fundamental thing as true because till that time it was just a theory written on a paper. [05:47] Unless he does real work with real money, not only he but no other person in the world believes in his theory. So to find out whether his theory was right or wrong, He suffered a loss in the first trade. He suffered another loss in the second trade. [06:01] He suffered another loss in the third trade. But got immediate profit in the fourth trade itself. And then all his trades started falling into place. He probably made some iterations in his formula at the time of the fourth trade. [06:16] And that worked out really well for him. And when news started spreading that there was a man who was making perfect trades one after the other with absolute accuracy, a financial publication [06:32] Now when a proper kind of experiment was conducted on him, then according to the published report, Gyan did 286 transactions in just 25 days. Gyan did 286 transactions in just 25 days. Now out of these 286 transactions, 264 [06:46] were profitable and only 22 trades were in loss. Here it again: 286 transactions, loss. Here it again: 286 transactions, 264 profitable and only 22 in loss. Do you know how dangerous its success rate is? 92.3%. [07:00] This number is extraordinary. And when Gyan was asked, brother, how did you do this ? So he didn't reveal the formula , he just gave it a name: The Law of Vibration. And to be honest, till date no one knows that formula. The [07:15] only thing we know is his answer: The Law of Vibration. Now before understanding this Law of Vibration, is related to patterns and probability. Have you ever noticed one thing? The day you decide that I want to buy this car. From that day onwards [07:30] you start seeing the same car everywhere. In the society, at the signal, in the parking lot, the car was there before also. The car used to exist earlier also. But what change happened here that you started seeing her more? The answer is your focus shifted. Look, the [07:44] brain of us humans has evolved in such a way that it works like a pattern detection machine. This has helped us survive everywhere for so many years. In ancient times, whenever there was even the slightest movement in the bushes, [07:57] our mind would immediately start thinking whether a lion had come somewhere. And it is because of this pattern detection machine that our ancestors survived. In fact, we are still alive. But this skill also has a side effect which I will prove to you through an experiment. [08:09] In 1948, psychologist BF Skinner conducted an experiment. He kept the pigeon in a box and whatever food he gave it, he gave it through a machine. Which would start dropping food down at absolutely random timings. Now the [08:22] behavior of that bird had nothing to do with food. There was drop food down at random times. But what did the pigeon think? He thought that by repeating whatever action he was doing just before eating, he would get food back. [08:38] Suppose, before the food fell, he was sitting somewhere, then he would go back and sit at the same place or if he flapped his wings, then he would flap his wings in the same manner again expecting to get food. Sometimes he started moving in circles, sometimes he [08:50] started dancing. His little mind had basically convinced itself that I do this and that is why I get food from here. Now Skinner named it superstition and that is exactly where the word superstition originated. So now let's come to our main question: did [09:05] Gyan really discover any hidden pattern in the market? Or maybe thousands of numbers were just spinning around in his mind, giving meaning to the random movements of spinning around. Just like that pigeon. You will not get the answer to this question from theory. The [09:20] answer to this will be found in only one thing which is test. When you test the market repeatedly by investing your money and there is a high probability that you will get profit, only then this test will be considered true. And here it is very important to stop and say one thing. [09:32] In the days of knowledge, the only way to test your theory was to invest your real money. If the bed was wrong, all your money would be lost. But this is not the case today. You can create a demo account and test [09:46] your strategy on a real market with virtual money. And this is what I find Alpari is a global online trading platform that provides access to Forex and financial markets. It is licensed by MI. It is 25 years old and has [10:00] more than 10 lakh clients globally. Plus you get a free demo account. You can also access over 100 instruments and make deposits and withdrawals using UPI. The code is Alpari 500 which should be appearing on your screen right now. And one more thing No bonuses. This bonus is valid for 30 days and is removed upon any withdrawal. [10:26] Money can be made or lost. This is not a guaranteed income. And yes, this is You can find the link to Alpari in the description below. First go and create a demo account. Practice for two weeks. And do [10:43] back to the Law of Attraction of knowledge. Now to understand his idea, imagine that there is a playground and there is a swing in the playground. Now if you push that swing in random movements and in random directions then its movement will be [10:56] very unstable. But if you push it with a correct rhythm, it will swing higher and higher with each push. Now what knowledge basically believed was that stocks and any type of commodity have their own rhythm. If [11:09] you identify that rhythm, then you can easily estimate when the movement will accelerate and when it will reverse. Now there were three things in his method. How much did the price move , how much time did the movement take, and whether such patterns have been repeated before. [11:23] Now Gyan had cracked the code of no price. But he could not crack the second code. Which was the correct timing. Now to calculate the timing, he could not just look at old charts and make a guess. So he thought, [11:35] what would be the next best thing? And that was the exact time when he came to India. Now you will think why did he come to India? Because he had heard the stories. I had heard hundreds of stories about how advanced India is in its mathematics and [11:49] astrology. Even many old kings like Akbar, Humayun. These people used to consult an astrologer just to understand when should we hold meetings and what clothes should we wear on which day. And these stories were [12:01] not limited to India only. While travelling slowly, she had also reached towards the West. So I came to Gyan India to learn three things. Astrology, Time Cycles and Ancient Mathematics. Now where exactly did he go, what did he learn from whom? There [12:13] where exactly did he go, what did he learn from whom? There Like geometry, clocks, astrology, angles. He used a strange method in which he measured time using clocks, numbers and angles. [12:27] In this the numbers are not in a straight line. They are arranged in a spiral and their position, direction and angle change with the number value. In after studying all these things, Gyan used to [12:44] both moved in a certain balance, he would mark that point as important and then introduced planets in it. This is not your normal horoscope in which you see Scorpio, Taurus him, the planets were like joint clock hands. [13:00] Look, the Earth has a one year cycle which repeats. The moon has faces that repeat. And all the planets another question came to Gyan's mind that could there be [13:15] ? And the basic part of this idea was very logical. Due to which farming gets affected. Farming affects supply and supply affects prices. But Gann [13:29] took this thought much further. He began to search for a direct relationship between pluri positions and financial prices. and financial prices. how much is not because his formula was never [13:41] disclosed publicly. But all the followers of Gyan still use his indicators on any stock market platform. In fact, if you go and check on Zerodha, Go, or any stock market app, [13:53] you will come to know that their indicators still exist there Look, he never revealed that formula publicly because he believed that if everyone came to know about it, the whole world would be shaken. Everybody would be that [14:07] smart person and anybody in this world can manipulate stocks so easily with that. But all the followers of Gyan believe that perhaps he had believe that perhaps he had [14:21] published his book The Tunnel Through the Air. Now he usually wrote trading manuals and various mathematics books. But this book was very different from that. On the surface it was indicated that there was a [14:34] many readers came. He tried to analyze this book not as a story but as a code. [14:47] Now consider it as if it was a type of Easter. Like Marvel puts a lot of Easter X's in their movies. Gyan had probably encoded all his so-called secrets within the events and dates in those stories [15:01] and perhaps if there was someone as smart a mathematician as him, he would have been able to decode them. But it has not been decoded yet. Till date many people found there. Some thought it was some biblical code. Some thought it was a plantar [15:14] saw a mathematical cycle in it. But just two years after the publication of this book, an just two years after the publication of this book, an event took place in America which made Gunn a legend. Look, America in the 1920s was growing very rapidly. People had become increasingly optimistic because of cars, radios, [15:28] factories, consumer products, and easy credit. And because of all this, market prices were rising significantly. Now imagine this thing in such a way that some person in your building [15:40] invests ₹1 lakh in the stock market and the very next day makes ₹1 lakh and withdraws it back. Now after seeing that you also invest. Seeing you, four more people invest growing. Gradually everyone starts believing it. Members of your locality [15:54] , people from your area. Now, there is no problem in this situation but this situation becomes dangerous when people start buying stocks with borrowed money i.e. loans [Music]. Now if someone wanted to buy a stock worth ₹100 and he had [16:07] ₹10 or ₹20 in his pocket, then he would go and take a loan from the bank or from someone. his profit would have multiplied. But if the price had fallen, his loss would have multiplied. What was happening here was that people were never creating massive wealth with little money. [16:21] He was simply taking a massive risk with little money. And this is the Because people are not buying any asset after doing proper study and research. They are just buying from each other on a shared belief that [16:35] brother, if I sell it to someone tomorrow, he will be ready to buy it at a higher price. And this system works only as long as new buyers keep coming into the system. Once the buyers are satisfied and no new buyer comes, everyone [16:48] buyers are satisfied and no new buyer comes, everyone Gyan had derived a theory from all his research that this upward cycle of the market, that is, the upward cycle, is going to end somewhere [17:02] and the market is going to fall very fast. So he found out a date, September 1929, in the chart, he said that a major turning point would come, and that date came a few months later [Music] September 3, 1929, the American market had [17:17] reached its highest point, and right after that, the price slowly started falling, people said that this was probably a normal correction. In fact, you would think that if the price falls, people will sell it. But the exact opposite happened. As the price started [17:29] falling, more people thought that this might be an opportunity to buy any stock at a lower price, so more people came and started buying it. And then came October where everything ended. All the people who had invested by taking loan or [17:41] borrowing money from someone, all their money got lost. In fact, people 's savings, businesses and various other things of many years were destroyed just because of this one economic crisis. And the name of this crisis was The Great Depression. Cain had [17:55] already predicted the Great Depression. And just imagine this thing. When 99% people are saying that no brother, the future of this country is very bright. This stock will go up further. Will earn a lot of money. Then only that 1% person says that [18:10] no brother, it will fall down. And he proves himself right yet again. And after predicting this 1929 crash, the repetition of knowledge reached its peak. And after that Gyan was not making money just by using predictions. He was [18:23] also making money by selling predictions. He a way, he had become the biggest financial influencer of that time. Now just imagine that information is valuable. But secret information feels more valuable. [18:40] is supposedly information that can predict the future. Its price becomes almost unlimited. And Gyan also marketed it in the same manner. If I tell you today you interested in this? So many people will say that yes it is okay but is there any [18:55] proof of what works and what doesn't, but if I tell you that I have an ancient secret formula which is known only to selected people, then your curiosity increases instantly and [19:08] my previous proofs and my track record back your curiosity and this new business of knowledge targeted both fear and greed, the fear that my money might get lost and the greed that I might miss the next opportunity and there is a [19:21] combination of both of these, certainty, the market was quite uncertain, the future was quite uncertain. But a person comes to you and says that I know the pattern, I know the date. And naturally people are drawn towards him because they [19:34] get certainty from him. Perhaps the greatest product of knowledge was not his formula. His greatest product was his certainty. But friend, then a question comes to my mind that Gyan knew the future so accurately. If he could predict so well then [19:46] he could predict so well then richest man of that time and this is where the story becomes very controversial. Look, followers of Gyan claim that they have [19:59] earned millions of dollars from the market. Some say 30 million, some say 40 million, 3040 million is equal to some say 40 million, 3040 million is equal to 300, 400, 500 million as per today's date. But it is possible that his major income may have [20:13] come from these books and courses rather than trading. Maybe he was a talented trader. May be his methods were effective. Maybe he was a brilliant marketer and maybe he was all three at once. So did Gyan make millions from astrology and mathematics or [20:28] from the idea of astrology and mathematics? Neither I nor anyone else has the answer to this. And perhaps no one will ever get its final answer. The only thing that I know is that Gyan had understood a powerful rule of human psychology that when the [20:41] that when the future is uncertain, people pay for certainty and they pay the price of attachment. So this was the story of WD Gyan, a legend and may be a master marketer. And one more thing, [20:55] Starting with a demo account as there is a 100% bonus on the first deposit. Up to $500 in trading credit is code Alpari500. Let me know in the comments how you liked it and what you learned from it. I will meet you in the next video [21:10] with another such crazy story. Till then I will see you. B bye take care.
