There is a concept that we have to keep in mind here in the entire freedom struggle. Keep one thing in mind, when I am teaching, if you do not take notes, your notes will be given to you single question will come outside the class. I am saying this directly, the recording is playing in front of me. [05:34] recording is playing in front of me. that Sir, this has never happened that no question came till date. I have the experience of the last 14 years. It will date. I have the experience of the last 14 years. It will [05:47] This concept will run in the entire fund house and with this you will solve everything. That is, whenever there has been a problem, problem, whenever there has been a problem, many [06:01] people have tried to understand that problem. If there is a problem in your house, then it is the same thing that someone is creating the [06:13] problem. When any problem is coming, then many people have tried to understand that problem and If that problem is common then people start giving resistance to remove that problem and when they start giving resistance, it means they will start doing [06:27] start giving resistance, it means they will start doing this should be attacked, or this should be broken, or this should be set on fire. Whenever a problem is created, after creating the problem, people will [06:41] try to understand it and when that problem is common then all those people will come together and form a group and register that problem after forming the group and when they register, then the person who created the problem will suppress it, he can suppress it in any way, the type [06:56] of resistance to suppress is the same type of separation, if the resistance is passive, if there is no violence then the [07:10] active resistance then it will be done actively, then there will be violence also, so the this response is given by the British and the ones giving resistance are our Indians. [07:22] giving resistance are our Indians. Many people will have a common problem and will understand that common problem and the one causing the problem. They will see that this person is causing us trouble. All of them will come [07:38] together and form groups. They will plan against that person causing the problem. After planning, they will offer resistance. Resistance can be offered in any way. Educated people will start writing. The offered in any way. Educated people will start writing. The new youth will start fighting. The kind of [07:50] resistance you offer will determine the response. The one giving the response is very clever and is 50 giving the response is very clever and is 50 steps ahead of us. The [08:05] freedom struggle begins with the Revolt of 1857. In today's class, I will explain to you the things that we are going to understand in the coming time, step by step. Today I will explain everything through a complete mind [08:17] map. After that, we will open the chapters one by one from today's class. You will get two questions in the objective. I am talking about today's class. After this, we will [08:29] open the chapters one by one and go deeper. You should never miss the class. Keep in mind that whoever misses, his name will be removed from the attendance list. Comment section It is your responsibility to ensure attendance and reach out to people. If there are fewer people, the [08:43] motivation for the class will be less because you are free. When someone is taking out time to teach you, there should be a someone is taking out time to teach you, there should be a talk the same thing in the finance class as well. Well, in the Revolt of 1887, the period from 197 to 1947, [09:01] called the freedom struggle because we struggled for freedom in this. It is divided into different parts. The for freedom in this. It is divided into different parts. The Revolt of 1857 is [09:13] Revolt of 1857 is a very important time in itself. It is a time period in which many people, who can be said to be military personnel, gathered. What concept did I explain to you? [09:26] Some groups facing common problems will understand the problem and will resist against the person causing the problem. time of the Revolt of 1857, only the army personnel understood the problem. It was the army personnel who [09:43] revolted because it was an active revolt. So it was actively suppressed. Now a lot of people did not participate. Why didn't they? We will understand. We will understand each concept, each thing, by unraveling each thread so that [09:56] things settle in our minds and we do n't have to read them again and again. I am telling you that after the class, you should attend the class for 10 days. After that, you can set questions on the topic. You will prepare all the questions because things would have settled in your mind. [10:10] Things start from 1857, where the military understands first. When the 1857 revolt happens, a separate chapter will be completed. Right now I am trying to explain the entire timeline to you in your mind. completed. Right now I am trying to explain the entire timeline to you in your mind. [10:24] that in this way the pillars of the British can be shaken. If people come together and unite, then the British can be given tension. And the British also understood that [10:36] both sides will have to be understood. The British also understood that if they unite, then they can cause problems for us. So now, in parallel, Indians will also do some planning. And the British will also try to stop that planning, so the first phase of the [10:50] freedom struggle is 18753. This is the first phase. The [11:12] small groups will start forming in India. Keep Now small groups will start forming in different places. A group was formed in Mumbai, a group was formed in Bengal, a group was formed in Madras. Small groups will start forming [11:27] and these small groups will start offering small resistance in their areas. Now with time in India, the Now with time in India, the British should understand the Indians in India [11:42] very carefully, the Indians with money. The British have always been active in India. They came to do business in India. When they saw the business opportunity here, they thought that the business is fine, why are you working under someone, why are you working by taking sanction from someone, it should be our own, [11:57] why are you working by taking sanction from someone, it should be our own, area, our land. Why anyone else's? Such people who are so clever that they do not consider India as their country or their colony, their own property, and are [12:14] using it only to exploit it, such people can never be seen in a positive way and Indians will not understand this completely now, they will understand later, but yes, in some ways some people had started understanding, so by [12:31] 18753, some people in India started forming small groups, started writing letters, pamphlets, started writing letters, started discussing in this way, I said that we will discuss and understand the problem, only then will we be [12:44] discuss and understand the problem, only then will we be Theosophical Society, you will understand how it is, [13:00] groups started forming in 1975, I told you that the second one is the Indian League, it was formed by Sushir Kumar Ghosh ji, these are major small groups, these groups started forming in this way, this policy of the British was wrong. Now people are understanding that the military people understood the military's [13:16] problem, they understood the gun problem, they very important for the common people to understand because the common people did not support the military there, that is why that revolt was suppressed, if at that time all Indians had joined, then the [13:29] British would have been uprooted at that very moment. Now slowly people started understanding, Now slowly people started understanding, from 1975 small groups started forming, when groups started forming, they started writing that brother, this is what happens, the British [13:41] cannot fight, how can the common people fight, can you fight, weapons were snatched from your hands, you have not been taught to fight, you do not know how to fight, Indians do not know how to fight, if they had known how to fight then what would have been the point, every god of ours has [13:57] weapons, even after that no one knows how to use a weapon, they do not know how to use a weapon, even Moses does not know how to kill, so weapons are snatched from the mind, there is no need to snatch it from the hands, gradually be understood, what I am saying, here people started writing, so [14:12] Brother, the British must be thinking, they banned their writing, [14:31] press, nothing, people's writing is banned, now they understand, my friend, these people are writing, understand very carefully, there is some reason behind everything, their minds have to be controlled, otherwise these [14:45] things have started coming into the minds of Indians, now the minds have to be controlled, then what you have to do is teach them what you want, after 188, Hunter Commission was formed in 182, [14:59] Hunter Commission works on Indian education, what should be the system of education in India now, because the education of India is in your books, whatever a child reads, the child will believe that, the child will learn that, the child will [15:16] understand that, whatever is written in your books is printed in your mind, it is true, is printed in your mind, it is true, is n't it, weapons are not snatched from the hands, they are kept by the mind, no matter how n't it, weapons are not snatched from the hands, they are kept by the mind, no matter how [15:33] powerful a person is, if his mind is under your control, then everything is under his control, these social media, data mining, these people sitting in California, what are these people doing to you They are playing with your mind, you are shown only that thing [15:50] which is beneficial, well, it has always been going on, it is not about today, from 18826 small groups started forming, they started writing, in 1888 their writing was banned, now they want to [16:02] able to write then they want to capture the minds of their children, so the education system became like this, Hunter so the education system became like this, Hunter Commission was formed in 1882, they will Commission was formed in 1882, they will study everything, after that in 1883 a bill comes, there is a [16:16] big controversy, the Ibert Bill controversy, this Ripon brings it, he was a good guy, due to this he had to face a lot of uproar, due to this he had to face a lot of uproar, in 1883 this White Press Act came [16:28] in 1883 this White Press Act came in the vicinity of that, you can say that Ripon has done some work further, so in 1883 you will start seeing new changes in India, then till 1875 we got to see small groups [16:44] working, from the Indian side and from the British side, suppressing them, and from the British side, suppressing them, capturing their minds, this is what we saw in the next federation struggle which is 1885 From 1905, small [16:58] groups felt that they were being oppressed, so they all came together and formed a large group called the [17:11] Indian National Congress. Indian National Congress received the stamp of A.O. Hume. The British [17:23] felt that they would use the Congress as a safety valve. Safety valve means if someone abuses them, the Congress will take the blame first. means if someone abuses them, the Congress will take the blame first. [17:40] Go and see what the problem is." If people, instead of not giving in to us, abuse them, then we will get a safe passage. We will understand, I will explain everything to you. Now, the large group was formed. They formed the large group for their own benefit, thinking that they were oppressing the small groups. The [17:55] benefiting, but the British thought they were benefiting. Both felt they were benefiting each other. Well, benefiting. Both felt they were benefiting each other. Well, whatever it is, when they think of harming the British, they will also be broken down. The [18:08] and they will do a lot. There is dirty planning in Bangladesh till date, see, the result of that is the Hindu Muslim problems and issues in our country, it started because [18:25] in 1885 Congress was formed, it started working and the British started working and the British felt that it is working for us, [19:01] Now it is very important to make people understand, with time people are growing, people's mind is growing, so they are moving towards modernization, the clothes you wear, the clothes you wear, the attire you wear from outside, if a person [19:17] walks around wearing a coat, then he is considered very much like this, what a guy, friend, he is walking around in a suit and boots, the same person is walking around wearing a kurta, oh it does not happen like this, what is this, it is above the mind that at home in your India you are being [19:33] fed burger, potato tikki burger with potatoes, what is this, this is localization, we will understand in our culture how people from outside enter our country and rule our mind, we do not even realize that the burger is not from here, the potato is from here If [19:47] you go out and ask for potatoes, they won't give you anything. Who will give you a potato burger? No one will. But if they want to enter India, they want to enter your house, so they will start [20:01] globalization, bringing things from outside to you. Well, an attempt was made to stop it because the British are now becoming stronger. Shri Swami Vivekananda started doing this. Now when [20:13] such things started happening, the British felt that this is a big problem. The problem is that the felt that this is a big problem. The problem is that the people within the Congress are again becoming stronger. Such missions are going on here. So [20:28] They said that there is a big problem and that is that in India, people of two different communities live. If you make Hindus and Muslims fight among themselves, your work will be done. It is said that in a fight between two people, a [20:42] third person benefits. So here, Curzon did the Partition of Bengal in 1905. Now, the chapter that we have to understand because right now, whatever you are [20:54] even in India, you are seeing a lot of You keep seeing this region every now and then, only Bengal was partitioned in such a way that where there is a majority of Muslims, a few majority of Muslims, a few Hindus were left where there is a majority of [21:13] us remember the concept but right now we have to keep this in mind that in 1905, an attempt was made to break the Hindu-Muslim unity. So, the large group that was formed, and within the large group there are Hindus as well as Muslims. They all are working together against the British policies. The [21:26] They felt that they will use the British and then they were succeeding in that. When they started British first broke the Hindu- Muslim unity. The British did not get peace even after that. Muslim unity. The British did not get peace even after that. [21:41] broken, they said that now the Congress has to somehow declare itself as the Hindu Party. In order to declare it as the Hindu Party, we have to support another party, the All India Muslim League. So that people can keep this people safe. It should be understood that there are two different [21:54] religions, two different communities, two different parties. We see another big big group being formed in 1906, the All India Muslim League in Dhaka. Now this is a very important thing. As soon as the Muslim League was formed, the British realized a very [22:08] important thing: that these two things have separated. Now it is these two things have separated. Now it is very important to break the Congress internally. So what did they do? They [22:26] from the Bengal Partition, then they broke the Congress as well. There were people with two different ways of thinking within the Congress. They promoted their thinking separately and separated them. Every house, every group has people with different thinking, but still they are together and after [22:41] discussion, they come to a final output which they make together. moderates and the extremists were both working together. But when the British intervened, they said to the moderates, hey. Dude, these people are not right, they talk about fighting, they [22:55] You are educated people, dude, rich people, why do you sit and eat with the poor, dude, you come wearing coats, dude, you are so rich, you come wearing coats, dude, you are so rich, this doesn't suit you. These are the people who [23:08] dude. That's why they moved ahead, we lagged behind because we are just puppets, we are the ones who play with our minds. The split happened as soon as the split happened. The sharp leaders of the Congress, like Tilak ji, were sent to jail [23:26] in 1908. Everything is correct, if we understand then we will memorize it. I am telling you, Kutiram Bose ji was executed in 1908, immediately after 1907. And 1908, immediately after 1907. And then when these things happened, a huge bomb was [23:41] dropped. In 1909, the British declared separate electorates because now they needed the support of a Muslim party to be on their side, so they declared separate electorates, so that Muslims could win the elections by making Muslims Muslim. The British started getting the support of Muslims [23:56] down, so now they have to finish the game of Congress in this manner, that is what they were trying to do, in the form of moral reform they brought a reform, then in 1911 when [24:09] all the work was done they created a ruckus and said yes yes it is okay, no problem, now this ruckus will be created you keep the spread out thing then it becomes dirty anyway, it was in 1911 that the partition of Bengal was cancelled [24:22] and it was said that now the capital will be shifted from Kolkata to Delhi, so eat it, can you not eat it, so the same thing happened here, whatever worm was put in the mind, that is what happened till today, see India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, then [24:38] internal issues are arising from here, very important, very important people outside India tried to rise again and again, people with common thinking will [24:50] rise, in 1913 Ghadar Party was formed in San Francisco, to uproot the British, they will Ghadar Party was formed in San Francisco, to uproot the British, they will lot of unrest inside India, so it was formed outside India, now in 1915 [25:05] Gandhiji was called, Gandhiji came to India after creating unrest in South Africa, Gandhiji was an expert player, he said I first I will not open the match immediately after coming, I will observe for the first four to five years, brother, I will study and do R [25:20] &D, a lawyer does not work like this, he built an ashram and after building the ashram, he started doing R&D, he started going to different places to see how the British are working, what is the thinking of the people, what is their opinion, in 1916 there are three [25:38] opinion, in 1916 there are three different incidents, one is Home Rule League, self rule, we will talk about this, the modern one is a concept that came from Ireland, very popular in India, people started reading things from outside, Tilak ji started [25:53] Home Rule League One, then Aeneas ji started Home Rule League Two, they started it in April, questions used to come in the exam and after that Lucknow Pact was signed between whom, between after that Lucknow Pact was signed between whom, between Hindus and Muslims, that is, [26:09] between Congress and All India Muslim League, because both of you felt that the British are having fun with us because whatever the British said to Congress and forget more than that, whatever promises they made to All India Muslim League were left hanging, ha ha, they will give it, oh it will be done [26:22] All India Muslim League felt that they are fooling us, they are playing their own game, so they went to the Congress and together they signed a pact, it was not a very effective pact, but yes, at that time this pact [26:35] but yes, at that time this pact became quite a hype in 1916. After 1916, became quite a hype in 1916. After 1916, Gandhiji's first match was the 1917 Champaran Satyagraha, we will talk about Bihar's indigo cultivation against, what happens, if you [26:49] grow indigo somewhere, that land becomes infertile and why did the British make them grow indigo, industry, when there was in Germany, I will talk about it, I will explain every concept to you, Gandhiji's first match was here, which Gandhiji won, then Gandhiji won consecutive matches [27:03] and at the time of winning the match, a big game happened in 1919, after which Gandhiji came on the field, now I will come, in 1919, first of all these reforms came, we will [27:15] read Montague Chase for Reforms, what happens, again the British used some brain That the British used a carrot-themed policy, give us a carrot and you will get a stick, either eat the carrot or get beaten with a stick, so the human being was sleeping, you are getting a carrot, let's [27:29] understand that only, the Khilafat movement starts, the position of the Caliph is abolished, they increase in India too, and at the same time the Roll No Tact is passed, at the same time [27:45] in Jallianwala Bagh, on whom bullets are fired, Roll No Tact means if there is doubt on anyone, pick him up and put him in jail without any case, without any evidence, there is you up and put you in jail without any case, you are not to be taken in front of the magistrate, pick him up and [27:59] these people started putting someone in jail and they picked up Gandhiji and put him in jail, they thought that this man can do something wrong, so people started discussing, a lot of people He was arrested. A discussion was going on in Janiawala Bagh. You know, the man went mad and [28:13] You know, the man went mad and shot everyone, a foolish man. shot everyone, a foolish man. After that, this happened from 1900 to 1919. Now in 1919, Gandhiji came into the picture. As soon as he came into the picture, he started playing his game. The first [28:28] phase of non-cooperation was from 1920 to 1929. Non-cooperation means that we will not break the law, but we will not cooperate either. People stopped going to school, stopped [28:40] going to college, stopped going to work. You are not breaking the law, right? If you are not going to office, then it is your wish. You are not breaking any law by saying that I will not go to office. So, in this way, non-cooperation started and in 1929, we understood that now we want complete [28:55] independence. Purna Swaraj was declared and along with it, the civil disobedience movement was launched with the Dandi March. There is a big difference between civil disobedience and non-cooperation. The fact is that here laws are broken [29:08] here laws are broken and then there is the civil disobedience movement. In 1930 Gandhi's Dandi March and after that events continued to happen in continuity till 1945 and 46. In this way, there is a timeline of our freedom struggle, as much as I have told you. [29:23] as much as I have told you. You will get questions on all these things in the exam from today's lecture, but now we have to study them in detail. 1857 to 18753, 1855 to 1875. Did you understand the concept? First the [29:40] military understood the concept that we have to give resistance against them. Then the common people understood it, so they formed small groups and they were suppressed through the Press Act. Then they formed a big group to suppress the big group, but an [29:53] attempt was made to break it. Initially, they were not able to break it, so they thought of dividing in the name of religion. created a separate group for Muslims and then got the Congress divided within itself. Again, the same thing they are repeating [30:06] repeating continuously. After that, from 1885 to 1905, Partition of Bengal happened, then from 1905 1919 Then Gandhiji came and after Gandhiji's arrival there was no cooperation and civil [30:19] disobedience. This is all about the freedom struggle. Class one. Now from the next class onward, we will start with the revolt of 18. Do not miss the class. Thousands of people will get books for free. The link of the group will be found in the previous comment. Notes will come after the class at night. [30:34] Read the notes. I am going to take classes. History will be discussed, Polity will be discussed, everything will be discussed. If you want Polity, after History, which All the subjects will be stuck in your mind. Current Affairs class will be held on Tuesday. Current [30:49] very important subject. Apart from this, whatever important subject. Apart from this, whatever you think, write in the comment section. Name, branch and what else is your [31:03] requirement. Jai Shri Ram. Be happy, be cool, keep using your mind, keep working hard. It is important to work hard. Study hard.
