Hey Creators! Welcome back to the new  year! Let’s dive into this month’s Roundup! The YouTube Create app is easy to use, and will empower you to create like a pro. Check out the links below for  
availability, to download the app, and to watch  our full video on how to use YouTube Create. We’re rolling out the ability to stream across  formats. This new feature automatically crops your   horizontal live streams into vertical layouts,  while also providing a single, unified chat  
experience for your viewers. To stream across  formats head to YouTube Studio on desktop,   then Live Control Room. Choose Stream Settings  then Layout and Select “Dual stream.” When you   go live from Studio the vertical layout will  be automatically generated from your horizontal  
stream. Viewers in the Shorts feed on mobile will  be shown vertical streams, while other audiences   will see the horizontal layout. We hope this  helps your streams reach more viewers. Try it out! Veo is now available for everyone on Shorts and  YouTube Create. Now you can describe a scene,  
character and any audio you want to hear. This  can include sound effects, character speech and   ambient audio such as rain, animal sounds  or forest noises. Veo will then generate an   8 second clip based on your prompt! We hope this  update helps you easily create even more immersive  
generative videos. Try it out when creating  a Short in YouTube or the YouTube Create app! We’re expanding Channel Guidelines, and bringing  them to Communities! Channel guidelines will   now be available to creators with access  to intermediate and advanced features on  
YouTube. Channel guidelines are specific rules you  define that outline the types of conversations you   want to see in comments, live chats, and in  your Community. To set up Channel Guidelines   from YouTube Studio on desktop, click on Channel  Settings, then Community Moderation, then Channel  
Guidelines. Viewers will see channel guidelines  on mobile the first time they post a comment,   live chat and to a Community on a channel  that has guidelines enabled. In addition,   viewers will also see channel guidelines at the  top of a videos’ comment section. Remember, all  
content, including your channel guidelines, must  follow YouTube's Community Guidelines. Try it out! We’ve made improvements to the Inspiration  Tab in YouTube Studio to help make it easier   to come up with video concepts that feel true  to you. This new suite of tools is built to  
empower you with data-driven ideas so you can  create with confidence. On the Inspiration Tab,   you’ll now see your feed with nine ideas based  on your channel’s data—like your last videos,   comments with questions from your community,  and titles that your audience is watching.  
We’ve also added more control to the visual  experience. Click the settings icon to set   your image preferences to view ideas in  a "Digital painting" or "Sketch" style,   or disable images entirely. And you can now  use the back and forward arrows on the feed  
to navigate between your iterations; you won’t  lose any idea you explored until you reload the   page. Inspiration is available in global markets  on web browsers, supporting English content. We’re excited to announce that Nano  Banana, Google’s image editing model,  
is coming to YouTube! You can use it to  edit your image posts and connect with   your audiences in new, creative ways. It’s easy  to jump in and play around with Nano Banana:   When adding an image to a post in the  main YouTube app, select the Edit button  
and describe the change you want to makeFrom  there, Nano Banana will generate a draft.You   can Save it or describe a new edit until it’s  right! Nano Banana on YouTube is available   to users who are at least 18 years of age  and located in the United States, Canada,
