[0:01] video. Today we're going to talk about
[0:03] the Midsummer Fire Festival. And more
[0:06] specifically, we're going to talk about
[0:07] all of the brand new updates coming in
[0:09] the Midsummer Fire Festival in 2026.
[0:12] This event has had a ton of new rewards,
[0:15] achievements, and quests added to it.
[0:17] So, yeah, we're going to take a look at
[0:18] it in this video. But before we jump
[0:20] into that, guys, I do want to let you

[0:31] Right, so yes, the Midsummer Fire
[0:32] Festival has started for 2026. This
[0:35] event runs from the 21st of June until
[0:38] the 5th of July, 2026. And as mentioned,
[0:42] there are some brand new updates. One of
[0:44] the big updates to this year's events
[0:45] are new aerial quest lines. So these are
[0:48] quest lines that have you just flying
[0:50] through burning blossoms in the sky.
[0:53] Now, there are a couple of different
[0:54] ones here. There is a one-time quest
[0:56] sign that takes you all around Calumdor
[0:57] and the Eastern Kingdoms that does
[0:59] reward a lot of Burning Blossoms, which
[1:01] are accountbound as of 2026, which is
[1:05] incredible. Uh, so great change there.
[1:07] Uh, so yeah, you're going to get a lot
[1:08] from that one-time quest, and you can do
[1:10] it again on alts for a slightly lower
[1:12] amount. Beyond that, there is a daily
[1:14] quest that does reward 15 burning
[1:16] blossoms uh in Stormwind, Auggma, and
[1:19] Silver Moon. Yes, Silver Moon has been
[1:21] jazzed up for the fire festival. So,
[1:24] those are really interesting and a good
[1:25] source of burning blossoms beyond kind
[1:27] of the regular methods. There is also
[1:29] some updates to Ahon, which is obviously
[1:31] the boss for the Midsummer Fire
[1:33] Festival. The big one here is that the
[1:35] satchel of chilled goods, which is the
[1:36] item you get from the group finder, does
[1:38] now drop a few new items. One of these
[1:40] being a brand new mount called the Sun
[1:42] Festivals painted rock. So, this is a
[1:45] recolor of the new themed eagles, which
[1:47] did come to the trading post. It has
[1:49] some really great animations and is a
[1:50] really nice coloration. As of the
[1:52] recording of this, we're not sure on the
[1:53] drop rate or whether or not it is once
[1:56] per day per account. I would imagine it
[1:58] would be as a lot of the things that
[1:59] have been added in recent events do run
[2:01] by that kind of new rule that they've
[2:03] created. So, it's very likely going to
[2:05] be one attempt per day with the drop
[2:07] rate increasing per attempt, but we're
[2:10] not 100% sure on that. There's also a
[2:12] brand new armor set, the Sun Festivals
[2:14] painted armor. Pieces of this do drop
[2:16] from Ahoon, but they are also on the
[2:18] holiday vendor if you do get unlucky.
[2:21] These range in price from 50 to 100
[2:23] Burning Blossoms each, and there are 12
[2:25] pieces to this set, but as mentioned,
[2:27] these do come from the bag in the
[2:28] dungeon finder, so probably don't buy
[2:30] them until maybe the last day of the
[2:32] event if you haven't got them. Uh
[2:34] there's also some brand new achievements
[2:35] for 2026. You have the flame warden of
[2:38] midnight for the alliance and the horde
[2:40] uh which is just to go around to the
[2:41] different zones and honor the flame
[2:43] which we've had previously. Uh and
[2:45] finally there are a couple of new items
[2:47] on the vendor. You've got the ensemble
[2:50] Sunfest's flame totems which is a
[2:52] two-piece ensemble with a giant totem
[2:53] for torren and highmounted tom and then
[2:55] a smaller totem for every other race.
[2:58] We've seen a variant of this on the
[2:59] trading post. That's 300 Burning
[3:01] Blossoms. As well as the Sunfestestivals
[3:03] totemic great axe, which is a two-handed
[3:06] axe for 150. The Summer Sun's Blossom
[3:09] Weapon illusion. This is an awesome
[3:10] looking weapon illusion which uses some
[3:12] really cool burning blossom effects. So
[3:14] yeah, that's pretty cool for 250. You
[3:16] can also buy the Sunfestestivals torch
[3:18] blade, which is a onehander for 150, the
[3:20] Sunfestestivals totemic edge, which is
[3:22] also a onehander for 150. And the
[3:25] Sunfestestivals Flame Brand, which is a
[3:27] two-hander for 150 Blossom. So, quite a
[3:30] few updates in the Midsummer Fire
[3:31] Festival for 2026. Some new types of
[3:33] quests, some new rewards, a new mount,
[3:35] some new cosmetic items. It's definitely
[3:37] going to keep you busy. Uh, as we've
