Today we're going to talk about the Midsummer Fire Festival. And more specifically, we're going to talk about all of the brand new updates coming in the Midsummer Fire Festival in 2026. This event has had a ton of new rewards, achievements, and quests added to it. So, yeah, we're going to take a look at it in this video. This event runs from the 21st of June until the 5th of July, 2026. And as mentioned, there are some brand new updates. One of the big updates to this year's events are new aerial quest lines. So these are quest lines that have you just flying through burning blossoms in the sky. Now, there are a couple of different ones here. There is a one-time quest sign that takes you all around Calumdor and the Eastern Kingdoms that does reward a lot of Burning Blossoms, which are accountbound as of 2026, which is incredible. Uh, so great change there. Uh, so yeah, you're going to get a lot from that one-time quest, and you can do it again on alts for a slightly lower amount. Beyond that, there is a daily quest that does reward 15 burning blossoms uh in Stormwind, Auggma, and Silver Moon. Yes, Silver Moon has been jazzed up for the fire festival. So, those are really interesting and a good source of burning blossoms beyond kind of the regular methods. There is also some updates to Ahon, which is obviously the boss for the Midsummer Fire Festival. The big one here is that the satchel of chilled goods, which is the item you get from the group finder, does now drop a few new items. One of these being a brand new mount called the Sun Festivals painted rock. So, this is a recolor of the new themed eagles, which did come to the trading post. It has some really great animations and is a really nice coloration. As of the recording of this, we're not sure on the drop rate or whether or not it is once per day per account. I would imagine it would be as a lot of the things that have been added in recent events do run by that kind of new rule that they've created. So, it's very likely going to be one attempt per day with the drop rate increasing per attempt, but we're not 100% sure on that. There's also a brand new armor set, the Sun Festivals painted armor. Pieces of this do drop from Ahoon, but they are also on the holiday vendor if you do get unlucky. These range in price from 50 to 100 Burning Blossoms each, and there are 12 pieces to this set, but as mentioned, these do come from the bag in the dungeon finder, so probably don't buy them until maybe the last day of the event if you haven't got them. Uh there's also some brand new achievements for 2026. You have the flame warden of midnight for the alliance and the horde uh which is just to go around to the different zones and honor the flame which we've had previously. Uh and finally there are a couple of new items on the vendor. You've got the ensemble Sunfest's flame totems which is a two-piece ensemble with a giant totem for torren and highmounted tom and then a smaller totem for every other race. We've seen a variant of this on the trading post. That's 300 Burning Blossoms. As well as the Sunfestestivals totemic great axe, which is a two-handed axe for 150. The Summer Sun's Blossom Weapon illusion. This is an awesome looking weapon illusion which uses some really cool burning blossom effects. So yeah, that's pretty cool for 250. You can also buy the Sunfestestivals torch blade, which is a onehander for 150, the Sunfestestivals totemic edge, which is also a onehander for 150. And the Sunfestestivals Flame Brand, which is a two-hander for 150 Blossom. So, quite a few updates in the Midsummer Fire Festival for 2026. Some new types of quests, some new rewards, a new mount, some new cosmetic items. It's definitely going to keep you busy. Uh, as we've just rolled into 1207.
