## Summary

The video presents a trading model that the creator claims generated over $60,000 in profit over 30 days, risking $2,000 per trade. The model focuses on identifying high-probability entry points using price action concepts like change of character, fair value gaps, and Fibonacci retracements on one-minute and 15-minute charts. The creator emphasizes systematic risk management, repeatability, and the importance of following a structured framework over random trading decisions.

### Key Points

- **Profit Claim and Model Introduction** [00:00] — The creator claims to have made over $60,000 in profit over the last 30 days of trading, risking $2,000 per trade, and states that the same model with $150 risk would yield a $4,500 month.
- **Video Goal and Structure** [00:42] — The video aims to teach viewers how to set up the indicators and tools used in the model, with a promise to share them for free. The creator advises watching the entire 15-20 minute video to avoid missing steps.
- **Chart Setup and Time Frames** [01:10] — The model uses TradingView with a one-minute time frame for analysis and entries, and a 15-minute time frame for higher-timeframe confluence. The creator emphasizes using simple, fundamental indicators to avoid cluttering the chart.
- **IT Foundation Indicator** [01:36] — The creator introduces the 'IT foundation indicator' available via a link in the video description. It displays a gray box showing the New York stock market open (red dotted line) and boxes representing individual trading sessions.
- **Core Trading Objective** [02:16] — The goal is to find key market areas with higher probability of price moving in one direction, keeping risk contained and aiming for asymmetry (e.g., risking $100 to make $400). The creator trades about three days per week, taking 20-25 trades, targeting 5R per week.
- **Focus on Profit, Not Being Right** [03:04] — Trading success is about generating profit over time, not being right on every trade. The creator emphasizes that a 42% win rate can still be profitable with proper risk management.
- **Repeatability and Framework** [03:32] — The creator stresses following a simple, repeatable framework rather than random inputs or jumping between strategies. Repeatability allows for minor adjustments and professional execution.
- **Waiting for New York Open** [03:58] — The model waits for the 9:30 AM New York open to capitalize on increased market participation and volatility, which creates trading opportunities.
- **Trend Identification** [04:39] — Trends are identified by break of structure (higher highs/lows for uptrends, lower highs/lows for downtrends) and a 'change of character' (price closing beyond the last higher low in an uptrend or last lower high in a downtrend).
- **Fair Value Gap Definition** [06:13] — A fair value gap is a series of three candles where the first candle's high wick does not overlap with the third candle's low wick (or vice versa), indicating momentum. Price often retests this area before continuing.
- **Sibinashi Entry Zone** [07:30] — The model uses Fibonacci retracement levels (50% and 61.8%) to identify entry zones within the fair value gap, filtering out confusion and focusing on high-impact technical areas.
- **Entry Execution** [08:25] — Entries are placed at the midpoint of the fair value gap, with stop loss slightly outside the gap or at an important technical level. The goal is to catch the first retracement in a potential new trend.
- **Confluences and A+ Setups** [09:47] — Additional evidence (confluences) like liquidity inflection levels and higher-timeframe fair value gaps increase the probability of success, creating 'A-plus setups'.
- **Higher Timeframe Confluence** [11:33] — The 15-minute chart provides points of interest (fair value gaps) that act as key areas where price gravitates. Aligning one-minute entries with these levels adds confidence.
- **Real Example Walkthrough** [13:03] — The creator demonstrates a real trade at New York open: identifies downtrend, change of character, fair value gap, Fibonacci 61.8% at gap midpoint, sets entry and stop loss, and manages to break even after a close beyond the high.
- **Trade Management** [15:51] — Once price closes beyond the initial high, the stop loss is moved to break even, making the trade risk-free. The take profit is set at 1:4 risk-reward, but can be extended to capture larger moves (14-20R).
- **Liquidity Inflection Level** [17:24] — A confluence tool that identifies trend lines where price bounces; after a break, price often tests the opposite side, increasing the probability of a response in the trade's direction.
- **Results and Team Examples** [19:31] — The creator shares team results like '8R no partials' and '7R, 5.6R with partials', emphasizing focusing on units of risk rather than dollar amounts. A live example shows $7,000-$8,000 profit before locking in partials.
- **Final Stats and Conclusion** [20:21] — The creator claims $60K profit with a 42% win rate, and $4,500 month with $150 risk. Emphasizes using journaling tools to find patterns and tune the system for repeatable edge.

## Transcript

I've been able to make a little over $60,000 in profit over the last 30 days of my trading, a lot of which was done live in front of my trading team, and all of which I meticulously journaled so that I know and can prove exactly how I did this. And what's particularly interesting
about this is I did this following one simple model, risking $2,000 per trade, which means this same concept applied with something like $150 worth of risk would have resulted in a $4,500
month. So that said, I'm going to show you exactly how I use this model, as well as the indicators and tools that I set up on my chart, and I'm going to share those for free with you in today's video. Okay, so by the end of this video, you'll know exactly how to set up these indicators for
yourself and know exactly how I was able to make $60,000 using this one simple model. Okay, so this video should be about 15-20 minutes long. Make sure you watch it in entirety, that way you don't miss a step, because by the end of this, you're going to have all the resources to implement this
yourself, test it, and have full proof of concept. Okay, so let's get into it. Step number one, we're going to pull up our chart on TradingView, and we're going to go to a one-minute time frame. We're going to bounce between a one and 15-minute time frame, but we're going to start off on our
one, and this is where we're going to be doing most of our analysis and all of our trade entries. And if we look at TradingView indicators, there are millions of different things to choose from. What I'm going to be sharing with you are very, very fundamental basic indicators that are going
to allow us to see what's really going on in the market and not clouding our ability to be able to read what the chart is actually telling us. So first, I'm going to set the foundation with all of the things that we need to be able to make this view more simple, because what I've realized over
nine years of trading is typically the simpler the chart, the better. So what you're going to do is go into the description of this video, and you're going to click into the indicators in tool suite, and that's going to give you access to something called the IT foundation indicator. Then when you
open this up on your chart, you're going to see two primary things. One is going to be this gray box here, which is going to show us where the New York stock market is opening at this red dotted line. That's where we're seeing an increase in market participation. The second thing that you're
going to see are these boxes here, which we're going to get to in a little bit. Okay, this is really designed to sort of show us where individual trading sessions have happened and to get a better grasp on what's happening between days and what we can expect for the current day. And when I'm
trading, all I'm really trying to do is find key areas of the market where there's a higher probability of price moving in one direction versus the other, where I can keep my risk contained and have asymmetry in the direction of my profit. If I'm risking $100, here I would be
aiming to make almost $400. And we can do this by setting up different analysis on our chart, seeing how it works over time, and then following those rules as frameworks. I'm trading on average three days per week, I'm looking to take a total of 20 to 25 trades. And my goal is to make what's
called 5R approximately per week. So say we're entering in the market here. If this is my one unit of risk, which is for me 2K, and say I'm looking to make three units of risk, which would be positive 6K, that would be 3R. Because I'm not going to win every single trade. Trading has very
little to do with being right, although it feels amazing when you're right, and everything to do with whether or not you're actually generating profit over a set period of time. And that's the only thing that I'm focused on. So after everything shakes out, I'm really only needing about five R per week,
which is gonna get me to that $10,000 a week average. Okay, when I do this correctly, it should look something like this, where you can see I'm up almost $10,000. I've contained my risk. I'm letting my position run and I'm locking in profit at strategic areas.
Okay, what we don't wanna do is have random inputs be guessing around. We wanna follow a simple framework that's going to allow us to be able to execute repeatably. Once we have repeatability, then we can start to make minor changes to our strategy and be able to get to our end goal. But if we're
constantly doing random things, jumping around strategies, we're never going to be able to get to that point. That's how we're going to be looking at trading from a professional perspective. Okay, so moving into step number two, I'm going to explain the general concepts of my model,
and then we're going to go back onto our chart, and then I'm going to show you what that's going to look like with real world applications. Okay, so the first thing that I'm doing when I'm setting up this model is I'm waiting for my 9 30 a.m New York open and again this is because this is where
the stock market opens and we're going to have an influx of market participation which is going to move the market around and allow us to be able to enter in on moves where we see key opportunities okay we want to see volatility as traders okay so this foundation indicator that we just set up on
our chart is going to show us this red dotted line of exactly where we can expect the session to sort of start for the moves to happen and where we're going to be looking for opportunities okay the next thing that I want to do is be able to identify a one minute trend direction. Okay,
so there's two characteristics of what I'm looking at for a trend. The first is this level, which is a break of structure. Okay, and the second is something called a change of character. And that's really what we're going to be looking at for a key identifier. And I'll explain that
to you in a second. Okay, but you can see as we have a higher high, higher low, higher high, higher low, and then a high put in, we can confirm that the general direction of the market is moving up. Same thing for a downtrend. If we have a lower low, lower high, lower low, lower high,
and another push, that confirms as trending down. And the only thing that is going to push us to believe that we could be trending in the opposite direction is the price now producing a higher high after the last lower high on a downtrend and the last higher low on the uptrend Okay so really the next thing that I waiting for is something called a change of character
which is pretty much the opposite of a break of structure. As our trend is moving up and we have these levels breaking these highs, we want to look at the most recent higher low and higher high in the case of an uptrend and wait for price to be able to push and close below that last lower high
in an uptrend. In the case of a downtrend, we want to look at the lowest low and the last lower high and wait for an area to close above that area. Now, that is going to be what's called a change of character. And that's the first indication that it could be potentially in a new trend direction.
And again, this really doesn't require any sort of indicators to be able to read. It's all about your ability to look at trends and be able to read price action. I'm going to show you examples of this very simply on a trading view chart, so you're going to be able to see exactly what I'm
talking about. Okay, the next thing that I'm waiting for in this entry model is something called a fair value gap. And I talk about fair value gaps a lot. And a fair value gap is basically a series of three candles here, where we have the open, the close on green candles, the high and
lows on our wicks. And on red candles, we have the open level here, close here, and the highs and lows of these wicks. It's going to show us the net change over time. That's how we're going to be reading price movement on a chart. And what these fair value gaps are is basically a series of three
candles where the first candle's high wick doesn't overlap with the third candle's low wick which indicates an increase of momentum represented by this candle in the middle. And what tends to happen when the market has these moves is eventually as the momentum starts to die off and make its way
back down it's going to test that area where the fair value wasn't determined yet right in here and in the case of the downtrend it's going to come up and test the fair value of this point to see if the market is going to rebound in the opposite direction or if it's going to continue down in
that direction of the initial momentum or continue up in the case of a bullish scenario in a positive direction into that momentum. Okay, so if we can see that change of character and we can see a fair value gap put in, this is going to be an area that I'm using to start building a target of high
probability to enter in. Okay, and once I see these two conditions forming, the third thing I'm looking at is something called a Sibinashi entry zone. Okay, and Sibinashi is a naturally occurring ratio that we see present in pretty much all things in the world and shows up a lot of times on charts.
And there's something called a golden ratio, which is the 618 ratio. So if we have a move right here, where we have a one to zero level, these are going to be our retracement levels. And ideally,
what we're seeing is the price to come down into that fair value gap and come between this 50 level or this 61.8 level. Okay, and what this is going to do is allow us to filter out a lot of the confusion on the chart and just focus
on really, really high impact technical areas and be able to manage it considering market structure and not having to rely on all of these fancy indicators or confusing pieces of analysis, just following a very simple systematic process.
So if we have price moving up, creating a change of character, what I wanna wait for is for price to pull back down into the middle of the fair value gap. And I'm going to set my position up to be able to enter at that midpoint,
place my risk slightly outside the bottom of the fair value gap producing candle, or at an important technical level, which I'll kind of explain in detail a little bit more. And price is either going to continue to move down
and invalidate that fair value gap and continue trending in the opposite direction, or we're going to catch the first retracement in a potential new uptrend and have a positive response and be able to trade this up and catch the very early part of a brand
new trend. And the same thing in an opposite direction. If we have an uptrend and then a bearish change of character, we're going to wait for price to pull into the middle of this bearish fair value gap, set up our one unit of risk, and look to have price continue to move lower and
trade in that direction. Now, this is only half the puzzle because we need to be able to systematically manage our position as far as reducing risk and being able to take profit. And that's what I'm going to show you here in a second. Hence why I'm saying to follow along with
the entire video. If you skip around, you're going to miss out on some of these key important things. Okay, additionally, there's a few other core things that have significantly increased my win percentage by following this strategy, which I'm going to outline once we look at a few examples,
because I don't want to overload you with information right away. I want to start small and then gradually show you more and more. So there's a lot more to this that I'm going to show to you as far as what are called confluences, which is essentially added evidence to create A-plus setups.
So your chart should look something like this, where we have price structure continuing to move up, a high put in, our last low level here, which is broken and confirmed by this area. We have a fair value gap being produced in here.
We have our golden ratio and price pulling into both of these areas and then continuing to make a move down. So in a scenario like this, If this is our one unit of risk, you can see we have one, two, three, four, five, six times
the amount we're risking being able to be earned in one trade execution. Okay, so again, this isn't going to happen every single time, but it's about allowing the ones that do end up working to be able to give you six times what you risking So now you can proceed to lose the next four or five trades in a row and still be positive on your account and just focusing on taking the quality setup This is what I constantly harping on with the private side of the team When we doing our live trading sessions
and trading together, they're able to see exactly how this unfolds in real time and how effective it can be without having to do anything miraculous. Like I said, trading has very little to do with being right or feeling good that you can win a trade and everything to do with making profit.
If there were to lose two trades right away, and then I get discouraged and stop, and then the third trade would have resulted in me making eight times what I'm risking, I would have then been able to make six positive R on the session.
But if I'm all upset that I'm being wrong about the first two trades, I'll never be able to actually get there. And even if I do, where I take two losses in one win, I only have a 33% win rate by making one out of three trades correct or risking 150, you'd be up $600 on the bet.
And the last step is using something called a higher time frame confluence. And I said in the beginning of the video, we're using a one minute time frame and a 15 minute time frame side by side. What this 15 minute time frame is going to show me is the same information about our
highs and lows and opens and closes. But instead of each one of these candles representing one minute worth of movement, it's now showing us 15 minutes worth of movement. And that gives us really critical high impact areas called points of interest to be able
to pay attention to. So ideally, what gives us a perfect setup, not necessarily 100% required, is if we can see price come into the midpoints of these 15-minute fair value gaps, the same way we're looking at them for entries, and be able to come up and have a response, then show us our one-minute entry model.
and these points of interest are going to show us where price is going to naturally want to gravitate towards and bounce between. And we can use this as key areas to add to that layer of confidence that we're in a trade that could have a high response. Okay, so say we have our one
minute chart pulled up. What I'm going to do on trading view is click on this button here and click on this two pane window. What that's going to do is open up a second chart over here. All I want to do is be able to add fair value gaps onto this chart. And really what I want to do is look
at the last, say, one or two days worth of price movement and be able to figure out where my fair value gaps are and where price is starting to respond. You can see price came into this and then reversed out, came into this gap here, continued to reverse out, came into this gap
and continued to move down. Now let's take a look at a real example right at New York Open and set it up with every step that we just covered. So the first thing that I'm doing is identifying that we have downward price action here, creating our break of structures
and price is overall moving in this down direction. Price pulls into that 15 minute gap here. We have our last low here. Price makes a push and closes below this low, which now sets this area as our
change of character high. Okay, so you can see immediately we have price push up and make a close beyond this point. So first step is complete. Okay, you can see we're also still responding off of this higher timeframe fair value gap. Okay, additionally, you're going to see we have
a bullish fair value gap being produced. That's step number two. Clicking on this tool right here on trading view, I can click from this low up to my high right here, and you'll see that 61.8 is
sitting right at the midpoint of this fair value gap. I also have a buy signal. This is a proprietary indicator that I don't share for free on YouTube that we share with the private side of the team that basically signals when we should be taking these trades in the first place, but still not
necessarily required for this model to work. So then I'm going to click on my position builder, place my entry here. In this case, I'm placing my stop loss outside of this move. And immediately what I'm doing is setting my position up so that I'm aimed to make four times what I'm risking on
the trade, which is called a one to four risk reward ratio. And ideally what we're looking to have happen is for price to pull into this area and then make a move up in the direction of our trade. Okay, so you can see basically if I double click on this position, I can set the dollar
amount that I want to risk, say $150, click okay, and that's going to show me I need 30 units at this price. I can go ahead, set up my entry, set up the amount of units, the price enters into that
zone, and now one of two things can happen on my position, and this is how I'm going to manage it. At this high level here, this is going to be the level where we need a close beyond in order for me to reduce my stop loss to break even, which is effectively taking all the risk off the trade,
allowing the trend to run and I'm going to keep continuing to hold that position or price is going to completely move against us move through this level and we're going to lose the $150 but keep it contained walk away from the trade and basically accept that our idea or the market gave us a false
signal and we're going to continue to move against the direction that may have been okay and it's important to remember this isn't us being wrong about our idea or that we did something incorrectly it's just the fact that the markets are effectively random. It's just about putting certain frameworks
to playing into game theory and probability so that when we are right, we're able to make more money than we lose when we're wrong. And ideally, what we want to see is for price to be able to reverse off of that area. Once we get a close above this high, we have our take profit level
set here. We have our stop loss, which was initially set here. Now we can move this stop loss to break even. Okay now effectively we can be patient and allow the trade to move up through our profit target Okay you can see by following these points of interest and waiting for responses off our 15 minute we can find a lot of these opportunities So for example here we have our uptrend formation We have a response off of our 15 minute level Price starts to flush
out of that area, closes below our swing point, allows us to take our Fibonacci from here to here, which you can see gives us our 50 level right there. Okay, and typically what I'm doing is setting up my stop loss outside of key price action areas.
So you can see, putting it outside of just this candle isn't really going to give me a super big safety net. So I want to kind of go a little bit further out of these key areas that clearly had responses before. In case price is going to come up, respond off of that area,
and then move away, I want to still be able to be in that position. And you'll see here, we also have the proprietary sell signal again popping up. Over here, we had one. We didn't have a proper setup. Now that we have a proper setup and this is present,
that's giving us a higher chance at winning this trade. So again, I would set my position up, this time on the sell side, so we want the market to go down. I would click into my position, say I want $150 at risk, that's going to be 87 units. Price comes up, fills that level,
we have our stop loss placed here, we have our take profit at 1 to 4, price responds, makes a close underneath that low, so I'm walking my stop loss into break even, which makes it a zero risk trade, and I can wait for price to go through to my take profit level.
Now in this chart, you'll see I added this trend level here, which is what I like to call a liquidity inflection level. And this is what's called a confluence. So when we're finding these either up or down trends, what I want to be aware of is where prices are starting to make responses off of and where price eventually breaks that level.
Because oftentimes what will happen is price, once it does break, will come up and test the opposite side of this liquidity inflection level. And if we can have this align with these other pieces of analysis, this is going to drastically increase the probability of this trade working in our favor.
Same thing for a downtrend. If price continually bounces off of these key points, finally breaks out of it and tests the opposite side of it into our market structure and setup, the probability that it's going to respond off of the opposite side and move in our direction becomes significantly higher.
So I'm using this as a confluence, as added evidence to find the best trade setups possible. Okay, and as you start to practice this, you'll see, for example, we have our higher time frame fair value gap over here. Price comes into it. Here you have your liquidity inflection level,
where price is basically setting up to respond off of the opposite side of this move. We have our change of character. We take our FID level off of this low. Our 50 level is right inside of here. We set up our position. We get our entry. Price continues to move. We reduce our stop loss to
break even. Basically what I'm doing is setting up the 1 to 4 as a minimum threshold for my take profit. But what we can also do are use other key areas in our price action. So for example, on the 15 minute chart, this area, this area, and this area all have probabilities for price to
continue to move into. So if we just want to let trades really, really breathe and be able to target these way higher areas, if we do end up getting momentum on any given trade, you now basically have a risk-free opportunity to be able to let these trades run and be able to capture
14, 15, 20 times what you're risking by picking these really, really key areas and allowing the market to breathe to the upside. Okay, so this is why, for example, our private team members are saying eight are no partials. That means that they made eight times what they were risking on
that trade without taking any partials off the table. And notice how we're focusing on these units of risk, not chasing dollar amounts or anything like that. You can see JT, 7R, 5.6R with partials included, $1,700 smog trade. In one of my live examples, the analysis that I'm doing,
my 61.8 level, my fair value gap, I'm managing the trade properly, but you'll also see I have this proprietary sell signal here on my chart. Again, this is drastically increasing the probability of the trade outcome. You can see I'm allowing the trade to breathe. I'm up $7,000,
$8,000, and then I lock in partials on my position. So I've effectively almost made $10K by allowing this trade to expand and breathe and taking profits systematically. Okay, now there's a lot more that I dive into on the private side of the team that obviously, to be fair to the team, I can't share here on YouTube.
But this is a piece of the framework and a piece of the puzzle that is going to be able to get you to allowing your trades to win, being able to actually have a positive outcome on account. And again, with no fluff, no nonsense, I was able to generate that 60K in profit with a 42% win rate on the month.
And again, with even $150 per risk, that is a $4,500 month. Again, keep in mind, this is a hypothetical illustration, but still showing the power of using proper risk management, a proper system to follow.
And if you're leveraging all of the tools down below, you should be able to journal all your information, find the best patterns and outcomes off of your behavior, and tune that over time. And that's really the aim and the goal to be able to become a professional trader that has a repeatable edge that you can execute as a job instead of jumping around systems and hoping for the best.
Okay, so I hope this video was entertaining. If you want to watch videos of me doing this live, I'll put them right here.
