Meetings are usually a waste of time. They're a way to delay making a hard decision or just to chit-chat. It feels like work, but you're not really accomplishing anything. If you're a solo founder, your job is to create things that are giving you leverage, whether that's intellectual property, technology, software, content assets, media, all about leverage cuz you're just one person, right? There's only so much you can do as a person. So, every minute you spend in a meeting is time you're not spending building something, creating, putting stuff out into the world. That's the important thing.
