[0:00] Today, I'm going to show you how to use [0:01] Claude Code as an AI agent for your [0:03] business. Now, when you hear the word [0:04] Claude Code, you immediately think about [0:06] coding, but don't worry, you don't have [0:08] to be a software engineer in order to [0:09] use it for your business. Think about [0:11] Claude Code as an AI teammate for your [0:13] business, which could help you with [0:14] landing pages, internal tools, marketing [0:16] automations, and anything that you can [0:18] do with a computer within your business. [0:20] So, whether you're a founder, creator, [0:21] freelancer, or just getting into [0:23] entrepreneurship, this can be one of the [0:25] most useful tools you can learn. So, in [0:26] this video, I'm going to take you from a [0:28] total beginner to someone who is a pro [0:30] at using Claude Code for real business [0:32] tasks. So, real quick, before we start, [0:34] the point of this is not for you to [0:35] completely copy what I'm doing, but [0:37] rather get an understanding of the [0:38] capabilities of Claude Code and see how [0:40] you can apply it to your own business. [0:42] So, for today's video, we'll be making [0:43] up a fictitious business for an AI [0:45] automation agency, and I'll be showing [0:48] you a couple ways to get that business [0:50] started. So, first thing we want to do [0:51] is download Claude Code on the Claude [0:54] website. So, I'm on a Mac, so all I have [0:56] to do is press right here, download for [0:57] Mac OS. I already have it downloaded, so [0:59] I'll be skipping this step, but if you [1:01] want to download it yourself, just go to [1:02] claude.com and look up Claude Code. Once [1:04] you downloaded the Claude desktop app, [1:06] you have this platform right here. So, [1:08] we have our regular chats on the left [1:09] side, we have our Claude Co-work in the [1:11] middle, and we have code on the right [1:13] side. Now, there are a couple ways to [1:14] use it. We have a new session button [1:16] right here. We have our routines, which [1:18] is automated tasks that we can hand off [1:20] to Claude Code, and we have a way to [1:22] customize our Claude. Now, first thing [1:23] we want to do in order to start a new [1:25] project is click this button right here, [1:27] which is add another folder. We'll click [1:29] that. Then, we'll go ahead and name our [1:32] folder whatever we want to work on. So, [1:34] for this, I'm going to show you an AI [1:36] agency demo. We'll click create, we'll [1:39] click open, and now we are working in [1:41] that folder. Now that we're in the [1:42] folder we want to work in, we have a [1:44] couple things that we can do. So, here [1:46] on the right side, we have the model [1:47] selector, and this lets you select which [1:49] model you want to use. For this video, [1:51] we'll be using Opus 4.8, and we'll start [1:53] off by giving it a simple prompt. So, [1:55] here I typed, "I'm starting an AI [1:57] automation agency for local businesses. [1:59] The business helps companies respond [2:01] faster to leads, send follow-up [2:02] messages, and stay organized. My target [2:04] customers are local service businesses [2:06] like med spas, roofers, dentists, gyms, [2:09] and real estate agents. I'm not [2:11] technical, so explain everything in [2:12] plain English. For this project, act [2:14] like my AI business partner and help me [2:16] build simple assets that could help me [2:18] launch this business. I personally am a [2:19] little bit more technical, but for the [2:21] purpose of this video, we'll just [2:23] pretend that I have no knowledge of [2:25] Claude code. We'll click enter and see [2:26] what it says. So, the purpose of sending [2:28] a prompt like this in the beginning is [2:29] to give Claude more context of what [2:31] you're actually trying to achieve. So, [2:33] before even starts building anything, it [2:35] gets an understanding of what your goal [2:37] is. So, while it's thinking and [2:38] understanding what I'm trying to [2:40] achieve, right here is where you check [2:42] your settings, language that you're [2:44] using. You can also upgrade your plans, [2:46] connect some apps and extensions. And in [2:48] the settings, you could check how much [2:50] you used of your Claude plan. So, here's [2:51] what Claude replied. When someone fills [2:53] out a form, sends an Instagram DM, or [2:55] clicks request a quote, the person is a [2:58] lead. So, that's how it works in [2:59] business. Once you have someone entering [3:01] your ecosystem, they become a lead, [3:03] which is basically a potential customer [3:04] in your pipeline. So, typically the [3:06] owner of those businesses is doing the [3:08] busy work. So, they're either doing the [3:09] Botox, putting up the actual roofs, or [3:12] spending time with the patient. The [3:13] leads that reach into their ecosystem [3:15] are probably just sitting there, and [3:17] mostly nobody replies to them. So, the [3:18] way we could solve that for them is the [3:20] AI can send a text or an email within [3:22] seconds once a lead is in the pipeline. [3:24] Ask them some common questions. Then it [3:27] could book them into a calendar or nudge [3:29] them. So, after you prompt Claude, a lot [3:31] of the times it'll ask you questions. [3:33] So, right now it's asking which niche we [3:35] want to aim for the first client. So, [3:37] let's say med spas and real estate [3:40] agents. And let's have it come up with [3:42] our offer and pricing sheet. Now, we can [3:44] also enter any of our own information [3:46] into the others section. So, right here [3:49] I'm going to say create the simplest [3:50] possible version of this business. Start [3:52] with a clean landing page for the AI [3:54] automation agency. The page should [3:56] include a clear headline, a short [3:57] explanation of the offer, three benefits [3:59] for local business owners, a simple lead [4:01] form, a call to action button, and a [4:03] short FAQ section. So, we'll click [4:06] submit and let Claude Code do its thing. [4:09] So, before creating the landing page, I [4:10] told Claude Code to focus on the offer. [4:12] So, it boils down to I make sure that [4:14] you never lose another lead to a slow [4:15] reply. The moment someone reaches out, [4:17] my system answers them in under 60 [4:19] seconds, books them into your calendar, [4:21] and keeps following up until they show. [4:23] So, customers you already paid to [4:25] attract actually turn into money. So, it [4:27] came up with the name the Instant Lead [4:29] Engine, which is pretty decent. You can [4:30] obviously change it for your own [4:32] business and actually plug in the [4:34] information correctly when it comes to [4:36] the actual business you're running. And [4:37] since we're targeting both med spas and [4:39] real estate agents, obviously they both [4:41] have completely different businesses. [4:42] So, we'll actually have Claude Code [4:44] create the landing pages for each one of [4:46] them that is completely unrelated, but [4:47] it's all under our same business [4:49] umbrella. So, some of the features we're [4:50] selling: instant reply, missed call text [4:52] back, smart follow-up, auto booking, one [4:55] inbox for everything, wake up your old [4:57] leads. So, if you have a list of leads, [4:58] it can actually reach out to them. And a [5:00] simple weekly report. Now, it came up [5:02] with three tiers for the packaging. So, [5:04] we have our $297 a month, our $597 a [5:07] month, and our $997 a month package. [5:10] Now, each one of them has a one-time [5:11] setup fee, which is pretty common for [5:14] businesses like this. And the first [5:15] package has the instant text plus email [5:17] reply, the missed call text back, and [5:19] the auto booking. package also has the [5:21] smart follow-up sequences, one inbox, [5:23] waking up old leads. And the pro plan [5:26] has Google review requests and monthly [5:28] optimization calls as well. Now, this is [5:30] an entire plan of how we're actually [5:31] going to do this, but I'm sure if you [5:33] have a business in mind, you already [5:35] have an idea of what you're going to do. [5:37] You can always consult with Claude Code [5:38] in order to get a better understanding [5:40] of that business or see what it [5:42] suggests. Now, it asked me a couple [5:43] things. So, it asked me about the [5:45] pricing. So, pricing sounds good, name [5:48] also sounds good, and the waking up old [5:50] leads also sounds good. So, in order to [5:53] do the waking up old leads, so you can [5:54] actually do this for your own business [5:56] and for other businesses, but you can [5:57] set up a Cloud Code automation. And [6:00] obviously, I'm using a laptop, so if I [6:01] shut down my laptop, Cloud Code is not [6:03] going to keep running, but you can set [6:05] up a Cloud Code automation agent on a [6:07] hosting or VPS, which stays alive 24/7. [6:10] So, now let's actually have it do the [6:12] landing page. And in order to make the [6:14] landing page look a little better, [6:15] there's something called skills. So, [6:17] Cloud Code has these skills that you can [6:19] add on top of it. So, basically, a skill [6:20] is a markdown file. Don't worry about [6:22] what markdown is, it's just basically a [6:24] way to type out a file. And that file [6:26] typically has a set of instructions for [6:28] Cloud Code to follow. Now, Cloud Code [6:30] can either create scripts based on your [6:32] instruction for it, or it can use [6:33] existing skills off of the internet. So, [6:35] I'll tell it to use the front-end design [6:37] skill and the impeccable skill in order [6:40] to design it. On the bottom right right [6:42] here, we also have our effort level, so [6:44] you can either select a lower effort [6:46] level for faster replies or a higher [6:48] effort level for smarter replies. Now, [6:51] typically, I never use the lowest or the [6:53] highest, just because sometimes it tends [6:55] to overthink on the highest and gives [6:57] really bad responses on the lowest. So, [6:59] I typically use one under the highest [7:01] level possible. So, let's say for [7:02] example, Claude started working, but it [7:04] didn't recognize the skills I named. I [7:06] pretty much went online and looked up [7:07] these skills. So, the front-end design [7:09] skill and the impeccable skill, and then [7:11] I just copy-pasted the link from GitHub. [7:14] GitHub is where people store a lot of [7:16] code, and typically, these skills are on [7:19] there. And once I sent Claude the [7:20] skills, you can see right here, it says, [7:22] "You're right." It's going to now pull [7:23] the information off of these pages and [7:26] use it for our landing page. Perfect. [7:27] So, as you can see here, Claude worked [7:29] for a while and pretty much figured out [7:32] a lot of different things in order to [7:33] make our landing page. Now, as you can [7:35] see here, based on the skills that I [7:37] gave it, you could also look up any [7:38] skill that you want online. So, if you [7:40] want a skill for design or if you want a [7:42] skill for copywriting, just look up [7:44] copywriting skill for Claude, and then [7:45] you can download it and use it. So, [7:47] here's what it said about the skills. [7:48] So, both skills were in that the obvious [7:50] AI agency look, purple, indigo [7:52] gradients, etc. is exactly what screams [7:54] a robot made this. So, it went the [7:56] complete other way. It went with [7:57] different colors, different fonts, and [7:59] things like that. So, this is our [8:01] landing page for medspas, real estate, [8:03] and local service businesses. Never lose [8:05] another lead to a slow reply. The moment [8:07] someone calls, fills out a form, or [8:09] sends a DM, our system replies in under [8:11] 60 seconds, answers the question, and [8:14] books them on your calendar. You stay on [8:15] the work, we make sure no lead slips [8:17] away. So, it even gave an example. So, [8:20] new lead, "Sarah, hi, do you have any [8:22] openings this week for a consultation?" [8:24] And then the AI would say, "Hi Sarah, [8:26] thanks for reaching out to Glow Medspa," [8:27] which is an example business, "would [8:29] love to see you. Are you free Thursday [8:30] at 2:00 p.m. or Friday at 11:00 a.m.?" [8:33] And then the lead would say, "Thursday [8:35] worked," and it will automatically book [8:37] in the calendar. Then it goes on to [8:39] highlight some benefits of signing up [8:41] with the business, and gives a quick [8:43] three-step process of how it works. Then [8:45] it goes on to highlight the waking up [8:47] your old leads system. Next, it [8:49] showcases that the risk is with us, not [8:51] with you, so it takes the risk away from [8:53] whoever you're trying to sell to. And [8:55] then it created a small form where [8:57] people can insert their business and [9:00] their names and their contact [9:01] information, and then you can get their [9:03] contact sent to you. And lastly, it [9:05] added a question section, which [9:07] basically says like, "Do you I need to [9:09] be technical? How fast can it go live? [9:11] Is there a contract? What if it doesn't [9:13] work for my business? And how much does [9:14] it cost?" A last call to action button. [9:17] Now, since this is mostly for medspas, [9:21] we can actually create a version that is [9:23] also tailored specifically for the real [9:24] estate version of this. Now, because we [9:26] told it initially to act as our business [9:28] partner, it gave us the suggestion of [9:31] how we can actually host this and send a [9:33] link to whoever we're trying to sell [9:35] this to. Now, the instructions it gives [9:36] us are pretty simple, so if we want to [9:38] actually go ahead and do it, we can. I'm [9:40] not going to do it for today's video, [9:41] but you get the point. Now, let's tell [9:43] Claude to make the two different [9:44] versions. So, this one can be our [9:46] general lead page, and we can have one [9:48] that is specifically for med spas and [9:50] specifically for real estate. So, we can [9:52] say, let's say this page that you made [9:54] is our general landing page. Let's make [9:56] another version that is only specific to [9:59] med spas and another version that is [10:01] only specific to real estate agents. [10:04] Make sure to use copy that resonates [10:06] with the specific target client, and [10:09] keep everything in mind when it comes to [10:11] how the specific client would view the [10:12] page, understand it, and eventually [10:14] funnel into our lead form system. So, [10:17] again, we should have this page that you [10:19] just made, another one that's very [10:20] specific to med spas, and another one [10:22] that's very specific to real estate [10:24] agents. We'll click enter, so Claude [10:26] starts working. And now, with just a [10:27] quick recap, we have our landing page. [10:29] We're going to have two different [10:30] landing pages specifically for the [10:32] clients we're targeting. And then, the [10:33] next step in order to get people to [10:34] actually sign up is to come up with ways [10:36] to hook them into the landing page. Now, [10:39] that will be our top of funnel, which is [10:40] most likely going to be either ads or [10:43] organic videos on social media. And [10:44] there we go. Now, we have our two pages. [10:46] So, we have this one specifically for [10:48] real estate, so agent who replies first [10:50] wins the deal. The moment a Zillow, [10:52] Facebook, or website lead comes in, we [10:54] text and email them in under 60 seconds, [10:57] qualify them, and book the call even [10:59] while you're in a showing. You stop [11:00] losing buyers and sellers to whoever [11:02] answered faster. So, same style of [11:04] landing page. We have our example right [11:06] here is 142 Oak Street still available? [11:08] Could I see it this weekend? Hi, [11:09] Michael. Yes, 142 Oak Street is still [11:12] available, and I'd be glad to show it. [11:13] Are you free at Saturday at 1:00 p.m. or [11:16] Sunday at 3:00 p.m.? And are you [11:17] currently working with an agent? [11:19] Saturday at 1:00 works. And it booked [11:21] the meeting. Now, this is a similar [11:22] setup to our first landing page, but [11:24] again, this is specifically for real [11:27] estate agents, so they would understand [11:29] the language that is written here. So, [11:30] from Zillow, realtor.com, Facebook, or [11:32] your website. And this is a very much [11:35] tailored to these real estate agents. [11:37] Now, again, this one is for the med [11:39] spas, so obviously the coloring is also [11:42] a little bit more girly and fits with [11:43] the typical med spa client. As you can [11:45] see, I changed the copy to "Hi, how much [11:47] is lip filler and do you have anything [11:49] this week?" Same style of reply, just [11:52] specifically for the lip filler. And [11:54] everything within the copy is tailored [11:55] to med spas. So, now that we have our [11:57] landing pages, let's go ahead and come [12:00] up with some advertisements. So, in [12:01] order to create ads, we can either go [12:02] for videos or images. So, let's create [12:04] some static ads, so we'll say, "Come up [12:06] with five prompts for each landing [12:09] page." So, five for the med spas and [12:11] five for the real estate agents. We'll [12:14] be using the GPT image 2, which is [12:17] ChatGPT's image generator, in order to [12:19] create static ads that will be running [12:21] on Facebook. So, five ads for each one [12:23] of these services. Make sure you're [12:25] super detailed and take everything into [12:27] account that is needed in order to [12:29] capture the attention of our target [12:31] audience and get them to click on the [12:33] link. Use widely accepted sales tactics [12:36] like selling the benefit and things that [12:39] are textbook sales. And really try to [12:41] think of it from the mind of the [12:43] potential buyer and how we can get them [12:46] to click and sign up with us. Total of [12:48] 10 prompts. Keep in mind, GPT image 2 [12:50] has no context of anything about this [12:52] business or anything from this chat, so [12:54] make sure you fill in the context [12:55] accordingly. And when it comes to [12:56] marketing and running ads, you're going [12:58] to constantly have to iterate. So, [13:00] making new ads every day is a smart [13:02] thing to do. Now, what we could do is [13:03] set up an automation where Claude code [13:05] comes up with five prompts for our [13:08] marketing every single day. And in order [13:09] to do so, we can use the hosting or VPS, [13:12] which we have a guide to down below in [13:13] the description. But basically, it lets [13:15] you keep your AI agent running 24/7 and [13:18] you can set up automations for [13:19] repetitive tasks in order to help you [13:21] complete whatever task you're doing. And [13:23] this gets rid of the need to have a [13:24] computer turned on all the time because [13:26] their servers are always on and you can [13:28] get Claude code to send you these [13:29] messages. So now in order to create [13:31] these images for our ads, what we want [13:33] to do is go over to ChatGPT. We'll click [13:35] {slash} create image. We'll open up our [13:37] med spa HTML file. We'll click open and [13:40] then we'll copy the prompt that Claude [13:43] gave us and we'll paste it in. Now let's [13:44] see what GPT image comes up with. So [13:46] again, the purpose of this video is not [13:48] for you to do exactly what I do. It's [13:50] for you to kind of get an understanding [13:51] of what Claude code can do for you. And [13:53] by understanding all those things you [13:55] could come up with ways that you can [13:56] apply to your own business. So let's say [13:58] you're selling a video editing service [14:00] or even a plumbing service, you could [14:01] use these same tactics in order to [14:03] improve your business and let Claude [14:05] code do the work for you. So here we go. [14:07] We give it the med spa lead page and [14:10] give it the prompt that Claude code came [14:12] up for us and this is the ad that it [14:14] came up with. And honestly, it looks [14:16] pretty good. Your next client just [14:17] messaged you at 9:00 p.m. Hi, any [14:20] availability this week for lip filler? [14:21] We reply in 60 seconds so she books with [14:24] you. Get a free demo. So you can run [14:26] these ads the ads and link it to the [14:28] landing page. Once a med spa owner sees [14:31] it, they open up the landing page, read [14:33] through everything Claude wrote for us [14:35] and they could sign up with our form. [14:37] Now let's try another one for our real [14:38] estate agent's website. So we'll copy [14:40] this right here. We'll open up a new [14:42] ChatGPT instant, click {slash} images. [14:44] We'll add the real estate landing page. [14:47] We got real estate right here. Open and [14:49] we'll paste in the prompt and press [14:52] enter. Now once you have a hosting or [14:54] VPS, this is what you can do. Obviously [14:56] I'm going to set it up on my laptop just [14:57] to showcase what it can do for you, but [15:00] setting it on a VPS is actually more [15:02] recommended because my laptop obviously [15:04] turns off and on when I put it in my [15:05] backpack. So right now we'll do create [15:07] an automation for Claude code, so a loop [15:10] or a routine that at 9:00 a.m. every day [15:13] gives me five new concepts with prompts [15:16] just like you gave me for the med spa [15:18] landing page and for the real estate [15:20] landing page so we can have a ton of ads [15:22] and keep iterating on our content. Click [15:25] enter right here. And while it's [15:27] creating the automation, let's go check [15:28] out the ad that it gave us. Instant lead [15:30] engine, 21 times more likely to win a [15:32] lead when you apply in 5 minutes, not [15:34] 30. It shows that it works with Zillow, [15:36] with Facebook, and your website. And it [15:38] says we answer every lead in 60 seconds [15:40] automatically. Get a free demo. And then [15:42] the real estate agent will click onto [15:44] the landing page that we created, and [15:46] they could sign up, and then we can [15:47] reach out to them and get on a sales [15:49] call or offer them our service. So now [15:51] that Cloud Code is working on it, you [15:53] can see that it said running skill slash [15:55] schedule. So Cloud Code has already [15:57] built-in skills, which is again those [15:59] markdown files that I explained earlier. [16:01] And basically it said create a daily [16:03] routine that runs at 9:00 a.m. every [16:05] day, which creates five new Facebook ad [16:07] content for our business. And there we [16:09] go, Cloud Code came up with an [16:11] automation, so we can click allow once, [16:13] and this allows it to create the [16:15] scheduled task. And there we go, we have [16:16] our automation. So as you could see, [16:18] your daily ad machine is live. Here's [16:20] the rundown. Every morning at 9:00 a.m. [16:22] it writes five brand new ad concepts [16:24] mixing the med spas and real estate with [16:26] full copy and paste GPT image two [16:28] prompts in the same style as the 10 we [16:31] made today. And then it saves them into [16:33] our desktop. Now, as you could see right [16:35] here, it runs while the Cloud app is [16:37] open. That's why you need the hosting or [16:39] VPS. And once you have this automation [16:40] set up on the VPS, you can just go and [16:42] click on the routines in Cloud, and [16:45] you'll see this daily ad concept [16:47] automation right here. Now, you can [16:49] either click run now in order to run it [16:51] instantly, or the next run is tomorrow [16:53] at 9:00 a.m. So yeah, VPS is super [16:55] helpful for this because you don't have [16:57] to keep your laptop open and the Cloud [16:59] app running all the time. You can just [17:00] have it set up in the cloud and just set [17:02] it and forget it and get the [17:03] notification every day. So now we [17:05] covered starting a business from scratch [17:07] using Cloud, creating a landing page and [17:09] specific landing pages for the types of [17:11] clients that you want. And we also [17:13] covered how to create the top of the ads [17:15] for it. So all you have to do now is [17:17] have an actual service working. So, [17:18] whatever service it is that you're [17:20] selling, and then you can have the ads [17:22] bringing in traffic. Traffic goes [17:24] through the landing page. Landing pages [17:25] helps you get calls booked, and now [17:27] you're making money. Very simple. We [17:29] also covered the skills. So, these are [17:31] again the markdown files that I [17:32] mentioned that let Claude code do very [17:34] specific things over and over again in a [17:36] specific style. So, these are sets of [17:38] instructions, and you can also just tell [17:40] Claude create a skill for creating my [17:41] ads, and then it'll create a skill that [17:43] allows it to keep the same style of ads [17:46] every single time. So, either have it [17:47] create skills on your own, or you can [17:49] look up skills for whatever needs that [17:51] you have. Lastly, the automations with [17:53] the agent, which help you get rid of any [17:55] repetitive tasks that you have to do [17:57] with Claude, and just have it do it on [17:58] its own on a daily basis. Now, these are [18:00] just some of the most useful tricks for [18:02] Claude code that help you run your [18:03] business. And I think the biggest [18:05] takeaway is to not think of Claude [18:07] exactly as a coding tool, but rather a [18:10] AI teammate, like I said in the [18:11] beginning. So, simply when you're [18:12] starting to use Claude code, just give [18:13] it the right context. Ask it for a plan [18:15] for whatever you're trying to do. Talk [18:17] to it in plain English, or paste in some [18:19] screenshots. And as you test it out, [18:21] you'll learn how to get creative with [18:22] different things that it could do, and [18:24] automate your business and help you out. [18:25] So, once you understand Claude code, and [18:27] you want it to run 24/7 on its own, you [18:29] could use the hosting or VPS with the [18:31] link down below, and it'll have a [18:33] complete setup guide to make it [18:34] extremely easy for you. We make a ton of [18:36] videos about AI, business, finance, and [18:39] more. So, if you're trying to use AI to [18:40] build real things, this is the place to [18:42] be.
