## Summary

The transcript demonstrates how to use Claude Code as an AI agent for business tasks, focusing on building landing pages and automating content creation. It walks through a fictitious AI automation agency for local businesses, covering everything from setting up the project to generating ads and automating daily tasks. The core message is that Claude Code can be a non-technical user's AI teammate for business growth.

### Key Points

- **Claude Code as a Non-Coding AI Agent** [0:00] — Claude Code is presented as an AI teammate for business tasks like landing pages, internal tools, and marketing automations; no coding required.
- **How to Download and Start a Project** [0:51] — To start, download the app from claude.com, then create a new project by adding a folder and naming it for your work.
- **Importance of a Detailed Initial Prompt** [2:28] — A detailed prompt gives Claude context about your business and goals before it begins building anything.
- **Generating Business Offer and Pricing Tiers** [5:04] — Claude Code can generate a complete offer and pricing sheet. For the demo, it suggested $297, $597, and $997 monthly packages with a one-time setup fee.
- **Using Skills for Consistent Output** [6:17] — Skills are markdown files with instructions that help Claude Code follow specific design or copywriting styles. External skills like 'front-end design' can be imported from GitHub.
- **Creating Tailored Landing Pages** [8:00] — Claude Code created three landing pages: a general one, one for med spas, and one for real estate agents, each tailored with industry-specific language and design.
- **Generating Ad Prompts for Creatives** [12:01] — It generated 10 ad prompts (5 for each vertical) that can be used with GPT Image 2 to create Facebook ad visuals.
- **Automating Ad Generation Daily** [15:07] — An automation can be set to run daily, e.g., generating five new ad concepts at 9 AM. A VPS is recommended for 24/7 operation.

## Transcript

Today, I'm going to show you how to use
Claude Code as an AI agent for your
business. Now, when you hear the word
Claude Code, you immediately think about
coding, but don't worry, you don't have
to be a software engineer in order to
use it for your business. Think about
Claude Code as an AI teammate for your
business, which could help you with
landing pages, internal tools, marketing
automations, and anything that you can
do with a computer within your business.
So, whether you're a founder, creator,
freelancer, or just getting into
entrepreneurship, this can be one of the
most useful tools you can learn. So, in
this video, I'm going to take you from a
total beginner to someone who is a pro
at using Claude Code for real business
tasks. So, real quick, before we start,
the point of this is not for you to
completely copy what I'm doing, but
rather get an understanding of the
capabilities of Claude Code and see how
you can apply it to your own business.
So, for today's video, we'll be making
up a fictitious business for an AI
automation agency, and I'll be showing
you a couple ways to get that business
started. So, first thing we want to do
is download Claude Code on the Claude
website. So, I'm on a Mac, so all I have
to do is press right here, download for
Mac OS. I already have it downloaded, so
I'll be skipping this step, but if you
want to download it yourself, just go to
claude.com and look up Claude Code. Once
you downloaded the Claude desktop app,
you have this platform right here. So,
we have our regular chats on the left
side, we have our Claude Co-work in the
middle, and we have code on the right
side. Now, there are a couple ways to
use it. We have a new session button
right here. We have our routines, which
is automated tasks that we can hand off
to Claude Code, and we have a way to
customize our Claude. Now, first thing
we want to do in order to start a new
project is click this button right here,
which is add another folder. We'll click
that. Then, we'll go ahead and name our
folder whatever we want to work on. So,
for this, I'm going to show you an AI
agency demo. We'll click create, we'll
click open, and now we are working in
that folder. Now that we're in the
folder we want to work in, we have a
couple things that we can do. So, here
on the right side, we have the model
selector, and this lets you select which
model you want to use. For this video,
we'll be using Opus 4.8, and we'll start
off by giving it a simple prompt. So,
here I typed, "I'm starting an AI
automation agency for local businesses.
The business helps companies respond
faster to leads, send follow-up
messages, and stay organized. My target
customers are local service businesses
like med spas, roofers, dentists, gyms,
and real estate agents. I'm not
technical, so explain everything in
plain English. For this project, act
like my AI business partner and help me
build simple assets that could help me
launch this business. I personally am a
little bit more technical, but for the
purpose of this video, we'll just
pretend that I have no knowledge of
Claude code. We'll click enter and see
what it says. So, the purpose of sending
a prompt like this in the beginning is
to give Claude more context of what
you're actually trying to achieve. So,
before even starts building anything, it
gets an understanding of what your goal
is. So, while it's thinking and
understanding what I'm trying to
achieve, right here is where you check
your settings, language that you're
using. You can also upgrade your plans,
connect some apps and extensions. And in
the settings, you could check how much
you used of your Claude plan. So, here's
what Claude replied. When someone fills
out a form, sends an Instagram DM, or
clicks request a quote, the person is a
lead. So, that's how it works in
business. Once you have someone entering
your ecosystem, they become a lead,
which is basically a potential customer
in your pipeline. So, typically the
owner of those businesses is doing the
busy work. So, they're either doing the
Botox, putting up the actual roofs, or
spending time with the patient. The
leads that reach into their ecosystem
are probably just sitting there, and
mostly nobody replies to them. So, the
way we could solve that for them is the
AI can send a text or an email within
seconds once a lead is in the pipeline.
Ask them some common questions. Then it
could book them into a calendar or nudge
them. So, after you prompt Claude, a lot
of the times it'll ask you questions.
So, right now it's asking which niche we
want to aim for the first client. So,
let's say med spas and real estate
agents. And let's have it come up with
our offer and pricing sheet. Now, we can
also enter any of our own information
into the others section. So, right here
I'm going to say create the simplest
possible version of this business. Start
with a clean landing page for the AI
automation agency. The page should
include a clear headline, a short
explanation of the offer, three benefits
for local business owners, a simple lead
form, a call to action button, and a
short FAQ section. So, we'll click
submit and let Claude Code do its thing.
So, before creating the landing page, I
told Claude Code to focus on the offer.
So, it boils down to I make sure that
you never lose another lead to a slow
reply. The moment someone reaches out,
my system answers them in under 60
seconds, books them into your calendar,
and keeps following up until they show.
So, customers you already paid to
attract actually turn into money. So, it
came up with the name the Instant Lead
Engine, which is pretty decent. You can
obviously change it for your own
business and actually plug in the
information correctly when it comes to
the actual business you're running. And
since we're targeting both med spas and
real estate agents, obviously they both
have completely different businesses.
So, we'll actually have Claude Code
create the landing pages for each one of
them that is completely unrelated, but
it's all under our same business
umbrella. So, some of the features we're
selling: instant reply, missed call text
back, smart follow-up, auto booking, one
inbox for everything, wake up your old
leads. So, if you have a list of leads,
it can actually reach out to them. And a
simple weekly report. Now, it came up
with three tiers for the packaging. So,
we have our $297 a month, our $597 a
month, and our $997 a month package.
Now, each one of them has a one-time
setup fee, which is pretty common for
businesses like this. And the first
package has the instant text plus email
reply, the missed call text back, and
the auto booking. package also has the
smart follow-up sequences, one inbox,
waking up old leads. And the pro plan
has Google review requests and monthly
optimization calls as well. Now, this is
an entire plan of how we're actually
going to do this, but I'm sure if you
have a business in mind, you already
have an idea of what you're going to do.
You can always consult with Claude Code
in order to get a better understanding
of that business or see what it
suggests. Now, it asked me a couple
things. So, it asked me about the
pricing. So, pricing sounds good, name
also sounds good, and the waking up old
leads also sounds good. So, in order to
do the waking up old leads, so you can
actually do this for your own business
and for other businesses, but you can
set up a Cloud Code automation. And
obviously, I'm using a laptop, so if I
shut down my laptop, Cloud Code is not
going to keep running, but you can set
up a Cloud Code automation agent on a
hosting or VPS, which stays alive 24/7.
So, now let's actually have it do the
landing page. And in order to make the
landing page look a little better,
there's something called skills. So,
Cloud Code has these skills that you can
add on top of it. So, basically, a skill
is a markdown file. Don't worry about
what markdown is, it's just basically a
way to type out a file. And that file
typically has a set of instructions for
Cloud Code to follow. Now, Cloud Code
can either create scripts based on your
instruction for it, or it can use
existing skills off of the internet. So,
I'll tell it to use the front-end design
skill and the impeccable skill in order
to design it. On the bottom right right
here, we also have our effort level, so
you can either select a lower effort
level for faster replies or a higher
effort level for smarter replies. Now,
typically, I never use the lowest or the
highest, just because sometimes it tends
to overthink on the highest and gives
really bad responses on the lowest. So,
I typically use one under the highest
level possible. So, let's say for
example, Claude started working, but it
didn't recognize the skills I named. I
pretty much went online and looked up
these skills. So, the front-end design
skill and the impeccable skill, and then
I just copy-pasted the link from GitHub.
GitHub is where people store a lot of
code, and typically, these skills are on
there. And once I sent Claude the
skills, you can see right here, it says,
"You're right." It's going to now pull
the information off of these pages and
use it for our landing page. Perfect.
So, as you can see here, Claude worked
for a while and pretty much figured out
a lot of different things in order to
make our landing page. Now, as you can
see here, based on the skills that I
gave it, you could also look up any
skill that you want online. So, if you
want a skill for design or if you want a
skill for copywriting, just look up
copywriting skill for Claude, and then
you can download it and use it. So,
here's what it said about the skills.
So, both skills were in that the obvious
AI agency look, purple, indigo
gradients, etc. is exactly what screams
a robot made this. So, it went the
complete other way. It went with
different colors, different fonts, and
things like that. So, this is our
landing page for medspas, real estate,
and local service businesses. Never lose
another lead to a slow reply. The moment
someone calls, fills out a form, or
sends a DM, our system replies in under
60 seconds, answers the question, and
books them on your calendar. You stay on
the work, we make sure no lead slips
away. So, it even gave an example. So,
new lead, "Sarah, hi, do you have any
openings this week for a consultation?"
And then the AI would say, "Hi Sarah,
thanks for reaching out to Glow Medspa,"
which is an example business, "would
love to see you. Are you free Thursday
at 2:00 p.m. or Friday at 11:00 a.m.?"
And then the lead would say, "Thursday
worked," and it will automatically book
in the calendar. Then it goes on to
highlight some benefits of signing up
with the business, and gives a quick
three-step process of how it works. Then
it goes on to highlight the waking up
your old leads system. Next, it
showcases that the risk is with us, not
with you, so it takes the risk away from
whoever you're trying to sell to. And
then it created a small form where
people can insert their business and
their names and their contact
information, and then you can get their
contact sent to you. And lastly, it
added a question section, which
basically says like, "Do you I need to
be technical? How fast can it go live?
Is there a contract? What if it doesn't
work for my business? And how much does
it cost?" A last call to action button.
Now, since this is mostly for medspas,
we can actually create a version that is
also tailored specifically for the real
estate version of this. Now, because we
told it initially to act as our business
partner, it gave us the suggestion of
how we can actually host this and send a
link to whoever we're trying to sell
this to. Now, the instructions it gives
us are pretty simple, so if we want to
actually go ahead and do it, we can. I'm
not going to do it for today's video,
but you get the point. Now, let's tell
Claude to make the two different
versions. So, this one can be our
general lead page, and we can have one
that is specifically for med spas and
specifically for real estate. So, we can
say, let's say this page that you made
is our general landing page. Let's make
another version that is only specific to
med spas and another version that is
only specific to real estate agents.
Make sure to use copy that resonates
with the specific target client, and
keep everything in mind when it comes to
how the specific client would view the
page, understand it, and eventually
funnel into our lead form system. So,
again, we should have this page that you
just made, another one that's very
specific to med spas, and another one
that's very specific to real estate
agents. We'll click enter, so Claude
starts working. And now, with just a
quick recap, we have our landing page.
We're going to have two different
landing pages specifically for the
clients we're targeting. And then, the
next step in order to get people to
actually sign up is to come up with ways
to hook them into the landing page. Now,
that will be our top of funnel, which is
most likely going to be either ads or
organic videos on social media. And
there we go. Now, we have our two pages.
So, we have this one specifically for
real estate, so agent who replies first
wins the deal. The moment a Zillow,
Facebook, or website lead comes in, we
text and email them in under 60 seconds,
qualify them, and book the call even
while you're in a showing. You stop
losing buyers and sellers to whoever
answered faster. So, same style of
landing page. We have our example right
here is 142 Oak Street still available?
Could I see it this weekend? Hi,
Michael. Yes, 142 Oak Street is still
available, and I'd be glad to show it.
Are you free at Saturday at 1:00 p.m. or
Sunday at 3:00 p.m.? And are you
currently working with an agent?
Saturday at 1:00 works. And it booked
the meeting. Now, this is a similar
setup to our first landing page, but
again, this is specifically for real
estate agents, so they would understand
the language that is written here. So,
from Zillow, realtor.com, Facebook, or
your website. And this is a very much
tailored to these real estate agents.
Now, again, this one is for the med
spas, so obviously the coloring is also
a little bit more girly and fits with
the typical med spa client. As you can
see, I changed the copy to "Hi, how much
is lip filler and do you have anything
this week?" Same style of reply, just
specifically for the lip filler. And
everything within the copy is tailored
to med spas. So, now that we have our
landing pages, let's go ahead and come
up with some advertisements. So, in
order to create ads, we can either go
for videos or images. So, let's create
some static ads, so we'll say, "Come up
with five prompts for each landing
page." So, five for the med spas and
five for the real estate agents. We'll
be using the GPT image 2, which is
ChatGPT's image generator, in order to
create static ads that will be running
on Facebook. So, five ads for each one
of these services. Make sure you're
super detailed and take everything into
account that is needed in order to
capture the attention of our target
audience and get them to click on the
link. Use widely accepted sales tactics
like selling the benefit and things that
are textbook sales. And really try to
think of it from the mind of the
potential buyer and how we can get them
to click and sign up with us. Total of
10 prompts. Keep in mind, GPT image 2
has no context of anything about this
business or anything from this chat, so
make sure you fill in the context
accordingly. And when it comes to
marketing and running ads, you're going
to constantly have to iterate. So,
making new ads every day is a smart
thing to do. Now, what we could do is
set up an automation where Claude code
comes up with five prompts for our
marketing every single day. And in order
to do so, we can use the hosting or VPS,
which we have a guide to down below in
the description. But basically, it lets
you keep your AI agent running 24/7 and
you can set up automations for
repetitive tasks in order to help you
complete whatever task you're doing. And
this gets rid of the need to have a
computer turned on all the time because
their servers are always on and you can
get Claude code to send you these
messages. So now in order to create
these images for our ads, what we want
to do is go over to ChatGPT. We'll click
{slash} create image. We'll open up our
med spa HTML file. We'll click open and
then we'll copy the prompt that Claude
gave us and we'll paste it in. Now let's
see what GPT image comes up with. So
again, the purpose of this video is not
for you to do exactly what I do. It's
for you to kind of get an understanding
of what Claude code can do for you. And
by understanding all those things you
could come up with ways that you can
apply to your own business. So let's say
you're selling a video editing service
or even a plumbing service, you could
use these same tactics in order to
improve your business and let Claude
code do the work for you. So here we go.
We give it the med spa lead page and
give it the prompt that Claude code came
up for us and this is the ad that it
came up with. And honestly, it looks
pretty good. Your next client just
messaged you at 9:00 p.m. Hi, any
availability this week for lip filler?
We reply in 60 seconds so she books with
you. Get a free demo. So you can run
these ads the ads and link it to the
landing page. Once a med spa owner sees
it, they open up the landing page, read
through everything Claude wrote for us
and they could sign up with our form.
Now let's try another one for our real
estate agent's website. So we'll copy
this right here. We'll open up a new
ChatGPT instant, click {slash} images.
We'll add the real estate landing page.
We got real estate right here. Open and
we'll paste in the prompt and press
enter. Now once you have a hosting or
VPS, this is what you can do. Obviously
I'm going to set it up on my laptop just
to showcase what it can do for you, but
setting it on a VPS is actually more
recommended because my laptop obviously
turns off and on when I put it in my
backpack. So right now we'll do create
an automation for Claude code, so a loop
or a routine that at 9:00 a.m. every day
gives me five new concepts with prompts
just like you gave me for the med spa
landing page and for the real estate
landing page so we can have a ton of ads
and keep iterating on our content. Click
enter right here. And while it's
creating the automation, let's go check
out the ad that it gave us. Instant lead
engine, 21 times more likely to win a
lead when you apply in 5 minutes, not
30. It shows that it works with Zillow,
with Facebook, and your website. And it
says we answer every lead in 60 seconds
automatically. Get a free demo. And then
the real estate agent will click onto
the landing page that we created, and
they could sign up, and then we can
reach out to them and get on a sales
call or offer them our service. So now
that Cloud Code is working on it, you
can see that it said running skill slash
schedule. So Cloud Code has already
built-in skills, which is again those
markdown files that I explained earlier.
And basically it said create a daily
routine that runs at 9:00 a.m. every
day, which creates five new Facebook ad
content for our business. And there we
go, Cloud Code came up with an
automation, so we can click allow once,
and this allows it to create the
scheduled task. And there we go, we have
our automation. So as you could see,
your daily ad machine is live. Here's
the rundown. Every morning at 9:00 a.m.
it writes five brand new ad concepts
mixing the med spas and real estate with
full copy and paste GPT image two
prompts in the same style as the 10 we
made today. And then it saves them into
our desktop. Now, as you could see right
here, it runs while the Cloud app is
open. That's why you need the hosting or
VPS. And once you have this automation
set up on the VPS, you can just go and
click on the routines in Cloud, and
you'll see this daily ad concept
automation right here. Now, you can
either click run now in order to run it
instantly, or the next run is tomorrow
at 9:00 a.m. So yeah, VPS is super
helpful for this because you don't have
to keep your laptop open and the Cloud
app running all the time. You can just
have it set up in the cloud and just set
it and forget it and get the
notification every day. So now we
covered starting a business from scratch
using Cloud, creating a landing page and
specific landing pages for the types of
clients that you want. And we also
covered how to create the top of the ads
for it. So all you have to do now is
have an actual service working. So,
whatever service it is that you're
selling, and then you can have the ads
bringing in traffic. Traffic goes
through the landing page. Landing pages
helps you get calls booked, and now
you're making money. Very simple. We
also covered the skills. So, these are
again the markdown files that I
mentioned that let Claude code do very
specific things over and over again in a
specific style. So, these are sets of
instructions, and you can also just tell
Claude create a skill for creating my
ads, and then it'll create a skill that
allows it to keep the same style of ads
every single time. So, either have it
create skills on your own, or you can
look up skills for whatever needs that
you have. Lastly, the automations with
the agent, which help you get rid of any
repetitive tasks that you have to do
with Claude, and just have it do it on
its own on a daily basis. Now, these are
just some of the most useful tricks for
Claude code that help you run your
business. And I think the biggest
takeaway is to not think of Claude
exactly as a coding tool, but rather a
AI teammate, like I said in the
beginning. So, simply when you're
starting to use Claude code, just give
it the right context. Ask it for a plan
for whatever you're trying to do. Talk
to it in plain English, or paste in some
screenshots. And as you test it out,
you'll learn how to get creative with
different things that it could do, and
automate your business and help you out.
So, once you understand Claude code, and
you want it to run 24/7 on its own, you
could use the hosting or VPS with the
link down below, and it'll have a
complete setup guide to make it
extremely easy for you. We make a ton of
videos about AI, business, finance, and
more. So, if you're trying to use AI to
build real things, this is the place to
be. If you enjoyed the video, don't
forget to comment, like, and subscribe,
and let me know down below what you want
to see next, and thank you so much for
your time. See you in the next one.
