[00:01] made $1 million from this one product on our Google Ads dropshipping store, as you can see here. This store launched around the 2nd of February, and March 1st, we hit a 66k in 1 day, and we almost hit $1 million in [00:16] revenue on this store with 11,000 orders, which is absolutely insane. I'm going to explain to you how we found this product under less than 2 hours, to explain to you what's the difference between Meta and Google product [00:28] research, how to find and validate a certain niche, and which is our favorites, how to find and validate products, because of course, you want to select products that are going to make you money, and not where you have to [00:41] hope that one product becomes a winner. Then, I'm going to explain about scaling, and how to double down on what works, because this is what is going to bring you from 500 to tens of thousands a day, or even 60k per day. So, I would [00:55] say, let's dive straight into it. This product was called summer maxi dress for a woman, and this literally was one of the many products that got us on this one store to almost $1 million in 1 month. Of course, we have multiple [01:08] on multiplying revenue across multiple stores and different markets. This store was in the US, and is still running to this day. As you can see here, we validated the product based on Google Trends. I will go more deep into this, [01:21] but first of all, let's dive into what's the biggest difference between Meta and obviously, you cannot use Meta product research on Google, and not the other way around, also. On Meta, as you can [01:33] Facebook Ad Library, people are really going to push an offer into your face. For example, this store is closing, and they have to clear out their stock, uh they have to clear out their stock, uh difficult times, um hardships, after 25 [01:46] years, it's heartbreaking that they have to close their store. Like, this is not the way you should be dropshipping, you know? This is almost gray hats to dark hats. You're going to have bad reviews, your back end will be [01:59] have bad reviews, your back end will be everywhere, and it's just not ethical, already searching for your product. That's the biggest difference between On Meta, people are not looking to buy anything, and you really are pushing [02:12] they are already shopping, you know? They're looking for a dress, they're for shoes, and they're buying off your store because your product matches with something I really want you guys to understand. That's really important with [02:26] Google Ads. You are basing on demand, and not with Meta, where you're literally pushing ads in someone's face and hoping for them to buy because you have a crazy offer on your store. Google stores are way more sustainable, and [02:38] they're actually long-term businesses. Meta is just you're going to launch products, and hopefully you will get a winner one day. But with Google, you're from your store, and you will have high [02:50] profits because you will only handpick products that are in high demand, like I said. As you can see here, summer dress is in high demand in June. Currently, it's March the 3rd, and people are already buying summer dresses, you know? [03:03] we are currently here in the charts, and we can see that it's in an uptrend. In June, it will reach its highest point. So, that means the 66k day that we hit today is not even the limit yet. We can go up to 100, 200k per day, and that's [03:18] absolutely life-changing money if you also have a good back end, which we won't cover in this video, but let's dive straight into product research. How did we find this product? So, Google Trends is also going to give you similar [03:31] products. For example, here, summer dress, which is our product, but there is also woman summer dress, which our title also includes woman, so that's perfect. And maxi dress, well, that's also what it's what's in our title, you [03:44] know? Summer maxi dress woman. So, we're literally combining multiple keywords in one title. That's something really important. We're not having one title, for example, maxi dress. No, we're having woman [03:56] summer maxi dress. So, that means we're combining multiple trending keywords important that you do that also with Google. And also, focus on the upcoming seasons. Like I showed you in this chart, this chart is based off the last [04:11] 5 years. Uh for example, summer dresses. Um for example, we can see here it's always like like a curve, you know? Um here it's winter. Of course, people are [04:24] not buying um dresses in the middle of the winter. So, that's why here we reached the lowest point, which is December. And from then, it's only going up. So, that means like let's say around January, February, we should be [04:37] like that's the time when the graph is going to get up. And you can see this is repetitive because for the last 5 years, it has been doing the same over and over again. So, for us, that's a key point indicator that okay, summer dresses [04:50] reach their highest search volume in June. So, by then, for sure, I need to have them on my store. And we always try and um upload products at least 3 months up front because they need to get indexed, they need to be able to be [05:03] shown on your store and in the product feeds, and that usually takes a few weeks. So, that's why in February, we already launched summer dresses, and that's why we almost made a million last month um just from summer dresses. [05:16] Like here, you see big moment in June. So, hopefully with this same store, we will be at 100k days by June. How did we lose a lot of money? I'm also our store. We had also some winter products on the store. Why did we lose a [05:31] Because people are not looking for it's still winter or we just switched to spring, people buy their products up front. So, these products were really trendy in [05:43] November, December, October even. But after that, people are not buying that winter, people not going to buy a winter jacket because they already needed it products on our store, but they weren't really performing and we ended up [05:58] removing them from our store so our summer dresses could get more ad spend to our Google Ads every day. So, that's really important. Also, I want you guys trending and also in a good niche. That's [06:11] something we will cover in the next part, how to validate a niche. But from understand that Google is about handpicking products that are in high demand. Here, I took the example of a summer dress, but in the next part of [06:24] the video, we're going to explain to you what other products you can also be because there is so many clothing products that you can be choosing from. Uh this is just a simple example. And of course, a Google store has thousands of [06:37] products. We probably had around 300 to 500 summer dresses on there, but we also have other products which are really high-performing in demand. So, which there's a lot of sound going around about, "Oh, you should be testing pet [06:51] toys or you should be testing home decor. Supplements are selling the best. Gadgets are selling best." Trust me, the number one niche in the whole last 10 years is going to be clothing. And I can prove it to to you with this graph once [07:06] again in the Google Trends website. Google Trends is public. You can use it at any time and do your own research, you know? Here, I put all the niches within drop shipping and clearly clothing is standing out there. It's [07:18] over-performing every other niche, you know? Uh here in red, it's clothing and then the second one is pets. Well, for me, it's clear that you should be focusing on clothing. Um of course, other niches can also be profitable. [07:31] Don't get me wrong. But if you really want to maximize uh what you're getting out of your efforts in drop shipping, just focus on uh clothing. Everyone needs clothes. Every season, people are buying new clothes. Every day people are [07:43] dollar business. So, why shouldn't you be focusing on clothing? I know there is returns and refunds, but that's with every niche. Going to be the same. If you have a good back ends and you have good email flows in place, returns and [07:56] biggest problem. Your biggest problem is going to be handling how much money you will be making. Fun fact. But, now let's get to the spicy sauce. product? I like to use our good friend ChatGPT for this one and again Google [08:12] familiar if you're doing Google Ads drop shipping, Google Trends will really be your number one tool to finding winning products. I'm going to explain to you why. What we're going to do is open up ChatGPT and type in this specific [08:25] you can take a screenshot, put it in researcher for an online clothing store. So, we're telling ChatGPT, "Hey, I want as someone." You know, so ChatGPT has some context. Okay, I need to act as a [08:39] researcher for an online clothing store. The main category is clothing. I want you to give me a thousand subcategories of clothing such as maxi dresses, orthopedic shoes, summer dresses, sandals, satin blouses, [08:54] category, but also give me the subcategories. So, he's going to give you dresses and under there he's going to give you all the subcategories such as maxi dress, summer dress, boho dress, cocktail dress, and I can keep on going [09:06] Be very specific and focus on the most popular subcategories within clothing. ChatGPT will give you a thousand categories. Those thousand categories you will paste them in Google Trends and in there you will be able to see, "Okay, [09:22] what's um what like what products categories are trending in an uptrend and what ones are in a downtrend?" Down here I put a few examples. For example, winter jackets. [09:34] I'm going to get my pen out again once again. There we go. So, we see here they have a high then a low. The lowest point is in May. So, that means the start of the summer, which is [09:48] means the start of the summer, which is in May, usually is the lowest point. Why not wearing winter jackets within summer. I know it sounds really stupid about the products they're selling these days. And this is why we are so much [10:02] different from other stores because we are only putting items on our store that are are in high demand, you know. If you go to popular stores like Zara, Massimo Dutti, H&M, they're not going to be selling fur coat jackets in the middle [10:14] summer dresses, they're selling polo shirts, they're selling t-shirts, shorts, swimsuits, all of that. So, it makes sense that in May winter jackets are in way low demands, and then [10:28] around here, well, they start getting in uptrend again, you know. So, that's the moment when you should start importing them. So, after May, you should slowly start importing them so you can serve this wave. And at the highest point, you [10:41] will have Well, you will be on the top of the mountain and you will be making all of the sales from winter jackets. Another example, for example here, crew necks. We all know them, very warm, very stylish. But what happens here, you [10:53] Uptrends, downtrends, and so on. Uptrends, downtrends. And this is based off years from the last 5 years. So, I'm not inventing this, it's that's what you want to do with Google Ads dropshipping, you want to confirm if [11:08] want to take action. You don't just want to import a thousand products on your work. No, you want to validate everything. So, what we see here, the highest point for crew necks is in November. So, that [11:22] means you should start importing them around, let's say, September, August even, because that's when Let's say here is August. Well, from there is only going to go up. So, if you want to be here, well, you should already import [11:36] them, let's say, in before that, you know, so September even. Uh so, October getting a lot of searches, but in November it's going to reach its peak always going to take a few weeks for your products to appear in the Google [11:49] Shopping feed, so make sure to be early with that. Here we go, swimsuits. So, if we're looking at now, right now it's March, obviously swimsuits because what do we see? [12:03] Once again, in June it reaches its peak points. It's in an uptrend. And let's say what's before June? Well, there is May, there is April. So, let's say around April, even March, I'm [12:17] swimsuits, if you're wondering. So, even in March you can already start importing uptrend, so they're only going to get more and more popular and you want to be the first one who imports this product, so you get the leads of the whole [12:29] so you get the leads of the whole product um feeds in uh Google game. If we go here, for example, sandals, well, we see exactly the same in June should import them a few months before, so you already hop on this trend, which [12:43] is here, and you start getting sales, build momentum, so in the highest point of it. Why did I put a cross here? Because shouldn't be importing crew necks because we are located around here, [12:57] we're not going to make any money off crew necks. And same with winter jackets. Like I explained to you guys, we lost a lot of money with winter jackets because we didn't remove them from our websites, and of course, people [13:09] losing money on them. The moment we remove winter jackets, we started skyrocketing because only Google was putting the ad spend towards summer and that's what's actually in high demand. But, that's pretty much how you [13:22] get from zero to 500 or even 1K day. But, how do you reach 10K per day or even 60K per day, or 100K per day like Arch and I did last weekend, which we our free Discord? Well, it's called scaling [13:36] probably heard it already a thousand times, double down on what works, but works. I took this screenshot from the see I like to go to the section called [13:48] analytics and then products because here we can literally see, okay, impressions, the CTR, but what's more important is the products tab where we see, okay, what products are popular. Here I blurred it, but here you would [14:01] see all the product titles. So, what I was starting to see is that going to see 300,000, 400,000. This is because this is a very high-performing ad account, Google Merchant Center, but usually at the start you will look at [14:15] here. You will see that at the start of your Ads, some of your products on your store will start to get a lot of spend and number, the change percentage, will increase. For example, here it's above [14:29] 39,000. Well, that's insane increase, you know. So, that means Google is you see that you're really being profitable or Google is just simply is high demand for the products. So, that means you should be doubling down [14:44] on the products. For example, let's say here this is a summer dress, summer So, this one is summer dress and we see, okay, it has an increase of 39,000%. [14:56] Google Merchant likes this product and it's pushing a lot of ad spend towards that product. Well, simply just upload more dresses towards your store. You see that summer dresses are working because Google is [15:10] pushing them way and way more. Well, import more dresses, you know, so Google has way more of what she what he wants, you know. If you see that Apple Google, sorry. If you see that Google really likes addresses, well, give it [15:24] more dresses, you know, feed the machine, feed the algorithm what it more. So, that's pretty much what we did here, and we started seeing like here there was only dresses appearing, maybe some sandals, maybe some shoes. Well, [15:38] the next batches I imported on my store were mostly dresses, sandals, and shoes. products. I was literally double down on what was working, which were the dresses. So, I just started importing every week 50 dresses, and I kept on [15:52] started doubling the ad spend, doubling the ad spend, until we reached 66K yesterday, and even 100K day last Sunday, which is absolutely insane. So, what did does this look like? We started off with this [16:06] product, which we see saw that was getting a lot of ad spend. Well, what we did is we imported more summer maxi dresses, like here, here, here, here, dress, which is also in very high demand. Maxi dresses, as you can see [16:21] demand. Maxi dresses, as you can see here. Midi dresses. Um all these dresses are in very high demand. If you do your product research correctly, you will see that everything I mentioned makes sense, and you can also prove it. So, this is [16:33] We first validate the niche, which obviously I'm a huge fan of clothing, so I will always stay in clothing. Then, we do a little ChatGPT. We validate the products. Then, we start scaling, and then we [16:47] double down on what works. We import more of dresses, more sandals, more sweaters. Um you import whatever is working for your ad account, you know. be scaling on sweaters. I might be scaling on um [17:02] different. But, if you now really want to take things deeper, and really know because obviously this is a really basic explanation. We have a way more in-depth [17:14] course down here in the description, if you want to check it out.
