[00:02] I personally consider one of the most successful and best. Its concept is very similar to dropshipping, which we all know— selling products without needing to store or even ship them. However, the problem with traditional dropshipping is that while it doesn't [00:17] require capital or effort in logistics, delivery, or shipping, many people, upon opening their store, adding products, and launching marketing campaigns, are surprised by the lack of demand. This is due to significant problems, the most important being the [00:31] long shipping times, which can take weeks. Even before a customer places an order, they'll see that delivery takes two to three weeks. This delay discourages them from buying for extended periods. Even if they buy from you once, it's very difficult for them to repeat the purchase and [00:46] endure the same timeframe. Consequently, they'll opt for Amazon or another website to buy directly from. Furthermore, you're dependent on external suppliers. Let's say, for example, AliExpress is a Chinese supplier you may not know much about. The thing is, you're the one who's completely in it together, so he might, [01:01] stock is depleted, or anything else. You don't have much power, or let me put it this way, control over this project. And the third major problem is that the products this supplier is giving you are also giving to others on a huge scale, creating [01:16] giving to others on a huge scale, creating very strong competition in this field. But what if I told you that right now, in 2025, there's a business model that's just starting to emerge, and people are beginning to discover it? This model will completely change the rules of the game in dropshipping. [01:31] Imagine a dropshipping store with no capital, no need to store or ship goods, and ship goods, and on top of all that, the goods arrive very quickly, approximately 24 hours. This model will allow you to focus on the local market, gain customer satisfaction, increase [01:44] repeat purchases, and also increase profits. And believe me, when you learn about this method, you'll think, "Why didn't I think of this method a long time ago?" I'll explain this business model to you. Step by step, how you can start it yourself without complications or risks, and God willing, you will [01:59] succeed. At the end of the video, I will give you the most important tips that I personally fell into so you don't make my mistake and start where others left off. I call this project local dropshipping. Okay, before we delve deeper, what is local dropshipping? Let's define it simply. [02:14] Dropshipping is when you act as an intermediary between a supplier and a final customer. You display the supplier's goods in your online store and market them to your final customer. So, when the final customer places an order with you, you automatically send it to the supplier to ship it [02:31] directly to your customer. Therefore, you are like the link between the supplier and the customer. But what's the problem? Often, the problem is that these suppliers are usually from China or other countries, or companies that aren't very [02:48] flexible and don't offer much control. Consequently, there are delays in delivery and packages that aren't customized, for example. For your store, and on top of all that, the competition is often very fierce because this company or supplier specializes in dropshipping, meaning they [03:02] deal with a huge number of people. Therefore, the competition will be very intense. This is where the solution comes in: local dropshipping. With local dropshipping, instead of dealing with external suppliers in China, or a specialized dropshipping company, or anyone else, you deal with local companies and individuals in your own [03:19] city. For example, you go to a tailor shop that makes abayas and ask them how much they charge for an abaya. They say 50 riyals. Okay, agree with them and tell them you want to market your own abayas and sell them for 150 riyals. This way, you can cover your marketing costs and still make a [03:33] profit. Then you start your own store. You don't need to automatically link with this supplier or anything like that. It's very simple. You market the store and display the merchandise as if it were already in stock. As soon as you receive an order, you ship it. Manually, even via [03:47] WhatsApp, I can send him the order and tell him to prepare the goods and have the delivery person pick them up. So, it's as if I bought them wholesale and sold them retail to the final supplier, but the whole process is manual, [04:01] local, quick, and smooth. Another example: someone might deal with a honey wholesaler, for instance, and ask for the price per kilo. I don't say 50 or 100 riyals, but I want to sell it in my store for 200 riyals. I don't need to get a honey permit or deal with [04:15] import/export procedures. I simply buy from this supplier at the wholesale price and sell it as if I have a stock of honey. You can even do this with services; you don't need to do it with products. For example, I might want to offer medical insurance services. I have [04:30] private medical insurance plans for employees, families, and companies, etc. I might not be a broker or have any experience in how to create insurance, but I agree With an expert in this field who handles these permits at good prices, I tell him, "Listen, I'll give you a [04:45] wholesale price for the permit. How much does it cost you? 200 riyals. Okay, I'll sell it for, say, 400. I'll bring you your customer, and you do all the work for me." So, in a [05:02] the order arrives. No capital is needed. It's almost the same mechanism. You can start without capital if you want to invest more and grow faster. You might need some help with marketing, let me tell you, not even in the store. And thirdly, there isn't much competition. Most of these suppliers aren't [05:17] dropshipping specialists, or they don't work with a huge number of people. At most, if you happen to find one, you might find one working with someone else, but usually, they're only working for their own store, like a retail shop, for example, selling to retailers. One of the best results you can get [05:31] from this project is repeat business. The customer will buy honey from you today. He was delighted with the honey; he liked everything. The delivery was fast, and the price was good. I bought it for him wholesale. After a month or two, his honey will run out, and he'll ask you for medical insurance. After a year, [05:46] he'll ask you to renew it, or he'll ask you to make something for his son, or for steady stream of customers who buy from you. We liked this project and want to start it. What [05:58] steps can we take to begin local dropshipping? The first and most important step is choosing the right product. In my opinion, this opinion, this project requires you to research the market. You [06:12] need to see what other people are selling, what their wholesale prices are, and everything else. You might have a great project or product idea, but you can't find suitable resources, so you don't want to pursue it. You might find a suitable supplier selling a product you didn't [06:26] initially expect, but you see its price and see good demand. So, what can you do? This field is very important, so let me combine the right product with the right supplier. They need to be available together, but focus on the product being in demand in the [06:41] local market. It might be in high demand in physical stores but not available online. I'm opening an online store now, so people can buy it in-store or online. It's also preferable to have the supplier handle the delivery [06:54] if possible. Of course, this varies from product to product; some Of course, this varies from product to product; some delivers, you'll be much more comfortable, without having to use another shipping company. There are four [07:09] main points that are important in choosing a supplier: First, they must be trustworthy. Trustworthy in terms of punctuality, trustworthy in not taking customer data, and trustworthy in paying you promptly, whether you pay on delivery or you pay them directly [07:24] later. Of course, at first, you won't know if this person is trustworthy or not; you have to try them. If you have any problems, then... A week, two weeks, a month, and you feel things are going well. He's cooperative, his appointments are good, thank God, he's very good. I feel that he really hasn't made a big deal out of it. He should have a Plan B and deal with more than one supplier so you do [07:39] n't have a problem. Number two is that he should be fast in delivery or use a shipping company, but try as much as possible to delegate the entire burden to him. Let him handle all the logistics and delivery. Number three is that his prices should be reasonable, wholesale prices so you have a [07:54] profit margin and he doesn't put too much pressure on you with the price, otherwise you won't be able to sell properly or even grow significantly. Therefore, both parties must profit: you and I, the supplier and the store. Everyone must profit for this business to grow and develop significantly. [08:08] Lastly, and I see this as very important, honestly, he should be easy to deal with and communicate with. He should be someone you consider a partner, not an employee of yours and you of his. There should be smooth communication between us because I went through it and it was very tiring, honestly, when the partner or supplier is difficult to [08:24] deal with or manage. Sometimes you just do n't want to continue with them at all, even if their price is good, or if they seem reliable or something like that. If there's no understanding, no give- and-take, no smooth dealings, it will be very difficult for both parties to significantly expand this project. [08:39] So, where can you find these suppliers? You can go to Google Maps and search for perfumes, for example. Okay, type in something like "perfume wholesale" or "perfumes," and you'll find people who make perfumes, people who make incense, people who make abayas, and abaya tailors. You might [08:53] find a large number of them in your neighborhood. You can use Google Maps to inquire here, there, and everywhere. Ask around, see, and get the best prices. Compare prices. You need to have a list of at least five to ten people. Then you can choose the best one and go straight to the point. Also, try [09:07] going to wholesale markets, markets that specialize in your product, like honey markets or abaya markets. You might find a supplier there, even if they're very, very far away. In the middle of nowhere, he does n't have rent or employee costs, so the price [09:22] will be very good. You can buy the goods from him, or you can have the shipping supplier pick them up directly and ship them at the lowest possible price. The third step, after choosing the right product and supplier, is creating the online store. Of course, you don't have to create an [09:37] online store; you could create an Instagram account, even at the beginning. I've seen some people do this on sites like Haraj, marketing their goods there, dealing with calls and inquiries, and so on. Then they deal with the supplier. You can do it [09:49] this way; it will have almost no costs. But the more you invest, the faster you'll see results. So I advise you to create an online product through Salla, or you could even create a WordPress site, for example, without a payment gateway. You don't have a problem with making all payments cash [10:04] on delivery so you don't have to deal with the technical aspects too much. And that's it. You take the merchandise from the supplier. If they have pictures, great. If not, you can take it temporarily, photograph it, and return it to them immediately. Then you add it [10:18] to your store, write the description, create the design, and develop a brand identity that's different from the supplier's. This is a very important point: you shouldn't use the supplier's identity. For example, if the store name is "Khayal for Honey," okay, I won't keep it as "Khayal for Honey." I'll make it a [10:34] different brand with a name I choose. So, I'm creating my own brand and identity, completely mine, not the supplier's or the store's. If I disagree with the supplier later, I can withdraw and find another one. I might even partner with more than one supplier—one in Jeddah, one in [10:49] Riyadh, and one in Dammam. So, we wo n't be building something for them; we'll be building something for ourselves. They'll just be supplying us with the merchandise. The fourth and most important step is marketing. You have the product, you have the supplier who brings you these products, and you have... The store is still marketing to [11:05] your potential customer, so the first thing you need to know is who your potential customer is. Are they children, women, students, or employees? Know who your potential customer is and where they are actually present. Are they on Google, [11:17] social media, Instagram, or maybe TikTok? This is so you can reach them with your product. Of course, there are many deep and varied marketing methods, but let me summarize them in three main points. First, improve the store's marketing. Try to make your store more appealing to [11:33] people to buy from. Try adding complete payment methods. Try adding, for example, an attractive design, store features, product descriptions, and product images. Make your store ready so that if a person enters, they are more likely to leave without buying. This is the first step we take before we run ads, [11:49] before we bring visitors to our store. We organize and structure our store marketing-wise to increase the conversion rate. Tomorrow, the 10,000 I spend will not bring me 3,000, but God willing, it will bring me 500,000 because I optimized the store. This is a one-time investment that will benefit me greatly. The second thing is [12:05] free marketing. You have content marketing or Google search engine marketing. We need to work on both. With content, we'll post content on social media, talking about the product's features, creating videos like memes or reels, or anything else. I have to do [12:19] free content marketing and build social media accounts. On the other hand, I also have to improve my free Google search engine ranking to gain free traffic and keep that number growing. The third and final type is [12:35] paid marketing. If you want quick results, you can run an ad today and expect sales today, God willing. You have to do paid marketing. It's difficult to rely on free marketing and want quick results. You can do free marketing; you can start, as we said, without [12:49] capital, but the more you spend, the more you invest, the faster you'll get results. So, paid marketing has two main types: social media marketing or Google search. You have to know where people are searching for your product—on [13:03] Google or social media? Media means, for example, the abaya product. The word "abayas" is searched for on Google approximately a million times a month. Therefore, I know that this field has a huge amount of search volume on Google, so I must allocate a budget for Google. Another product, for example, might not [13:19] have such a high search volume. The same applies to medical insurance. You'll likely find a lot of searches on Google, and someone looking for insurance won't search on Instagram or TikTok; they'll search on Google. The same applies to other products, such as abayas and honey. You can [13:32] also market them through social media and test different approaches. After we market our product, God willing, from day one, if we work correctly, we will get sales, God willing. How can we do the whole process and manage orders completely? First, receive the [13:47] order from the customer. Take the complete order details: what is the price? Is it prepaid or cash on delivery? What product do they want? How many? When will they deliver? Take their location and all the details. Make sure you are the one who communicates with your customers; do n't leave it to them. The supplier is [14:01] directly involved. After you receive the order details from the customer, you can send them to the supplier. This can be done via WhatsApp or through an app or something similar. Don't complicate things at the beginning; just use WhatsApp. Send them a specific form or template indicating that there's a [14:13] new order, including the order details and location. If the same supplier isn't handling the shipping themselves, same supplier isn't handling the shipping themselves, on the order. This label will then be ready to be used by the shipping company that will receive the order. You'll then [14:27] follow up with the supplier or shipping company to confirm that the shipment has been dispatched. shipment has been dispatched. receive it, you'll send them a message confirming that their order has arrived successfully. You can also leave a review of the [14:41] product on our online store and confirm that the order has been paid for. If it's a cash- on-delivery option, you'll need to confirm that the payment has been made to the shipping company or supplier. Record it in your accounting book so you and the supplier can settle accounts later. Let me share some [14:54] key tips that I'd use if I started now, so you don't make the same mistakes I did or have to start from scratch. First, if you want quick sales, focus on Google Ads. Google is a search platform. If you're selling, for example, honey and target the keyword "honey" on [15:09] Google, anyone who types "I want to buy honey" or "I want honey" will be competing for visibility. This will attract people with the intention to buy, resulting in faster sales than other social media platforms. Social media has its problems, or maybe not, but it requires some time. It's essential for [15:23] building brand awareness, building followers, and creating content on your account. After that, you might gain more, God willing. But Google is the fastest in terms of results. Second, try to keep communication between you and the supplier very smooth. Make the situation [15:38] transparent and friendly. Don't try to create a competition between you, or for each of you to be in a competitive situation. He's pressuring you, and I don't know what else. Believe me, you won't find peace this way. You'll receive an order, send it to me, and three things are crucial. The supplier must be trustworthy and not take your customers' data, especially if the supplier is the one [15:54] brand, your name, your business identity. Don't give it to anyone. Then, what if, after a month or two, they get all your customers' numbers and send them private messages? Listen, how much did you pay for the honey? 200 riyals? I'll give it to you for 180 or 150. [16:07] Of course, you won't know at first, but try it little by little, God willing, you'll start to see the difference more clearly. And number four, focus on customer satisfaction. Repeat purchases will be one of the most important things you need to focus on. You might bring in a customer at a [16:21] loss the first time, no problem. The customer might cost you 50 riyals, and your profit from them might be 20 or 30 riyals, no problem. But you know, God willing, that this customer will order from you again and again and again. Fourthly, if the service was good and the quality was excellent, after six [16:34] months or a year you'll get a lot of orders coming through the website and WhatsApp without advertising. This is because people have already shared your number with their friends, and so on. Consequently, a community has formed in your local market. One thing that [16:48] will help in this process is to automate WhatsApp. As soon as the order arrives, send the customer an automated message asking for their feedback on the product. You can also set a reminder after 30 days if your product isn't sold out within that time. After 30 days, you can contact them and say, " [17:01] Okay, we have a discount code. Would you like to order again?" or something similar. Get into this mindset of building relationships with your customers. Chat with them, post updates on your WhatsApp status so they can see your status, contact you, and place orders. Finally, try to analyze your competitors, especially those who don't [17:17] deal with a supplier and sell directly. Okay, how do they do it? They could import the goods from China. The cost could be half of what I'm charging, so I could switch. Okay, I have no problem with that. If I've tested this product and it's successful and people like it, then I can import it [17:29] from China. I don't want to pay the supplier anything. I want to keep all the profits for myself. I could hire someone to handle the operations, larger market share. The profitability will increase significantly. If you're ready to start today and want to watch this [17:44] video, I'll put it here so you can learn how to develop an online profit mindset and how to build wealth from these digital assets.
