I eat the same thing pretty much every day and I've done it for the past 10 years why for me it's easier and healthier instead of stressing out over what to cook I put my meals on autopilot protein veggies rice repeat it's not fancy but it saves me time cuts decision fatigue and makes eating healthy effortless all right so today for breakfast I am going to be eating some chicken some green beans couple eggs and a green smoothie plus I never have to wander the grocery store like I'm lost in a corn maze some people live for variety I get that my wife's like that but I'd rather spend my energy on things that matter more to me like my work my fitness and my family is it boring maybe but it works for me
