[00:26] We've been hearing rumors about a foldable iPhone for almost a decade now, and in that time, basically every other major smartphone manufacturer has ventured into that space. This morning, Apple finally unveiled the iPhone Duo. Folded, it's roughly the size of a
[00:39] passport with a 5.4-inch display. You unfold that, it is 7.6 inches opened up, and it offers a totally new aspect ratio. It'll take advantage of the increased screen real estate by being the first iPhone to run multiple apps at once. The whole UI has been rearranged to accommodate the
[00:54] new form factor, and it'll switch dynamically depending on how it's being held or folded. Unfolded, it is the thinnest iPhone to date, just over 5mm thick, and the screen has a nano-texture finish that aims to mitigate any creasing along the fold, though how that
[01:07] stands up to regular wear remains to be seen It only got two camera lenses compared to the three on the regular iPhone Pro models but it seems like the extra screens and foldable nature should make for some interesting new ways of taking photos
[01:19] Obviously this thing isn't cheap. The 256 gig base model will set you back about two grand. There's some sticker shock there but it's actually a hundred bucks cheaper than Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra. Of course if you want the highest
[01:31] end version of the duo the two terabyte version is a whopping $3,199 US. Pre-orders start October 16th ahead of an October 23rd release date and the duo was just the biggest reveal out of Apple stream this morning but a bunch of other stuff

For reasons I don't fully understand Sony is experimenting with making these available in some territories on staggered dates but
[01:59] others they all drop at once which makes this unnecessarily confusing to explain to you in a video but basically here's when stuff is dropping in the US and the Starting today, Date Everything hits PS5, which is the bizarro visual novel about romancing
[02:12] anthropomorphic household objects. On the 15th, there is the open-world survival game RuneScape Dragon Wilds the muscle roughhousing simulator WWE 2K26 Mega Man X Command Mission a turn RPG spin on the Blue Bomber and Metro Redux the remastered version of the post survival horror FPS Those last two are on PS4 as well as PS5
[02:33] On September 22nd, if you have an addictive personality, steer clear of Ball Pit at all costs, because the roguelike brick-out city-builder will absolutely hook you. It happened to me, and it can happen to you. It's a really fun game. If you want to kick off spooky season a little bit early, there's Slitterhead, which is from the director of the original Silent Hill, and it looks pretty weird.
[02:50] The former is PS5 exclusive, and the latter is cross-gen. On the 29th, you've got your pick of Ninja Gaiden Ragebound, the fresh spin on the classic platformer from the team behind Blasphemous. There's Dungeons of Hinterberg, a chill RPG that's about backpacking,
[03:04] but also exploring dungeons. And of course, Sniper Elite Resistance, which will let you shoot Nazis right in their unmentionables in gruesome slow motion. Those last three are all on PS4 and PS5. Now, bear in mind, those dates are for subscribers in the US, UK, and Japan.
[03:18] If you live anywhere else, I believe you can play all those games on the 15th, but double check your local listings to make sure. Why is it like this? I don't know. It makes almost as little sense to me as this next story. An officially licensed IKEA mod is now available in Skyrim and I got to admit they really went all out One of the Swedish furniture companies most iconic shelving units will now be an in companion known as Kallax Storageborn It being voiced by Matt Berry of What We Do in the Shadows
[03:45] fame, and you can summon it with a new dragon shout, which I sh** you not, is IKEA. But wait, it gets better. There are two IKEA-centric dungeons where players will have to face off against a clutter golem. There are also some new items, including a Dwemer Allen key weapon,
[04:00] a meatball helmet, and consumable meatball food items. Honestly, considering Skyrim's vaguely Scandinavian setting and how much of the game hinges on inventory management, having a talking storage unit around to help carry all your extra crap
[04:12] makes way more sense than it should. That's available now for free through Bethesda Game Studios' in-game creations menu. Ah, you're finally awake. Jubilation!
