the series got overlooked at first because it didn't seem to be anything too special. A medieval world of gods and demons has always been a tried and tested trend, but the fact that it's a tie-in to a game might have raised some
red flags to someone back in 2014. I mean, I love the Wick Cross anime and most card game shows, but let's face it, most tie-in series just don't break a tied to a big franchise from the get- go. However, the ever escalating stakes,
the brilliant characters, and the nice art and world design completely surpass my expectations. Rage of Bahamut Genesis might seem like your typical high fantasy, but it's one show that will surely catch anyone's low expectations

protecting Chagum. Together, the two go on a journey across a great land that has obvious influences owning to Indochina. Sounds familiar? Well, it should do. In spite of the seemingly standard premise, Moribito more than
and character development. The art's also an extremely strong suit with pallets resembling those you'd often see in theatrical productions. If you enjoy stuff like Sword of the Stranger or Ruroni Kenshin, Moriito might be to your

straightforward storytelling of Fate and the Ila shows. In the first place, watching the movie straight up would leave some viewers confused because the order. That's to say that the beauty of Garden of Sinn strongly lies in its
rewatch potential. The movie series is quite philosophical, and the cryptic dialogue that requires multiple watches and some deep thinking might take a while to get used to. Get over those hurdles and you'll find yourself in a

kingdom. Her request to reclaim the throne won't be easy, but it will certainly be a dramatic and grand eye opener. In a vacuum, I don't think the underappreciated. It does have a fan base and was quite a niche hit back in
2014, but you got to remember that 2014 was also the year of your lie in April, Parasite, Tokyo Ghoul, Nissoy, and No Game No Life. However, I certainly didn't see a lot of people talking about Yona relative to what I actually think
it deserves. Visually stunning with an extremely engaging plot, Akansky No Yona, in my opinion, is one of the benchmark action shojo shows of that decade that everyone deserves to at least sit down and take a look at.

Grand Blues, a comedy series starring Iori Kitahara and his new life after moving into the coastal [music] town of Izu. Living in Grand Blue, his uncle's unfortunate fact that the shop is in fact being used as a base of operations

differentiates itself from most of its peers in the genre by featuring college students. College is generally the time of discovery where people go hard either in partying, studying, or other ways. I think that Grand Blue did a good job
both a carefree time and a time where the realities of life. With its shenanigans, it's not too hard to spend your time laughing yourself dry while watching this series. I did recall some
airs, but if you're in the same season as an Attack on Titan season and an Overlord season, it kind of gets hard to stand out.

This series managed to fly under the radar despite the interesting premise. Perhaps it was maybe a lack of hype. Perhaps it was because 2017 had a lot of good anime. Or maybe because it was a CGI anime. Look, I know how people feel
about CGI anime, but I really truly feel this anime showed us that CGI anime can actually look really amazing if it's done right. Whatever the reason, Land of the Lustrous deserves a lot more love for being an enjoyable show about change
for being an enjoyable show about change and self-discovery. Let me introduce to you King's Avatar. It's easy to see why King's Avatar can be considered an underappreciated show. First of all, by the time it came out,
feels it's kind of harder to stand out now as an upandcomer in the genre. The second thing is it's a Chinese anime and I can't help but think that is partially with the more casual side of the fan base. Now that's a shame as well because
I think that King's Avatar is an anime that separates itself from the lot by used to the million people getting trapped in video game shows or them playing casual adventures with friends such as the case of Neto Noyome or
Bofury which I consider premisecentric. In King's Avatar, the characters, specifically our protagonist, Yu, are the centerpiece, and they undergo grown to love, but on slightly different beats. Let me make it clear that this is
not completely an esports anime. However, it does tell a good story about our main character, a powerful [music] glory player forced into retirement through politics to genuinely growing and loving the game once more. If you
anime, you should definitely give this one a shot. the midpoint of the decade, Arjin. Years past, the titular Arjun or demihumans
fatal injuries and not die, they're considered a huge boon for research all over the world. Now, what happens when those monsters strike back? That's the basic premise of this thriller starring Kane Nagai, who finds his world turned

first read the premise, I somehow got reminded of Tokyo Ghoul or Parasite. All direction, but it's nonetheless a good watching experience. It does raise some questions about what constitutes a human and does feature one of the better

Next, we have Vicros. I think that a lot of us have grown up around card game the 20s like I am, you might have remembered your elementary years with Yu-Gi-Oh. On the other hand, the younger ones might associate card game anime

between seasons, but they all follow one generally streamlined narrative. I also protagonist who still gets to interact with familiar faces from the previous seasons, giving the whole thing a sense of continuity. licensing and possibly

Paranoia Agent Musashino finds itself terrorized by a being called Shonen Bat. With his signature baseball bat, he makes his move at night and beats people down. As Shonen Bat claims more victims, detectives begin to investigate the
case. What seems to be a typical detective story takes a huge turn into the surreal just like the typical Satoshi works. Paranoia Agent is really it plays with our perceptions. There's nothing more capable of conjuring the
scariest things behind our own mind as they say and this show is a testament to resume, I'm not surprised to find Paranoia Agent being overshadowed by some of his bigger works. Nonetheless, a number of people find Paranoia Agent an
amazing anime, and its relative lack of popularity just doesn't do it justice. The show is genius, and you should definitely try it out.
