## Summary

This video follows a car buyer as he negotiates the purchase of a Toyota Corolla Hybrid at a dealership, recording the entire sales process. It highlights the negotiation tactics, the haggling over price, and the handling of add-on products like undercoating. The video aims to share the experience and educate viewers on the car-buying process.

### Key Points

- **Creator's Motivation** [00:00] — The creator records his car-buying conversation after his previous vehicle was totaled, aiming to share the experience for educational purposes.
- **Initial Negotiation Start** [01:08] — The salesperson begins by asking about leasing vs. buying and down payment preferences, trying to gauge customer flexibility.
- **First Price Offer** [07:24] — The salesperson offers a Corolla Hybrid at $28,980 out the door. The buyer counters with a firm $25,000 out the door.
- **Buyer's Financing Strategy** [09:26] — The buyer reveals he has a $5,000 cashier's check and a $20,000 pre-approval, but offers to use dealer financing if the price hits $25,000.
- **Dealer Counteroffer** [10:48] — The sales manager gets involved. The dealer counters at $25,500, but the buyer holds firm at $25,000.
- **Final Agreement** [17:56] — The dealer eventually agrees to $25,000 out the door in exchange for the buyer using their financing.
- **Add-On Pitch Begins** [20:41] — The delivery coordinator pitches various add-ons: undercoating (lifetime), paint protection (ceramic coating), interior treatment, and windshield coating.
- **Add-On Negotiation** [26:31] — The buyer initially passes on undercoating but negotiates it down from a higher price to $450 out of pocket.
- **Final Paperwork** [34:13] — The buyer discovers an unexpected DMV fee ($94) not included in the $25,500 agreed price, but pays it to complete the deal. The purchase is finalized.

### Conclusion

The video shows that persistent negotiation and walking away can help secure a better car price, even when facing aggressive dealer add-on pitches and hidden fees.

## Transcript

Last year I bought a new car from the dealership and I recorded my conversation with the sale people to prove to my friends and family that I was not a pushover. They liked the video so much that I decided to put it on YouTube where it went viral.
I was blown away by the success and I was happy with everything until 8 months later when my vehicle got side swiped while parked on the street resulting in a total loss. In need of a new vehicle I decided to go ahead and record my conversation the second time around as well.
around as well please enjoy this video but keep in mind this video is not to bump on the salespeople or on Toyota or dealerships in general this is just to share my experience hopefully so that other people can enjoy it and learn from
it and that's all I have to say about that the thumbnail is of a random Toyota dealership do not try and identify it and without further ado please enjoy the video
Yes, one of the Corolla Hybrids. Corolla, okay. The fifth lease is the one with the dinghy and 8777. Is leasing off? I'm open to it.
Open to it? Okay. And did you plan on using a cash investment? Are you going to put down tax fees or are you willing to be like 20% of the car, 10% of the car, 0% of the zero down?
Are you talking about for the leasing? I'm just going to pass down right here. I'm open to it. Open to it, okay. Where would you be, like, I have three options.
One of them is the numbers and I have three options. Three blocks. Okay, so we're going to go one, two, three. Or we could go five, ten, fifteen. Oh, let's go down. That's close now.
Can we do, like, what would be the, Like what would be the, probably the least amount you want to put down, what would be the most that you could, and I just kind of showed you what the payments would be at that point.
Um, let's see what it looked like with, can you do...
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Yeah, this one came with the rubber floor mat. Where do people usually stay?
So we're going to go out here and take a right and we're going to get onto the highway. We'll take the byway for a little bit and then we'll take the 2-5. So how long have you been doing car sales for? I've been doing car sales close to four years.
I've been at Toyo, I started at Toyo in December. So I've been doing Toyo that long. Yeah. I did for about, yeah, three years or something. What do you do?
I do... Yeah, okay, sorry. Okay. Nice. Hey, that's actually a good job. I had a guy come in last month.
Where you at? Where you at? Okay, so he was at He was at He took a walk He was way nice
and he was like he was just saying good work That's not a lot of cars that I own so But you're told you're older not a lot of guys are that bad
I mean I'm wearing I'm wearing tennis shoes today I'm glad, but, you know, I mean, I don't want to go up there and fucking fuck with you. I could never do that. If I could, I would just go out and do it.
I would just go out and do it. But, you know, guys are so cool, but where do you add up? I'm not going to lie, I'm just going to go out and do it.
Yeah, you're like, you're just going to go out and do it. I mean, that's my thing is like, a lot of customers in this area. They're obviously, I can't be dressed like a bum. I mean we got guys that have some sort of, you know, knowledge of money and how to spend it.
You know what I mean? I'm talking about things with neighbors, you know what I mean? I mean, once you're on a taxi you start to search. You know what I'm talking about? You can start a business.
You can start a business, you know what I mean? How do you like it? I like it, it's very smooth.
We've got the digital on now. You have a blink ring. Almost nobody ever drives that out on their car.
Tomorrow you want to drive with a six-speed? Nah, I'll figure it out. Hey! So, uh, where you driving now? Oh, that's a lie, I'm not helping right now.
Is it the road? Um... I don't think I told you. Oh. No, you're good. You're good, you're good. We'll probably walk the... oh my god. Oh yeah, it was right here, so we're good. Could we find a perfect car?
I think we may have. Could we have? We're going to have numbers. Have all the pictures you were looking for? Yeah. I mostly like the lane tracing. Yeah, that's what I was going for. You already got a 24-3 deployment?
Yeah, so... They got totaled, and, uh... They probably have a reliable one, but I would like to get another one. Yeah, yeah.
I understand. Yeah. Alright, dude. Great game. All right, so I just came online for 25 through the 59.
Morning package, yeah, I don't know, I've been in full. Balance out the door, 28, 980, or 960. 50 months, you're looking with two down, 626.
At the highest amount, now you're looking at about 556. Uh, and if you want to shorten down those terms, that's what I'm doing. So, can I win your business today? Um, yes, on one condition.
What is that? The condition is, if we can make the Algebra price $25,000. $25,000. That's what tax title is inside. That's not possible.
It's $25,000. But I will buy it. Yeah, anybody would. Yeah, why wouldn't you? No worries, but we can't do it.
Let me, uh... Let me look at this real quick. No problem. Oh, good one, my dear. Thanks. I don't buy it.
I don't want to buy it. I'm at $20,000. You want to finance with me? Or you can go to your bank and grab a check If we finance would you do the 25 I gotta do that There a lot more likely though if you finance with me that I can do it Because it not that kind of chart cost you anymore
but I get a little bit of a cutback on the bank, so I can make up a little bit of what I need. Yeah, if you make it $25,000 out the door, I will finance the $25,000. I mean, is this a payment thing, or do you have a check for $25,000 somewhere?
I mean, so I have a bank check. I have a cashier check for $5,000. Okay. Payable for this dealership. Okay. I also have a $20,000 pre-approval like, big fast.
Okay. For an auto launch. But, So, are you worried about it going to improve? Hmm? Are you worried about it just going to improve? Is it, I mean, if I drop it to $25,000 and the payment
still doesn't work for you, then we're in the check. The, the payment, I'll take whatever payment it is. Okay. If it's $25,000. Okay. So, you just want to use your $25,000 to get a I have a tech work, but I'll use your financing if that's what it takes.
Okay. Either way, it's a sale. Yeah. If it helps, you can just put the rubber mask out. I don't know if that makes a difference, but...
No, it does almost fit. I mean, if I was at, like, 25... No. And for me to take the deal right now, it'd have to be 25. If not, I mean, I'll take a quarter twenty-six, but I would be checking out other dealers before I would accept it.
I'm probably going to have to remove the in-package. That's fine. That's fine. We'll just have to roll it up. Now, that's for whoever's going to do it.
I mean, we're still going to try to do some best ratings. I hope you don't mind. Yeah, that's fine. Oh, where am I? Where am I?
There might be one drop of white out. I'm out of here. Hello, how are you? I'm doing good. How are you doing? Good. Good.
I'm looking forward to your interview. Can you tell me where you want to be? Yes. So, you want to pay for your taxes outright? No, I want that included in the 25.
All right. So, tell me, how do we get there? Where do you get that number from? If we get there, we will have to be under, we will be under the cost of it. I mean, MSRP on the Toyota website is around like $25,380.
I understand invoice price is going to be obviously less than MSRP. Even an invoice on this car, I can show you an invoice on this car is about $24, I think $5. I can fool you. I'll pay you everything.
Well, I don't need to do the invoice. I mean, if you can't do $25, I understand. I get it. I'm just gonna check out other dealers. I'll take your next best quote, but I'm not gonna buy the car. Let me ask you. With your pre-approval, who's your win?
Um, so I got the pre-approval to... I got that. What's your R.O.R. rate? Uh, I'd rather not discuss that. Yeah. I mean, if you can make it $25,000, I will use your financing, regardless of what the rate is.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying. But I want to see what rate you're going to be on. People will be there to do the realtor's application on it. Even if I'm not saving money, I will finance with you if it makes it to $25,000 or more.
I will run my credit and do the application. So you're still financed with it? Yeah. Where do I have to put this application? uh at that point I still I still help you to find it uh you're talking about
going above 25 so right here so you're at 25 uh-huh we're at 20 29 Excuse me, I'm going to go with a little shorter than that.
Uh... It's not like 27 or something. So you call it 27 even? Uh, no. It would have to be 25.
Um, I mean, if you want to give me like an order, a buyer's order, or a proposal for your next batch of offer under the one, offer under them i will take that into consideration um but i've got to check out other dealers that
would be able to take an offer first so you but you also care to buy a car yes but it got to be 25 yes um if you can't do that i'll come back after checking around other dealers and seeing
who has the best price so the only thing about the dealers anybody can be the price by 100 off so they don't have to car it's something that's going to be the other thing.
That's fine. I have them here for right now. It's not a hurry, it's a want. It's not a need. Yeah. If you can't go to 26, I can make that happen. I'm about to say, even at the invoice, I can't use all your taxes, but I can use some of it. So I got this number six today, you will take it.
I would have to go to the other dealership. Even at 26? Yeah. I have the means of paying $25 right now. And I get it. $25 is good. $25 is amazing. That's fantastic.
It's amazing. I told him that $25 out the door today. If he were anything under that, I would have to call and get approval from our boss. But, like, anything back, because it's still, like, just come out good, man. For every SRP, I have to go over to him.
So, $26, I'm able to make that call on my own and basically have you, and finance you, have you apply. No, I understand. Like I said, I know that is a good deal. I do know that. But for me to buy the car, it has to be $25,000. Otherwise, I'll take the $26,000 offer and I will consider it, but I'd have to see what all the other dealerships will offer first.
Alright. Sure. I'm positive. So, I'll go back to you and I'll get that $26,000. I'll go to a taxi and see if he's driving off everything. It would have to be $25,000 for that.
$25,000? Yeah, and if that can't be done, I understand. I'll go check out other places. Yeah, what about a cheaper car? It would have to be this one specifically. Now granted, not necessarily the same color, but Polar Hybrid are we new.
Polar Hybrid are we? Yeah, that's the only thing that's the better for Polar Hybrid are we. Yep. Let me see if I have, do we have a cheaper one? I think that might be one Polar Hybrid. Let me see.
Let me see if I got a major or two-by. Yeah, I'm open to see what you're able to do. Let me check, though. Absolutely. Well, I'm not worried about shopping now. Nobody else has one.
They got some instruments. The booker is 20. There's no way. Yeah, I'm not looking at that. I see. I don't know. There's not anything. They got something to go through. Yeah. All right.
I'll make you a call. Yeah. Okay, man. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Can I know what the offer is? You want to shake my hand? I don't want no hard cash. That's not my style.
What do you have? $25,500. $25,500, you can find that stuff. You're going to pay that cost. Most people want to be wrapped up in everything. Okay, for $25,500, here's what I'll do.
For $25,500, that's pretty good. I'll use my own check, and I'll do $500 on the credit card. but for your financing it won't be $25 so
come on that's what I have financed so I I can pay you and let me do it it's like I said yeah I don't I don't want to go and do things for free but like I can show you
the best I can do and if you're sure then you say okay cool so if it doesn't you're sure you can pay if you don't I can pay you I still don't got money business let me just tell you my best work I can do
I mean, sure, I'll let you, I'll take the, you tell me the best rate you can do, but that's not paying my conditions. But we'll be doing it either way, though. We'll do the rate even 50-50, I'll be doing it.
Yeah, or maybe I do the $500 credit card, but it's my own side of the coin. And I actually have, like, the terms of my loan in my car.
Do you mind if I go grab that? Yeah, grab it. But again, like I told him. It would only be for 25 that I would use the financing. How do I double the amount?
So, are these the rates you were able to... I can give you $6.95. Okay, that's $5.79.
Yeah, so I'll do the $25,500 for $500, or I will still take your financing if it even though it higher I can just refinance it So you should give me this If I using my own financing
Yeah. Let me see. Give me a second. Sure. I have a few. So, you have to stick with your financing. But man, you like to take the risk. Can't do that for a man.
So we can take the risk. Wait. You do take the financing. Okay, okay. So $25,000. We'll use refinance and we'll get Charlie back. So they decided to let him work at the end.
Okay, okay. We still got to keep playing though, man. I mean, we're going to be in front of the club. We might not have a job on Monday, so we might be calling you, man.
Okay, I'll say, like, they got great customer service. You can really use them on our team. They're working people. Thank you. Thank you.
What do you say? TikToks!
I won't be making a TikTok. TikToks. Okay. I will. I will.
You've earned it. I owe you that much. Really? Yeah. If you got four, you might as well have gotten the one. Because it doesn't matter.
I'll give you a five. Next up, Tiny. Oh, great. I'm gonna stay right there. Okay, I love it. Still still have to pack some stuff up, get the plates ready, stuff like that.
Okay. Estimate 15-20 minutes. Okay. Hello. Fantastic. How are you? Good, good. Good. My name is Anna.
I'm our delivery coordinator. Mm-hmm. And you're buying a car. So congratulations. Thank you. Is this your first Toyota? Uh, no. Okay. Nice. First car with us? Yeah. Nice. Nice. All right. So a few things go with you just real quick, okay?
Sure. First, that's your investment. Uh-huh. I'm sure you've been keeping it for a while. Yes. Bump some wood. All right. So I'm going to get into your space here real quick if you don't mind. Not at all. All right. So I'm going to start with the most important one, in my opinion, is the undercoat, okay?
What we do is we spray that whole underbody to protect it from any rough incinerations. Also going to help seal it in for you to add some more color. As you can see, it's meant to last a lifetime, and it does add value to the car.
Here's Google on your close back, okay? Quick question about this. Go for it. So with the undercoat, does that, do I still, after the undercoat, get the two of the cloth bills underneath as well or just one or the other?
No, just get all of it. Okay. Just get the whole shebang. Yep, yep. So we'll treat, obviously everything needs to be treated right there. Also, in the coastal area, and here lately it's snowed so much and it's called the road. Yeah. So I'm sure you're aware of how bad that could be on the underbody.
Okay. So that's one option. Okay. This next option could be your paint protection. So the good part is we use ceramic coating. So it's kind of a shell for your paint. It's going to protect that paint from pretty much everything that you can get, right?
Yeah. So you get bird droppings, tree sap, acid rain, if your paint ever glows, loxemore moss, and that little rock for doing. A good part too, this will come with a seven year warrant so if anything ever happens,
you roll it into us while we fix your paint, I told you in a rental car, we'll give you free of cost, you need. And this warrant you will transfer if one day you need to sell the car, alright? Nice. Yeah.
Does that also include micro scratches? Like, because if you know, like you see it in the light, micro scratches, I'm coming in every month to like get those buffed out for the whole car. Is that realistic or is that not really what this is for?
So, the good part with ceramic coating is I put it like this. It's kind of like nail polish. I know it sounds so funny, but you have regular nail polish and then you have the gel nail polish.
So it's meant to protect the car, so to protect the paint and mess it up, it has to go through so many layers of the ceramic coating. So in theory, it's going to reduce those swirls and scratches. Okay, okay.
Yeah, I hope that clarifies it for you. It does clarify it. Okay, okay. Alright, so, and then again too, it will transfer if you sell the car. So that's drill part two. Okay. So when you do come in for service, and I hope it clarifies it for you as well, we're
going to check the vehicle over. pull over so we got five thousand for your tire rotation and then ten thousand for the oil change so when you bring it in if you like all this sounds good we will inspect it and this and everything else make sure everything's going good if it is not we will address it at the time when
we bring it in okay okay cool so this next one is going to be your interior treatment so what we do with this is treat all those pieces of protective seats from filled and stains okay so you can take
in here and it's off the base because you're more than Starbucks and you can drop it on the seat okay so reverse it soak it into that suit it beefs up on the top layer of the material you take your napkin with it right off the seat okay the good part too this warranty part was ripped
and punctured as well so just for example I have a lady telling me her little dog got in the back seat and ended up puncturing the seat with a spanner now we had to end up replacing that whole seat so um again it comes with a seven-year warranty same thing that rental car be free across the
you and it will transfer so if we can't fix the seat we're going to replace it okay all right the last one is for the windshield it's called critical fusion now this is going to be a one-time
treatment and it's good for five years okay so it's going to help visibility like scoring lanes to be more active it's going to reduce that night while you're having that windshield when you drive at night makes it easier for foster in the morning time so there's no one
Here's an example for you. You have your unsheathe windshield and then once you cheat it, you see that visibility gets so much better. It's kind of comparable to ceramic coating your windshield if you will. Yeah. And some people are like, oh it's like
rain ice and I'm like, no not quite. It's like very much like steroids, okay? Yeah. Rain ice has to keep applying. This is a one time thing. It's a part. Is it cloth or leather in your new car? It will be cloth. Okay. So here's an example of your interior treatment.
So the untreated seed has a spill again, just soaks in, and then again once we treat it, it just feeds up on that top layer. And then a good example of once you've shown them to coat it, we have before and after. The good part too, once you've shown them to coat a vehicle, you never have to wrap it as well.
If people want to show them to coat them so much, all you're doing is perfect dirty. Literally, it's because your garden hose, right? All the dirt just feeds up on the small dirt off. Now, if I were to take you to a car wash, you know how they slap it with their scrub stuff?
Don't do it. That will damage the paint. Okay. My desk, two cents for that. If you get to the car wash, which has the brushless one, so just have, like, the water and stuff like that and the soap.
Yeah. If you do go to a car wash, use, like, Auto Bell, because they use, like, the microfiber cloth, and it won't damage the paint. Okay, okay. So that's a good question. Yeah. All right. So the last part is going to be our pricing menu.
Okay. So if you're, like, keeping a car, I think everything sounds good. You can choose three of the products, any two, or just one. Now, most customers put it into the sign-in tab, so there's no money on front.
Or, of course, you could be like, I don't want to put it on my credit card or whatever. Yeah. You tell me what you're thinking. Let's play it back out with Recap. I will probably, the one I'm most interested in is the undercoding and the sound shield.
Okay. That's the main one. Do you have to say anything at all? You know what I mean? Yeah. Now we are running a special, so get some food for thought under two of the forgiveness categories. For 500 bucks more, we could do the paint, and then throw in the interior for free, and
then of course do the undercoating. Now if you're a guy from the outside, I think it should be here. You tell me. Honestly, I do like what you guys are offering.
I'm probably, I am gonna pass. I'll probably get fair party under 30. Okay. Just because that's a little bit high. Okay. There's nothing to do. You can do it next month here.
So obviously, you know, it's going to last a lifetime. Yeah. And sometimes you do it and you have to get it done again and again and so on. So you look at it in a bigger picture, just spend more money, you know, doing it right now. And it has to be done at a dealership.
Just keep that in mind. Okay. Or you can get it. Because it will go in the car tax. If you could, and I know that there's a jump down. Throw it out, yeah. If you could do it like 400, I would do it. I would put it on my phone. For 400? For the other coding.
OK. I could probably meet you in the middle and do it for five. I would probably do it fast. I could probably do it fast. I don't know. And that how it feels like left right and right I don know Yeah yeah yeah yeah No no I can do that for you I can carry you if you want to do that What about 450
Go over here. Okay. I'll do it for you. I'll carry you. I'm giving you trouble. No. All right. So let me talk this out.
Let's go back for it. This is a good. And I'll tell them in the next one. I'll tell them to put a different part on it. Yep. You have your initial business name and your name and your signature. Okay. Do you mind if I take a picture of that?
Yeah, no, go for it. How's it going? Good. Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you, too. Hey look, my cute, you come on back, sit down. I'll be over at the end of that. Okay. How's it going today, man?
Good. How about with you? I'll be as well. Alright. Yes, sir. Do I have your name spelled correctly here, Mr. Kelly? You do. Yes. What about your address there? Yep.
Alright, how long have you played, how many miles per year do you drive a vehicle? Uh, it's probably going to be 10,000 miles or less. Okay, gotcha. Um, how long have you played on Omen? Uh, eight years or greater.
Okay, cool. Would it be garage sale? Uh, no. Okay. How often do you do maintenance? Uh, I would say it's more of like every six months. In this case, we could say every, because I don't drive that much.
uh okay yeah yeah quick question what are these questions for for protection options
to go over what may what may not okay okay I do mostly city driving okay are transport dentures okay no alright ever lost a leader with pressure car keys no okay excellent alright cool
so you decided to get undercoating on your vehicle right I need you to print your name sign your name and date your name okay and I'm a visual guy
so I may be taking pictures of things well I'm just going to need a temporary registration. I get another one in about 10 days. I have the title no more now because you just filled out your title.
Okay. Okay. Okay. You wanted to do $450,000 out of pocket. Well, it's going to be $450,000 for, it's going to be $950,000.
so I agree to for the vehicle 25,500 and then 450 they did for the undercoating. So your total would be if you're trying to finance, I mean if you're trying to write your check for 25,000
fast is that what you're trying to do? No so when I was talking with them I agreed to do 20,000 with the pre-op check, 5,000 with the cashier check and then 500 with the credit card. But I'm also going to be doing the
credit card for the 450 but if we're not talking about that part you have to be just 25 bucks. No we are. It's all a cash shift right now. Yeah. We're going to show you. So your check is for 25, so your difference would be 983.60.
Where's the 33 dollars is that? You said where's the 33 dollars? Yeah where's that coming from? what's their different on the phone for I'm I'm I'm not being so the the total
amount for the vehicle was 25 five that was the top thousand feet and then the your feet are correct they shouldn't have you work right out your check so
your feet would they do for you a prep that's why I generally like you to write your check when you're in the business office. Just so... Go ahead. I was going to say, this check is at $20,000 anyways.
Okay, okay. Okay. So, what happens is, the difference that you're seeing is this is the amount for your DMV for your tax, $94.27. When they have your information up front, this is an individual fee that comes from
each individual person that we don't know until we see your DMV. So, normally we charge $35.75 because that's the average amount. You follow what I'm saying?
If there's a buyer's order, I can book out. It won't be on your buyer's order. It will be on your, which you're referring to, your worksheet. Is that right? Yeah.
Okay. This is your worksheet. 45.5 is what you agreed on.
Yep. You're responsible for your DMV fees. How is that not RDA? Because we don't have it until you come to the back.
So what's the non-tax fee for? Okay, so all of this is your, this is your, this is your, um, process fee. The non-tax fee is going to cover all the other fees like, um, socials.
process of these title fees which is $15 online policy which is $10 and then normally this number is 35 75 that's the default number that they use because
that's what the DMV most often uses for people for their tag when I do Taylor to pay with the DMV. The DMV prints out a fee that you have to pay, which is $94.27.
It does not tell me why the DMV is requesting $94.27 from you. So I have to charge you those fees. That doesn't come from you. So instead of it being $75.95, it has to be
$94.27. that's your DLDC so that totals you
the difference of like 60 bucks whatever it was I'll tell you 35, 75 94 24 difference of 58 dollars and 56 cents
alright that's not what I agree to but well that's not you agreed to 25, 5 what yeah with tax titles and tax with everything included
so I wasn't aware there would be extra but I'll pay it but that's not what I agreed to but what I'm trying to get you to see is that that fee is not coming from us that's not our money I understand that but so you want the dealership to pay your DMV fees
yes why would we do that because that's what I have to be included in the Alphador price like I said I will pay this but it's not what I expected to be paying Alphador
The problem was that with your sales rights. You want to speak with your sales rights? No, I don't say this. But, yeah, it's not what I was expecting to say. So, let's continue this.
Okay, no worries. So, the difference that you're coming out of, that you want on your card is the $980,360? Yeah. Okay. This is you.
I mean this is us. This is you. This is the vehicle that you're purchasing. The color, the VIN, the amount. The agreed upon price after adding the undercoat. It brings you to this figure here. Process of fee. Your taxes. Your DMV. It brings you to this figure here. That's the amount that you've given me total in assets. Amount owed is zero dollars.
No liability. No taxes. No credit. No credit. No credit. No credit. No credit. No credit. No credit. No credit. No credit. No credit.
No credit. No credit. No liability insurance is included. You provided your own. It's also an agreement to arbitrate, but this won't pertain to you. Basically what that means is for any reason, if you want to sue the bank, you'll go through the process of arbitration versus where you're other people are in the fact, factual lawsuit, but you have your own bank.
And your signature goes there and your initials go there. And you did say I would get a paper copy of all this, right? I'm giving it to you right now. Perfect. You buy a lot of cars? No. I, not really, but I have been recently.
Okay. These are the documents that you signed. Now you're going to be signing there. And then it was you pressing those buttons and signing off on everything.
You guys are welcome. I'll take it. Yes, sir. You are all certain. Have a wonderful day. Congratulations on your visit. Thank you.
