## Summary

A YouTube channel gained 100,000 subscribers in 90 days with only five videos by employing three key strategies: researching the niche to create shorter, bingeable content; drawing inspiration from broader industry channels; and optimizing thumbnails and titles for maximum clickability.

### Key Points

- **Rapid Channel Growth** [00:00] — The channel gained 100,000 subscribers in 90 days with only five videos, achieving millions of views.
- **Niche Research** [00:15] — The niche was saturated with long tutorial videos, so they created shorter, more bingeable content.
- **Cross-Industry Inspiration** [00:30] — Instead of analyzing slow-growing niche channels, they looked at successful channels in the wider industry and adapted their winning formats.
- **Thumbnail and Title Optimization** [00:45] — Focusing on making thumbnails and titles highly intriguing and clickable led to videos gaining six-figure subscriber counts.

### Conclusion

The channel's explosive growth was driven by breaking away from niche norms, borrowing proven strategies from other industries, and prioritizing click-through optimization.

## Transcript

I blew up a YouTube channel as fast as I could and it only took five videos in fact the channel went on to gain 100 000 subscribers in 90 days and pick up millions and millions of views but how did we do it well there were three powerful things in particular first we researched the niche and discovered that everyone was doing the same type of long tutorial based video over and over again so we went and made videos that were shorter and more bingeable then we looked for video ideas and instead of examining the niche where many of the channels grew super slow we took inspiration from channels in The Wider industry look at what worked and made our own version of that and then most importantly we focused on making the thumbnails and tiles as intriguing and clickable as possible resulting in videos getting six figures subscribe [Music]
