[00:00] Marvel is creating a secret detective show that is going to change Marvel TV forever. Leaker Daniel RPK recently revealed that Marvel is developing a mysterious detective show, and we'll talk about who it could be about in just a second. But more importantly,
[00:13] he claimed that they will start the show off as a special presentation. If it's successful, then it will go to a full series. So the Marvel special presentations are this one-shot format we've seen a few times on the platform, and they've all been very good. But now they're
[00:27] going to use these as public-facing pilots. You know, when they make a sample TV show to see if they want to make more shows. This move could potentially save Disney billions of dollars, as really bad shows like the $250 million Secret Invasion will likely never be made.
[00:42] Now, as for who this show is about, some of you are going to think they're only doing this because Lanterns is such a hit. But I hope that the show is about the mutant Jamie Madrox, the multiple man. His power is to split himself into duplicates, and in the recent Great Peter David run with
[00:56] the character, he becomes a private eye who creates duplicates who go out in the world, become experts in a given field, and then he returns them into his body and then they gain the collective knowledge of all his dukes. This is a great idea for a detective series
[01:09] and would fit right into the Mutant Saga in Phase 7.
