I am having such fun playing with this. You've got to try this. If you have a blog, you've got to [music] do this. How's it going, my friends? Today, we're going to talk about how you can use blog content that you've already created. If you have a blog and you're thinking, what was the point given today's, you know, the the environment that we're in and [snorts] the lack of traffic that we're getting from search engines? What is it that you can do with that blog content? Well, the reality is is that your blog has a lot of value still just in its existence as a blog. We talk about that quite a bit here on this channel still. Your website that is a central hub. It's something that you have that a lot of businesses don't have yet. If you know how to create a website, you can build more authority for your business than what most businesses are going to do today. But the thing is that the biggest thing that's changed is we're not getting a bunch of free traffic from search anymore. We have to go get that traffic. And the best way to get that is usually through social media content. Now, some of you are probably like, I don't want to go make videos and post them on YouTube and Instagram and Facebook and Tik Tok and everywhere else, right? And that's okay. If you don't want to make video content, that's okay. It's not the only thing you can do. Today I'm going to show you the easiest way to take all the blog content, all the work you've already done and let that create amazing really just amazing social media content for you using AI. Now, I'm not a huge fan of just using AI just to fabricate content out of nowhere because it's not coming out of nowhere. It's other people's ideas. And honestly, a lot of times there are a lot of issues with the content that it generates. But with the right prompts and with the right information being fed to the AI, you can create amazing content. And that is where your blog that already exists is going to come into play here. So here's what we're going to do step by step. Let me show you this process. We're going to download your blog and we're going to give it to Chad GBT and then we're going to let CatchPT generate social media content using your blog. So, if you've already done the work of crafting really good, helpful content, fantastic. Now, what you've done is you've just given CatchBT a really, really great knowledge base to use to generate really interesting, captivating social media content from. So, here's how we're going to start. We're going to download the blog. Now, this is easy to do. You're going to go to your website. You're going to go to the WordPress dashboard and go to plugins. And I've already installed this one. you're going to go want to go to add ad add plugin and I installed this one a couple weeks ago when I decided to try this out myself. It's called print my blog and really there's others out there but this is one I found and it worked really well. Okay, it's called print my blog. Once you have the plugin you're going to come down here to where it says print my blog and you're just going to do a quick print. Click on that. Just go to digital PDF. What that's going to do is it's going to make it readable to a computer. It's not for printing. It's for a computer to read. That will allow it to include hyperlinks and stuff like that. really just prepare print page. I mean there's other print options. Um really I'm going to I guess yeah we'll do posts. I guess you you need to do posts or pages. So I'll do posts. Go from oldest first. I'm only going to do this published posts but I'm going to do all authors, all categories, everything. We're we're going to print all of this stuff, the site title and everything. And then all the post content. Actually, let's do the author and URL as well. I I actually Yeah, I do want that. I'm glad I went in here. I don't really need the excerpt. Um, I could grab comments. Let's do that. Perfect. Prepare print page. Awesome. And there we go. Now I've got a PDF. Look, it's got the images on it and everything. Um, I've got the links here. Yep. Perfect. It's just It's got everything perfect. Okay. So, I'm just going to click here, print to PDF. It's going to save it as a PDF. 520 page long PDF. And save. Now, I'm going to go to chatbt. Now, I did this before already. I've been playing with it for a little bit, and that's how I know this works so well. So, in ChachiBT, at least in a paid account, I can create projects. This costing me 20 bucks a month. If you're using ChateBT at all, it's probably worth the 20 bucks a month. If you're not using it much yet or you're not really using any other AIS either, you should probably pay the 20 bucks a month and you should use it. I'm going to create a new project. I already did this, but I'm going to show it to you. I go new project. I'm going to name it. The last one I called pantry preparedness content KB. KB stands for knowledge base. I'll create this project. Now I go to add files. I just drag this gigantic PDF onto chat GPT onto this project. Now I like to do it this way instead of creating a custom GPT with this as a knowledge base because then I can only use that one custom GPT. Custom GPTs are ideal for um creating a GPT that does a specific thing. Okay. But if ideally, honestly, I might use multiple custom GPTs within this project. I might want one that is really good at writing Instagram posts and I might want another one that does something entirely different, but I want both of them to have access to this PDF. So, that's where this is perfect. So, I've got this file here. So, now I have this project. It's basically a folder in chatbt that now knows all of the content that I put on the blog. Now, imagine you could do the same thing if you also have a YouTube channel. You could go extract all of the transcripts of your YouTube videos, which you could just do with a script in Google. You don't have to go through and do it one by one, but you could just pull the transcripts of all of your videos and put them in a PDF or multiple PDFs. I don't care. And you could upload them to a project or a custom GPT. Now, it's going to have all of the information from all of your YouTube videos. This is your information. This is you. And in fact, I could even train this to write like me because it knows how I write because it knows it's got all the text that I wrote as as blog posts. Okay. So, this is pretty awesome. So, now what am I going to do with this? Now, [snorts] I can create social media content. All right. So, let's say here I want, you know, what's a good category for here from the blog. So, I'm going to go back to the website. Um, I've got cooking. I've got emergency kits, first aid. Let's just choose um first aid. Okay. Um maybe just emergency preparedness. All right. I want to create several Instagram posts. Instagram Instagram posts about emergency preparedness. Each needs a photo and a captivating caption. Cool thing is is that the models are getting so much better all the time that my exact um prompt, it doesn't have to be perfect. And if I don't like what I get back, easy. All I got to do is say, "Here's what I like and here's what I don't like." So, here it's giving me 10 ideas. The three-day rule. A neatly organized. The photo is of a neatly organized 72-hour emergency kit laid out on a table. Great caption. Most people think prepping means a year's worth of supplies, but real preparedness starts with just three days. Food, water, warmth. What's in your 72-hour kit? It's pretty good. I mean, it's giving me hashtags and everything. This is not bad content for social media. So, let's say I like three of these ideas and I hate the other seven. I could say, I really like one, three, and five, and I hate the rest of them. And then it's like, can you generate me more ideas based upon that feedback? And it can do that. Like, you don't even have to know why you like some more than others. just giving it that information, it's going to be able to interpret a lot of things and maybe even more objectively understand what you like and don't like, maybe even better than you can. Um, and so it's it's going to update and it's going to get better all the time. Now, let's say, okay, I really like number one, and I'm going to ask it like, can you find a photo that would go with it? Now, it's going to go look on the website for the photo. Let's see if it I'm I want I haven't tried this yet. I'm curious how well it's going to work. Huh. Well, that first one's the best, but I don't think I don't know that that one's actually from the photo. Okay, now it's offering to give me a branded version matching my color palette with Instagram size and a square image. That's perfect. Uh, yes. Generate that for me. I'm Let's see how it turns out. Oh, it's putting the text for the caption also in the image, which is fine. You can do that. actually text on images on like Instagram often does better than just the image, especially for this kind of stuff. This is not a bad thing. So, I could actually put this image in as the image for my Instagram post and then I could still put the whole caption in the text of, you know, the caption text and that's going to make for a good Instagram post. I I'm impressed. I think this turned out really good. Words have gotten a lot better. Pictures, everything's just gotten a lot better this year, especially with Chachi PT. So, we can do that. Now, here's the next cool thing we can do. So, now I'm going to ask it to give me topics for reels that I could I could go record, right? So, I'm not going to have it make video for me, but I am going to have it give me ideas for little quick things I could record just on my phone. And if you're doing that with Instagram, just do that. Just record on your phone like this. Um, no big deal. Let's see. How fast your shelves empty. Here's a quick Here's how quickly a grocery store empties in an emergency. That's the hook. A time lapse of empty shelves or quick clips from news coverage plus like maybe your stocked pantry message. It only takes hours. Start your three-day prep today, not when it's too late. CTA, tag someone who'd panic on day two. All right. See, like that's pretty cool. Now, I say, "All right, I like number one. Please give me a script that matches the tone in the written PDF and give me a shot list." And then you could even specify like, um, I want a 30-se secondond version and a twominute version. I've done that before, too. And I've had it generate a script for me for like a a short like a 30 second. And then I've had it generate scripts for me that were more like a two to three minute because those work as um at least like on TikTok you can have up to 10 minutes and a YouTube shorts can be up to three now. Now I've got a 30-se secondond version. It's telling me quick clips of empty shelves from a grocery store. Again, you can pull this from news coverage. This is what happens when a storm's on the way or these shelves were full just hours before this video was shot. And then we cut to your stocked pantry at home. Most people wait till it's too late. But building even a 3-day supply of food, water, and essentials, that's real peace of mind. Closing line. You're looking at the camera now. Preparedness isn't panic. It's being ready when everyone else isn't. That's it. That's a good post, right? And it's three shots. The first one, you don't even film yourself, right? You'll get it from just YouTube. You can grab it from some news thing. And that's fine. It's that falls under fair use. Most likely, you'll be okay. Then the second part is literally just you showing your pantry. And then the third part is you looking at the camera and saying one sentence. You can do that even if you're not really into video content. There's kind of an a limitless like number of things, an infinite number of things that we can do in terms of generating awesome social media content. But using your own content, your own blog as the inspiration and as the knowledge base for where all that information comes from, ChatBT can sort through everything that you've already written a lot faster than you can. The next thing that it can help you do that we can use this same project for not just to generate social media content but now we can use it to help consolidate your blog content. We talked about in a previous video in this video series we talked about optimizing your content and there are probably a number of blog posts on your website especially if you created your site more than a couple years ago. You probably wrote a ton of content and a lot of those articles on their own are not very valuable. But the information in them is it just maybe needs to be consolidated. Maybe you need to take three articles and combine them into one article and then create redirects from the other two, right? Pointing back to it so we don't create a bunch of 404 errors on our website. Got to keep in mind that stuff for SEO. But you could use Chat GBT to help you write a new blog post that combines three of your existing blog posts. And you could use chat GPT to help you figure out which three should go together. Not a bad thing, right? These are just a few of the ways that we can take the content that you've already written, download all of it in just a couple of minutes, feed it to a project in Chat GBT, and then have ChatGpt rewrite your content using your voice, and then you just go through and edit it pretty quick. I don't have any problem using an AI tool to help me recreate me. My problem is when you use it to generate a bunch of content you know nothing about that you can't even fact check. So let's not go do that. But using it in this way in in addition to many many many other ways that are ethical and worthwhile uses of AI. I'm all for it. So I hope that this is helpful for you. I hope that you will take advantage of this and take advantage of the content you've already created. Don't throw it away. If you've already thrown it away, I'm really sorry. I hope you didn't. Take your content, download it, and then use it. Optimize your blog, generate new social media content that's going to attract people to your brand, and you can use that those social media posts to point them to the actual blog post. You will get traffic back to your blog if you gather them from social media. You're just not going to find nearly as much coming to you through search anymore. That's it for today. Thanks for joining me in this video. I hope you'll join me in the next one. We're going to continue talking about ways that you're going to optimize your blog that we're going to help make sure that anybody that comes to it is getting funneled to eventually earn you some money. That way, we make the most out of every person that comes to our website, but also how you're able to continue to use the content you've already created to build your business and build your brand. [music] Thanks for joining me today. We'll see you all next time.
