Paper time means when the paper is written, or rather I would say it means the time has come to give the final answer and that final answer has to be given to the government.  See, from yesterday till now the government has taken many steps forward regarding this student movement.  In many ways, it has moved many steps forward.   Late last
night, the Prime Minister made a video and while talking directly to the students, he said that I also feel your pain and to end this problem of paper leak, we are going to bring a very strict law and that law is also passed by the cabinet today.
Meanwhile, last night, pictures came that Sonam Manchuk broke his fast at the hands of the government ministers and he also said that I fear that violence might break out in the name of this movement, that is also a concern of mine and I have got the
assurances that I had sought from them and that is why I am breaking my fast as I told you, during the day, the news of the law came and the second round of talks also took place between the government and the representatives of the protesting students and from
there too, I believe that a very positive development came out.  Ah, whatever their demands were, they said we have three non-negotiable demands.  First, Dharmendra Pradhan, Education Minister, should resign. Secondly, compensation of Rs 1 crore should be given to the families
due to paper leak and thirdly, the FIR filed against the students should be withdrawn and no legal action should be taken against anyone else.  The government has
non-negotiable. answer this question, so now the matter has got stuck there.  So he has crossed many red lights. This is the last red light left.  Now how will this red light turn green ?  This will happen due to the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan ji.  If there is no resignation, this
light will remain red.  Now it is for the government to decide. Correct.
