[00:01] else in this space wants to admit. Traditional drop shipping is pretty much dead in 2025. And you probably already know this if you've wasted money on courses or burn through ad spend with nothing to show for it. But there is a [00:13] trust me, the people who adapt to this new model first are going to be the ones struggling to figure out why their stores aren't working anymore. Now, I didn't figure this out because I'm special. I was actually exactly where [00:26] frustrated, and about to give up. Throughout college, I lost everything shipping work. I was literally on the verge of quitting e-commerce entirely. completely changed the game for me. And this shift hasn't just changed my [00:40] business. It's changed my entire life. I went from barely making rent to filling up literally every single page in my passport, buying my second house right that honestly I used to think was impossible for me. Not for someone who [00:55] is just trying to figure this stuff out day after day. The system that I'm about products or mastering some complicated Facebook ad strategy. It's about building real brands that solve specific problems for passionate communities. So, [01:08] what is different about this approach? Three things. First, this method does not chase products. It pinpoints specific markets with built-in demand that most drop shippers completely overlook. Second, the approach is about [01:20] not just another drop shipper. And resonates with real people who are obsessed with your niche, not just scrolling through random ads and buying things off of impulse. So, here's the [01:33] but the way that everyone's been doing it for the past few years is completely going to work. We all know how the traditional model works. You find products, list them on your store, run some ads, and ship directly from your [01:46] the product or even have to buy it before someone makes a purchase on your the model. And you've probably tried this yourself or you've at least seen countless videos about drop shipping itself. But let me show you exactly why [02:00] isn't just my opinion. It's the data. And the data is insane. Ad costs have literally exploded. Facebook CPMs are up 61% in just the past 2 years. So what used to cost $20 to reach 1,000 people now cost $32. So your ad budget is [02:16] competition is absolutely ridiculous. There are 5 million active Shopify stores now compared to 1.7 million in 2021. And they're literally all selling the exact same products as you from the same suppliers. But here's what's really [02:29] changed everything. Consumers have gotten way smarter. 76% of people now research brands before buying anything online. And that's up 51% from just 3 years ago. And get this, 82% say that they won't buy from stores that look [02:43] generic or untrustworthy. So basically, if your store looks like every other drop shipping site, you are dead in the water. So the way that people are still trying to do this is find random products, list them for four to 5x the [02:55] cost, run Facebook ads, and hope that something sticks. And when sales dry up, This endless cycle that honestly just burns money. But guys, what if instead of chasing random products, you built an actual brand around a specific [03:10] community? For example, people who are learning to crochet but are completely why this isn't just better, but it's literally the only way to succeed in 2025. First, you can charge way more. So, when you're solving a specific [03:25] problem for a specific group, they'll happily pay 5 to 6x your cost because you're not just selling products, you're selling confidence and success. Second, with real branding and custom packaging, you're creating an experience that [03:37] faceless store selling the exact same stuff as everyone else. And third, you're building something that actually lasts. You get repeat customers. You can creating a real asset instead of chasing these trends that die off in weeks. And [03:52] the truth is with ad costs through the absolute roof and competition everywhere. This community focused approach isn't just a better strategy. It's pretty much the only way to build a sustainable drop shipping business as of [04:04] find these passionate communities that are just waiting for someone to solve where most people starting go completely wrong from day one. It's exactly why so many stores crash and burn within their first month. Everyone right now is [04:19] winning products, right? They're scrolling through Tik Tok for hours tools, watching videos about the top 10 products to sell right now. And you know, while this approach can still work in the short term, if you want to build [04:32] something sustainable in 2025, there's a much better alternative. So, what I found to be way more effective for building a lasting brand is what I call the community first method. And the concept is pretty straightforward. So, [04:44] already spending serious money on their passion. Two, you look for specific problems that they have that aren't being solved well, and then you position your product as a perfect solution for that specific need. So, instead of just [04:58] you through a real example of a brand that's going crazy using this exact method. So, what I'm going to do right now is take you guys to Reddit, which is basically like this massive platform with millions of specific communities or [05:11] uh they call them subreddits for pretty much any interest that you guys can places to do this kind of research because people are super super honest that they're looking for. So, I want you to check this out right here. So, I want [05:26] to go to this this subreddit house plants, but I want to show you how we dig a little bit deeper into the wiki and the help sections. And [05:40] this is like the absolute pure gold right here. So, instead of looking at all these pretty plants and all these photos, let's actually analyze what people are discussing the most. And if we just check to see what gets the most [05:53] all these prettyl looking plants. It's going to be all these troubleshooting posts. So, you can do things like look for potential keywords. Look, light and grow lights, winter changes, fertilizer, humidity. These are all potential [06:09] light and grow lights, for example. So this is where people are actively seeking solutions which means that they're ready to spend money to fix these direct pain points that they have. For example, why plants need light? Grow [06:23] lights. Most plants will survive in normal houses with normal house light levels. That's why they are called house plants. Whether you need extra lights, which plants may need grow lights, plants that like low light. So this is [06:36] obviously some sort of problem. So, what we can do is we can go over to Amazon and search up grow lights. Plant grow lights. All right. So, we can go on to Amazon. Literally just type in plant grow lights. And what do we see? We see [06:49] all these like ugly looking purple. They they're just not nice. But clearly people are spending money. I mean, this one's got 11,000 reviews. There are a ton of options, but most of them are these ugly industrial purple lights or, [07:05] you know, these hanging panels that look terrible in, you know, any living room or any room in general. And the thing is, like, as we can see through this community, there are already people that are spending hundreds of dollars on [07:18] right? And all these succulents like look at this. This has got to be like hundreds of dollara. So they're spending hundreds of dollars on these beautiful plants, but then they're forced to put these hideous like purple grow lights in [07:32] disconnect between how much they care about their aesthetics and what products are actually available to the average consumer, at least on Amazon right here. So tada, here comes this company right here, Sulttech. So what they did is they [07:47] saw this specific gap in the market. Their headline is literally, "A grow light that outperforms all the others is not enough. It's got to make a beautiful completely understood that plant parents need grow lights that actually look good [08:03] spending all this money on these succulents and all these plants. I mean, in tandem, you need to have a nice looking light instead of some gross [08:15] purplish hanging light. And do you know why I can sympathize with these people within this specific community? Because you have a guy like me that has plants that are literally dying because they're in uh darkness. So what do I [08:31] in uh darkness. So what do I do? Of And now I'm using them. Let me see if I can find the exact exact one that I [08:44] bought. So this was the one that I bought. I spent uh bought. I spent uh $200 on this thing right here that I mean, if you look at the custom packaging, it's so nice timer that came [08:59] with it. But just look at how nice this custom packaging is. It's freaking beautiful. And then you have, of course, the light. And you know [09:11] me, I uh have a problem with buying things and I ended up buying another one. And here is the second order that I made. I bought this one, the Highland LED tracking light system. And this [09:24] basically goes on the walls and then I can position it properly and it's got like a track system. So I spent literally literally $288 on these two lights. I got a [09:37] discount yesterday. Oh, I got a good discount. So, yeah, $288 on these two lights. And then I spent $200 on this one. This is not like spent $200 on this one. This is not like a generic AliExpress white box product. [09:52] packaging in here. And for that reason, they can charge these premium prices and they're solving this specific problem for me. So, I guess I'm case in point for someone that is willing to spend the [10:05] of money on these plants and I want to upkeep them and I want them to look nice can show you guys how to actually verify this strategy is working for them. I'll l just type them into particle and find them and then run their numbers. And [10:19] them and then run their numbers. And they're doing bestselling product is just so happens to be the one that I purchased, which to be the one that I purchased, which was this Highland LED track system right [10:33] here that's done 260K in revenue for them. And if we just look at the general pricing, they're selling their products at like 3 to five times the price of any of these other normal lights, right? And why do you think they can do that? [10:45] Because they have positioned themselves as this luxury brand that's appealing to people that value aesthetics. You can just look at all the pictures like this sick. I mean, at least from my viewpoint, I'm like, damn, I I need one [11:00] of these. This is a track system. It's an all-in-one. It looks really cool. And we were to just go on to like AliExpress, for example, and then find like plant growite. You're going to see, of course, all these, but you'll [11:14] definitely be able to find some of these. Like this is kind of like one of the ones that they're selling, but 8.84. So you can imagine, you know, the margin products. And they're selling this one for, I think, like, yeah, $75 when their [11:29] actual product cost is probably somewhere around $5 to $10 per unit. So the margins are clearly ridiculous, but that's all because they positioned the product perfectly for their target community and they know exactly who they [11:43] are trying to attract. If we go here into the ads library, we can see every single active ad that this company is running. Clearly, they're running a lot of ads, but we can check how long they've been running these ads for. [11:56] Generally, if we look at the time stamp as of January 27th, that's like 4 for literally 4 months. They're not going to just run it for no reason. Of But, if they've been running it for this long, then it's definitely an ad that's [12:10] to do? It's going to direct you right to the product page where we can see natural warm light for your indoor sanctuary. And it's just so aesthetic. Look at the pastel like colors. It's just very inviting and it makes you [12:24] enjoy the purchasing process. Honestly, when I was buying the thing, I was like, to enjoy this. I can't wait till this thing comes in the mail." And you can look at the messaging. The aspect is a pendant style LED indoor plant light [12:37] engineered to grow your plants efficiently while seamlessly blending into your home decor. I think you guys are slowly starting to get the point. So if you look at what they're doing here, they're not pushing features or even the [12:49] specs. Instead, they're positioning their product as this missing piece that bridges the gap between plant health and beautiful home aesthetics. Right? It's about the identity as much as the actual function of the product. So now let me [13:03] show you guys exactly how to find these opportunities yourself. But before we do difference between the traditional product research and this community first approach. So on one hand you have the traditional approach and this starts [13:18] with random products. You know you hope people want them and then you compete on essentially a race to the bottom. So it's in essence a very short product lifestyle. Now on the other hand you have the community first approach. So [13:32] you start with a passionate group of people you solve specific problems. charge these premium prices and then you build brand loyalty which overall creates long-term customer relationships. So step one, you find [13:46] spending money. So what you're looking for are people who are obsessed with their hobby or whatever interest that may they may be interested in or a part of. So the plant community is actually a really good community. It's perfect [14:00] because these people are literally dropping hundreds of dollars on these really nice plants, right? I mean, just look at me. I'm I'm I don't even know think like seven or eight. And I've spent I don't know how much I spent, but [14:14] they're not cheap. So, where do you find these communities? So, some good few guys, Reddit. Uh you want to look for at least 50 to 100,000 members within the subreddit. Uh Facebook groups with the active discussions are great. Instagram [14:30] hashtags ideally with a couple hundred thousand posts. Like for example, you can look into plant parenthood. That would be one good one. And then step two, you want to identify specific pain points that aren't being solved well. [14:44] people do mess up because they'll just look at all the pretty photos on Instagram or Reddit or wherever, but they miss the actual problems. So here's what I like to do first. If you're on Reddit, I like to read through that wiki [14:56] or the fact the FAQs in these communities. You can also search for the terms like uh frustrated, annoyed, wish. You literally just do like a command F page. And then you want to check product reviews on Amazon. So really good is [15:13] going on to like one of the higher reviewed products for example and then reviewed products for example and then go in to the reviews tab and just try and see like why what are people frustrated about. Look at the lower [15:26] ratings like the one two and three star and just try and see what people are mad are what they're hating about that specific product and then you can get a better idea of how you can try and solve that problem. And then step three, you [15:39] want to position your product as that perfect solution. So when you find your product, you're not just listing features. As I mentioned earlier, with this company, for example, they weren't just listing features. You're trying to [15:52] show exactly how your product solves that specific pain point for your ideal with the Soultech people, they didn't just say like LED grow [16:06] light,500 lumens and you know, just try and state the specifics. Instead, they said the grow light that looks beautiful in your home. They I don't think they really even ever mention the output of the actual product. It's literally like [16:20] they're just talking about the end result and what people are ideally buying a product like this. So, here's exactly what you need to do after this video. One, you want to pick three communities you actually understand and [16:34] care about or uh you want to do research in. Two, you want to spend at least a day digging through all the online spaces. So, don't just browse. Really Three, you want to find existing products that are trying to solve these [16:49] then four, you want to check that Facebook ad library to see if anyone's already targeting these needs specifically. So, when you build around communities instead of just products, a few powerful things tend to happen. Your [17:02] ads convert way better because you're speaking the exact language of your customers. People will gladly pay more when you solve their specific frustrations. Then you naturally create repeat customers who trust your brand's [17:16] understanding of the world. Now, this community first approach is why brands community first approach is why brands like Soultech can take a pretty basic product that may cost them around $30 to $50 and then go and sell it for 200 plus [17:31] doll hairs. So, they're not selling a commodity. They're offering a perfect solution to a painful problem that a passionate community is ever so desperate to solve. All right, guys. So, we just covered how to find that perfect [17:45] getting into what I personally think is the most exciting part, which is honestly, the difference between a drop shipping side hustle and an actual business that makes money while you sleep comes down to one thing, and that [17:59] is automation. But more specifically, how you set up your store from day uno, day one. So, back when I first started, store building was honestly the absolute biggest nightmare for me. I'd be, you know, making tweaks at midnight, [18:13] adjusting colors, trying to make these product pages that actually converted. But here, we're so fortunate. We have tools that have absolutely revolutionized this whole entire process and honestly make our lives way, way [18:26] easier. So, what used to take weeks, we can literally get done in an hour. And anyway. So, let me show you exactly how store that actually looks really [18:40] professional and converts. So, all you have to do is go to any one of my YouTube videos, doesn't even matter. And then it'll be the link build your store. And then from there, you just have to press build my free store. You put in [18:54] and then you're going to be able to choose any niche that you want to products, you sell pet products. So if you're going to electronics, do that. And you can also press I'm not sure. So once you select your specific choices, [19:08] it's going to direct you to the actual product page or the homepage. So the homepage, you can see this one was specific to fashion and apparel niche. all things that you can of course change, but the main thing is we have [19:22] this really solid theme template that's already high converting. And if I just go over to like one of the product pages for example, it looks really good. So you have the quantity brakes right here. You have the variance selectors. Now, of [19:37] this product or hopefully you won't. I actually wouldn't suggest you sell any of the products that are already on here. You want to interchange your product and add it on to the site. I'll show you how to do that into it in a [19:49] second. And then all of the quick links are already done for you. So you don't have to like waste time trying to set up all the policy pages and whatnot. But um let me show you how to take pretty much any product that you want and then add [20:04] it on to your store. So let's just say I wanted to sell this LED plant light I I want to sell this, but I want to get this product on to my nice new beautiful store." All you have to do is head over to AutoDS, add products, add single [20:21] product, and then you simply copy and paste and then you publish it to the store. So, you can see all I literally had to do was press that import button. It has now been imported. And we have the title of the product here that we [20:34] can change, the description, and then all these uh images are interchangeable. So, you can change that very easily. Of course, the pricing. But the main thing here is that now that we have this on our Shopify store, anytime we get an [20:46] our Shopify store, anytime we get an order, we simply go back to AutoDS, go to orders, and then those orders are going to populate here. And then it's feature set up to where all you need to do is have your credits in your account [20:59] automatically ship out the product to your customer. You don't need to information each time, which is a total waste of time. and it's going to be purchasing the product from this supplier in this listing. So, I want to [21:12] show you guys a tool that has completely like revolutionized my whole creation process, and it's so easy. Like, I it's it's actually nuts. So, it's called Atlas, and all you have to do I'll I'll just leave a link for [21:28] you guys to get to it easier uh below in the description. All you have to do is want to sell, copy that link. Let's just say I want to do this for example this uh LED uh greenhouse light. I'll take that [21:42] uh greenhouse light. I'll take that link. I'll copy paste generate store. So just take a few minutes and it's going to start building out this store for us. So as you can see here I can choose which images that I want to add on [21:56] to the store itself. So let's just you can change this later but I'll just add all these. I'll continue. And of course, we can add our own custom images later down the road. Now, I want to select a color preset. So, let's just say I want [22:10] color preset. So, let's just say I want to go with this basic one right here. And then we can toggle over to the product itself. Uh, so right here, you can change the actual name of the store, Indie store. They [22:25] make this so easy to edit. The basic product description, um, which is like all the pricing, all this stuff is so interchangeable. And it's I I don't really have to do anything. But the main thing is that it [22:38] uses this really awesome theme. Like, look at how clean this looks when it uses AI to try and figure out what's going to be the best marketing angle. So, of course, you can change the messaging and the angle [22:53] specifically. I cannot believe we're even at the stage where I press the button and then not even a minute later and I have something that I can actually use and test. It's [23:07] It's quite unreal honestly. So let's just say quite unreal honestly. So let's just say I wanted to go with this as it is. I would just go launch store just like [23:20] course, there are going to be different levels of automation depending on your budget and your order volume. But when you're just starting out, this is pretty ideal. It's a good setup, but as you scale, you might want to look into [23:34] working with an agent who can handle potential bulk orders and get you better forth. Now, the third thing that you need to do is focus on building honestly, when someone lands on your site for the first time, they don't know [23:48] anything about you or they just found out about you from the internet. So, you people build trust throughout the entire buying journey. And you can think about it, what makes Amazon so crazy successful? Why do so many people buy on [24:01] Amazon? It's because they trust the platform. They trust Amazon. Now, getting because all the customer reviews and the photos. So, you need to your own source. So this means [24:14] throughout the customer journey. So let me show you exactly what I mean by that. So what I like to use is this app called Kadosi and they're probably the biggest [24:26] Kadosi and they're probably the biggest uh reviews platform out there and it's download the app. You can get the free trial uh to try it out. I want to show you how simple this is and what I like to use is this bulk import with AI. So [24:42] you just press this and then you can start a new bulk order and then you just the one that we were talking about earlier. Bulk import. It's looking for all these listings from the product. And we can see that this listing right here [24:56] has the most. So it's going to suggest this one by AI. And then I can just simply press start importing. And it's going to import those reviews from that going to import those reviews from that listing onto my store. So then we just [25:10] press publish all the reviews. Publish now. So this was the challenge video now. So this was the challenge video that I ran for that product. But as you can see now we have the reviews right here and it looks really clean. So I can [25:25] click on these reviews and all these reviews that we just simply imported. reviews from AliExpress alone because they have this feature right here called Get Reviews Anywhere, which is really going to be useful if you want to [25:38] leverage real reviews from more reputable platforms. So, basically, what pretty much any of the major e-commerce platforms. Now, I generally like to use Amazon because it's actually really hard to fake reviews on the Amazon platform. [25:52] So, all you have to do is go to a competitor's product page on Amazon. You click import reviews on the right hand side right here. You select your store and which product you want the reviews to be on and then you press scan [26:04] reviews. It's going to scan all those reviews and then you can just choose what reviews you want, you press import and those reviews simply get populated onto your own product page. And then also what's nice is that anytime a [26:17] customer wants to write a review, they simply just press write review. They add the photo, they add the feedback, the name, the email, and then that's going to get published onto here, or it's going to get thrown into your batch of [26:29] pre-approvals, and you just approve what you want to be shown. And yeah, it's just so important to have these kinds of reviews on your website because of the trust factor. People are already kind of weary about buying online. So, when you [26:43] have a reviews tab like this, gives people a little bit more confidence in the purchasing process. and sometimes we'll even nudge them over uh to complete the purchase. All right, guys. So, we've got our perfect market and [26:55] we've built our solid store. But honestly, even the most beautiful store is going to be useless if nobody is going to see it. So, here's the thing. In 2025, people are basically trained to ignore anything that looks like an ad. [27:08] Our brains literally filter it out. It's like we have uh developed some sort of ad blocker in here. you know, we see anything that looks somewhat promotional and we automatically scroll right past it without even processing what it said. [27:23] And I want you guys to think about that for a second and ask yourself if you do do that because I know that I definitely and this is happening more and more. Studies show that people are exposed to something like 5,000 ads per day. Your [27:36] brain physically can't process all that. So, it just automatically tunes it out. So, if you're just putting out the same polished, perfectl looking product shots that scream, "I'm an ad," you're basically going to be invisible to [27:49] people. So, this is exactly why the creatorpowered marketing approach is crushing it right now. So, instead of just looking like an ad, you're showing up as content from someone the audience actually relates and trusts. So, here's [28:02] exactly how I find these creators. I typically start on X and I search within my niche. So, for example, what we were doing with plants, I might search something like plant care tips or uh house plants. Uh you can also type in [28:16] UGC creators or you could create a post stating UGC creators with plants. And what you're looking for are these micro creators with somewhere anywhere from 50 to 50,000 followers who are already making content about solving problems [28:30] within your niche. But the key here is to find people who are posting consistently about that specific problem your product solves. Make helpful educational content that their audience loves. And then you want them to be [28:44] somewhat familiar with being on camera, comfortable on camera, and they also get And then they connect with beginners, not just uh experts within their field. creators are, as I mentioned, X is really great uh for that searchability. [29:00] Instagram works well uh for product focused niches. Fiverr actually, believe it or not, has a whole section for you to see creators if you need content really fast. So, here's a message that I would send if I was selling this product [29:13] that I just showed you guys. And of course, I want you guys to cater it to get your responses. So, I would say something like, "Hey, their name, I love how you and then you want to insert a specific thing about their content." So, [29:26] community, I'd say something like, "So, I love your monstera, which is a plant, the one right there. Uh, you have in the background, your plant collection is helps plant owners with lighting issues and your teaching style. Would you be [29:41] our grow lights? Looking for authentic, not polished stuff." So, that's something a good example of what I would say. But the main thing is to be super specific about what you like. You don't just want to say, "Hey, great content." [29:55] Because like that's literally what everyone else does. So, as I mentioned, I love how your Monstera that you have in the background. It looks super nice. It's great in your plant collection. Da da da da yada yada. And then for smaller [30:07] creators, anywhere from 5 to 15K followers, I usually offer the product for free, plus anywhere from $50 to $100 per piece of content. And then for those that are 15K to 50K followers, it's going to be more like a hundred to $300 [30:22] per post. So what you want to do instead is ask for all of the raw content and then try and structure what they're doing as a series. So for example, you could do like an unboxing, their first impressions of your product, a oneweek [30:35] results update, some sort of tutorial showing how to use the product, and then a before and after comparison. And of course, this has to align with what cases, that won't actually work. Now, there's one thing that's going to [30:49] absolutely transform your creator content, and it is custom packaging. So, let me ask you a quick little question. Which makes a bigger impression when a creator opens your product on camera? some random clear white box with, you [31:02] know, Chinese writing or a professional branded packaging, a thank you card, branded packaging, a thank you card, and, you know, a discount or some sort of QR for future purchases or beautiful custom packaging like this. I literally [31:17] do not want to throw this thing away because of how nice it looks. Like, this is almost like a something I would put on my wall. That's the kind of attention to detail that we want. Do you see that? That's It's like ergonomic. It feels [31:32] That's It's like ergonomic. It feels premium. It feels like it's great for the environment. I don't know. Like, there's no real plastic in here. It's all cardboard, which appeals to a lot of people that are in that community. So, [31:46] when a creator opens a product with custom packaging on camera, it completely changes how your brand is perceived. You could ask yourself that question. Custom packaging lets you charge premium prices because customers [31:59] brand, not just another random drop shipper selling the exact same stuff. So, I'll quickly show you how to get custom packaging done if you guys are on a budget. Pretty simple. You just go to Fiverr and from Fiverr, Fiverr, Upwork, [32:13] Fiverr and from Fiverr, Fiverr, Upwork, but Fiverr is pretty intuitive. So, all you want to do is just type in like 3D packaging mockup. And so you basically just want a designer that can oh look at this one want a designer that can mock [32:27] up some designs for you to ensure that the dimensions are going to fit properly on your box. So this is what they specialize in. Ideally you want to look for the top rated sellers. Level two and up is usually good. Uh but the main [32:42] thing you want to look at the reviews and just see the general feedback from Fiverr is that these people are basically tied to you when you make a purchase because if you write a bad review, it like literally kills their [32:56] listing. So, just look at their reviews and see if they can actually provide what you want in terms of style. So, look at their past work and see if like, hey, is this something that I want now? Always negotiate with any of these [33:09] Literally say, okay, I want this premium package. Can you do it for 30 bucks, 35 bucks? And try and negotiate with them. Generally, they'll send you a custom But this is pretty simple way to do it. Uh, pick any listing that you think is [33:25] reputable and look at their past work and communicate with them and and try and find someone that's going to suit you the best. So, once you have the designs, you can either send them directly to your supplier or you can use [33:37] a service like Packwire or Packlane that specializes in small batch custom packaging. Just note that these services are generally going to be a bit more factor. But here's the thing. You don't want to just jump straight into custom [33:50] packaging if you've never actually ran a store. First, you need to gain proof of concept that your product will actually sell for you, not only other people, but you need to see if it actually can be sold from you. So once you've got some [34:03] consistent sales coming in and you know that this is going to be a long-term in packaging, inventory, a fulfillment center, you know, that all ends up making sense. But this is honestly one of the best investments that you guys [34:17] will make for your brand once you've actually validated that the product works for you. And you can think about it, you may be spending a couple hundred one time and it completely transforms how your product is perceived forever. I [34:31] want you guys to just simply imagine if I bought this thing in a straight white box and I spent 200 bucks. I'd be like, "Are you serious? You tell me I spent 200 bucks and and I don't even get a nice box. No nice packaging in here." [34:46] But no, they took the time. Look at this. It's like literally wrapped. They took the time and attention to detail to make this actually nice. What the hell? Let me actually read this. This says, "Biodegradable paper pulp [35:01] insert reduces our carbon footprint by four tons of CO2 per year per year. Recyclable box eliminates 51 miles of tape each year and printed paper reduced tape each year and printed paper reduced by 75%." This is genius. Biodedegradable [35:15] 5-year warranty. And then, of course, they're going to direct me back to their they're going to direct me back to their website to buy some more products. Tada! website to buy some more products. Tada! QR code. Bam. actual visual case in [35:28] point. Now, something that I always try and make sure to do with my products for my brand is to make sure that the actual packaging, so that packaging that I just showed you is featured clearly in every single creator video. And this does two [35:42] important things. It builds a consistent brand image across all your content. And it prevents, you know, all these other drop shippers from just downloading and reusing your videos on their own source. I mean they can do that but more people [35:54] are going to realize that oh wait this is the actual brand. It's the soul just ripping from them. So you'll see that a lot in the comment sections if you have built a solid community around your product. So when you guys are [36:06] briefing your creators on your content series just let them know to clearly show that unboxing experience in their first video because that initial matters. I mean, you can see me. I was like freaking out. This packaging is so [36:22] like freaking out. This packaging is so nice and this uh feels so premium and it's I don't know, whatever. But um anyway, guys, if you're still here, you are clearly an action taker. So, I put together a complete resource pack for [36:36] you guys that includes the following: a community research template with the exact search queries to find profitable niches. My creator outreach swipe file with messages that will help you get responses. a store setup checklist to [36:50] make sure that you don't miss any critical elements. All you got to do is instant access completely free. You know, if I was a beginner and I wanted to start the right way, this would be extremely helpful to me. So, there you [37:03] go. And if you guys are serious about implementing this exact system and want my personal guidance, I've opened up a few spots in my one-on-one mentorship program this month. I cannot take a lot of people because I just don't have the [37:16] made more clones of myself, I could, but I can only do two of these a month maximum. So, those you guys that apply, it's going to be very small percentage that get approved. And basically, I'll be working directly with you to build [37:29] this thing from scratch. All you got to do is click the link in the description will reach out personally. Other than that, appreciate you guys for watching and I will see you in the next one. Peace.
