## Summary

In this 24-hour challenge, the creator locks himself in a tiny room with the goal of getting his first dropshipping sale from scratch. He documents the entire process—finding a winning product with ad spy tools, building a Shopify store with AI, creating AI-generated video ads, and launching Facebook ad campaigns. He proves that a first sale is achievable within 24 hours, though the numbers show a net loss.

### Key Points

- **Challenge begins** [00:01] — The creator locks himself in a tiny room for 24 hours to get his first dropshipping sale. He has no product, no store, and is starting from zero. If he fails, he will give $1,000 to a viewer.
- **Finding a winning product** [00:42] — A winning product is one that is already generating significant revenue for other dropshippers. He uses the ad spy tool Winning Hunter to see which products are being heavily advertised.
- **Ad spy filters and product selected** [01:37] — In Winning Hunter, he filters by Shopify stores, high ad spend, and English-language ads. This surfaces the EMS calf massager, a product being advertised by multiple brands.
- **Product validation criteria** [02:16] — He checks the product against four criteria: solves a problem (calf pain in elderly, athletes), easy to understand and demonstrate, clear target audience, and high perceived value with enough profit margin.
- **Choosing a private agent** [03:12] — He opts for USA Drop, a private agent, instead of AliExpress. Benefits include 5-12 day shipping (vs 15-30), better customer support, and free to use with no signup fees.
- **Building the Shopify store** [04:07] — He uses Shopify as the platform, Scopic AI as the page builder, and Shopify's AI assistant 'Sidekick' to generate the product page, logo, description, and layout.
- **Product page and offer** [05:53] — The store is named 'Recovery Tech' and sells the 'Pulse Tech Calf Stimulator' for $59 (cost $20). He includes a 30-day money-back guarantee and adds two free gifts (a digital ebook and a free product) to increase perceived value.
- **Email/SMS marketing setup** [07:41] — Sponsored segment: Omnisend is introduced as essential for abandoned cart recovery and post-purchase emails. The creator has used it for 3 years and highlights its beginner-friendly platform and Shopify integration.
- **Creating AI video ads** [09:29] — He makes hybrid ads using AI avatars from vid.io mixed with real footage. Scripts are generated with Manis AI, which analyzes competitor ads transcribed via Otter AI, and b-roll can be created with Google VO3 or Sora 2.
- **Facebook ads strategy** [13:57] — He sets up a CBO campaign with a $100 budget, four ad sets targeting top English-speaking countries (US, UK, Australia, NZ, Europe), and each ad set uses a different angle. Three video variations with different hooks are tested.
- **First sale arrives** [16:00] — The first order comes in at 6:00 a.m. The customer bought two items, generating $89.98 in revenue. He verifies it as a legitimate order.
- **Final numbers and verdict** [16:51] — Total spend: $100 (ads) + $8.99 (domain) + $1 (Shopify) + $48 (product cost) + $40 (vid.io) = $202.98. Despite the net loss, he concludes the challenge is a success because it proves a first sale is possible within 24 hours.

## Transcript

locking myself in this room for the next 24 hours till I get my first drop shipping sale. So, I wanted to see what happens when you start from zero and try and get your first sale in a single day. Right now, I have nothing. I'm literally
sleeping on the floor in this tiny room. I don't have a product, I don't have a a drop shipping sale. Now, to make things interesting, if I don't get a sale in the first 24 hours, then I'm going to be giving one of you guys a
thousand dollars. I have a lot on my shoulders, so with that being said, let's roll the countdown time. Now, the first thing that I need to do is find something called a winning drop shipping product, which essentially is a product
that's already making loads of money right now from other drop shippers so that I can put it in my own store and also make money with it. Now, the success of this challenge will really depend on the product that I find and
choose. Now, the method that I'm going to be using to find my winning product using an ad spy tool that essentially allows me to see all the ads being run by all the drop shippers and e-commerce brands. Now, there's loads of tools out
feature. Now, I'm going to be using a company called Winning Hunter as I and it's the one that I've been using for a while. So, what I'm going to do, guys, is I'm going to play a quick time lapse of me going through Winning Hunter
lapse of me going through Winning Hunter to try and find a winning product.
Winning Hunter, I've been able to find a product. Now, just to give you guys some clarity of how I use Winning Hunter, I filter it by Shopify so that only Shopify stores come up. I filter it by ad spend amount, so the amount of money
me the most spent ads in the last 90 days of creation. I then filter it by English. I'm only interested in English ads. So, then that way, guys, when I'm going through Winning Hunter, I'm seeing
ads with a higher spend. They're English speaking ads and they're also on Shopify. And based on those filters, guys, I came across this product called the EMS calf massager. Now, there's loads of different brands running ads
for this product and they're essentially doing really, really well. Now, although performing really well by different brands running for this product, I still criteria, which is, does it solve a problem, which it does. It's a calf
massager for people that have either got old age issues, either you're an athlete with injuries on your calves, either you go to the gym. But the one that I'm thinking most about is older people that suffer from leg pain or calf pain, so
that's the reason why I want to sell the product. Number two, is it easy to understand what the product does or demonstrate, which it is. Has it got a super easy audience to sell to? Yes, older people. Does the product have a
high perceived value? Yes, because it's a technology equipment that you'd wear people are going to have the perceived value of this could be worth hundreds of much about this is because at the end of the day, I don't want to sell cheap
to be big enough for me to spend on ads. Now, I'm not actually going to be using because it's number one, they're going to be really slow delivery times, and So, I'm actually going to be using a private agent called USA Drop. Now,
private agent just essentially means that you're going to get more one-on-one shipping lines, so the product can be sent to my customer within 5 to 12 days from China instead of 15 to 30 with AliExpress. And I'm also going to get
better reassurance if anything goes wrong with the product or there's any delays. And one is very obvious, which is private agent, which means that I have my own agent throughout the whole process and I don't have to worry about
anything. With AliExpress customer support, it's really hard to get through to them. The other best part is USA Drop is free to use, so I don't even have to sign up with an email and password for completely free and no credit card is
required. You guys can check them out in the link in the pinned comment and in completely free to sign up with them. Now, to build my drop shipping store, I'm going to be using Shopify because Shopify is the best platform for
physical products to sell online and they have the best apps, interface, and integrations. And that brings me on to the first thing. I'm actually going to be using a page builder to build the store. And then I'm also going to be
using Shopify's AI to build on top of it. So, all I've got to do is go on to Scopic AI, as you can see, put in the product name, it'll give me some brand ideas, and then all I've got to do is upload three images of the products that
it can clone it, which I've just done, and then all I've got to do is give it a reference website. That could be Amazon, that could be a competitor's website, generate, and then it'll generate me that page for the product. It'll come up
with a logo, product description, product information, images, and the product page layout. So, as you guys can see, it's just built this product page for me, which looks really, really good. Now, I'm actually going to build on top
if you don't know what Shopify Sidekick is, it's basically their own AI assistant inside of Shopify. So, what I can do now is export this page from Scopic to Shopify, which I'm about to do now. Now, before I carry on, guys, I do
going to also want to sign up to Shopify with me because if you use my link, you're going to get it for 3 months for $3. For the next 3 months, I'm only next 3 months. So, I'm only going to be spending $3 for the best platform to
sell products online, which is Shopify, and no competition even comes close. And yes, I will earn a small commission if you use my affiliate link, but guys, if you use my affiliate link, it will help me get myself out of this tiny room that
I'm currently in. 15 minutes later. So, after around about 35 minutes, guys, I be showing you the mobile version as that's what most people are going to be visiting the website on. And you can see the logo says Recovery Tech and it's got
that nice looking green logo of somebody's leg. And now you can see these images here and it shows the image of the product. Now, these images were made through Google Banana and it says Pulse Tech Calf Stimulator plus free
added those gifts later. And then you can see the second image shows an older person with leg pain versus the same person on the sofa with the device without leg pain. And then it shows an image of a nurse with it in a hand to
that it's medically proven. And then you can see here it says, "Reliably trust in a product that delivers consistent results every time." I'm selling the product for $59 and I'm buying it for $20, so it gives me more than enough
margin to make money. And obviously, if it sells well later on, guys, I will you can see it has the 30-day money-back guarantee. And then it says, "EMS heat vibration together it relieves tension, boosts circulation quickly." And then it
boosts circulation quickly." And then it goes over Pulse Tech recovery timeline. the product, more stats of what it can help you with. Got some really nice the frequently asked questions. And you
guys, which is you basically get two free gifts, which is a digital ebook and a free product. Now, I'm doing this to increase the offer value in terms of to buy it because you get two free gifts. Whenever you're in a shop and
they offer you two free gifts, you're more likely to buy the product because that's pretty much the store, guys. You guys can also view the store at any time you want cuz it is a live store. Now, quickly, before I carry on with this
drop shipping challenge, I want to go over a tool that is essential if you want to build a successful drop shipping store or e-com brand in 2026. [music] And that is Omnisend, who is the sponsor of today's video. Because here's the
truth, with a challenge like this, most people focus on things like how to find a winning product, how to build a store, all the fancy parts of drop shipping, and they forget the essential parts. And these are the biggest profit drivers of
e-commerce and drop shipping. And that is your email and SMS marketing. Because if you're not collecting emails to recover abandoned carts or initiate checkouts, you're literally leaving thousands of dollars on the table. And
that's why I've been using Omnisend for the past 3 years. Now, what I love about Omnisend is they make this so simple to set up, especially as a beginner. Or if you're moving fast like I am in this challenge. Because you can set up email
campaigns and triggered flows through their platform. And usually, you would have to hire an email marketing agency to do this for you, whereas Omnisend gets rid of that. So, for things like your welcome flow or your abandoned
[music] cart sequence or your post-purchase emails can all be done easily through Omnisend because their platform is clean and beginner-friendly [music] and integrates with Shopify perfectly.
If your current platform is slowing you down, they're not taking advantage of AI, it's not easy to use, then this is your reason to leave and switch to Omnisend. So, whether you're starting fresh with your first store, and by the
way, if you are, you can use Omnisend for free up to your first 250 email guys is I've left a link in the description and in the pinned comment so you can check Omnisend out. So, now I've potentially got my winning product and
I've built my Shopify drop shipping store, I now need to create the video ad content to run on Facebook later on today. So, the method that I'm going to avatars and I'm going to be mixing real [music] footage with them. So, I do like
a hybrid approach where I use some AI avatars and I also mix it in with real footage as I find that works the best versus just AI only. Now, what I'm going to do is I'm going to head over to use called vid.io to create the avatars and
to create the b-roll. So the avatars are going to be elderly people explaining and talking about why they bought their calf massager and how it's benefited them. Now I'm going to create four different versions of this. Now if you
don't know vid.io is just a platform that allows you to create AI avatars. You can give them a script and you can also use things like Google VO3 or Sora 2 to create the b-roll that goes on top of the video. So it's basically an
all-in-one suite for creating AI content. And essentially they make it super easy to do. So if you guys want to create your own AI content for your ads, you can check out vid.io in the description and in the pin comment and
using them. Now when it comes to building the scripts and the ideas, I actually use a tool called Manis AI. I'm not affiliated or sponsored by Manis AI. I give Manis AI all the ads from my competitors and I say these are the best
performing ads. I even give it the Facebook ad library so it can see them. I even download them and transcribe them using Otter AI. So Otter AI allows you using Otter AI. So Otter AI allows you to transcribe videos and I say to Manis
AI, which is an agentic agent which can perform tasks on its own, I want you to view these videos, see what makes them perform so well and recreate the same videos for me in terms of scripts for my AI avatar. But what I want you to do is
the best performing ads weren't for elderly people, but I want it to take what works best for other people and target it specifically for elderly. That visuals. And then what Manis AI will do is it will create the scripts for me to
give the AI avatars on vid.io. It will also tell me how to make the avatar look. So what should the avatar look like? And it will even tell me scene by scene what should be done in the video. So with that being said guys, let me get
So with that being said guys, let me get into it.
>> when you try to stand up? You are not alone and it is not just getting older your favorite chair, walking up the stairs, or just moving around the house. You've probably tried light stretching, compression socks, or even pain creams,
but nothing seems to bring the strength back to your calves. Here's what is electrical connection between your brain and your calf muscles can weaken. The >> [music] >> That is where this EMS calf massager
electrical stimulation right to your living room. It safely bypasses that weakened connection [music] and gently exercises your calf muscles directly. It contracts and releases your muscles hundreds of times per session.
It is like rewiring a circuit. You will actually [music] feel your dormant calf muscles waking up, rebuilding strength, and improving circulation without any strenuous exercise thousands [music] of So as you guys just saw, those were the
AI avatars that I made using vid.io and I added some real footage into them so that they have a nice blend of AI avatar versus real footage. That way the hybrid let me know what you guys think of those
AI video ads in the comment section below. Now what I've also done guys is I've also created some image ads as well. So I've used Google Banana Pro to create these image ads because I like to do videos and images to see which one
going to think the videos are going to perform. But I still want to run them side by side to see if there's any changes. So yeah, if you guys want to video ads for drop shipping, you can
description and in the pin comment as that's what I used to create them. So guys, it's been a long day and I've been sat in this chair for hours working and it is so uncomfortable. I've now moved
on to the Facebook ads. We call this the final boss. So essentially my Facebook ad strategy that I'm going to use is it's going to be a CBO campaign. I'm going to set it at either 100 or 150 dollars as it's a one-day challenge. Now
I'm going to be doing four ad sets and they're going to be the top 15 countries, US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe countries. And then So I'm going to let Facebook do all the targeting. I've just given it the
countries. Now where I am going to make things special is in each ad for each ad set, it's going to be a different angle. So ad set one is going to have an angle for old people that have had injuries or surgeries. Ad set number two could be
for old people that just have leg pain. Ad set number three is going to be for the third angle, which could be for people that have just had surgery or people that have illnesses that cause leg issues. So basically each ad set,
the ads that go into them have different angles. I will add three videos. Now the only difference with each video I make will have a different hook. So the first three to five seconds will have a different hook. Now this might get a
little bit confusing. So each video I made, I made three variations of them hook, the first three seconds as that is lie, I hit a point where I looked finished. So I told my wife as an
emergency she needs to come into the room and give me a fresh trim. So whilst guys, I'll catch you tomorrow. >> [music] >> So just a quick check-in, the Facebook ads have officially gone active. So from
scheduled to active, which means Facebook's approved them and you can see we're sat here with the laptop waiting for the sales. room [music] tour whilst we wait for the ads to start getting sales. As you guys
can see, this is my setup. Got my laptop. I've got my little bed and I've got these tiny walls next to me just so you guys can see how small this room to be camping in [music] this little tiny room till we get a sale. Okay, so
we've got an urgent update. We've just got our first sale and it was at 6:00 a.m. in the morning. Now currently the time of recording this is 6:43
a.m. Now I had to actually check if the order was legit or it was some scam order, but it is an official real order as you guys can see on the screen. Now the good news is the customer that bought the product actually bought two,
bought the product actually bought two, which means our total revenue is $89.98. over 10 hours. So that was just an urgent update because we've got our
urgent update because we've got our first
end of the challenge. It's currently 8:00 p.m. on the 14th of April and the ads are almost about to have spent the full $100 on the CBO [music] campaign.
Now the bad news that I've got is since I last updated you, there's been no more sales. We've just had that one order for two items. So let me break down the numbers with you. So I spent $100 on that CBO campaign. It's not fully spent
yet, but it will spend $100 within [music] the next few hours. And then I spent $8.99 for the dot store domain name. Then I spent $1 for the Shopify store. Now I use my supplier USA drop, which is a
private agent. So I paid $24 for those units. So that would be $48 in product cost in total. Then I spent around about $40 on the vid.io account
so that I could create the UGC AI avatar video ads. So after we calculate [music] all of that, it brings the grand total to around about $202.98. to around about $202.98. [music]
Now this challenge wasn't to make profit. It was to show how long can it possibly take if you lock yourself in a room [music] to get your first order drop shipping on Shopify? I've just proved that if you lock yourself up and
you take all the distractions away, you can achieve your first sale within the first 24 hours. So the answer to the question is, can you actually get your first sale in 24 hours drop shipping? And this challenge proves you can.
