pray, that no longer works. Customers have gotten smarter and ads have gotten more expensive. But AI actually makes it easier than ever for beginners to compete if you know how to use it the right way. So if you're confused right
now, you're not crazy. You have gurus telling you 10 different methods. You watch three tutorials, yet somehow you feel more lost than when you first got started. So, in this video, I'm going to fix all of that. I'm going to show you
exactly how I would start AI drop shipping in 2026 if I had to restart all over as a complete beginner. There's no rented cars today, no fake screenshots, [music] Instead, we're going to cover how to
pick a product that actually works this year, how to use AI to build a branded store in minutes, how to use AI for product research and ad creatives, and finally, how to get your first sales without burning thousands on ads. So,
lock in with me right now. Get ready to take some notes and let's get started. So, to get started, make sure you click the link in the description below to buildyoustore.ai AI and we're going to click this big button here that says
build my free store. So from here, enter in your name, your email, and then create a password as well. With all of that done, you can click on sign up. Now, the AI store builder is very straightforward. It is going to ask us a
few questions. So, it's going to say, hey, pick a niche. You can pick any hey, pick two images. Pick any two banners. Now, at this point, we haven't things will likely change during the design phase. The next step then has you
create a Shopify store for $1. And pro tip, you can have unlimited stores under the same email address. So, don't think you need to make one new email for every single store. And another thing, Shopify is only $1 for your first 90 days. I
think the first 72 hours are completely free and then after that, it's just $1 per month. So, there's literally no excuse not to start AI drop shipping in excuse not to start AI drop shipping in 2026. If you have $500 to $1,000, you
can change your life with this business model. And Shopify may ask you to verify your name, your address, phone number, etc. So, enter your business info, save the address, then we can move on forward. And if Shopify starts asking
you some questions, you can just click skip customize setup and go through all of that. Next step, you need to link your Shopify store to the AI store Shopify address and then you can paste it right in this box right here. The
we already did that earlier. So, we can move on. And with that completed, we can install the build your store app on our Shopify store. So, this is how we actually get the custom theme. This is how products get added to our store. And
this is where the AI really comes to life. And the AI store builder will give you the option between a free and a 97 version of the theme, but you can start with the free plan because I'll be giving you a customized template that
you can later import to your store in this video. So continue with the basic setup and say yes, I will do all the work myself. And with that completed, we can click the customize my store button and the magic is going to happen. So our
store is going to get created. Once that's done, we can go pick out a product and get our ads out. And now if we come to online store themes, you will officially added to our store. So if I come to edit theme now, you are going to
see the AI store builder here where it already has the website completed for us. It has the homepage done. There are products already added to the store, but the theme comes with a ton of perks like we have swatches, we have bundles
comparison tables, these scrolling sections, result sliders. So, the theme look like a credible brand right off the gate. Now, the thing is there are
products on our store, but we don't have a supplier yet. And also, number two, we need to do some product research to find a trendier product that we can actually get some profits with. Because the placeholder products on your store,
while they can get you some sales, you'll likely need to do some additional really change your life. So, if you return to the AI store builder, we need to get the supplier set up. So, we can do that with AutoDS. And this should be
the final step here. So, all you need to do is scroll down and click register to AutoDS. And they should have a $1 trial for your first 30 days. So, with Shopify, with AutoDS, you can literally get your store off the ground for two
bucks. There's no excuse in 2026 not to start AI ecom. So once your AutoDS account is created, let's get into how to find a winning product. Because by default, you'll be on their marketplace tab, and this will show us some of their
top trending products. And AutoDS is the number one drop shipping supplier. So they have direct insights from multiple warehouses in China to know which Now, but I want to put you guys on something new. This Tik Tok analytics
feature. So this tool will show us every single trending product on Tik Tok shop. many units this product has sold in the past seven days. How much revenue this product has generated in the past seven days. And there are hundreds of winning
products for us to scroll through and start selling for ourself. So this store right here was my first ever winning product from 2021. This product took me from zero to 89K in only 14 days and actually gave me the momentum to quit my
career as a firefighter and go allin on e-commerce. So, the product sold for three main reasons. The first, the product was going viral on Tik Tok. It was getting millions of views. So, I knew the product had some demand. From
there, the product solved a big problem, which was it made your girl's booty look bigger. Essentially, every product you sell should solve a problem or give some sort of confidence booster. And that is what these pants did right there. So on
viral, the final criteria is that you can source the product from China for ideally $8 to $13 within that range is preferred. So this was my first winner.
Now that you know why it was successful, let's return to AutoDS and do some live research together. So you can just come to the filters here and choose the last seven days. One product that catches my eye is this outdoor winter hood. We can
see in the past 7 days 11,000 units sold and 137K revenue has been generated. So you click a product that you like and now AutoDS will give us more insights. So we can see the competitor's photos which these look pretty amateur. I think
we can make something better than this. But more importantly, past 7 days here they've done 158K. We can check the last 30 days they've done over half a million dollars which is pretty crazy. But it gets better because this tool from
AutoDS shows us the most popular videos for this product. So come down to related videos and we want to sort it by views. So if you click views here, it will show us the most viral videos for this product. So this video here, 16
million views. Next one, 11 million views. And we can change the date range, too. So let's see the most viral videos from the past 7 days. 1.4 mill views, 900k views. And with all of these videos, by the way, not only can we
click on them and watch them, but AutoDS gives us the ability to download these videos so we can later repurpose them for our ads. So, it gives us all of the data right in front of us. It tells us which products are selling. It shows us
the most viral content available. So, your job is finding a product that solves a problem. So, this hood, it keeps them warm in the winter. It's something like this before. You can put
the hood up. You can take the hood down. It's a little customizable. So, the last thing to really determine if you should sell it is checking the cost of goods with our supplier. And I have a three-step system to get the product
from the product research tool to list it on our store. So, step one is just computer. Step number two is to upload the image inside of AliExpress. And this will show us all of the suppliers on AliExpress. And the main reason we're
doing that is to verify we can find the product, but also we want to find a supplier that has the the variance we need already there. That way we can move on to step three, which is copying the AliExpress link. And then inside of
AutoDS, we can come to add products, single product, and then we can paste in the AliExpress link here and click publish to store. And they will try and give you an AI enhancement. You can click no thanks. I'll skip out. But now
AutoDS is taking that product that is going viral and it's listing it on our shop so we can start to sell it oursel. So the product is added and if you click the sell item ID, it'll pull open our product page and we got a password. Come
to online store password remove password and now this is the default product to this, you would probably get zero that needs to get done. But with a little magic, we can completely pimp out
the store and appear like a proper brand. So, we did a few changes to go from this over to this. So, the first thing I did was customize the product information. So, I shortened the title to the thermmo hood and then we used
chat GPT to generate some custom AI product images that weren't as generic. So, all of our product photos here were customized with AI. [music] So, it was a little more effort, but now we appear more credible than the Tik Tok shop
supplier that is scaling harder than us. And the final thing I did was I have an already customized version of the AI store builder. So, I just took the zip file, uploaded it into Shopify, and then I just had to use my chat GPT prompt,
copy the text in, we changed the colors a little bit to appear more branded, and that was it. The actual store isn't too difficult because the AI store builder creates your my Shopify AutoDS finds you the winning product and then my

reason that this store works is because one, we look like a proper brand. We don't look like a spammy store. Number two, we have a lot of urgency and scarcity, which is getting the customer to purchase now on the spot as opposed
to later. And the final thing we have is a lot of social proof where we are showing real people with the product to let the customer know, hey, this product is going to kick ass in their life as well. So, in just a moment, we'll handle
the Tik Tok ads, but before that, we need to get our video ads for the product. That way, you can go and launch your campaign. So, return back to your product research listing from AutoDS and come down to the videos here. And I want
you to sort the videos by the most viewed. And what you're going to do is you're going to find one video from all time. You'll find one video from the last 7 days and you'll find one video from the last 30 days. I want you to
save the video to your computer that you can then use to launch your ads. You want the product introduced in the hook as the solution to whatever problem to talk about some benefits of your product and at the end have some sort of
call to action that reminds the customer to click the shop now button below so they can go to your store and buy. For our Tik Tok ads, we want to go to and we want to come to the campaign tab right here so we can launch our day one
test. So day one, we're running a sales campaign. We're doing a $50 budget only running ads on Tik Tok USA 18 plus and you will upload your three individual ad
creatives inside of this campaign. So your first day of ads, Tik Tok is going to spend your $50 in whichever way it believes will get you the highest return on your ad spend. So I launched this campaign and 5 days later we had spent
$250 in total. We were spending $50 each day and we had generated over 13 purchases back on our website. So what's most important is that you keep this cost per purchase column less than your break even point. That is how you know
that you are getting profitable sales back on your website. And checking out the profit loss from the last 5 days here. We brought in 15 orders. We generated $600 revenue. But after running ads, fulfilling orders,
transaction fees, etc., We made a little over $100 in net profit and over 20% margins is all right. We are close to 20 which is on the lower side, but considering we're between 20 30% margins, I am okay with that. Especially
because this was the first week on a new store. And if you're still a beginner, it's important to note that your first winner isn't going to scale from zero to 100K in the next seven days. It'll likely be a slower process as you build
