## Transcript

If you want to make long AI videos for free, you need to try this. You won't believe it, but this secret tip allows you to create 20-minute long AI videos for free, and that too with consistent character and consistent voice.
Take a look at this sample. Hey, sorry, do you know where marketing sits? Yeah, actually I'm heading that way. Oh, perfect. I thought I was already lost. Give it a week. You'll know it better than I do.
You got me coffee? You looked like you needed it. That obvious? A little. Wow. Thanks. Anytime. Okay, tell me you see it, too.
Oh, I see it. Are they seriously talking about us? Probably. Great. Could be worse. Emma? Yeah?
Can you come in for a second? Sorry to keep you late. It's okay. Is something wrong? I just wanted to talk to you about something. Okay. There's something I should probably tell you.
About what? About Ryan. Ryan? What about him? I think you should hear this from me first. What?
You see, this is how it looks. The best part is that I haven't used separate tools to create this. I created this whole video in a single tool. The voiceover, the sound effects, the scenes, and the editing.
Everything is done in one tool. This is what you can do with today's AI video generator. It works both on PC and on mobile. So no worries about switching between tools.
This workflow is literally a game changer when it comes to creating long AI videos for free. It keeps the character consistent, uses the same voice throughout the story, and at the end gives you a full video ready to publish at the end.
But there's one thing you need to get right. The setup. If you don't set up the tool properly, then it will give you random results with random characters. So today's video is going to be a complete master class
on how you can create long videos and monetize them in different ways. So let's start with the first step. Before we start, I want you to clear one thing.
My videos are not random AI tutorials that you can watch in the background. You need to follow along like you're attending a class because every step builds on the previous one. If you skip steps or just watch it casually, you probably won't get the results you're looking for.
Let's now begin. The first thing we need is story. Before we head to generate the story using the AI chatbot, let's quickly go through the potential of this niche.
Have you seen these AI drama and AI movie videos on YouTube? I am sure you must have gone through them. They are highly engaging to watch and keep the audience hooked throughout. This niche is a perfect combo of instruction and entertainment.
And people of all ages love to watch them. But the interesting part is their RPM. These types of videos make you more than a regular animation channel. On average, you can make around $3,000 to $6,000 per month.
This is just an estimate considering the amount of views you're getting. And I am going to teach something similar today. But we will specifically learn 3D animation drama added with suspense and thrill.
Something people would watch. So everything starts with a script. And for these types of videos, we need a story as our script. To write the story, we will use ChatGPT.
Yes, ChatGPT is our AI brain for crafting stunning AI stories. I tried Claude and Glock for this type of content too, but they overcomplicate things,
so this is why I am recommending you ChatGPT. Open ChatGPT and ask it to write a modern romantic drama story based in a U.S. office with relatable characters, natural conversations, subtle chemistry, emotional tension, and a
strong cliffhanger. This way you can add that suspense in your story like that one I showed in the demo. If you already have a situation in mind, you can describe that. But if you want to use my prompts then simply ask me in comments and I will share my prompt file with you This is the prompt you need for the story Copy the prompt and add it in ChatGPT Hit send For now simply ask for the story
As this is going to be a long drama that will run on episodes, we need to build everything bit by bit. This prompt is special as it helps you create an emotionally engaging workplace romance story.
It will define the characters, style, and setting. In short, it will lock the whole vibe for your video. Look at this, guys. Chat GPT has now given us a complete story for our first episode.
The story begins when Emma joins a new job. This is her dream job. She is hardworking, ambitious, and passionate. But she met with a guy in the office who helps her, and they develop an emotional bond with one another.
But the twist is that Ryan's father has discovered the relationship, and he may be the one person with the power to destroy both Ryan's career and Emma's future. The story itself seems pretty hooked
and at the end it has given us a list of characters used here as well. Our story is ready now. We need to build characters. To design the characters, we need to have prompts for all our characters.
Without prompts, our characters will look different each time we generate a new scene. This is a very important step, so watch carefully. Continue the chat in ChatGPT and ask it to write prompts for characters in this story in Disney Pixar-style 3D animation.
Add this simple request and ChatGPT will give you precise prompts for Emma, Ryan, Boss, and other colleagues. You see here the prompts. ChatGPT has precisely defined how our male, female, and other characters will look,
how they will dress up, their eyes, clothes, hair, everything is locked in. Now, before we move on to generate the scenes, we must create images for our characters first.
To design the characters, we need the best image generator right now. And the one recommended for this workflow is Google Flow. Flow is a free texture image generator tool where you get three different models to generate images.
Nano Banana Light, Pro, and 2. But apart from models, Flow has now added a separate tool here that helps you design your characters using only one prompt. But the interesting part about this character design tool is that it even helps you create a voice for that particular character.
Yes, consistent character with consistent voice. This feature will literally blow you away. To use it, all you have to do is to come to Google Flow and open a new project. Now on the left side bar, you will see an option that says character.
We have other features as well here, like scenes, all media, and tools. but for now we only need this one as our goal is to design a character for our series.
So click on it. This is the interface you see. You can see that here it clearly states that build and reuse characters for consistency. This is exactly where you design your character using just a single prompt.
You will create the character once and reuse it all over your scenes. So we need to add the prompt first, go back to your prompts and copy the first character prompt. We have Emma, the main character.
Copy the prompt and add it here. Hit send. No need to select aspect ratio or anything. While it is processing the character, let's fill out the rest of the setting. For example, add the name to your character.
Come to chat GPT, copy her name, and add it in. Now, as we told you earlier, we can make the voice consistent as well here. This is where you can do that. Meanwhile, our character is ready.
Look at her. This is amazing. No fancy image. No complex character. Just a simple character profile with a static background. Let's now assign her voice.
Click on Select Voice and add a voice to this character. These are the voices we have. Now, if you take a listen to these voices, you notice the quality. These are all highly natural expressive AI voices.
Select any voice you like. For example, let's pick this. Hi there. We're introducing a new feature where I can read this aloud. Click on it and hit done. That's it.
Now our first character is ready. Click on done and add it in your project. You see when you create a character it adds this icon on it This is very useful while dealing with long projects Now create the second character
Click on the character. Add the prompt. Generate the image. Meanwhile, assign it the name and voice. This time I used the voice of a herd.
Hi there. We're introducing a new feature. Our second character, which is Ryan, is also ready now. Add it to your project and create the next two characters as well. We have the boss and Emma's friend left.
Add the prompt and add the name. Don't forget to assign the voice. For the boss, add an authoritative voice, something like this. Hi there, we're introducing a new feature.
Once the boss is ready, add it in your sheet and create the fourth. All of our characters are ready now. I am going slow today because some people in the audience say that my tutorials are too fast.
So today I am showing all steps in detail. If you love learning with me, subscribe to the channel and hype this video so it can reach out to more and more people. Characters are ready now.
I am not using more than five characters, as AI messes up when dealing with multiple characters. Now we need to build the scenes using text-to-video. For this, click on Scenes and create the scenes.
We need prompts for scenes in our series. We don't have the scene prompts yet, so go back to ChatGPT and create the scene prompts. Ask ChatGPT to write scene prompts for your script.
The key thing, however, is to ask it to include these key elements in it, like scene, dialogue, setting, appearance, and timing. This will help you lock the scene with perfect timings and transitions
Naturally, just like you get in the movies. These are prompts we have. These are detailed prompts with all the tiny details you need in your scenes. Copy the first scene prompt.
Add in flow. Now add your character. Now you don't have to add all characters here. Add only the ones used in the scene. For example, in the prompt, you will see subjects.
Here it says Ryan and Emma. These are the only characters used in the scene, so add them, click on this plus icon, and add the characters.
Like this. Now select the video model, select OmniFlash, as it uses the least credits. Like if you select this video quality, you can see that it uses only 7 credits for a 10 second clip.
This is a new update, which means we can now make more videos in fewer credits. Hit generate. This is the scene we have. Let's play and see what we have.
Still working? Apparently. You should go home. So should you. Maybe I was waiting for you. This is what we have. It's great, right? Notice the voice and lip sync.
It feels so natural. I am having a glitch in my flow, so this is why it looks like this. But the scene looks perfect when you download it.
Still working? Apparently. You should go home. So should you. Maybe I was waiting for you. Now add the second prompt, add the subject references, and hit generate.
This is the scene we have. That's my pen. Not anymore. Seriously? You weren't using it.
You see, it looks great. And the best part is that our scene and voice stayed consistent. This was our main goal. Likewise, generate all scenes one by one. Remember to add the subjects in your scene.
This is important.
All of our scenes are now ready All scenes are looking great I got this one wrong so I simply regenerated it and it came out good the second time.
You're leaving? I was supposed to choose who gets the promotion. And you chose me? You're better than me. You're leaving? I was supposed to choose who gets the promotion.
And you chose me? You're better than me. Now remember, I told you in the start that we will use only one tool to make these types of videos. This is technically our last step.
Click on Scene 1 and open it. The Timeline Editor will open in front of you. Click on the plus icon and add your Scene 2. It will be added right here exactly the way we do it in any editor. Now add the third scene.
You can also trim the scenes if you want to cut a few parts. Add all the scenes next to the scenes on the timeline and assemble your video right here in this editor. This is the complete video I have.
Click here and download it. It will download all scenes of the whole video. This is the complete video. Let's play and have a look at the final output.
Still working? Apparently. You should go home. So should you. Maybe I was waiting for you. That's my pen
Not anymore Seriously? You weren't using it I just want to prove I deserve this You don't have to prove it to me Don't make that weird
Wasn't planning to You're leaving? I was supposed to choose who gets the promotion And you chose me? You're better than me Who is he?
He is my father. So, you're the reason my son wants to quit. Ryan? I was hoping you'd never find out.
Find out what? That my father owns the company. Huh? It looks great, right? Now, this is how you can create your own web series.
And if you are thinking that Flow gives only a few credits, then let me show you something. Flow's free version is actually better than the paid plan because it gives you more credits than you get in Pro1.
For example, if you do the math, you will see that Flow gives you 50 credits every single day in a free plan. and if you multiply 50 with 30, it becomes 1,500,
which means the free version gives you 500 more credits than the pro plan. This is the advantage I talk about each time I say Google Flow is free. This is how I see it. If you get 1,500 credits and one video costs seven credits,
you can make 200 plus videos in this free plan and if you have more than three emails, you can easily double this amount. Above all, the type of videos I have shown you are easy to make with it.
You don't have to upload the episode every single day. Just upload one per week or two in one week. These types of videos get millions of views, so give them some time before you upload the next.
For the next episode, simply continue the AI chat where you built the brain for these types of series. Ask it to give you the next episode in the same format and continue making great episodes.
Now comes the last step, which is how to actually earn with this niche. Monetization is easy for these videos. Like if you upload them on YouTube, you can easily complete the monetization and earn through Google AdSense.
Apart from these, you can also offer your freelance services to clients who already need this type of video. You can make around $1,500 to $3,000 from every single video you make.
You can even run a Facebook page with this type of content as well. People love watching movie clips on Facebook, so monetization is not an issue with these types of long-form videos.
Create yours today and share with me your progress. If you have any questions in your mind, ask me in the comments and I will guide each one of you personally. like subscribe and share this new workflow with others best of luck for your projects thank you so much
