[00:01] faceless YouTube channel because you don't want to show your face, there's something I really want you to know before you start. A faceless channel can absolutely work. But, faceless does not mean um
[00:17] effortless. And it definitely doesn't mean you can just take other people's videos, put them together, and uh add an AI voice and 11 labs and expect YouTube to pay you because they
[00:31] will uh flag it as a reuse of of content. So, um so before you create that channel, I want you to understand these five things because knowing them now can save you a lot of frustrations later. So, the first
[00:46] thing you have to do is to you need to create something that is original. And uh you need to understand is that what you need to understand is that being faceless does not mean you don't need to be a creator. You still need to create.
[00:59] people misunderstand faceless YouTube. They hear faceless channel and think I don't have to show my face. So, I can just uh find videos online, download also, uh owning a faceless account does not
[01:13] mean it's going to also uh sound as an AI. So, that's not the mindset I would recommend. If you want to build something that can last uh you, um you need to bring something of your own, too.
[01:27] Um to in your of your own content. Your commentary, explanation, editing, ideas, and your perspective. You don't necessarily uh have to appear on camera for the audience to recognize that you created the video. YouTube
[01:43] monetization policy says it specifically specifically says that content should be original and authentic. And they can reject channels that rely on reused or mass-produced content without enough original value. So, don't think how can
[01:59] is what I recommend you should think instead. How can I create valuable content without showing my face? That's a much better question to think about. So, the number two is
[02:12] don't build your channel entirely around other people's content. And this one is planning if you're planning to download clips other websites and simply repost them on your channel, I would seriously rethink
[02:27] You know why? YouTube says "reused content can include content taken from another online source where there is little or no meaningful commentary, modification, or added value." And here is something many beginners don't
[02:41] understand. Copyright and YouTube reused content monetization policy are not the same thing. You could have permission to use somebody's content and still have monetization issues if your channel is not adding enough value, enough original
[02:54] value. So, if you are going to use else material, don't make the borrowed contribution obvious. If you are doing commentary, actually comment. If you are teaching something, actually teach. If
[03:06] you are telling a story, actually create a story. The viewer should be getting somebody else's content through your channel. Three is the third thing you know is AI can help you, but don't let AI become your whole channel. Now, let's
[03:20] talk about AI because if you are starting a faceless channel in 2023, you are probably going to come across a lot of AI tools. AI can be extremely useful. You can make You can use it to brainstorm ideas. You can actually use
[03:34] it do your research, organize a script, generate visuals, or help with editing. So, there are many ways it can speed up your workflow, but don't fall into the trap of um let me press one button and create 100
[03:47] videos because that's not really building a faceless channel. It is building You are just trying to build a a a a content uh factory. Content monetization policy says addresses repeat
[04:00] repetitive or mass-produced content. It's actually telling us that AI-generated content that doesn't add value, authentic value, uh won't work. So, if you're using AI, use it as a tool. Don't let it place replace your
[04:12] creativity. Don't let it replace your creativity. Add your own ideas, check the information, rewrite the thing in your own tone and your own voice. I know the video different from others. So, give people a reason to watch your
[04:24] version of that video that you you created. So, the number four is don't created. So, the number four is don't expect money immediately. That is, don't mistake immediately on building your faceless or your face um
[04:37] >> channel. I know this one might hurt a little, sha, but I'm telling you now so you don't start a faceless uh build the channel first. Learn how video. Learn how to create titles and thumbnails and how to keep people
[04:50] watching. What your audience actually wants. Then, think about monetization later. For full ad revenue eligibility in the YouTube Partners Program, YouTube currently needs the threshold as 1,000 subscribers plus either 4,000 valid
[05:03] watch hours in the past 12 months or 10 um million valid uh public hours for um released an update about their monetization on coming up on February
[05:15] 2027. So, don't start your channel thinking, "How quickly can I make quickly can I become good at making current uh making content people want to watch?" The money comes after you have uh built
[05:29] something valuable. So, um the step five is choose your niche carefully. And finally, before you create your faceless channel, decide what your um what you actually going to talk about. Don't just say, "I'm starting a faceless channel."
[05:43] your own opinions. People It actually matters because people can recognize face. So, don't think I don't want to show my face. Uh therefore, I can't build a brand. You absolutely can. Um the face is only one part um
[05:59] of a brand. Your ideas and your personality can be the brand, too. So, faceless YouTube channel, don't just ask, "How do I make money without supposed to be asking, "How can I create something valuable without showing my
[06:12] face?" That's more change in mindset that can make a huge difference because can work, but you still have to be a creator. You still have to bring value. You still have to learn. And uh you still have to be patient. That patience
