[0:21] to show you how to make your character
[0:23] stand out that's right this video is
[0:26] about collecting and using in-game
[0:28] cosmetic items also known as transor
[0:30] items so welcome to transor for dummies
[0:34] basically transmorphic allows you to
[0:36] change the appearance of your character
[0:39] armor to any other piece you've
[0:41] collected in the past that your
[0:44] character is eligible to wear that means
[0:47] right now you can collect anything your
[0:48] character class can equi and make it a
[0:51] skin the rules will be changing in
[0:53] upcoming expansion blizzard announced
[0:56] that in the war within all players will
[0:58] be able to learn Trend more Mark of any
[1:00] gear type they collect even if there
[1:02] something that their class can't equip
[1:04] so right now in the current expansion
[1:08] dragonflight cloth wearers for instance
[1:10] can't transor male gear and me as a male
[1:15] wearer can't transmorg plate because my
[1:18] character class cannot wear plate but
[1:21] that's going to change soon I can't wait
[1:22] for that anyway Let's Get Back to Basics
[1:25] you can check what skins you have
[1:27] available through the Wardrobe tab in
[1:29] the collection panel you can do this by
[1:31] using shift
[1:33] p or by clicking this button you can
[1:37] filter your appearances that you have or
[1:40] haven't collected by using this button
[1:42] you'll see here collected not collected
[1:44] the tool tip will also tell you which
[1:47] items share appearances and where you
[1:50] can get them from for the trans Mark
[1:52] that you haven't collected many of the
[1:54] items are part of sets you can check out
[1:56] set possibilities by clicking this tab
[1:59] all the set sets that are highlighted
[2:00] yellow are the ones that you've
[2:02] completely
[2:03] collected the ones that are highlighted
[2:05] green you've only gotten pieces of that
[2:08] collection one minimum for it to be
[2:10] green those that are highlighted gray
[2:12] you haven't collected any of the pieces
[2:14] yet one thing that's really really cool
[2:16] is that it will show you exactly where
[2:19] to get each piece to complete your set
[2:22] it's important to remember though that
[2:24] if it's an item coming from a raid like
[2:26] this raids have different difficulties
[2:28] so raid finder normal heroic and Mythic
[2:31] and each difficulty has a different skin
[2:36] different set different coloring the
[2:38] same applies to PVP gear the sets will
[2:41] be different based on ranking so as you
[2:43] can see this tab is super helpful to see
[2:46] all the
[2:47] possibilities it's great for looking up
[2:49] specific items or sets you want to
[2:51] really stand out though you need to
[2:53] picture what you want your character to
[2:55] look like then decide what items you
[2:57] should try to collect now that we've
[2:59] talked about what trans Mark is it's
[3:01] time to learn how to collect that
[3:03] gear let's hop back over to the items
[3:07] tab here you can see if you click
[3:10] filters and go to sources there are six
[3:13] different ways to Source your Trends
[3:15] more gear these sources include a mix of
[3:19] buyon equipped and buy on pickup items
[3:22] so you can get them from boss drops
[3:24] quests vendor World drops achievements
[3:27] or your professions you can collect
[3:29] items from the auction house or from
[3:33] somebody crafting them for you to
[3:36] collect appearances of any bind and
[3:38] equip item you need to make sure that
[3:42] you make it Soul bound so we're going to
[3:45] use this one for example this is still
[3:47] bind on
[3:48] equipped you click on it
[3:53] equipping and once you've equipped it it
[3:56] will be added to your skins don't forget
[4:00] to put back on the original item that
[4:03] you had
[4:04] on because currently I have on the
[4:07] shoulders that I just equipped but I
[4:09] don't want that I want it to go back to
[4:11] the one that I had and then you can
[4:13] safely sell this item and then it's no
[4:16] longer in your inventory but it's in
[4:20] your
[4:22] transorg wardrobe so if I go to
[4:25] shoulders and I look for that
[4:28] piece
[4:32] you'll see it's here and I've collected
[4:35] it as a new player you won't have as
[4:37] many cosmetic items in your collection
[4:39] like I do you'll be able to farm all of
[4:41] these over time start farming items in
[4:44] Old content like raids and dungeons that
[4:47] are easy for you to solo so pay
[4:50] attention to your current character
[4:52] level to understand
[4:54] exactly which raids or dungeons you can
[4:58] go into by yourself
[5:00] get yourself an add-on like saved
[5:02] instances to track your raid lockouts so
[5:04] as you can see here I've already done
[5:06] bared and hold and Bastion of the
[5:08] Twilight and if you look at the bottom
[5:10] of my screen you'll see that it will
[5:12] tell me that I've defeated all of the
[5:14] bosses and I will not be able to
[5:17] complete that instance again for the
[5:19] next 13 hours and 24
[5:21] minutes raids reset weekly and dungeons
[5:25] I think that you can go into a dungeon
[5:28] up to 10 times per hour before you get
[5:31] locked out so every rate here has class
[5:34] specific armor and the sets all match so
[5:37] as you can see for for my class this
[5:40] entire set for the Mythic Eternal
[5:44] creators
[5:46] chains matches nicely and if I were to
[5:49] look at heroics also matches very nicely
[5:52] run the old content once per week till
[5:55] you've collected the set that you want
[5:58] and that's the cheapest way to get your
[5:59] trans Mor don't forget that each raid
[6:02] Difficulty can only be done once per
[6:05] week on that character so if you choose
[6:07] to do heroic that's it for the week you
[6:09] have to wait for another week to try a
[6:10] different level a great way to speed up
[6:13] the process is if the raid is available
[6:15] in 25 Men set it at that difficulty
[6:18] because then there's going to be more
[6:19] Loot drop because it's intended for more
[6:21] people if raids and dungeons aren't
[6:24] enough for you you can go to the auction
[6:26] house or vendors to Source your Trends
[6:29] more gear
[6:31] the auction house requires you to spend
[6:32] your
[6:34] gold and the
[6:36] vendors like Time Walk vendors may
[6:39] require specific currency for you to be
[6:42] able to access the items another way to
[6:45] Source your trans Mark is by visiting
[6:47] your local Trading Post I'm already near
[6:49] the Trading Post here in
[6:51] Stormwind and you talk to T C braid for
[6:55] the
[6:56] alliance and tell her I'd like to see
[6:58] what's available for this month and you
[7:00] will see that in order for you to
[7:03] purchase the item from The Trading Post
[7:04] you require Traders tenders check the
[7:07] playlist in the cards above to see what
[7:09] has been on the Trading Post in the past
[7:11] months even though certain items may not
[7:15] be currently available they may return
[7:17] to the trading post as you can see here
[7:20] below they have returning
[7:24] items that you can try to get with
[7:28] attenders
[7:32] you earn tenders
[7:34] monthly by completing various in-game um
[7:39] requirements such as completing 25
[7:41] quests or raids so doing your trans morg
[7:46] run by killing 25 uh dungeon
[7:51] bosses you would be able to earn 100
[7:53] tenders remember to save all the
[7:56] duplicate items to help offset your
[7:58] costs or to just earn some gold
[8:01] duplicate bind on equip items are great
[8:03] for selling on the auction house even
[8:05] the bind on pickup items are not too
[8:07] shabby either you can vendor those for a
