[00:01] noticed, but inside it was really bad, wasn't it? [00:14] Well, the worst story would be a combination of things, right? All the feelings of insecurity that I experienced, right? All insecurity, all of it, I see it my life has been full of insecurity. Why? Because [00:30] of an event, I believe, an event that I had at school, right? Because I suffered physical abuse at the hands of someone who loved me very much, right? An aunt, [00:44] uh, a physical assault, like that, you know? She did n't act maliciously, did she? But that was the tool she had at the time, right? So I went to defend them, they were fighting with my mother, you know, my adoptive mother, and then she pushed [00:58] my mother and she fell and hit her head. So I was defending my mother, right? And what happened was that a blow was struck, right? He punched me in the nose [01:12] and it really left a mark on me, but I never realized it would leave such a mark, you know? I must have been about 6 years old, more or less. Well, then the child grew up, right? And at school, because I was very insecure, I [01:29] was a child who, uh, sometimes didn't interact very well, did n't feel comfortable talking, full of confidence, you know? Full of problems, right? Because of that, [01:44] some issues arose, you know, like things, right? I was really bad at playing soccer, wasn't I? Yes, I say this because I [01:58] greatly improved his skills, you know? So I think, because I was inhibited, I did n't learn things properly, so I played very badly, extremely badly. And that's how I ended up being rejected, right? So, in the middle of all that, [02:14] in that whole situation, when I was playing, I was in goal, but I was so bad in goal that I ended up having to leave, you know? Then I would hang out with the girls, I would spend [02:26] more time with the girls. But that's where it happens, because I was very insecure around happens, because I was very insecure around women, in my women, in my mind, women were dangerous, you know? So I [02:39] had a problem there too, right? It was very unsafe for women and everything. So I was living in a time when everything was really bad, right? And what happened during those events ? And I went, they wanted me, they [02:52] needed someone to play soccer there. Then I said, "No, I'm bad, I'm not going to judge." I stayed quiet in my corner and didn't judge. They got and didn't judge. They got angry, so they came up with a way to [03:04] angry, so they came up with a way to screw me over, right? They really screwed me over. At the end of class, he was a doorman, but he also played volleyball, he trained us there and everything. I was actually good at volleyball back then [03:16] , but I was really bad at soccer, and they needed me for soccer. They screwed me over because I didn't want to play, you know? The guy grabbed me and threw me in the trash can. At first I cried, cried, cried, and it was very [03:30] humiliating, wasn't it? That's really humiliating. People were walking by, girls were walking by, right? And that hurt me, you know? I remember that I think I didn't want to go to school, I didn't want to, I attended, but I was in that situation [03:46] , but I disguised it very well, nobody noticed, but inside it was very bad, you know? So that was a really heavy event, and I already had that insecurity, you know? Because of the person who loved me, I dealt a blow to myself. So the person who loves [04:02] her is being aggressive, so it's dangerous, right? So my mind understood that, and combined it with that other issue, insecurity increases, anxiety increases, everything increases. So you met TG [04:15] 6 years ago, but I think it took a long time, oh my insecurity lasted a lifetime, right? I've only known TRG for about a year now, right? More or less, right? So, my whole life has been filled with [04:29] safety, filled with the feeling that every time I saw a woman, I was riding my motorcycle, driving, I saw a woman, my heart would race, I'd think, today I know that wasn't normal, but it triggered a kind of danger in me [04:45] triggered a kind of danger in me . It was as if that woman, or that person, was going to strike me again, and I needed to protect myself, but everything wasn't alright. It continued. But these discharges [04:59] throughout the day are exhausted by night, right? Then comes anger, and a whole lot of other things. So I believe that by reprocessing it, it was resolved, and I never had a problem again. [05:11] it, it was resolved, and I never had a problem again. I can talk normally with women, I can have better conversations with my wife and family, and so at night I feel good, but less overwhelmed, because it doesn't trigger [05:24] anything, it doesn't generate adrenaline, it doesn't have that effect we all know about. Then I met her, and I remember how emotional I was, I was feeling really bad, really bad. [05:40] I was feeling really bad, really bad. Well, discovering TRG through a search is Well, discovering TRG through a search is a search to help me in an emotional sense. It's really bad. We lost a friend, and [05:54] we don't know for sure if, unfortunately, he committed suicide or if he was driven to suicide. But we lost this friend, and since I've always been very helpful, we ended up going out to look for him and we [06:08] found him. Well, that was an added burden on our record, wasn't it? My wife is getting treatment, right? She's undergoing TRG (therapeutic gastric bypass), she's receiving treatment, right? She's undergoing TRG (therapeutic gastric bypass), she's receiving treatment, and it's going well.
