[00:02] adamanthium is stronger than vibranium. And this explains so many things like how Thanos cut cap shield to pieces. His sword might have been made out of where he got it. Now, this adamantheium reveal also changes everything for [00:16] Wolverine because this is a major shift from the comics. And we're going to explain who's making adamantium weapons and how this connects to X-Men, to Doomsday, Black Panther 3, and how all of this sets up a huge future villain in [00:28] the Mutant Saga. And don't worry, we're actually going to explain if adamantium is stronger than vibranium or if vision is just weak. >> Oh, I certainly hope not. >> In Vision Quest episode 2, Paladin [00:40] shoots Vision with adamantium bullets. Vision's body is made out of vibranium, supposedly indestructible skin and nearly kill him. And this is huge for confirms that adamanthium is so indestructible that it can pierce the [00:54] less indestructible vibranium. And as you know, in the MCU, adamantium comes from the celestials. You know, the freaking cosmic gods. The third episode plate made of adamantium from the 10 rings, and he likely got the bullets [01:08] from them as well. This makes adamantium into a commodity in the MCU, which is a because adamanthium is supposed to be very rare and extremely difficult to make, not something you can just get in a gift shop in Madraore. [01:22] >> So, what's the difference from the comics? Okay, so let's quickly address the comics version of adamantium and then we'll explain what this means for the future in the MCU. In the comics, the celestials are not made out of [01:34] adamantium. The metal alloy isn't something you can mine in nature. It was created in a lab by accident and it goes back to Captain America's shield. Back vibranium star spangled Frisbee, Steve Rogers had a triangular shield made out [01:48] of hardened steel. But after battling Hydra and Nazis in Wakanda, Tachaka, Tchala's father gifted him some vibranium. This vibranium is then used to create his new shield. A metallurgist named Myron Mlan worked for the US Army [02:01] to create weapons. He mixed the vibranium with a steel alloy and another unknown secret substance. Now, no one knows for sure what this substance was or how it was made, but over the years it is simply referred to as [02:13] protoamantium. This is the stuff that Cap Shield is made from, making it virtually indestructible. So, right now, Captain America's shield is adamantium. Yes, in the comics, it is made out of vibranium, steel alloy, and proto [02:25] adamantium. In the MCU, the shield is only made out of vibranium because back in 2011, Marvel Studios didn't have the rights to the X-Men, and I don't think this point. >> The most versatile substance on the [02:38] frisbee. >> So, the protoamanthium encap shield was a one-time deal only. Mlan didn't exactly know how he created it because apparently he fell asleep during the process. So in the attempt to recreate [02:51] what's called true adamantium. That's the stuff that eventually got bonded to Wolverine skeleton. And just like in the X-Men movies, adamantium must remain superheated and in liquid form >> because once the metal cools, [03:05] >> unless you're a super space bean or magneto. But here's the thing. True adamantium contained no vibranium at all. and it's nearly as strong as the adamantium in Cap Shield. Okay, so what's stronger then? Well, in the [03:18] considered to be far more indestructible and stronger than vibranium. Technically, vibranium isn't strong. It just absorbs kinetic energy really, the harder it absorbs the energy and it dissipates. But vibranium can be [03:32] overwhelmed by too much force. And sharp vibranium can pierce through vibranium is super strong and just simply indestructible. Only someone with some godlike power can damage it. And because of that, if Wolverine stabs Black [03:46] Panther, the adamantium claws will go through the vibranium armor. Just like how Paladin's bullets pierce Vision's body. You know, one thing I envy about factor that allows him to have adamantium on his skeleton also prevents [03:59] alcohol from affecting his system. And man, I have definitely woken up some mornings and felt like my face was just rearranged because you get into so many used to. Like when I was younger, I could have a few drinks every night if I [04:12] wanted to, but now my body just can't handle it. So to avoid those rough mornings after drinking, now I drink a Ziotics pre-alcohol. This is one of my all-time favorite sponsors that we work with and the sponsor of this video. I [04:25] love Zbiotics. I have a standing subscription and every time I go out, I have one of these before my first drink. See, Ziotics pre-alcohol drink is the world's first genetically engineered probiotic. It was engineered by PhD [04:38] acetelahhide. Now, this is an unwanted byproduct of alcohol metabolism. It's actually a buildup of acetelahhide and not dehydration that is to blame for your rough mornings after drinking. Ziotics pre-alcohol has changed the way [04:52] my friends and I hang out. I hand these out every single time I host events and subscription even when they are not sponsoring us. Ziotics has sold more than 14 million bottles and earned the trust of thousands of people, including [05:05] it for yourself today and if you're unsatisfied, they will refund your entire order, no questions asked. Just be sure to make pre-alcohol your first drink of the night and drink responsibly and then enjoy your next day activities. [05:30] >> But in the MCU, adamantium wasn't created in a lab. It's what the can you remind us of how that works again? >> Certainly. So, the celestials are space gods. They control insane amounts of [05:42] energy. This is how they create stars, which then create galaxies and planets and ultimately us. But making celestial babies is very hard to do. They send seeds that grow inside of planets cores. For example, on Earth, there was a [05:55] inside the Earth until it was time to hatch. >> Muzzletoough. It's a boy. Tiamata rose from the ocean, but his emergence was stopped by the Eternals and his whole body was turned into stone. Or at least [06:08] the outer shell of his body is stone. Under the marble, there is lots and lots >> What was found inside that island is millennium. >> And after this discovery, different [06:20] countries started harvesting adamantium from the celestial's body. And while that are poking out of the Indian Ocean, according to Matt Atkin, the VFX supervisor who worked on the Eternals, Tiiamut is about 500 kilometers tall. [06:34] And that, my friend, is a lot of adamantium. And since adamantium is so indestructible, it's the only metal in the universe that can contain the insane cosmic energy of the celestials. But before we explain that, and also how [06:46] going to address something huge that Vision Quest just revealed. When Vision gets shot by Paladin, his body starts falling apart from the inside. And this reaction is very similar to what happens to him when he gets stabbed by Corvvis [06:59] Glaive. There is a wound in his body that glows with his inner energy. The adamantium wound also disables many of his abilities like phasing or shooting his laser beam. >> What about one of your uh face lasers? [07:11] >> They're offline the blade. It stopped me from phasing. My processes are failing. >> And we believe that this pretty much confirms that the spear was made out of Thanos's double-edged sword was also made out of adamantium. I think it was [07:27] true. I don't think that's true. So, first of all, the MCU never confirmed which metal the sword and spear are made from. Also, Thanos attacked Navalier and forged the Infinity Gauntlet only in 2015, but he already had the sword in [07:40] 2014. And the same is true for Glaive spear. And I think that Uru is supposed to be like super rare. And we actually saw the cap shield took a direct hit from Thor's hammer, which is made out of Uru. Sure, maybe. I guess Thor went easy [07:53] on him, but there wasn't even a mark on that shield. Black Panther's vibranium claws left some scratches on the shield, while Thanos's sword cut it to pieces. through the cosmic energy of all six Infinity Stones with ease. But the axe [08:07] is infused with Thor's lightning and Bifrost energy, so I think the rules Adamantium explains how Thanos's sword could break Cap's vibranium shield nearly in half. Also, Thanos's sword absorbs a direct blast from Iron Man's [08:20] laser beam, which was enhanced by Thor's lightning. Same goes for the spear. It got hit by Vision's beam, which is powered by the Mind Stone, and the spear just redirected that energy. What kind of power could withstand the energy of [08:32] Infinity Stone and Thor's godly lightning? That would be the stuff that adamantium. >> It all fits. And it makes a lot of sense that Thanos got himself some adamanththeium because of his connection [08:44] to the Celestials. Thanos had a brother, an Eternal called Aos, aka Star Fox. Aos >> You look exactly alike. >> One's blue. >> But this means that he was part of an Eternal's team that was sent to Titan. [08:57] And why would they be sent there? To protect a celestial seed that was >> The hell happened to this planet? It's 8° off its axis. Gravitational pull is something went very wrong with this celestial emergence and that is why the [09:11] planet got so messed up but didn't blow up. In fact, years ago, we had a theory that Ego is actually the celestial from Titan and this is why he's just a big space brain. Anyways, to our point, this is how Thanos got adamantium. He [09:23] harvested it from the dead celestial on Titan. And by the way, have you guys seen this absolute beauty? Links are below. Now, [10:16] connection of adamantium to the Celestials that will be relevant in Doomsday. But first, we need to address what all of this means for Wolverine. Because this recent episode revealed that Paladin got adamantium armor from [10:28] the 10 rings. Shall I send a gift basket to the 10 ring syndicate thanking them >> That's also probably how he got his adamantium bullets. Now, the reason why all of this is important is that adamantium is a commodity in the MCU. [10:41] Criminals and bounty hunters can buy it on the black market, and that is alarming. But there is something we need to mention here. When Thunderbolt Ross says two important things about adamantium. the first and only refined [10:55] >> together we can produce enough adamantium. >> So the movie really never explains this, but these two lines might indicate that synthesizing and processing adamantium isn't as easy as it seems. Perhaps the [11:09] protoadamanthium, meaning that it's the strongest version of the alloy since it covers the celestial's bodies. But harvesting and utilizing it is difficult without a refining process. And once the alloy is refined, it becomes true [11:22] adamantium, which is the one that humans can manipulate into weapons and stuff angry little Canadian. >> Yes, you did comic accurate short king. >> Also, Ross says that Japan was the first country to successfully refine [11:36] adamantium. And in the comics, it was a Japanese villain who first discovered how to bond adamantium to humans. His research was stolen, and that is how we get Weapon X. So, as you know, Logan was a test subject in the Weapon X program. [11:49] It was part of a larger operation of the CIA and Canada's Department K to weaponize mutants and even trigger mutations. Now, in the comics, Weapon X happened in the 1970s or the late60s if I'm not mistaken. But in the MCU, [12:01] Adamanthium was just discovered recently, so it means that Weapon X is probably happening right now. Remember back in She-Hulk, there was an article called Man Fights with Metal Claws in Barb Brawl. So, maybe it's already [12:13] happened. Meaning that like Jean Gray, Logan is already running around in the MCU. And I am talking about the new Wolverine here. Hugh Jackman will probably be back for Doomsday and Secret Wars. And Marvel might even keep him [12:25] Wolverine or even an X-Force movie. And that's great, you know, until he's 90 and all that. Look, I love Hugh Jackman and he gave us so many great moments as Wolverine. But it will be such a waste if we do not get a new actor playing the [12:37] Earth 616 Wolverine at some point. You know, a Logan that can actually join the stories. >> We get this done by working together as a team. Think you can do that, Logan? >> Jeez, Dad, keep buzzing in my ear. [12:51] going to happen. The theory is that before Ross was sent to the raft, he program. I mean, that guy is the reason we've got the Hulk. Ross is a bad guy. >> If only one country is going to control adamantium, it's going to be us. And we [13:08] know that before his imprisonment that he worked with Valentina and that she is in charge of the CIA and the CIA was responsible for Weapon X in the comics. behind the project that created the [13:20] dead test subjects. By the way, she also has Mr. Charles from Daredevil Born again recruiting people with special abilities like Luke Cage and Bullseye. to weaponize Jean's power. And I'm pretty sure that Valentina is going to [13:34] be involved with that as well. A power like yours in the hands of a child is an impossible burden. But imagine if that power was placed in the hands of people who actually know what to do with it. >> I actually dream about that. [13:47] >> Now the public at large is not really aware of mutants yet. That is about to change though, especially after what Gan did. Her actions will make humans fear mutant kind. No matter her intentions, she mind controlled part of the city. [14:00] Valentina will spin this into anti-mutant propaganda. And since they Earth, they're going to pump it into some of these mutants. And actually, I wouldn't be surprised if this will all tie into the villain of the first X-Men [14:13] movie, and that is Nathaniel Essex, aka Mr. Sinister. Now, in the comics, Professor Truit Hudson ran the Weapon X program. But get this, he was inspired by the horrific research done by a Nazi scientist. And that evil guy was none [14:26] other than Sinister. Sinister is originally a scientist from the 1800s who predicted the rise of mutant kind. He was transformed into basically an artificial mutant vampire by Apocalypse. He's obsessed with perfecting mutankind [14:39] with science. He wants to bio-engineer better and more powerful mutants. And Sinister uses everyone to achieve his better race of mutant kind. >> Pig pens brimming with mutant test subjects. That's my dream. [14:54] >> And in fact, Sinister is connected to the origins of many mutants, including villain of the X-Men movie and Weapon X is probably happening right now in the present day, it just makes sense for Sinister to be behind everything. So [15:07] he's working with Valentina on weaponizing mutants for Weapon X. But she doesn't know that he's using her and the government to achieve his goals. And Apocalypse, so you know that works too. Although I personally have some serious [15:20] Apocalypse fatigue, especially after the second season of X-Men 97, but I'm sure in the Mutant Saga at some point. And without going down into that rabbit hole right now, Apocalypse is actually connected to the Celestials. So, it does [15:33] all fit into this adamantium idea. Anyways, this whole Weapon X theory is how we get the new Wolverine in the MCU. And I think the first movie that we see him needs to be Black Panther 3. Black Panther 3 or why. All right, hear me [15:46] Forever, we hear that the president of the US wants to destabilize Wakanda and Valentina was more than happy to ransack the nation for its vibranium. We also that speech about adamantium >> and it's not controlled by an [16:00] isolationist nation. >> Tchala spoke about sharing the vibranium with other nations, but Wakanda isn't exactly an ally of the US or any other nations. >> Further attempts on our resources will [16:12] >> Further attempts on our resources will be considered an act of aggression and met with a much steeper response. And then there is Neore who is willing to start World War II just to protect his people and their vibranium. So we've [16:25] been getting these hints for this massive conflict on Earth going back to >> Things are about to get weird. >> Nothing really came of it so far. plans had to change. But with mutants starting to appear all around the world [16:39] and after what happened with Gene, I think this Earth-based conflict will finally be the main focus of the mutant saga. And Vision Quest just set up this story. Paladin nearly killed Vision with adamantium bullets. People will now know [16:51] that adamanthium is stronger than vibranium and this starts a whole new arms race. And obviously since many nations see Wakanda as a threat, adamantium as a deterrence against vibranium. But people like Valentina see [17:05] Wakanda as a major threat because even if vibranium is weaker, Wakanda still has so much of it and they have way better tech, weapons, armies, etc., etc., etc. And this is how we get to Wolverine. So during that whole Weapon X [17:17] stuff in the comics, Logan was part of a black ops unit called Team X. Team X worked for the government and did all kinds of assassination missions and some other morally questionable things. Also, most of the team got brainwashed and [17:29] their memories were erased. So here's how it all comes together. The Wakanda to destabilize them, steal their vibranium, and to make sure that only one nation on Earth possesses the most powerful metal on Earth. [17:42] And as we all know, David Johnson is playing Tchala II. Now, I'm not sure what this means for the MCU timeline after Secret Wars, but my guess is that instead there will have something to do here with the multiverse that will age [17:54] Tchala Jr. up, but it'll keep others like Shy the same age. And Black Panther 3 will likely focus on Tchala stepping into the shoes of his father. And to be in this movie, and I think he's playing the villain. And that needs to [18:08] be Achebe. He's basically Black Panther's Joker. He's this psychopathic master manipulator who made a deal with Meisto. Yes, that's right. shady governments to trigger war in Africa and destabilize Wakanda. And this [18:23] fits into Valentina's plans. And can you imagine Denzel doing a version of Alonzo Harris mixed with Hannibal Lecter? >> KING KONG AIN'T GOT [ __ ] ON ME. >> So the way I see this playing out is that Achibbe works with Valentina to [18:38] sides are using each other while everyone is being manipulated by Mr. Sinister from the shadows. And the CIA agrees to send Team X to help Achiebe achieve his plans. And I think this would be like a James Bond movie where [18:51] Tchala goes on this globe spanning mission to uncover Achib's plans. And in the process, he clashes with Wolverine and Team X. So yes, this means that we are going to get Black Panther versus Wolverine. And then imagine if Neore [19:03] joins in and he decides to escalate the conflict and then an actual war starts. And I also have a feeling that we'll get some X-Men in Black Panther 3, specifically with Storm. In the comics, Tchala and Storm were a couple and even [19:15] were married. So, we could see this with Tchala and Storm. Maybe on his travels around the world, Tchala runs into Storm and she comes to his aid against Team X because the X-Men are working to stop shady organizations from weaponizing [19:27] mutankind. Or Storm could return to her home in Africa after a starts a civil war. And by the end of the movie, Logan frees himself from Weapon X control, and Storm, and eventually he joins the X-Men. Also, and this is just our [19:40] theory, but I think that after Doomsday and Secret Wars, Adamantium will be far less readily available. Why do you think that? Well, this brings up how all of scenes in Avengers Endgame Encore revealed that the multiversal war has [19:53] started. The TVA witness universes colliding and they're trying to destroy each other. An incursion occurs when the boundary between two universes erodess boundary between two universes erodess and they collide, destroying one or both [20:06] entirely, which is taken straight from the 2015 version of Secret Wars. In that of endless incursions, which triggered war between different universes. And we're going to see a version of that war in Doomsday with the Avengers versus the [20:20] X-Men from the Fox universe. Now, Doom had a huge role in the 2015 Secret Wars. multiverse, but he failed. So, just as all of reality was about to end, Doom stole the power of the Beyonders. They are these multiversal gods. And then [20:34] Doom uses their energy to create Battle World, which is a pocket universe that realities. The Beyonders are not in the be introduced this late in the game. But Marvel has already introduced other [20:47] role. And you guessed it, it's the Celestials. But how's Durm going to stealing god-like energy from someone else is basically his trademark. >> Oh, I steal things all the time. It's [21:00] things. >> There is one story in particular titled Doom War. In this comic, Doom steals all of Wakanda's vibranium because of its secret special ability that no one else knew about. You see, if a magic user [21:12] infuses vibranium with magic, it gives them unlimited. And like we see in the trailers, Doom is a very powerful sorcerer. And he's also a brilliant scientist and one of the smartest people alive, second only to [21:26] adamantium comes from the Celestials is a huge change from the comics, but it also hints at what Marvel is planning. You see, in some versions of the comics, the celestial armor is actually made out of vibranium. And this is why the [21:39] celestials could be the key to Doom's plan. We think that in Doomsday, Doom will harness adamantium to steal that cosmic power from the celestials because remember the celestials wield immense amounts of energy. They use that energy [21:52] to create life, to forge stars and galaxies. And the celestials claim to think that Doom will weaponize the adamantium and use it to create his armor and even some kind of multiversal machine that will harness celestial [22:05] energy and then use it to become God Emperor Doom. In fact, this could even with his fingers. We actually did a video about that if you want to check it out later. But this also removes the giant adamanththeium statue from the [22:18] ocean which immediately makes the precious metal alloy very rare. So nobody can mass manufacture it which will then make Wolverine one of the only mutants alive with adamantium in his body. All of this means that Vision [22:30] implication on the MCU with that adamantium reveal. So let's settle this. adamantium or vibranium?
