# YouTube Channel Deletion Policy - Circumvention Explained

> Source: [YouTube Channel Deletion Policy - Circumvention Explained](https://youtube.com/watch?v=jj3C3XjKAkU)

## Summary

This video explains YouTube's circumvention policy, which prohibits users from creating new channels to bypass a termination. The creator discusses how YouTube's AI now enforces this policy more strictly, linking channels through email, phone number, face verification, and IP address, and offers advice on how to protect existing channels and what to do if a channel is terminated.

### Key Points

- **Introduction to Circumvention Policy** [00:01] — YouTube's circumvention policy can lead to channel termination regardless of subscriber count. The policy prohibits creating new channels to bypass a termination.
- **Definition of Circumvention** [00:41] — On YouTube, circumvention means to step aside or ignore a ban, specifically by creating a new channel after a termination.
- **Normal Termination Process** [01:07] — After three strikes, a channel is terminated. Users can appeal, and if successful, the channel is restored. Previously, users could create new channels and repeat the cycle.
- **Circumvention Policy Explained** [01:59] — The policy states that after termination, you cannot create a new channel or give your content to others to upload. YouTube aims to prevent rule bypassing.
- **Why Enforcement is Stricter Now** [02:24] — Previously, enforcement was lax due to lack of technology. Now, YouTube uses AI to detect circumvention quickly, making it harder to evade.
- **AI Detection Example** [03:03] — If you create Channel A and it gets terminated, creating Channel B will result in termination without warning because YouTube's AI links them to the same person.
- **AI's Aggressive Detection** [03:44] — Even if channels are created years apart, AI can detect it's the same person and terminate the new channel, even if it follows all guidelines.
- **How AI Tracks You** [04:25] — AI uses phone number, email ID, and face verification to link channels. It checks these data points to identify the same person across channels.
- **AI's Data Processing** [05:09] — AI processes multiple data points simultaneously. If one channel is terminated, it checks email, phone number, and face verification to find and delete related channels.
- **Is Your Channel in Danger?** [06:15] — If any of your channels was terminated before, you are at risk. If you used different email and phone, you have 30-40% survival chance, but face verification puts you at 70% risk.
- **Survival Chances** [06:42] — If you used someone else's name, phone, and email for face verification, you have higher chances of survival, but IP address can still be traced.
- **How to Avoid Termination** [07:07] — If you haven't started YouTube, you're safe. Just avoid violating guidelines. For existing creators, follow a checklist: use different email, phone number, AdSense, and IP address.
- **Checklist for Safety** [08:00] — 1. Use a different email for each channel. 2. Change phone number. 3. Change AdSense account with new bank details. 4. Use a different IP address, ideally a new phone.
- **Recommendation to Build Community** [09:18] — Since YouTube dominates, it can do what it wants. The creator advises building your own community outside YouTube.
- **If Channel Terminated** [09:32] — Appeal from the first terminated channel, not the current one. If the first appeal is cleared, you can appeal for the reset channel. If the first channel had violations, the appeal will be rejected.
- **Final Advice** [10:13] — YouTube's guidelines cannot be bypassed. The creator suggests focusing on original quality content instead of shortcuts, as shortcuts will cause problems eventually.

### Conclusion

YouTube's circumvention policy is now strictly enforced with AI, making it nearly impossible to evade termination. The best strategy is to avoid violations altogether and focus on creating original, quality content rather than seeking shortcuts.

## Transcript

Give up the dream of becoming a YouTuber because YouTube warning, and you will not be able to create a YouTube channel again in your life, after that you can lose everything within a night and this is already happening. Doesn't matter whether
you have a channel with 1000 followers or a channel with 1 million followers. You can be terminated and the reason for all this is the circumvention policy. What is circumvention policy? Why is YouTube doing this? Is your channel also in danger? And if so,
how can you avoid it? And if by chance your channel gets terminated then how can you recover it? We will cover all these topics in today's video. And believe me, I myself have never been as scared about any policy as I am about this policy.
And I will also tell you the reason for this later in the video. Before I tell you about this policy , I want to tell you the meaning of circumvention because this is the root of all the trouble. In the real world, it means
cleverly getting out of a problem. But on YouTube, this word means to step aside or ignore a ban. And YouTube itself has mentioned this thing in its policy. But what are we talking about escaping from here?
By termination. Let me explain the whole game to you in one go. Normally, after receiving three strikes on YouTube, your channel is terminated. After which you neither have access to the channel nor the content. And then
YouTube gives you a chance to save your channel in the appeal form. That means, if you feel that YouTube has mistakenly terminated your channel, then you can inform YouTube about this by filing an appeal and if your point is correct then your channel gets back. This is the
normal procedure after channel termination. But these people had stopped taking this thing seriously. Because when someone's channel was terminated, he would create another channel and upload the same content. And then after earning a little or gaining a few views, he would
terminate the channel again. And after that the cycle continued. He did not have to work hard for this. But now this will not happen because according to the circumvention policy, if your
channel gets terminated then you can neither create a new channel nor can you give the content of your channel to someone and say that you upload it and we will earn together. Basically, if I explain the circumvention policy in one word, then YouTube has clearly
said that our rules should not be bypassed and now it has closed all the ways for this. But this is not the problem, the circumvention policy has existed for a long time. This is not a new policy. I know you guys might be wondering that if this
and why are people getting scared now? So let me explain this thing to you also. not that strict because we lacked technology. If you violated the policy guidelines
and your channel was deleted, you could create a new channel and upload content on it, and it would take a lot of time for YouTube's algorithm to detect that channel. Sometimes it would take years and in the meantime many people would earn lakhs and leave.
But now YouTube has integrated AI into its system. Due to which the process which was earlier taking years , now gets completed before it even starts. How? I will explain it in an easy way. Let's assume that
you created Channel A and you are a beginner and you accidentally violated YouTube's guidelines and you did not even realize it, due to which YouTube terminated your channel. You thought that it's okay, I will create a new channel. So you
created Channel B and started posting new content that followed all the guidelines But still YouTube will terminate your channel without any warning. The Reason is Circumvention Policy. According to this policy, you are
prohibited from creating a new channel until you resolve the issue with your previous channel. If trying to bypass the rules of YouTube. And YouTube won't let this happen. But now the issue in this whole game is that YouTube's AI has gone crazy. Now
they also understand why I am saying this. Let's assume that in my example, you created Channel A 4 years ago and Channel B now. But this thing doesn't make any difference. YouTube's AI will detect that it's the same person and blow up your channel. It doesn't matter
or whether you are following all the policies. And this is the reason why people are angry. Because the channels of those people who spent four years first understanding YouTube, then creating new channels, working on them properly and growing them are also getting terminated.
mistakes they made while learning in the beginning are now being caught by YouTube's AI and punished. I myself made a lot of mistakes in my starting phase due to which my channels were terminated and now because of that my tube size channel can also be terminated. On
which all the guidelines are also being followed. The content is also question here is how does YouTube's AI know which new channel I am creating. Let me explain this thing to you also.
is your phone number which is used for channel verification. The second is the email ID through which your channel is created and the third is your face verification which is used to unlock the advanced features of YouTube.
your YouTube channel will not be created or will not operate properly. Now earlier YouTube's algorithm used to detect this thing only through email so that the same person does not violate the guidelines again by creating a new channel. When people came to know about this,
they started creating new emails for every channel, which that AI has been integrated into YouTube, a lot of data is being processed at once. Due to which, if one of your channels gets terminated or let's say it has happened
two-three years ago, then this AI will first look at the email of that channel and check whether any other channel has been created from this email and if yes, then it will delete it without any warning. After that YouTube's AI will check from which number this email was created. And then it will
check which other emails have been created from that number and which other YouTube channels have been created. If he finds any channel, that channel will also be deleted without any warning. After that YouTube will see
which person was present at the time of face verification in both the channels. And then it will check which other channels are created with this face then it will check which other channels are created with this face finds similarity, that channel will also be deleted without any warning. Earlier
all this was done manually, hence it took time. But now that YouTube has AI, all these things are happening within a few seconds. Now after all this information the question arises whether
your channel is in danger? [Music] Look, there's a very simple answer to this. If any of your channels has ever been terminated before then yes you are in danger. But if the email ID of the channel that was terminated was different
, the phone number was different, then you had 30-40% chances of survival. But you are 70% in danger because your face verification is in YouTube's database. You guys can be caught from there. But if you had got the face verified with someone else's name, the phone
number was of someone else and the email ID was also of someone else, then there are high chances of you being saved. I am not saying 100% because your IP address is also being traced. This means that even if you are working using the same Wi-Fi,
you can still be tracked. But in this case there are very less chances that your channel will be terminated due to the circumvention policy. Because till now I have not seen any such case where the channel has been terminated by tracing it from the IPP address. Now I know this might be
going on in your mind that what is YouTube doing and how can we avoid it? So let me cover this thing as well. not started YouTube yet or have not created any channel till date then
congratulations to all of you. You people do not need to be afraid because you are already protected. You just have to make sure that in future you do not do anything that may lead to termination of any of your channels or due to which
you may get a Community Guidelines strike. And if you guys don't know what are the community guidelines of YouTube that have to be followed and how to must watch both these videos of mine. In these, I have taught the community guidelines
in great detail. But if you are like me who have already made but are afraid that your channel will also be terminated, then in that case you can do this one thing. I am providing you guys a checklist. If you complete
all the tasks in that checklist then your channel will be safe in the future. But this task can be time consuming and frustrating. The first one is different email. is different email.
keep the recovery email address separate as well. The second is change phone number. Never create a new channel from the same phone number from which the old channel was created.
third one is Change Adsense. Adsense is the biggest tracker. And if the AdSense account of your terminated channel and the AdSense account of your current channel is the same, then your channel can be removed any day. Therefore, you will have to create a new AdSense account which will contain the
details of the new bank account. There will be a new PAN card. PAN card of any of your family members will be accepted. consuming and frustrating but it is necessary for the future. The fourth is Different IPP Address. There is a risk even if you access both your terminated channel and current channel
from the same phone or the same PC. So get a new phone for the new channel or whatever your main channel is. And access that channel only from that phone and not from any other PC or laptop. If you do these four
things, your chances of survival will increase. But again this is not 100% because YouTube has all your data. Be it old or new, it can cause trouble at any time. Therefore, I would prefer you to
YouTube dominates the market. So it can do whatever it wants. Therefore, I request you all to building your own community too. Now if you are one of those whose channel has already been
terminated due to the circumvention policy, then what should you do? There are very little chances that anything will happen by submitting an appeal from your main channel which has just been terminated current channel is not valid in the eyes of YouTube. He will not even consider it. You will need to
go to your first channel that was terminated and file an appeal from there. When that appeal is cleared then you can file an appeal for your reset channel and only then you will get your channel back. But if you did something wrong on your first channel. If you have done something wrong then
your appeal will be rejected. And this simply means that the rest of your channels will rarely come back. Take a 99% chance that those channels are gone again. Nothing can happen to him. All your hard work will go down the drain.
But still you can use this appeal form to give it a try. I have given its link in the description. Overall, you should understand that YouTube's guidelines cannot be bypassed.
Because in the last 5 years I have created and deleted multiple channels. Of But he is not a threat to me. The problem for me is that I used to experiment on them. Which is now going to be a risky thing because because of that
still try to experiment with a new channel for you guys. But to be honest, there is no benefit in it because looking at all the recent policies of YouTube, the register is taking that action and ignoring the voice of the creators.
that now only original quality content has value and I would also suggest you guys to stop looking for shortcuts and actually work and create content and then earn money without any tension. The shortcut path will definitely cause you problems, if not today then after 5-10 years.
And the current situation is proof of this. So if you want me to teach you how to create quality content, that too from totally basics, then write quality in the comment section. If I get 5000 such comments, I will
make a whole playlist of it. Until then, if you don't know definitely watch this video. In this video I already talked about the future of content creation and YouTube's Insta action. See you
See you in the next video.
