[0:00] Shimineta should not have been a [0:02] warning. It should have stayed as a [0:03] parody, but here we are. The UK has now [0:06] introduced a law that they're drafting [0:08] up to where they will now scan every [0:10] single image, message, and video and [0:12] analyze it soon as it is introduced on [0:14] your personal devices. They will send it [0:16] to some form of database or wherever to [0:18] scan it and make sure you're not a [0:19] criminal. That means for instance you [0:21] pull out your phone, you take a picture [0:22] of your cat, your dog, your family, your [0:23] kid, whatever, or yourself, they will [0:25] instantly send that picture, that video, [0:27] or whatever instantly to some form of [0:29] database to scan it and invade your [0:31] privacy. And for those that think that [0:33] this is not going to affect you because [0:35] you don't live in the UK, I would like [0:37] to remind everybody that all this [0:38] censorship, all this digital ID, all [0:40] this age verification, enforced age [0:42] verification through face scanning and [0:44] everything, it started with the UK and [0:46] it slipped into the EU, it slipped into [0:48] Canada, it slipped into the United [0:49] States. Look at what for instance [0:51] Discord's doing. Let's look at what [0:52] Apple is doing. You get the point. We [0:54] have seen that this is not just [0:56] affecting one government, one country. [0:58] This is a worldwide phenomenon that is [1:00] getting worse. And if you don't push [1:02] back against it, you don't raise your [1:03] concerns and voice against it, it will [1:05] continuously get worse. It's a slippery [1:08] slope of censorship and the lack of [1:10] freedom. Your your privacy getting [1:12] invaded so to speak. And so we need to [1:14] really talk about what this necessarily [1:15] means and just how bad it is. So [1:17] literally a year ago, when I first [1:19] started covering this news about the [1:20] digital safety act that the UK [1:23] government introduced that was basically [1:25] trying to force age verify everyone that [1:27] would try to access the internet, [1:29] everybody said at that time there was [1:31] quite a few people that said I was an [1:32] over exaggerating doomer. That I was [1:34] just a doomer, I was over exaggerating, [1:36] it's not going to be that bad. That's [1:38] what a lot of people told me. But now we [1:40] are a year after all those events and we [1:43] now have something like this being [1:44] introduced. And we have many examples of [1:46] government agencies and these companies [1:47] that say that your data is safe being [1:49] hacked and your personal government IDs [1:51] and everything being shared on the black [1:53] market on you know different sites and [1:55] stuff on you know the dark web. It is a [1:58] very bad situation and the fact that the [2:00] UK government is pushing this forward [2:01] really goes to show the priorities of [2:04] what they're doing and that they don't [2:06] really care about their general [2:07] populace. They don't care about the [2:08] people that live in their country. They [2:10] more or less are just trying to really [2:11] restrict everybody from speaking out [2:13] against them and speaking out about how [2:14] they don't like how the government is [2:16] operating within the UK and you can see [2:18] this as a systematic effect that is not [2:20] just affecting UK, but it's affecting [2:22] basically almost every single government [2:24] in the western sphere of the world [2:26] globally. It is and everybody has seen [2:28] it. I mean, I would like to pull this [2:29] one up here. [2:30] We have Canada. This literally was an [2:32] article that came out yesterday. Canada [2:34] is also introducing a under social media [2:36] under 16 social media ban. Now, at first [2:38] glance, it's like, okay, why would you [2:39] want kids on social media? But as I've [2:41] been saying for literally over a year, [2:43] this is where it starts. They they open [2:45] the door up with saying, why would you [2:46] not want to ban kids from social media? [2:48] But this is where they slip in their the [2:50] invasion of privacy and how you get to [2:52] eventually a situation like what's going [2:54] on here with the UK cuz I would like to [2:55] remind everybody when these digital ID [2:58] laws started coming into place to all [3:00] for thinking of the children, it started [3:02] with that type of statement, those [3:03] slogans. And then it is eventually just [3:05] eroded away adults' privacy, eroded away [3:08] people's privacy in general to be able [3:10] to speak online and even take funny [3:12] pictures of their animals without the [3:14] big daddy government spying in on them. [3:16] It's a pretty bad situation. So, for [3:17] those thinking that this is just going [3:19] to stop here at Canada, you're sadly [3:21] mistaken. Like it it's going to get a [3:23] lot worse. I mean, there's already laws [3:25] in place in the United States that [3:26] they're currently right now trying to [3:28] pass too and actually make it to where [3:30] everything is scanned, to where your [3:32] actual phone is scanned and everything. [3:34] If you think I'm joking, you can easily [3:35] look it up. There's a lot of laws like [3:37] COSTA for instance that is trying to get [3:38] passed right now within the United [3:40] States. But I'm getting off track. I [3:42] need to get back into the UK stuff. So, [3:44] this UK stuff that came out, I would [3:46] like to read this entire thing in the [3:47] article about it of what this [3:49] necessarily means. So, breaking, the UK [3:52] is drafting a law to scan every photo, [3:54] video, and message on every phone in the [3:57] country. Tech CEOs who refuse to [3:59] implement this could face up to 5 years [4:02] in prison. The proposal would force [4:03] companies to build device-level scanners [4:05] and inspect content before encryption. [4:08] So, basically, like I already outlined [4:10] at the beginning of this video, soon as [4:11] you, let's say, click record on your [4:13] phone, you take a picture, instantly it [4:15] will be scanned. They want spyware [4:17] installed on your phones at all time to [4:20] know what you're doing. This is [4:21] basically what China does to their [4:23] populace. And when you are reaching the [4:25] level of China, you have lost the plot. [4:28] Like, China would be at all in terms of [4:30] the lack of privacy and spying in on [4:32] their citizens. Because the fact that [4:34] the UK is reaching those levels and [4:35] potentially might even surpass China in [4:38] that regard is actually freaking [4:40] bonkers. But, the point here, let's [4:42] continue reading. So, the proposal would [4:44] force companies to build device-level [4:45] scanners that inspect content before [4:47] encryption. That means every image [4:49] scanned, every message inspected, every [4:51] video analyzed, all directly on your [4:54] phone. And I would like to remind you [4:55] that would mean that if it's all getting [4:57] scanned, this is going to be probably [4:58] using your data to send this information [5:00] over to the governments, and it's [5:01] probably going to be racking up maybe [5:03] monthly bills or whatever. I could be [5:04] wrong there, but I mean, the fact that [5:06] they're scanning your data means that [5:08] they're going to need internet access, [5:09] and they're going to have to know what [5:11] you're doing at all times, and your [5:12] geolocation, which means that if you [5:14] theoretically get into an area with no [5:15] service, there might be a red flag alarm [5:18] bell that might play or something. Who [5:19] knows? Like, that might be implemented. [5:21] But, governments and companies pushing [5:23] these safety systems already have a [5:24] terrible track record protecting user [5:26] data. Last month, Europe's new age [5:28] verification app, promoted as a way to [5:30] keep children safe, was hacked in under [5:32] 2 minutes. I made a video literally [5:33] talking about this. And in another case, [5:35] over 70,000 IDs and selfies linked to [5:37] online verification systems were exposed [5:39] in a major a major breach. That was [5:41] Discord, as we know, but they're still [5:42] forcing global age verification, by the [5:44] way. Now, the UK wants even deeper [5:46] access directly into your device. Once [5:48] governments force surveillance tools [5:50] into every phone, they can expand what's [5:51] get monitored at any time, which is very [5:53] true. Once the door is open and you [5:55] allow them into your devices, there's no [5:57] going back. They have full access to [5:59] your devices and it is GG for your [6:01] privacy at all times. And if you say the [6:03] wrong thing, you're getting arrested or [6:05] getting a fine. Now going to the [6:06] original source article, it literally [6:08] starts off exactly what I've been [6:09] talking about. Think of the children is [6:11] the oldest skeleton key in the political [6:13] toolbox and the British government has [6:14] to jam it into the lock on every phone [6:16] in the country. And honestly, this [6:18] article start could not be any more [6:20] correct. Pretty much that is how they [6:22] get you because they shut down any [6:24] debates or any pushback because they're [6:26] like, why would you not want to block [6:28] children from being online to seeing [6:29] dangerous content? Which in general, [6:31] yeah, like in a perfect world in a [6:32] perfect society where there isn't [6:34] someone that's going to be using these [6:35] laws against you, that this is a good [6:37] thing to keep children from seeing bad [6:39] things. But the problem here is if that [6:41] is not what this is about. We have all [6:42] seen this. We all know what's going on [6:44] here. Everybody that isn't turning a [6:46] blind eye knows that this is not about [6:48] think of the children. This is about [6:49] knowing what you're doing as an adult, [6:50] your location, what you're saying, your [6:52] political alignment, your opinions on [6:54] certain politicians, everything in [6:56] between. They want to know what you're [6:57] doing. And so this slogan think of the [6:59] children is just used as a way to get [7:01] away with this, but obviously people are [7:03] starting to become very well aware of [7:04] this slogan and knowing that it's a way [7:06] to basically assume power and take [7:08] control away from you as a person. [7:10] Honestly, this entire situation is [7:12] legitimately terrible and it's getting a [7:14] lot worse and I just I'm really sad to [7:16] see just the overall spiral out of [7:18] control with like, you know, just the [7:20] lack of like um privacy [7:23] globally honestly at this point. It's [7:25] getting worse. And for those that think [7:26] that this is not going to hit the United [7:28] States, this is not going to hit, you [7:29] know, Canada, this is not going to hit [7:31] Europe, this is not going to hit even [7:33] Japan, you're lying to yourself. We have [7:35] seen that this is creeping and getting a [7:37] lot worse as time goes on. The same [7:40] people that called me an [7:41] over-exaggerating doomer is now [7:43] basically kind of silent at this point [7:45] because I have been proven right once [7:47] again and I continuously get proven [7:50] right once again because it's obvious. [7:53] It's obvious what is going on. But I [7:55] will leave it at that. I just wanted to [7:56] bring this to everybody's attention [7:58] because I like to spread awareness of [8:00] what's going on and a lot of people want [8:01] to be aware of the digital ID laws and [8:03] stuff that's going on globally and I [8:05] think this is very important to talk [8:06] about and it's probably the most [8:07] important thing I could talk about today [8:09] over anything else. But I love you guys. [8:11] You have a wonderful day or night [8:12] wherever you live. Be safe, stay [8:14] healthy. Chibi out.
