Let's get started. [0:18] First, let's make seasoning sauce. [0:22] Two garlic cloves. [0:29] Three green onions. [0:36] Leave some for later use. [0:49] Three tablespoons soy sauce. [0:53] And [0:56] one teaspoon gochugaru, Korean hot [0:58] pepper flakes. [1:00] And sesame oil [1:02] one tablespoon. [1:04] Mix this. [1:09] Seasoning sauce is done. And then next, [1:13] this is a cute onion. I'm going to this [1:15] one later garnish. [1:18] AND SLICE VERY THINLY. [1:26] AND THIS IN A BOWL [1:29] IN cold water. [1:33] Just split.
