[00:01] I thought. I started this channel with the goal of going from zero to one million subscribers only did I not think he would arrive so soon, but making this million euros imagined. And to be 100% honest, money was never the goal itself. In [00:17] was a cool excuse to be able to make videos like this for much those who watch the channel, therefore with you. That's why I set this million euro target, gave me time to produce and at the same [00:30] , but man, I didn't know what 1 million euros was, much less I know this video won't get many views, it's my outlined. Let's get down to business, let's start [00:44] hope that one day we'll be sitting here, maybe not in this fund anymore, right? And to tell you guys, it's done, we did it. [music] So, stay on this presentation of this project, and we'll see you in the next video. Let's start [00:56] attacking now. Goodbye. And the truth is, believe it or not, I'm not special. I didn't n't have anything that made me unique except the will to do things. Just so you know, when I was 20 years old I lived in a tiny apartment the size of a small room and I did [01:09] to feed myself while I was living there. And today, man, I'm 27 years old and who I am. Hello, my name is Gabriel Ferreira, and I study ways to make money online. I was recognized by Forbes as a 30 Under 30 in 2025 [01:22] financial education field. By the way, let me thank XTV for about them later. So, I thought that having 1 million euros meant having my life all figured out. There are people who don't earn that much in a lifetime. To give you an idea, [01:35] my goal was to have a minimum wage salary case. That was my main goal. There's a big difference between that and making hundreds of . At that time I thought, wow, with 1 million euros, if I ever [01:50] had it, I could buy a house, a car, and still have enough money to minimal worries forever. Well, calm down, even when I was thinking about this, today. Obviously, in my mind, someone can make 1 million euros [02:03] looking at prices, and with everything made easy for them . And the truth is that many of these preconceptions, okay, these things that we already believe are true, okay? But many are very different, and I only realized that when I reached about that point. [02:16] And some of these ideas may even be difficult to reconcile. Small disclaimer, lest it seem strange to me, I am extremely grateful and privileged to have problems and luxuries such as those I am about to describe. OK? What I'm going to share is [02:28] my experience, this is what happened, and I obviously don't intend to profession. So, to give you some context, at 23 years old I make money on my own. That year I made my first €100,000 with [02:42] making videos and investing. OK? I basically worked for the money and not for my life. In 2024, I started studying what it meant to had at the time. I was making good money, sure, but pretty much [02:56] everything still depended on me. That year I made €470,000, also through work and investments. I was clearly feeling better, I was able to manage Yeah, but I worked the same thing every day , the pace remained very high, and [03:09] n't really rest. Do you see? That's basically it. We've reached 2025 and surpassed our goal of raising a total of 1 million euros since the start of the project. processes, expanded the team, and launched a new business called Atlas [03:22] financial training platform where anyone can learn about various areas from professionals in the field. Later that year, in 2025, I started CEO and not as a well-paid employee, [03:35] really consider myself a CEO, because in reality I kind of wasn't one. So how do the advertising and digital marketing aspect through my personal brand, financial literacy platforms and we make various investments. Simply put, that's it. [03:48] can say from experience what it's like to make this million euros. And this was the first thing I realized on this journey of mine: making 1 million euros versus having 1 million euros. And this is the most basic one, and it completely escaped my notice [04:02] having 1 million euros. In that respect, my business is good. OK. It's a great deal because the margins are good. We basically have expenses related to personnel and our biggest investments, as well as consulting services and everything else, but we don't have [04:15] buying products and that's it. Therefore, our margins are good. The margin, in case you don't know, is the difference between how much money I earn and how much I spend. what the margin percentage of my business is. Very simplified. That [04:29] million in my bank account. That's right, OK? I don't have. The money doesn't all example, closed a contract this year for a service worth 120,000 euros, for money will come through, for now I'm not going to receive all of it at once, am I [04:42] deliver a service to this client, I have to pay for people, tools, in the company's account after I provide this service. It's great to make well, this idea, when I learned it, was something I learned through [04:57] a big shock to me because of these rules of the game that I didn't know. Next, we'll talk about responsibility. This is perhaps the part I was least that I don't know, I had never experienced before, just as I didn't know I was going to [05:11] jobs, we have responsibilities, I know that, that's obvious, but being in charge of a company with many people involved is completely different, train, well, if I have a boss or something, if you do your [05:23] job badly, you can risk getting caught in a tornado. That's true, it can even cost your home with you. And all of this is real and valid, right? But as a general rule, the you think the biggest problems are yours, you'll likely have someone burdened with [05:37] even bigger problems . For example, if something goes wrong worried, obviously, but at the end of the month, hey, your salary will still come in. As CEO of a company, which is, in this case, the role I'm in, the [05:49] responsibility isn't just mine [for the music] , the responsibility is mine to everyone. Therefore, it's not just about me and myself. Even when I delegate, there's always I'm slow, if I'm a bit of a jerk, if I choose the wrong place or the [06:02] salary, but also the sustainability of the company and the salaries of everyone in that company. So, ultimately, while we obviously have strategies, we make hires, and we have middle management—things like that—so that it does [06:14] as CEO, all the problems are your problems, although in practice, as manage to dilute that feeling. But the truth is, I was the one who risked the money. If anything happens, I'm the one who has to put up the money. [06:28] , the responsibility for fixing that problem at the end of the day well or badly, the team gets things go wrong, I might not receive a salary. In the case of [06:40] think they ever were, we were close, and I don't think it will ever happen, then there's this part that's completely invisible to those who work in companies testimony from me: there's [06:52] work, but there were people who had to assemble the machine, there were people who had to lot of gasoline, there are tons of taxes that, initially, you won't be the one 'm not talking about you, everything, you, I'm talking about you, the worker. Ah, there's [07:05] workers who pay, there's the software, it's not the workers who rates, and improvement decisions. None of this comes out of the pockets of the people who work at the company, right? Do you see? Get out, leave the company, that's it, it [07:19] also belongs to the CEO, in this case it's mine, because I'm the only CEO and founder. And listen, I want to emphasize again, this is not a complaint, it's just that it is what it accept this every day to be where I am. I'm super grateful, man, and it's [07:33] something I'll do. So, I'm someone who likes this place. Then there's better and better, much better. It has nothing to do with when I started, but when I started business. I already knew a lot about money , OK, I consider that I already knew [07:47] knew nothing. I knew what I learned in college about management, OK? And that's what I was reading in one or two books about business. In practice, I had never done it before. And one applies to other professions, is that work never ends, OK? You can never just switch off and [08:01] example, if I were working in a place where I had what I that day would end, perfect, I'd go home, I'd be relaxed. I to do, there is always a next step to take, there is always something new to [08:14] improve. So, this job where I could arrive, look, it's around 7 or 8, I finished my work, I'll rest tomorrow, ah, it's a new day, it doesn't exist. over. On the other hand, there's this spectacular part that I thought was going to [08:27] be like this, and it was, OK, although it wasn't right away, but nowadays it is, I can choose everything. I can choose my hours; if I want to work from 8 to 8, I can. If you want to work from 8 am to 4 pm, I'll work. If I want to work [08:40] 'm saying that if I chose these hours it would be the right one, but I I wanted to, and I do want to, and I choose to. And then I can also decide what I do. I own the businesses I create; I can decide, like, this afternoon, if I'm going to [08:53] Now, there was one thing that worried me a lot at the beginning of my business journey. I thought, well, having a business means that today I'm here, I'm delegate this to someone and I'll just be collecting money. Wow, this idea [09:07] is that throughout my early years I only worked, as I said. No, anything properly other than work. Even on vacation, my friends were at the pool and I was working, okay? OK, I was going with them, but I wasn't going with them. [09:20] Yes, that was the idea. And I had a really hard time figuring out how company grew so much and so fast, we had so much to do, and I clearly bit off more than I could chew without meaning to. And now, today, therefore, if [09:32] n't say this, but today I'm starting to understand how it's possible. Now I have a clear objective: I will company and build my company in such a way that money continues to come in [09:45] without me having to put in the same amount of time that I put in today. And this I was able to do time. Therefore, I'll get married in 10 years and I'll want to have something much more my company will be making more money. Therefore, for this, it is necessary to build [09:59] that I was talking about. I had no idea. These are things I've learned to now I know that it's possible. We are already doing it. Of course I still work many hours, but it has nothing to do with the time I work, not only the amount of time I work, [10:13] before I might waste two or three hours today making calls that won't do two or three hours defining the path the company will take in the next see? So, I gave that example of vacations, for instance, in 2024, I went on [10:26] last year, in 2025, that didn't happen anymore. I managed to take vacations and not work a victory because it was the first time I had a whole week off, for example, that I remember being that whole week off, and thinking, "It's the first time [10:39] in three or four years that I didn't work for a week," but it's possible to do vacation. And this mentality was such a part that changes completely, and it wouldn't make any sense for me to say [10:51] otherwise here, is the concept of money. The concept of money changes completely, there's no was receiving €1,000 a month or €600 a month, it's the same as when I'm receiving €40,000 a month, can I? Like, it has nothing to do with it. No, no, I can't [11:03] my responsibilities are changing drastically, as I said. So, for example, before I was an intern, I knew I had x days of work and money was mine. Full stop. I received it, it was in my pocket, and I lived through it. I had it [11:16] making videos and campaigns, back then I was doing magic tricks. And truth. The money was all for me. I was doing a campaign, I was paid X for that money was mine, it was done. Today the reality is completely different. [11:28] Today I have a team, hired people, recurring partners, mandatory. In total, I pay about 10 different people. And this changes everything myself and for these 10 people to go into business, even in the middle of work. And listen [11:40] or 300,000, or 1,000 euros that I could have made alone, just by me. This money so I work and the money isn't mine, Gabriel. This money is for paying is for paying for the entire structure. And I also receive a salary afterwards. [11:55] Therefore, this salary comes from this whole pot that doesn't appear out of nowhere. I know, the thin air, so why would I subject myself to this? Why don't I just answer for me is simple. Imagine, I want to grow this project [music] and in the [12:08] future maybe pass this legacy on to someone else, build something that doesn't this is mine," and it's something I always tell my team, it's my Gabriel Ferreira brand, it's what's on the cover and in people's shop windows, but in [12:21] this thing, it belongs to everyone. As long as we all place all, it's all much more fun this way, doing things as a team. work has a different meaning. Literally every euro I spend [12:35] love it, I love providing flexible work in such an important area where themselves. For example, at my company, we don't have vacations. Well, in other words, it's nothing like that; we don't have locked-down vacation days. Yes, people can have as many vacations [12:49] job done and they are fair. I'm not going to say, look, instead of x vacation days, which need another week or two, it's all good. Like, I don't care, do your job well. This fulfills me immensely. And this thing about [13:02] earning more money, I also started having much more expensive responsibilities more common job. Right now, if I make €100,000 in my business, I people, there are commitments, there are bills to pay, there are things that have to be paid for. [13:16] For one person, if I gave 100,000 euros, that would be 1,000 euros. Well, it would take him a year, or four, I don't know exactly. For me, if I made €100,000, we'd be screwed. It was business, because the business was completely different, €100,000 was [13:31] beginning of this topic, let's talk about buying things, the part I think part I was saying was impossible to say was the same, because things aren't the same. I am a very thoughtful person. I grew up with a lot of [13:44] difficulties, especially financial ones. It is what it is, that 's reality. So, it was very difficult for me to that cost me. I didn't mind for myself. Nowadays, if I want something, even though I think carefully about whether I really [13:58] want it and all that, but I want it, I see that I want it, I buy it. For example, I go clothes very often, but when I do, I don't care how much they cost. Do you see? I want to know if I like it. I grew up with a pair of sneakers and I [14:10] wore those sneakers until they fell apart. No link, I decided I'm going to change the luxury of changing this part of the sneakers because I wanted to have more than one sneakers, then I sent 10 back, I only kept five because I didn't [14:23] duplicate sizes. I did it without any guilt. Obviously, I only do this because I have . And that's a real change. At work. It's the same, and much easier. I tools. I buy right away and I buy what's best for me. And even though, the [14:38] exists. It's the best for me. For example, look, I have an iPhone 14, and buy another one just because I can afford it. I do n't do that. I don't do that sort of have one, it's out here, you can't see it on the camera, but it's right next to me. It [14:51] thinner, cheaper version, so it for what I do, because I just wanted something to write on, something that wouldn't make computer. Therefore, the best doesn't necessarily mean the most expensive. Therefore, I [15:03] transparent here so you can understand my experience, because I assume it's not your experience. Look, this is just how it is. So, the rule is simple. When it comes to buying things, to what I need, I want the best. Point. And [15:15] then comes the biggest change of all, the way I look at my time. And to a friend of mine about this the other day. Well, the reaction was like, hey, seriously, it's like , the idea seems too financial, so it seems [15:29] try to explain so you understand. My time is actually worth a lot of money, and this isn't me putting on airs or anything like that. I've always been very honest, and that's a fact. My time is worth a lot of money when it comes to [15:41] my work hour. So the logic of this changes quite a bit. For example, it takes about clean my house, OK? Let's suppose I spend €50. I don't know the exact amount, it's certainly not €50 , but €50 is something someone would spend at a time like this. And imagine that during those hours I [15:54] manage to make €1000. Let's say I would never choose to do those 5 or 6 pay someone less money than what I would earn. Do you see the strange because I started thinking this way about everything, and not everyone [16:08] n't understand it either until I was in this position. This is less about " oh, he's just showing off" and more about mathematics. Another thing that my life forever, was that I bought my dream house. We had been walking for [16:22] be three years ago, because it 's already 2026, but we'd already been buy a house. I once had a conversation with a friend's father who had built his house, a real mansion, and he was saying that he would have preferred to save up [16:35] means to buy this house right away and be able to enjoy it throughout his life, rather than listen, I know this is a reality very distant for many people, and I for it every day. So, I was sitting down with Paulinha at the time and [16:51] we were deciding whether we're going to buy a decent house now or we can afford it. And in fact we tried for two years, but it wasn't possible for later we succeeded and I was able to finally put this plan into action. And not only that, [17:05] but I was able to afford to buy the house. And then there's this perspective here, which is that won't be able to continue paying for the things you pay for and all that. I responsibility, OK? Me, man, I work in finance and I'd be in trouble [17:18] own money. And the truth is that I continue to invest in things, in this money. I continue, for example, to invest for my personal retirement, something, for example, that I wouldn't risk. I might not need this money [17:31] will be going well in the future. But I'm sticking with this plan. In this case, salary, I take a portion of it and put it into XTB, which in this case are my where I deposit my money. And I really enjoy doing things with the people from the channel, that [17:43] even created this account where I put some money every month, which is the here on the channel, this account here, where I actually . So I have to automate this because at XTB you can [17:58] month I have an investment plan here where I come here every month don't come I try to [music] return it later. I need to automate this. It was the reason I still haven't done it. Every month I come here and in this case I choose [18:11] this S&P 500 ETF because it's part of my plan. I use this [music] tell myself something. What is my goal in having this plan? If everything goes wrong, I know that at least I'm working for myself and for the future. OK? [18:24] work, it's the money, and this isn't guaranteed; it's an investment, there are risks. mindset, I want to stay calm. Every month, even when I receive good money, I continue to put in a more modest amount, a [18:37] more considered amount, thinking about what I need in, say, 30 or 35 years to reach that point and be able to pay for my my plan. If they follow suit, no, if I follow suit, if my plan goes as I [18:50] they're partners here, but I wouldn't change even if they weren't. Well, for me it's very important to have my money and investments in a place where things basic foundation. Secondly, if I want to complain, there's literally an office [19:04] an office I can go to, I can talk to someone, and then there's this goes wrong with the platform, I always have a way to retrieve these you want to register, I'll leave the code here, you have the link in the [19:17] enter the code Gabriel F if you want to tell XTV that you're coming to me. Thanks you didn't know, XTV was my first ever partner here on my channel. special affection for this platform [music] and I still use it and we still work together. [19:32] So, I am very, very grateful in many different ways to XTB. probably the idea that I think will seem the strangest to you. specifically, I don't know if it will be this one or [19:44] would say it was this one. After all this, after all the hours of work, all the investment, all the risk, and working on vacation and everything, I don't feel like I'm working. Don't get me wrong, I work a lot, you know [19:57] ? But I love what I do so much that all the hours, the headaches, the effort, the risk—it's not like I was saying, "I love it, I don't love it," maybe can, I can end the day tired and frustrated. I felt like I failed [20:10] this week, that I didn't, well, I didn't accomplish what I thought I would accomplish. at work ever, and tomorrow I'd wake up with the same, or even more, saying this just to make a pretty quote here, no. It's really [20:24] always have a great desire to work. Imagine this, and let's start wrapping time. My company's mission is to teach people how to have more money. How cool is this, how cool and how incredible it is to receive messages almost daily from [20:37] improved or even changed something in their lives. From people saying they stopped having debts because of us, what better way to know that every day you able to fulfill it. And now that I actually have euros in my account, [20:52] right? I have money, and I realized that being rich, or whatever it is, isn't anything like what I thought it was. And that cliché, man, imagine being rich is having lots of money, while not having it is [music] [21:04] OK, while having it is lacking a lot. But for me, for example, it's much more about the work on, when I work, where I work, how many vacations I'll take, what I take, and also being able to share this freedom with others. Imagine how this [21:19] dream house, allowed me to pay my mother's rent, and enabled me to live otherwise. And at the end of the day, what matters is that we feel fulfilled. And this should be our goal. It's unfortunate that not [21:31] Yes, that's true. Not everyone has the same opportunities, but all I do is try to help people get or have more opportunities without expecting anything in return. Do you see? Like, I don't [21:44] this here? I don't expect anything in return. So, in conclusion, if I'm fulfilled, I give thanks for my life, and I am also very grateful to you. Therefore, I also have a genuine thank you to give you, because you allow me to do what [21:57] return. This project has grown thanks to people like you, and I hope I can continue to even further, I made this video where I tell you six things that, if you do them, can make your year totally different. Just do one of these things now and I [22:11] difference right away. OK? So, if you're interested, click on this video here. As always, thank you very much for watching. See you next week and [music] bye.
