## Summary

This video is a comprehensive weekly guide for World of Warcraft: Midnight, detailing the essential activities players should prioritize to gear up efficiently and prepare for the upcoming season. The creator outlines a clear checklist covering weekly quests, world events, dungeon runs, renown progression, profession knowledge, and delve tiers, with a focus on maximizing power gains before the season starts.

### Key Points

- **Weekly Quests** [00:13] — Grab two weekly quests from Lady Liadrin and Halduron Brightwing in Silvermoon City. These are mandatory, progress renown, and give one of two weekly caches for veteran gear (pinnacle caches).
- **Four Weekly World Events** [00:40] — Complete the Abundance (3-minute cave treasure dive), Herendar (relic scenario), Eversong Woods faction, and Storm's Wake assault (large-scale void storm defense) events.
- **Cauldron Keys** [01:21] — Collect cauldron keys from world quests; combine them into bountiful delve keys. These unlock on March 17th, but stockpile them now.
- **Prey System Progression** [01:47] — Rank up prey to unlock hard difficulty hunts, which reward veteran-level loot (higher than normal hunts' adventurer gear).
- **Mythic Zero Dungeons** [02:15] — Blizzard confirmed mythic zero dungeons are available, offering a mythic world tour with veteran-level loot, better than heroic dungeon gear.
- **Armor Stacking** [02:46] — Run full five-man groups of the same armor type (leather, cloth, mail, plate) to increase usable drops and trade unwanted pieces, accelerating gearing.
- **Renown Factions** [03:24] — Progress four renown factions for free profession knowledge, champion gear, and other power unlocks, not just cosmetics.
- **Reputation Sources** [03:55] — Complete main story and side quests in every zone, plus Midnight Lore Hunter (250 rep per object) and Midnight Highest Peaks (100 rep per telescope) for thousands of reputation.
- **Renown Contracts** [04:35] — Buy contracts from the auction house for 10-15 extra renown per world quest, adding hundreds of reputation over a week.
- **Champion Gear Breakpoints** [05:02] — Each faction has champion-level gear locked behind renown breakpoints; getting champion pieces early is strong for season prep.
- **Profession Knowledge** [05:28] — Farm profession knowledge treasures (up to 24 points each) and use the 'My Use Tracker for Midnight' addon to track all weekly sources.
- **Darkmoon Faire** [06:19] — The Darkmoon Faire is open; complete the event for a knowledge point in a few minutes.
- **Delve Tiers** [06:32] — Push delve tiers to 7 for veteran track loot; tier 8 bountiful delves unlock March 17th, rewarding champion loot up to 263 item level.
- **PvP Gear Prep** [07:16] — Enable war mode for 100 bloody tokens per world quest to buy adventurer track PvP gear; do random battlegrounds for honor to buy baseline PvP set.
- **Arcan Tina Quests** [08:10] — New quests at Arcan Tina, possibly tied to gear or cosmetics, with familiar faces; keep an eye out.

### Conclusion

To be raid-ready in Midnight, prioritize weekly quests, world events, mythic zero dungeons, renown, profession knowledge, and delve tiers. Efficient preparation now ensures a smooth start when the season launches.

## Transcript

Midnight is over and we're in now the official release and there's a lot to do. So this is going to be your guide on everything you could focus on this week in Midnight World of Warcraft and everything you need to do first. So
reset, make sure to go grab your two weekly quests from Lady Liadrin and Halduron Brightwing in Silvermoon City. These are going to be absolutely mandatory before you step into any other versions of content. These will progress
your renown and give you one of the two weekly caches toward your veteran gear which are your pinnacle caches. You can open these twice a week for veteran pieces of loot, get some really solid gear as well as gold and other
mandatory to do. Additionally, after this you have your four weekly world events that will be open around the map and available. First up you have the abundance weekly event which has you dive into a cave for three minutes, grab
as much treasure as possible and finish that. Next up you have the Herendar weekly event which has you choose a relic and complete the short scenario tied to that specific relic story which is cool. You have the Eversong Woods
faction for the week, complete the objectives and move on. And then lastly the Storm's Wake assault event which is the large-scale void storm defensive core weekly progression systems that you should be doing every single week.
and get this all done so you're not scrambling later in the week. Also, make sure while you're out in the world to keep an eye out for world quests that reward cauldron keys because these cauldron keys can be combined to create
bountiful delve keys and yes, these do not open up until March 17th but you can start stockpiling the keys now so you're ready for the second they unlock in a couple of weeks. Additionally, before you mindlessly spam open world content,
make sure you're progressing through your prey system. At this point most players should now have access to the next to of prey meaning you can start pushing into the hard difficulty prey hunt. Normal hunts were giving us
previously adventurer level gear, but now hard hunts can give us access to veteran level loot, which is some of the higher loot you can earn right now in the game before season 1 releases. So, make sure you rank up your prey,
activate the harder difficulty, and actually complete your weekly hunts to Additionally, Blizzard confirmed that we have access to mythic zero dungeons this everything. So, instead of being stuck at heroic dungeon gear, we now have the
gives us a mythic world tour to complete with veteran level loot, which is some pretty decent progression before season 1 starts. Now, if you also want to gear up a little bit more efficiently and sweat it out a little bit, I highly
recommend to try and armor stack your party because the loot for these dungeons is personal loot, meaning that if you run a full five-man group of the same armor type, whether it be all leather or all cloth or all mail or all
plate, you dramatically increase the odds that every drop is usable by someone in the group. Then from there, you can trade unwanted pieces and gear much faster between each other, and this is how you accelerate gearing a little
bit faster and something some of the sweaty people are going to be doing. The mythic zero loot scales in veteran track, so it's critical in preparing launch on season 1 so you can, you know,
Additionally, right now, you also have the four renowned factions you could be actively progressing through, and you have to understand these are not just cosmetic tracks. Renown can give you free profession knowledge, big power
unlocks such as champion gear, and other rewards that are really, really nice. can actually get ahead before the season opens up, and you can get pretty high course, to do the obvious, which is the main story and side quests in every
single zone. So, pretty much just clear the zones entirely. Every story chain amount of reputation, and that definitely adds up fast. But, a couple other ones that people definitely forget, step two, you have the Midnight
Lore Hunter, which is each lore object that can give you 250 reputation for that zone's renowned faction, and it looks like this on your map, which gives you 250 reputation to that zone's renowned faction each, which is nice.
And then you have the Midnight Highest Peaks, which finding each telescope within the zone gives you 100 reputation additionally as well. These add up to thousands of reputation per zone, and this is how you see players hitting
anywhere between renowned level eight through 10 extremely early. Not only contract from the auction house right now that can give you anywhere between 10 to 15 extra renowned per world quest that you complete. Now, listen, it may
not sound like much, but over a full week of doing world quests, you can get hundreds of reputation just by doing this as well, which every little bit does count. Don't forget that each faction has champion level gear locked
behind these renowned breakpoints. I will leave them on the renowned levels on the screen for you here, whether be for Heraldy or Silvermoon Court, the Zolomont faction, and the Void faction. And getting a champion piece this early
season one when you're in preparation, which is pretty damn nice. Moving on, next we also have profession knowledge that you guys can be farming out right course, we've mentioned this in a lot of our other videos, is grabbing every
profession knowledge treasure scattered across the world. You use a map or a tool tracker, you copy-paste in the coordinates in the game, and you simply loot them and get, I think, up to 24 knowledge points, which is literally
free power. Beyond that, though, heading into this week, all of the other knowledge sources will be available to us. That includes profession weekly quest, vendor knowledge purchases that we'll be able to buy treaties from the
inscription profession, dirt and satchel knowledge drops, any weekly profession specific objectives. So, the easiest way to track everything, I like to use this profession knowledge tracker called My Use Tracker for Midnight. It tells you
every source that is available every single week, what you're missing, what you haven't done, and what resets for you weekly. Unlocking this early is definitely a help and you should be good to go. Additionally, a neat little trick
also is the Darkmoon Faire is officially open and active. You can go on over the event that you can complete that can as a knowledge point. It takes a couple minutes, absolutely worth doing. It
Additionally, on the list for this week, you should be pushing your delve tiers all the way up to tier seven. This is big for a couple of reasons. Number one, delve six and seven can reward veteran track loot from the end chest, which is
pretty good power. Secondly though, progressing your tiers early means that on March 17th, when tier eight battleful delves unlock, you can immediately start diving into them and getting your tier eight battleful delve farming for
champion loot. That means no catching up, no grinding tiers late. You're on the day of release and you're ready to earn some champion track loot. That scales up all the way up to 263 item level. So, knock this out early, make
sure you're prepared and locked in for this ready to go. Additionally, you can start farming some PvP gear. Now, even if you're remotely interested in PvP, you can start prepping now. Also, you can have war mode on where every world
quest that you complete gives you 100 bloody tokens and you can take these tokens to buy PvP gear on the adventurer track at the PvP vendor in Silvermoon. But not only that, you can do random battlegrounds and you can get honor from
them to start purchasing your baseline PvP honor set in the capital as well. So, even if you're primarily PvE-ing, you can actually activate war mode and start earning a bunch of bloody tokens to buy PvP gear, and then finish it off
by doing some random battle grounds to be prepared for the season launch. Also, do not forget the Arcan Tina is going to be loaded up with a couple of new quests. Now, I'm not sure what's going to be in here exactly, whether it's
going to be tied to gear or what, but we should have access to a few new quests here, and they're going to be tied to a couple familiar faces. These are quick. Often, these are going to tie into some just basic cosmetic stuff or just fun
sure if they're going to be tied to gear at all, but just something to keep aware priority checklist. This is the part of the video where you're going to want to take a screenshot to make sure you have this locked in ready to go on the second
monitor. Step one, make sure you grab your weekly world content from Silvermoon and complete all the four weekly world event quest. Not only that, on your world quest, make sure to try to grab any call for key shards to save up
for bountiful keys later on. Step two, make sure you select your prey in one of the world zones and rank it up until you have access to the hard difficulty because the hard difficulty will give you veteran track gear. Step number
three is going to be a mythic zero world tour where you full clear all of mythic zero dungeons across the entirety of the expansion, and then if you want to try to armor stack as much as possible so you can share armor amongst
yourselves. And on step four, do a big renown push. Finish the main and side quest. Do the lore hunting for 250 rep each, as well as the highest peaks for 100 rep each. This is going to be great for progression through that renown and
tied to them. Step five, go ahead and get all of your profession knowledge that you can because they completely opens up this week. Download my use knowledge tracker. Get this and you should be good to go. Push up to tier
seven on your delves and prep for tier eight bountiful delves on March 17th to optional preps is you can start preparing for PvP. But yes, ladies and today's video on this week in World of Warcraft. We do have a lot more content
