[00:24] one oh we were yeah oh are we live right now uh i think so yeah i think we are hey what's up everybody all right all right let me funnel every you you started off welcome everybody [00:37] everybody in cool welcome back everybody to altcoin daily we had to jump streams eventually we'll figure out how to do it but uh you know um stream what we're doing today is a good old-fashioned q a [00:51] i feel like we've got so many new subscribers over the last six months even this whole year the same questions come up all the time asked questions talking about the cryptocurrency market if there's any [01:04] good questions in the chat uh we'll be talking about that as well um you know basically i titled this i don't think people realize how big this cryptocurrency bull run could get um [01:19] cryptocurrency bull run could get um because really 2021 is a make or break year for bitcoin i feel i kind of feel like either in my opinion i kind of feel like either in my opinion 90 chance bitcoin breaks all-time highs [01:33] um by 20 it has to in 2021 10 chance it doesn't and then if we have to wait till 2022 i give it a 20 chance bitcoin breaks all-time highs and an 80 percent chance it never does and then after that [01:47] um i mean i don't know austin i'll throw it to you uh you know do you think you know if bitcoin doesn't break all-time highs by 2021 right i mean i think that would be a sign that [02:01] the governments were practicing fiscal responsibility this year suggests that they're going in the opposite direction but to me that would be the big the thing that would have to change [02:14] for us to see that totally agree well i'm going to stop share real quick we'll let people shuffle into this new stream we'll begin the q a in just a second how's everything going on your end i just dropped a new link [02:27] now i'm going to switch over that thumbnail then i'll delete the old one to hang out today all part of the fun all part of the fun [02:42] and i'm pulling up the live chat right now we're all looking at the live chat seeing who's in this uh this stream and again um if you want to be a part of our next [02:56] notifications turned on and you will get updated all right what's up chat i see gamer gear game gear [03:08] gear game gear samir jesse hi from england thoughts on xrp what up fellas missing you guys what's up jerry classic live stream question well it's an xrp [03:21] classic uh you know everybody's saying i was sleeping on xrp over the last year i could buy it right now and get it you know good as deal as almost any time we'll talk about it we'll talk about it all right we got 500 people in the live [03:34] chat everybody's shuffling in everybody hit the like button appreciate first question austin do you have anything to say before we before we get to this i guess you start i have 30 more seconds [03:46] to finish this then i'll be in okay um let's do it okay um let's do it so uh once again all good questions from the chat will be answered or all super chats and austin will be [03:59] keeping track of you know what's going on in the in the chat and i guess we'll just start with uh these questions uh and i'll try and put timestamps in after this is done being live later [04:11] what are you most excited about going in to 2021 or break year specifically for the price of bitcoin [04:23] wants their gains to be realized right away saying you know bitcoin is possible never goes below 8 that to mean oh does that mean it's going to 20 000 [04:37] later no of course not you know bitcoin is a uh you know a long long-term game in 2021 is seeing bitcoin break all-time highs think 90 chance it does if it doesn't and by 2022 [04:52] chance of breaking all all-time highs then after that i mean if it doesn't ever will in my opinion so austin what are you most excited about in 2021 are you most excited about in 2021 man that's a big question i guess i mean [05:07] we're timing-wise we always said the last two three years the biggest thing that's holding bitcoin back one of the biggest things is time i mean we're finally in the part of the cycle where we reached capitulation you know a [05:22] year year and a half ago people are excited and everything going around in the macro economic realm of the world to me i mean everything to me you shouldn't necessarily wish for you know [05:38] the boat to collapse to go down to see how well the lifeboats work but it is nice to know that they're there that you can opt in to them nice kent in the chat says adoption is where i'm excited uh bitcoin [05:52] brenda says hi from texas um but actually tonight is the uh i wanted to get your thoughts and everybody's thoughts in the chat the u.s presidential debate i know our audiences around the world who do you think what [06:06] will you be watching who do you think is better for for bitcoin oh me yeah uh i think i mean honestly it does not matter [06:20] both in terms of policy both candidates have done nothing nothing to limit debt um limit spending from the government so for both democrat republican it's only it's only getting worse uh in terms of a [06:35] fiscal responsibility point of view in the short term i mean the economy uh that's what he's running on so uh you it'll probably have volatility with any potentially new president [06:49] or maybe we'll have the same president yeah i mean in essence you know bitcoin does not care you know who's president they're both um um so i think uh they're both good for [07:02] bitcoin in my opinion now as far as the debate tonight come on this is must-see viewing for all americans trump my opinion killed it last year in the debate versus hillary so i'm psyched to see uh how if biden can [07:14] right that's true i mean i'll be watching it should be a good event any uh questions um from the chat before we get into some of these like who we always get asked i mean they're all giving their opinions [07:28] on the political question they're saying does not matter does not matter rr says when moon game gear says hi belgium and uh you know there's a lot of people critical of biden [07:43] biden i mean let's come on for another podcast all right next question so let's get to the basics who is altcoin [07:59] daily uh i guess i'll start we get this question all the time uh we're twins twin brothers um and we're really um in all you know any kind of sense we're just regular guys you know a lot [08:14] space i mean think about it bitcoins only 11 almost 12 years old crypto thus far have been technical people finance people developers engineers if this thing really has legs [08:29] truly you know regular people should be able to figure it out and that's us we're regular people you know we're not internet gurus we have backgrounds in um marketing and filmmaking and we're we live in los [08:43] and you know part of the union part of sag and um yeah austin any thoughts on that i mean yeah to go along we're actively encouraging people we're actively encouraging people that [08:56] this channel is just a hangout we have no inside knowledge of the market um and i think that sort of separates us i mean other channels do it but that's why you guys subscribe yeah it was interesting because uh you [09:10] i don't know who people if people people follow this we'll be interviewing corey klipston the ceo of swan bitcoin later it won't be live we'll release it in a fighting against uh you know plan b you know 100 trillion [09:25] usd you know that the stock to flow guy the stock to flow guy called out or corey the ceo called out stock to flow because you know for um being like hey you're not honest about who you are [09:37] you're really like a younger guy and uh i just thought that was you know gonna drop an interview in the coming week we'll we'll clue you in yeah but you know we're not giving buy and sell signals um [09:51] uh you know really it's my mission to try and figure out uh i wanna you know get some gains in cryptocurrency that's what attracts me i gains and i think maybe they fall in love with you know bitcoin's [10:04] hard monetary policy aspect or maybe a different cryptocurrency have a question uh we are taking questions from the chat forget who it was but somebody asked how long you guys been involved [10:18] long you guys been involved in crypto in crypto um yeah i first heard about it in like 2014 i feel on reddit i think i heard about like the bitcoin pizza guy um really did not get involved until [10:30] like 2016 2017 but really at that time i just like watching i was just dabbling wasn't really involved with it really involved with it um as much as 2018 [10:42] when we started this channel um february 2nd of 2018 and that's when i got you know hardcore into it like every day obviously doing research making content but uh i was a spectator in 2016 and 2017 then 2018 [10:57] time ever to start a cryptocurrency youtube channel february 2nd of 2018. austin i mean that's very similar heard about in 2013 gosh darn i wish i would have gotten involved just forgot about it [11:12] got put it went back in my radar late 2016 beginning in 2017 and then we just watched sort of the excitement the run-up of 2017 which was crazy and then we decided to start making content the next year [11:26] at the start of the bull market bear market and i think we kind of answer what's your mission my mission is to make it accessible to uh everyday people and try and figure out [11:38] for me personally like what is the best thing to invest in like in the past three years in the past bull market i've made my own you know decisions [11:50] thinking like oh like bitcoin really seems to have legs for like a long-term future everything else is a lot more speculative and you know but it's still into the bull market i've different opinions on that it seems [12:03] to me like the plumbing and infrastructure over the last three years infrastructure has 100 x but people's ability to evaluate these cryptocurrency projects is still like nothing like i mean [12:19] for yo what's up oh no you keep going i was just saying somebody did say i'm just gonna check on that okay cool appreciate that so okay cool appreciate that so yeah um you know during the [12:33] crypto content creators were um you know making content over the a lot of them just started recently over the past year regularly were us tone vase and i started watching tone [12:49] vase a lot and um you know something he his opinion early on was like you know i i forget exactly but like bitcoin can't get back or something like that until all the altcoins die [13:03] classic tone and uh for a while i was like oh maybe that is a possibility maybe that will have to happen because i see these projects like iota they're more than that their founders take the main net offline [13:16] it is um and and stuff like that you know these coins retaining their market value and even like going up i was like oh to have have to happen but in my opinion um [13:30] in the future but in my opinion the the plumbing and infrastructure has 100 x over the past three years people's ability to evaluate crypto projects has [13:42] not so while i while i understand why um fundamental quality fundamental analysis i just realized you know his thoughts until a lot longer uh from now i think i [13:58] from what i see this cycle definitely isn't going to be bitcoin only so i and try and figure out you know the best projects to um know long-term value i can see why ethereum will do well this cycle i [14:13] understand the argument to why maybe it won't do well in the future mean the fact is digital scarcity was only invented 11 years ago bitcoin had you know multiple years to [14:27] before it really you know got noticed by anybody who and you know in my opinion it's you know big enough and decentralized enough for it has no single point of failure stuff like [14:40] cardano has a and i was using that as an example has a harder chance um because now all cryptocurrencies are on people's radar so like not that it can't cardano can't do well [14:53] but if it scales if it continues to scale and be valued it's going to have to decentralize too because now i think the governments are you know are looking so that's kind of my opinion [15:06] i will say super chats are now enabled i feel let us know in the comments section but we are taking questions super chat or not from you guys too or not from you guys too so i will be watching [15:23] uh why why put money into x wolfie production says why why put money into xrp your money is better spent elsewhere it's done nothing in years so just a little discussion in there [15:35] in the beginning you know here's here's my kind of philosophy you know what is your mission um as i said it's to find the cryptocurrencies with fundamental value it's my opinion the only one right now [15:49] bitcoin i can understand why ethereum will do well this cycle i tons of other cryptocurrencies will do well this cycle in shorter time spans like i just explained plumbing and infrastructure 100x um [16:04] we have a question okay a regular question um think ethereum will uh reach mass adoption slash do well for this cycle uh seeing how expensive is [16:18] it is to use and can the polka dot ecosystem really dominate in 2021 so they're both asking in this short-term next cycle it is interesting that ethereum fees are so high [16:31] so high yet you don't see uh these companies switching to other chains like tron or like anything else like anything else um so the ethereum the gas [16:43] called you know is being valued you know almost like a commodity um because you know cost that much to uh either stake it in your in your protocol d5 protocol [16:58] i'm not sure why you know ethereum is the one i guess because it does have that network effect that speaks to like ethereum's first mover advantage the network effect i've used this example before everybody [17:10] computer keyboards in front of them the qwerty keyboard q-w-e-r-t-y qwerty keyboard q-w-e-r-t-y that is not an efficient keyboard setup typewriters so like you wouldn't jam the keys but [17:24] network effect got so large nobody's changing it and i guess that continues to lead even though the gas fees are so high austin you want to speak on that in polka dot also i just want to add on the ecosystem [17:38] is the big thing ethereum has that the other chains don't have yet people want to buy in to instant interoperability with all the top interoperability with all the top dapps uh and and uh [17:50] currently now obviously right now while there's no new people in these other chains are trying to catch up and that's the sort of the trade-off you make if you're making this an investment play will if a restaurant [18:06] is too crowded too long of a wait time restaurant or are you going to go to the one that everybody's using does give the polka dots and everybody that has working sort of [18:19] cardano just got there it gives them a shot but like in my opinion like polka dots the new hotness i feel like polka dot has a lot to prove really they're what they're trying to [18:32] interoperability all that stuff is nothing it's not a new problem that we trying to solve that's the same rhetoric we heard from cardano since 2016 on so i'm just saying you know that [18:46] and the the difference is why does everybody love cardano because it has ethereum polka dot has that exact same thing only their main net is out now they have projects building on them now [19:00] i would say off to a better start or a faster start than a lot of the competition we've seen in the last few years that was a really um good questions in the chat i'm noticing a lot of people are saying hi [19:14] so glad everybody's uh you know joining us we have almost 1 000 people watching everybody hit the like button and i watching hey yeah wolfy appreciate you man he [19:28] says by the way austin you need to tell people to refresh video to get super chat icon okay that's cool not required but let us know if it works everybody refresh the video [19:41] uh thanks wolfie let's super chat him anyway next question videos um why are you always so bullish and um is everybody bullish everybody's yeah isn't everybody bullish here's the thing [19:56] isn't everybody bullish here's the thing you 99 of the population going to tell you why you should be bearish on bitcoin you know we kind of present information [20:08] bitcoin and possibly other cryptocurrencies but more than just saying it i try to reason it and so that's why i'm always so bullish because you know the mainstream media 99 of the population won't present this [20:21] point of view to you and then also our titles and thumbnails are very bullish sometimes or very exciting sometimes and really it's uh you know it's just a [20:35] you know don't hate the player hate the game that's the type of content game that's the type of content that does well on youtube or um you know you know i think that everybody that's here right now we're all bullish [20:48] everybody can get down when the market's down for a month but we all get it hey hakkasan hakka son super chat's five dollars and says works um like that's the reason i think you know [21:01] great thumbnails and titles and that annoys player hate the game that's what works on youtube i think other content creators who in my opinion provide so much you know great insight [21:15] our detriment to themselves by not creating better thumbnails and better um uh you know a lot of people just live stream like we're doing today interesting and really you know lean into the youtuber aspect of it [21:31] boom um okay um i'm still looking at the chat a lot of over uh jerry draper gave us a thumbs up um [21:44] why is okay here's a question from dylan why is cmc coin market cap gatekeeping hex i don't know anything um it is interesting though uh we've done you know a few videos on hex a long [21:58] uh basically you know talking about kind of trying to shed richard hartch doesn't like to talk about as much you know the adoption amplifier where the eath goes um and i don't own any hex but um [22:12] richard hart came out with the hex it was like the whole use case was uh this is going to be staking and like locking up your money and gaining more money through staking and [22:26] you know at the time it was kind of different but now i feel like there's so yet have been accepted like for instance tezos what's the point of tezos what can earn more tezos [22:40] make dapps on it automated yeah that's true i mean you from what i hear um it's just interesting how stuff like stuff like and by the community at large really as [22:55] more than coinbase and um uh hex doesn't but then again you videos i understand why it's just because the founders control way too much with hex in my opinion me personally i think be cash is a [23:08] at least hex is very apparent that you they're very open about that um but i and i do like coin i'm the past but i think coin gecko is better than coin market [23:21] just gets so used to the user interface of quick glances at the market because i know what to look for we do have two super chats okay so let's get to those super chats then we'll [23:34] answer some of these other questions um one just a comment from meet busy five dollars he says check out ethie i guess that ticker is if you believe in eth do your own research um [23:48] says hi from italy dynamic duo what do you think about k-ton energy web token and rari do you think they could be winners i'll go first bonocera [24:09] ecosystem energy web token that's energy web token is almost web token is almost a um big dog it's mid to high market cap dip since then and rari is obviously nfts [24:22] coins that one are doing work and also fitting catching on kton is it's in the polka dot ecosystem the d5 ecosystem rari obviously is and energy web token i [24:37] i feel something to keep your eye on here's the thing everybody who's been around for a while remembers um i think this happened in 2017 the you know the rise of crypto kitties and the first iteration of nfts and people [24:51] were paying big money for crypto kitties and it got a little bubbly and then still the number one still the number one but like in terms of volume cryptokitties here's the thing and then so cryptokitties go up [25:05] everybody gets excited about nfts and then like you know the bubbly aspect of you know goes more to a true value and dumps and um then the bitcoin bitcoiners and bitcoin maximalists come out and say [25:17] uh you know that's why um you know it's just all you know just a big hype bubble bitcoin's the only thing and then we get like another iteration of trend i think you know it's going to be very [25:30] easy to pick out failures and cryptocurrency very easy um and we do it all the time but to say that nfts are nothing because cryptokitties is nothing um i think it's short-sighted i think [25:44] nfts can do well so i was actually listening to a bitcoin maximalist we got on a a former east plebe as he called it and [25:56] bitcoin maximalism it was interesting to hear their point i see where they're coming from but you know i don't i don't go as far as them but um oh yeah even btc sessions he was like i can kind of understand say i [26:11] wanted to go to a concert and um i wanted to get a ticket but i wanted to make sure that ticket was legit actually got going to that i could see where nfts would be a help in that regard [26:24] to that seat so i mean there is and the point is people are artists so or i mean some people really find and that's what you got to look for yeah so another oh yeah [26:38] quick because i don't have an opinion on laszlo asks do you have any thoughts on pickle and the recent votes that will establish a treasury the fact that it has a food name come on [26:51] thinking it's like another food token a flash in the pan uh don't buy the top i wouldn't invest in it at all personally although that is mean just make sure the smart contracts are audited minimum but i really haven't [27:05] looked into it so do your own research two dollars from indigenous queen 09 do you think sia will take over netflix and hulu does she mean the artist yeah um sia token um or see a coin i [27:19] guess uh i'm not kept up personally uh i'm not familiar with the specifics but just as far as somebody taking over netflix think that's a long road to go and i wouldn't uh bet you know big money [27:35] want to get to them or get to one of yours questions but we are going to get to these questions eventually so 20 minutes hour tops actually hey theo asks [27:49] thoughts on litecoin do you believe in btc equals gold litecoin equals silver uh you you feel that one i think that the only back in the day people needed a silver because it was more divisible right you [28:04] couldn't you know break off dust pieces of gold so this is a hard money argument you're making i think a lot of hardcore saying as well as if we look at the network [28:18] strength of litecoin means the miners uh versus bitcoin it appears fundamentally the miners despite it being more expensive choosing the security of the bitcoin network [28:30] could be i am just not a believer as of today i marketing for litecoin where you see goku and gohan from dragon ball z you gold to silver that's great marketing by litecoin [28:45] litecoin um but do i necessarily agree with that things like the lightning network or even you know wrapped bitcoin any of these um second layer solutions [28:58] fast cheap transactions on layer two not that you know like coins going away anytime soon i think when retail gets back into on litecoin it always pumps and the fact is we're so early digital [29:14] scarcity digital scarcity was only invented 11 years ago um you know here's the thing guys the plumbing has 100x in the past three years you don't [29:26] just going to be buying you know alts left and right even ones i mean and the fact is these altcoins are so illiquid this is what i'm afraid of that it's going to be even bigger than the 2017 bubble [29:39] plumbing in infrastructure these alter solar liquid they're going to start more people are going to buy them they're going to start trending up more bitcoin is going to happen with altcoins and the question you have to ask [29:51] yourself you know a lot of like hardcore you know bitcoiners like i listen to tone base and like tone vase isn't uh you know that disgusts him that that opportunity like like you know thinking back to 1998 [30:05] would you invest in pets.com knowing it's a [ __ ] uh ipo would you invest in and take profits knowing that it's a you know a bad a long-term invest investment tone base wouldn't i would or at least i [30:20] you know try to make those smart decisions um and then amazon obviously hey we have over a thousand people watching 333 likes if we could get those up above 430 [30:34] i'd appreciate it but getting to our next super chat so everybody hit the right now but henry wore super chat's five dollars hello what do you think of linear finance it has 600 [30:47] apy and is bringing synthetic assets towards the crypto space it's like a linear dot finance one of those types or yeah so you can earn insane interest 600 percent seems unreal yeah i mean [31:00] that's better assets to me it's like we're just seeing like copies of the same protocol and people jumping into the next one uh that's too short-term for me i mean i don't have strong opinions i'm not [31:12] actively following that 600 apy isn't enough for me personally just be careful i mean these are experiments uh emotion in general super chats five dollars and says as a crypto [31:27] investor should we be using crypto for our everyday transactions does this help the market and is it an investment form in its own right um i would say like i've heard the [31:41] spend and replace i kind of agree with that but i'm more of a i'm a hodler at um now i do see the value in you know some some of our friends are trying to start like bitcoins in general this bitcoin circular economy [31:56] um because we have apps like strike or cash app or any cash app or any other wallet app um where you can bitcoin and just like the government doesn't have to be a part [32:09] but uh um spend and replace i mean obviously so that can help the price no but uh you know getting that network [32:21] talking to people and then replacing hell yeah that'll help hey jg super chats two dollars and says thoughts on nfts thoughts on nfts wearable axes what kind of covered that [32:33] wearable axes what kind of covered that yeah so but basically that's a trend and are getting used by actual artists so 100 something to keep your eye on yeah to some of these other questions oh it's just [32:47] on chain games implementing a wagering system into the call of duty game i'll go um i think that's awesome i confuse that for a partnership but anybody that's trying to give people the [33:03] obviously great um what is that so that's like an altcoin project join with another game well it's gaming on the blockchain um with in terms of what they're implementing but they're [33:18] game is a crypto game or change games okay okay i i know chain chain games is trying to do something on call of duty yeah those people that played it's called duty [33:33] it's called oh okay so it's like so people it's like esports like people can bet on call of duty i mean i haven't looked in i've guessing that's what it is i think that's awesome sounds [33:45] interesting all right and last questions before we get to one of erin's um oh man even though we got more all right well we'll get to all super chats all right well we're they're loading up what [33:58] opinion what's y'all's opinion on the idea that only one coin replaces traditional physical currency [34:13] coin that i think for sure and obviously nobody knows the future the only point i years is bitcoin um i don't think asymmetrical return opportunity with the least amount [34:28] of risk um and it's possible uh i i mean i think like i think bitcoin is the best bet i don't think it'll be the only thing i think we will see varying degrees of centralized protocols [34:40] which are you know decentralized but maybe not as much and there'll be those things too i think there will be a handful there will be a handful of blockchains that make it in the end [34:52] from now it could be it could be more yeah you you know what the market chooses for different use cases exactly that's like in 1994 if you were to say wow think all these internet companies [35:06] in 1994 like do they all have a future well most of them don't and probably will be seeing even more pop up in the next five aaron i encourage you to answer this one in less than two or three sentences [35:19] thoughts on urine finance wi-fi given that there is only thirty thousand price prediction short or long term it is an interesting experiment it just proves you know how [35:31] proves you know how um important or the ramifications of scarcity because they're so it's not the same thing as bitcoin but because it's so few of them it's gone up in price over thirty thousand i [35:44] think over forty thousand uh i wouldn't i don't own any um and it in in way in which it got created it is more decentralized than some things um i think it just speaks to scarcity that's what i'm interested in about it [35:59] and also i agree with all that and just the fact that it's on coinbase and i think a lot of new people will see how quickly something that's scarce price will go up so i don't know about the long term but the short term [36:12] i'm definitely following to speculate on something that everybody else would refer to as like a lot of are really willing to speculate on that speaks to [36:26] you know a bullish future for spectators getting into this market and the fact that war early is good for us last super chats before we get to one of more of a comment from dylan murray who super chat's ten dollars [36:39] than hex as well as xrp and stellar and many others i think hex a 1.4 billion dollar project deserves more respect than most other projects 100 uptime with no admin keys [36:54] yeah like i said it's interesting that uh there are certain projects that are you know staking themselves um hardcore that are very similar to hex and the general population in general but [37:07] coin like hex isn't but that being said i understand why because uh the founders of hex um have too much control not that the other projects don't have control as but uh i mean that's just the way that where i'm just [37:19] why i'm glad dylan you're making your own decisions one difference is at least i mean every every token that's launched nowadays has a large team supply with hex it's just one guy [37:32] with uni it is a team slight difference but obviously do what you want um hopefully that answered yeah people people have to like i remember in 2017 when if founders kept like 30 [37:47] when if founders kept like 30 40 50 supply that was seen as you know unbelievably like negative but now every coin finance that's you know that's one that the founders have given up all of their [38:00] um but like a lot of these other projects are vc funded founders control over 50 percent and it's just the way you know people don't care if you appreciate this content right now [38:14] let's moon the likes but aaron uh finally let's get to some these are the questions we always get so why are you called altcoin you talk so much about bitcoin and um you know i chose the name altcoin [38:30] understand you know why bitcoin is i thought that was not only an inviting name that people want to subscribe to because it kind of covers everything you know and then i learned you know oh man [38:44] bitcoiners don't like old corners and all that stuff always just a name i mean it could be we could be called cryptocurrency news and um and just through my three years of research i've found you know why bitcoin [38:58] and like digital gold and why the altcoins are just cover what i think is you know what interests me and what interests me is trying to discover what is the best investment and [39:12] great investment bitcoin is my savings account alts i'll speculate and they may be here but i mean for me i'm this might sound lame to you but bitcoin is the thing that excites me the most [39:27] in terms of percentage of the pie but obviously i'm focused because learning be around in 10 years and that's exciting um and get you know money out of state control um so why do you yeah i was going to go [39:40] to super chat but we can go back to you okay um yeah we will get to all super to go along with this why do you think there is so much tribalism in new people coming into the space and even old people in space don't [39:54] why you'd think that the second people that bitcoiners would like who don't see value in cryptocurrency but uh you know in in reality it's the and uh there's just so much tribalism why do you think that is um [40:09] why not put the screen back on us since this will be timestamped crazy the amount of tribalism i mean i guess the only other thing that i can people are so passionate they care so much um and there's a lot of smart [40:23] people in politics and dumb people but i i i don't know i don't know it's level of passion i'm not sure i think it's because every single coin is tied to people's money [40:35] you know and like a lot of these things are money grabs or bad ideas or the space is just so unregulated and wild wild west in general that um you know people who've been in the space a while don't want to see [40:47] and you know the marketing departments for some of these coins is um unbelievably strong so it's just uh unregulated space where everybody can make their own money and people can [40:59] invest in it also i will say politics there's a pocket in britain poc wherever cryptocurrency is global else that has the global uh people communicating and investing [41:13] cryptocurrency is the only thing and so more people as a you know like in the 1990 in the 1990s the only accredited u.s investors could invest in the dot-com bubble pretty much those a lot of those [41:25] since crypto has people from all over the world and all these different ideologies and other people are going to disagree black he donates five dollars i'm building a [41:38] mobile app to help police the police called to implement cryptocurrency into my project cryptocurrency into my project to police the police uh [41:53] like i don't understand but let's think about it why would it but how is even getting the information grassroots community says when the police are doing something wrong [42:08] now without a blockchain but i guess if you didn't want it to get shut down that would be a reason yeah i don't uh i think you have a long road ahead of you be a long road so i would uh focus your either not put [42:22] app yourself or you know just hey and we support you um but we aren't developers so that is a good question yeah all right back to you aaron okay next question i have here these are [42:37] get um what do you think about other crypto projects which ones do you like so cryptocurrency projects i take a free market approach but at the [42:53] same time i recognize that most of them will fail and a lot of them but the fact is we're so early we could see phoenix's rise from the flames we i mean the goal is to try and figure out are there any hidden gems [43:06] um that's my general outlook now ones i specifically like really like is is bitcoin and then i take the free market approach to the rest but you know the reason we keep the name altcoin [43:18] i want to always you know be able to take a look at the whole market but but i'm not but i don't uh uh fall in love with any one altcoin project i you know just fall in love with any single project if you can [43:34] understand the altcoin space for you know what it is you know knowing that bags um you know it's better but that you know that being said it could be seen as a bear market mentality i suspect over the [43:46] as these illiquid coins just start trending up a lot of that other holding projects going up so interesting time i think you just call it a more conservative approach um which is just aaron and my style for [44:01] me i think you got to follow the trends i think nfts and d fire big trends now we've seen how excited people got for the ethereum d5 ecosystem now we're seeing different ecosystems [44:14] coming in strong and we're seeing the nft ecosystem projects too so in my opinion you go for the trends now if you saw my top cryptocurrencies or i know about how i [44:28] would invest a thousand dollars in cryptocurrency from like two months ago giving up any of my bitcoin to invest in that but if i 10 extra dollars you know put seven or eight into bitcoin [44:42] into those trends how to spend a thousand dollar video i talked about different projects that end i said i would put all one thousand dollars into bitcoin because i'm [44:54] conservative i'm waiting for bitcoin to for bitcoin to get over all-time highs find crazy but that's just me i liked what this person said durgam said in the comments hey cardano is a [45:06] and i agree with you they are a serious project but what i'm saying is uh that does not necessarily equate to investible and even that doesn't equate to long-term investable and the fact is [45:19] they have a lot to prove could turn out to be a project that but we'll just have to see right um don't bet the farm we will be here for another eight to ten minutes max get your final questions in [45:33] i will be checking the chat and appreciate everybody who's hit the like so let's get minutes yeah let's get to some of these last questions um or right here which alt coins do you hold what is your strategy i've talked [45:45] hold what is your strategy i've talked about my strategy and i actually hold exchanges uh their bags um some of them you know 98 of my crypto portfolio is bitcoin after [46:01] bitcoin breaks all-time highs i you know probably will increase the alts a little bit but i'm always probably going to have at least 80 bitcoin if not a lot more probably more um so i'm 98 [46:14] channel for the last two years i've clued you into that um i have like a percentage and a half of ethereum and like the the rest of tons of like small bags of alt [46:29] yeah for me i would say that my portfolio is maybe portfolio is maybe 94 95 bitcoin five percent ethereum and then other alt coins that i'm looking at now are obviously [46:41] the trend setters the d5s the nfts hey parole door uh super chat's five euros and says mantra dao staking platform launching mantra dao staking platform launching tomorrow your thoughts [46:58] i mean obviously i've heard the most i think i heard elliot from fudd tv he's talked about it some i'm not keeping tabs on the project but think it's exciting i do think that it's something on my radar but there's so [47:11] options out there that for now i'm just it's just vaguely on my radar [47:23] here in los angeles nice i hope i was hoping you can explain where all the bitcoin is coming from that people or what or where these companies are buying half a billion dollars worth of [47:37] when only so much is mined they're buying it on otc exchanges which every major exchange i believe offers otc trading where they'll break it up try not to get any slippage or move the market in any [47:51] that's my understanding people who exchanges either custody the bitcoin themselves and have a reserve of bitcoin or their bitcoin from them who themselves have their reserves of bitcoin [48:04] have their reserves of bitcoin um next question um final five minutes i think we cover this one so bitcoin price prediction end of year and end of 2021 [48:16] oh yes dude i could uh see i mean it's possible i'd give it a 10 chance bitcoin breaks all-time highs uh uh maybe i'll go 15 chance bitcoin breaks all-time highs by the end of the [48:28] year i think the i'd say if we can get bitcoin around 14 000 by the end of the year that'd be my price prediction then end of 2021 000 to 100 000 maybe around you know who's [48:44] maybe maybe around 50 000. i mean why not you and me down a number where it'll be december 31st and see who wins okay exact number okay 14 000. okay well you're supposed to write it [48:59] for one dollar below oh how old we are well we did we'd write it whatever you pay 14 000 um [49:13] knew your answer okay um ethereum price prediction prediction like bitcoin has this 11 like bitcoin has this 11 year history where we see you know how [49:28] different levels um ethereum has a bit of a price history less than that um it's you know it's hard to say because nothing is going to have the same kind of [49:42] they do i think it's just because they're like kind of following bitcoin um but like i've always said uh for the past several months i think although i understand the argument to why [49:55] we can't say whether ethereum has a long-term future because one it did well in 2017 because it had a great sentiment behind it retail investors wanted to buy it plus [50:09] it was getting used utilized its utility for icos i think it seems like ethereum has the same type of buzz around it today and it's getting used in this d5 space [50:22] for the price of ethereum because the ethereum gets locked up in their ecosystems as opposed to just sold by the ico founders so i think theorem will goes um henry war super chats ten dollars [50:37] and he says hi based on dot having amazing amazing positioning in the market with a lower market cap compared to ethan btc player the co-founder the founder gavin wood in [50:51] the project would it be more lucrative to to load up more on dot as opposed to btc or eth i can't i can't make tell you when to buy or sell [51:04] position for me personally i'm loading up on bitcoin the most and uh that's really like it and then i also have some ethereum and once um gets closer to breaking all-time highs maybe that's around 20 000 [51:20] i will scale into alts because as i've shown you guys to think that it's going to be only bitcoin this cycle i think is short-sighted and i will say for that question it's all about how much risk [51:34] for example polkadot does have a lower market cap than either btc but it is in the top 20 maybe top 15. if even more gains you'd look at the projects launching off polka dot [51:48] just know that you're taking on an incredibly more amount of risk dot i feel is definitely the new hotness and is definitely in the trend of nfts and defy [52:03] so it's all about what you are willing to do so i guess the only other question i had i just had like one more great stream um unless there's one more nope no super chat so we'll end it after [52:19] this question let us know like i want to do like q a live streams a lot more just i'm worried about like you know know because of all those scams like banning [52:32] the guys are you know talking about bitcoin since like 2011 he just got his whole channel deleted today i assume unjustly just like what happened to us so everybody go on over to [52:45] twitter to uh davinci's twitter and see how you can help them out but that's but i'm just worried about that but it seems to be working out um if we maybe don't have a controversial guest on i don't know [52:58] aaron oh really nice and driving while black gents i appreciate you all told um me and ed hunt were talking last time he [53:13] was in town talking about you know xrp well who's this guy for the folks at home he's just some guy just our friend yeah okay but um college friend and i said uh dude don't get into xrp [53:25] not that it won't pump it's just that uh that just happened to be one i was right anyway i i don't think i don't think banks are going to adopt xrp i think we're just more talking about the whole crypto market i don't want to [53:39] the whole crypto market i don't want to pigeonhole or dox anybody's questions the last um question i had is what other crypto content creators do you like and for me i like yeah like i like tons um there are ones i like like as far as [53:54] through rotations there's first of all you always you always watch certain ones like altcoin daily maybe you watch uh i don't know chico ivan on tech tone vase btc sessions there's always bit boy crypto [54:12] wendy there's all these different uh uh you know different crypto creators i there's things i like about all of them there's things i don't like a lot about a lot of them um but you know i can get value in and a [54:24] you know but as far as like bitcoin podcasts or crypto podcasts the ones i like are bitcoin only but as far as like um only ones and and ones to talk about the whole market yeah [54:39] i like i like so many i'm not even i like all those people i'm sorry son another super chat like i wouldn't like i don't like listen to like ivan on tech or [54:52] uh buy and sell signals um i just like i get it for you know news information entertainment and just to stay informed davis and anthony pompliano they like [55:06] them great guys great guys hey greg p we got a little hex audience in the crowd he super chats ten dollars he says hex has less than 50 days of its you can still claim for free if you are a bitcoin holder don't let people tell [55:21] you it's a scam it's not um there wasn't a question there but yeah i would say it's not uh i mean the much and it's possible the founders are [55:36] recycling the ethereum and uh you know kind of making it bigger than it is so there's there's a lot of red flags and hex in my in a lot of these crypto projects but it's just [55:48] yeah i'm glad that guy's making his own decisions he's doing what's best for him knowing that you know richard and the team is behind it especially if they're recycling that eath but [56:01] eath but just too many red flags for me i think let's answer what let's answer one that's not a super chat we're in the chat looking um other people are shouting out [56:17] bob lucas um yeah he's great was a great stream final thoughts awesome i guess um great [56:33] let's just end it guys great stream we'll see you tomorrow regularly yeah hopefully hopefully we'll be coming at you for another uh live stream at you for another uh live stream um sooner rather than later [56:45] um sooner rather than later all right goodnight everybody
